  • Thank you so much for this video! Your beautiful assistant, Rosie, is such an asset and obviously learns a lot from her dad.. I needed this video desperately as my cough from covid started back again. I’m not working on the proper breathing techniques now to put an end to this shallow breathing. God bless you mightily in all you do!!!

  • Good day.sir i was your new subscriber i have question because i had a rapid test and it said that my IGM is positive and now the symptoms like hard to breathe and early in the morning im feeling cold any advice in home treatment i badly need advice..please give me some advice

  • I have suffered from Asthma since I was a little girl. in and out of the hospital. They taught my mother and the nurses would do this exercises to me when I was very young and the taping on the back as he has done in this video. I want to improve my breathing and this is actually one of the best videos I have ever seen. Thank you. In the hospital years later they would never take the time to do this for someone that I have seen. It really helps tremdously and so does Wim Hof breathing exercises. You too have helped save the world. Your both Angels of Healing. Thank you God Bless you both ❤

  • Thank you Doctor, and Thank you Rosie. I’m going to share this everywhere I can. Everyone should know this.

  • Glad I haven’t been seriously ill in years, but I was sick for 2 weeks not too long ago. Mentally it was more difficult than physically on the body, throwing up minutes before training always throws you out of it. Great to see pneumonia didn’t keep you down for long!

  • Thank you so much for this sir. 6 months ago I had a pneumonia and i have recovered from it but lately I have been suffering from painful respiration. This helped me a lot, also, thank you rosie!

  • Thank you so much doctor. I don’t have insurance so I have to look these up. Bless you and almost fully recovered

  • thanks so much… can you give me english subtitle of this video? my nationality isn’t english…. I can’t understand some of your words….pleaseeeee:(

  • Thank you so much Sally for this video, I was suffering from a chest infection and found it very hard to breathe.
I followed your instructions and I coughed up a lot of stuff. I feel a LOT better now.

  • thank you very much for this info, explained and demonstrated very well…. its now been shared on 2 covid forums, thankyou again.

  • I had a record of decades of the allegedly incurable disease. I cured myself
by consciously pressing my lips together to relax lung airways by an cupressure (reflex) loop. See video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PiSq-WnMXjs
In other words your lips are not only for kissing but also an inhaler against asthma. Nature knows best.

  • Thank you so much for your professional & informative video. I’ve had chronic plural effusion as a side effect of liver transplant. Besides doing Exercises with my inhaler & will definitely do these daily to improve my lung function. Thank you & keep up the great work!

  • There are many components to the top senior exercises. One place I discovered that successfully combines these is the Seniorcises (google it if you’re interested) it’s the most helpful blueprint that I have ever heard of. look at all the interesting information.

  • Thank you very much, great exercise video. I have a chronic respiratory condition that causes lots of mucus. I feel better after watching.

  • great video, thanks. I’m 42 and have been so fit and healthy for years as a plant based cyclist and a few weeks ago got pneumonia and it has rattled me to my core. after a few days of sooking and feeling defeated I have decided to take control back and force this damn thing out of me. will follow your tips. just did the seated reps and it really dug some deep flem out that has been troubling me for a few days. good start.

  • My neighbor 7 month old baby boy has covid 19 his breathing is heart breaking please pray for him and everyone who has it

  • This is soo challenging while lying down! My pneumonia seems to be hardest while lying down on my left side. Perhaps I have an infected left lung. Im almost done with the antibiotics and still struggle with night sweats.

  • I have pneumonia now and never had it before,I work in a daycare center. No one understands why you have chills when it’s 90 degrees out, now I know.

  • First things, first Princess Rosie is absolutely adorable!
Second, I tried those exercises Adam recommended and found myself spitting out congestion. Am really surprised at how much came out.
I would have loved to try the exercise on your stomach with elevated hips but do not have a therapist or other partner to do it with. I imagine that even more phlegm would have come out.
Thank you very much for this video as it contains very valuable exercises which will benefit anyone who has suffered this type of medical crisis.
    Everyone, please be well…

  • The general advice is NOT to lie so much on your back. Lie on your side or on your stomach. Do get up if possible and keep moving. Drink water, ginger ale. Do the breathing exercices.

  • I’ve been doing the same thing and it’s helped me!! If anyone sick gets to this page wondering if it works

  • Not much help there….. Here’s what you do get into the wim Hof breathing techniques covid is a respiratory illness make your lungs strong eat healthy. Two weeks ago I cameinto direct contact with somebody who had cove in gave me a hug and a kiss on my cheek she sat in my car we were together for a couple of hours! She just got out of the hospital two days ago I never caught the disease and we know for a fact she had it when we came into contact she was exposed just two days before to a woman who had bad fevers and ended up with Corona in the hospital!

  • The people i work around are NOT taking this serious! I social distance even at work, I get treated like Im some kind of nut. I dont care. I have seen enough videos of people that have survived this virus to know I do not want it until we have some good treatments. those that think this is a joke have a rude awakening coming.

  • nicee… I had pneumonia and it might’ve returned… I don’t know how this thing works XD Can you make a video about rheumatoid arthritis?

  • Only missed one week of training because of Pneumonia? Beast. I felt like shit for 4 weeks during summer, but I have been allergic against the first antibiotic they gave me and got pretty dehydrated

  • That’s strange because normally people do cardio after their workouts. I would assume you would be too tired to squat heavy after running a mile.

  • Pneumonia bug finding it’s next victim! Shit! Pneumonia bug gets its ass kicked! Lol glad you’re ok brother!

  • Great video, Adam! Same to miss Rosie. Great Job! As a former RN, it’s nice to see those with your knowledge, helping those in need.

  • Why are the possible symptoms always down played. I have it right now. It has gotten so bad I wanted to die a few times. I’m not going to exaggerate here. Extreme pain that is in every muscle that they call “body aches”. I’ve had mono. I’ve had flu and food poisoning and I’ve broken bones. This is by far more painful and excruciatingly uncomfortable. I should have gone to the ER twice but it’s severity ebbs after a few hours and it barely tolerable when the pain medication kicks in. The Dr said I would recover with antibiotics in 4 days and I could go back to work. Yeah right. Who knows maybe I’m a big baby. On the other hand maybe the people who in all these case studies all are women who have had babies…

  • I was diagnosed with Pneumonia on Sunday and the Doctor only gave me a note to miss two days of work. I’m not feeling well enough to go back after two days. I’m thinking of going back to the ER to tell them I don’t feel well enough to go back to work.

  • Fuck yeaaa brad train despite!! Ay potential video idea but how to increase push up sit-up and pull up/running for the military I’m pretty sure all branch’s have a sort of those

  • Thank you so much I was so scared. I stated feeling a little out of breath today!! Thank you Rosie!!!! I hope I spelled your name right!! Much love you guys probably saved my life

  • Pneumonia recovery is kicking my but. I haven’t exercised in two weeks, but I’m not sure my lungs can take. The will I s there to exercise, but my cough is still persistent and I don’t want to make matters worse.

  • You are absolutely right
I to was suffering with this disease but I started doing yoga and running every morning
    It built my lungs capacity
But now I have left all these activities from past 2 year and pneumonia starts acting me sometime
