Workshop: Meal Prep for Breakfast

The first New Motivation Coaching hands-on workshop will teach you how easy, healthy, and inexpensive meal prepping your breakfasts can be!

Enjoy a glass of prosecco and crudite while you prepare five Mason jar breakfasts, learn what makes these recipes healthy, and get tips to keep your breakfasts safe to eat for the week ahead. You will leave with the recipes and five prepped breakfasts ready for the upcoming week!

Recipes include

  • Strawberry Vanilla Overnight Oats
  • Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats
  • Veggie Delight Scrambler
  • Sausage-Egg-Cheese Scrambler
  • Breakfast Crunch Parfait

Limited to 6 participants.

Cost: $45.00 plus $20.00 for supplies for a total of $65.00. Note: Bring your spouse/domestic partner for an additional $5.00 to cover snacks during the workshop; does not include any additional take-home breakfasts.
