I did a 30min HIIT workout and wasnt able to finish it because I was already feeling nauseous and feeling like I was literally gonna vomit aside from the raised heartrate.
I wonder how it feels like to workout in a cold weather, my place is hot & humid, even with a/c it’s still rather humid inside so I get sweaty but with cold tingles which can be uncomfortable.

Hey Curtis, in the time that I have been attending your online classes (since covid)… with this class… YOU HAVE EXCEEDED YOURSELF!!! We really enjoyed this class. I like the cardio content. I like that more parts of the body are included in the class. I like that the performance of a single exercise includes several movements to complete the exercise. The slide and the stretch band seem to get at some smaller/ important muscles. Even at the end you balanced the front stretch with a back stretch. All totaled it appeared that you really delivered another level of you signature senior movements (you know… even your outfit got better. I mean you always had it together but this is just a little more modern/ hip / cool. I’m saying this without any reference to a brand). Generally, I find your enthusiasm to be so much fun it makes it easier for me to get off my duff and do something. I even tease my family when they are struggling to do something, especially something that they should not be struggling to do and run a few quotes of yours to them. I start slowly and gradually build to booming enthusiasm… like, “ stay with me now, you can do this, that’s right, you can do this! that’s right you can do it! great guys! you did it, guys you did it! And, they laugh and do it. So, thanks for all your fine efforts to create a great exercise experience.

“back in the day” 1984 to be exact, when I started to lift, I got to spend 4 evenings with the ’84 Canadian weight lifting team. After those 4 nights, I never looked back with anything other than the big compound movements. ISO stuff is ok when feel like it, but the mainstays from that point to TODAY still hold with compound movements. Steve reminds me of those guys in his program and thinking. RESPECT BHUD!

It would be interesting if a person did a study by age group of how many people train and how it drastically drops by the time they hit mid 30s and beyond. If I polled a group of ten typical people 16 to 20 7, 21 to 30 9, 30 to 40 6, 40 to 50 3, 50 to 60 1. I am pretty sure this is fairly accurate.

I didn’t take care of diagnostic tests that I should have been doing the past several years. Finally, last week, I had the diagnostic done. The results came in and I have received a call back. Crossing my fingers that it turns out to be nothing serious and have sworn I will NEVER procrastinate again!

Recently the last 6 weeks run me right down and so I needed to take some days off and catch up on sleep etc etc. and reassess where I’m at and what I’m doing. Just bought your Home Reload and Build guides. I’m doing Home Reload (Day 2 was today) and I’ll maybe add in or move over to build as although I don’t go to a Gym I have lots of kit in my home gym and want to get stronger. But I love working out at a less rushed pace and finishing the workout not huffing and puffing is something very new to me so I’m trying to take a leaf out of your book, literally lol and see if I can get better and stronger without killing myself off. I mostly do cardio, i sweat so much that halfway through the warm up i start sweating and in the middle of the workout sweat goes into my eyes, mouth and nose. But it makes me kinda happy? Like i have been a lazy person for my whole life, but now i am crazed up to workout everyday.
idk but if you listen closely you can actually apply the basic idea to other things as well, where instead of beating yourself up for a not-so-exhausting study session or work session, you look at how what you did helps your long time plans.
Hey Natacha, I see you were attempting Crow/crane pose by the end and your legs position was totally off. The legs should be resting on your forearms for more support and balance and your feet should meet at the back. Hope it helps you:)

I have a big big question Chris, I’m 16 and i’m trying to build a good body. I have not a lot of fat and i’m rather lightweight. How much i eat or drink, it’ll stay the same. Will this slow my progress? Another question: Is it better to stick to the same program and exercises for a couple of week OR is it better to do different exercises every single time you train a muscle group. An example: for 4 weeks 2 times a week 120 pushups: 4 sets of elevated, normal and diamond. OR do every week every training another type of exercises for the same muscle group?

For me I can do a high intensity workouts everyday If I feel unmotivated from the program/challenge I do 1 high intensity and 1 ab workouts from someone else
This literally made me cry, I have been constantly anxious all day everyday, feeling like I never did enough exercise, never taking a rest day and constantly feeling guilty that I did not push myself hard enough, even when I was sweaty, out of breath and shaky.. But when she said that you have to focus on the improvement exercising has to your life and you need to feel happy and not let it take over your life so you can enjoy all the other things life has to offer.. this hit really hard, and I really needed to hear that thank you

I’m trying to get various opinions. I’m 18 and 5’7 and 107 pounds. I’ve been skinny and small my whole life and I have been off and on workouts but they never stick. This time i’m focusing on what i’m eating and when along with workouts. I know I should be consuming around 100-110 grans of protein a day given my weight. But because i’m wanting to put on a little extra weight and still get lean muscle overall, how much carbs should I be shooting for on a daily basis? If I even need too be shooting high, I have a little stomach fat i’m trying to burn off but literally every other place on my body is twig. All reply’s are welcome! Thanks!

I never seem to feel sore because I have been spreading my workouts across the whole day and night.. eg 100 glute bridges in the morning and then a 10 min run. Few hours later I’ll do resistance band training for eg 20 mins then next hour I’ll do planks on each side for 1 min.. I would probity do an hour and a half in total?? but stretch across 10am to 10pm as well as yoga in between and have been eating a lot re cleaner too.. I can definitely notice the difference in 7 months and the exercises actually feel like a short stress release. I gave up smoking 6 months ago so I have been managing cravings by just doing exercises for 10 mins eg 4 x 20 Reps of donkey kicks, hydrants, clams, Bulgarian squats, sumo squats.. etc. I alway feel the burn with each exercise. I actually love running stoned too, has any one else ever tried it?
I loved this. I could see in your face the strength, the determination, and the effort! That really motivated me to push harder in every workout. All this fitness videos with girls with perfect makeup, hair and no sweat seem kind of unrealistic, but you show really how it looks to give everything in a workout. I’ve been really enjoying getting into fitness recently and think I experienced my first burnout the other day
I’d walked 14,000 steps and done a 30 minute work out session… As soon as I finished it was like my body instantly caved… I felt so heavy and tired in the middle of the day, ended up dragging myself to bed to sleep it off and it was so weird, my arms felt like they were so heavy and weighing me down.
Anyway, I’ll know not to over exert myself again

I did a 30min HIIT workout and wasnt able to finish it because I was already feeling nauseous and feeling like I was literally gonna vomit aside from the raised heartrate.
I wonder how it feels like to workout in a cold weather, my place is hot & humid, even with a/c it’s still rather humid inside so I get sweaty but with cold tingles which can be uncomfortable.
Why the dislikes? i really cant undestand those people.Yes he does show advanced workouts right off the bat but he shows you how to get to those and that is why it says “Hardest” in the title.

On a work level, I will definitely be burning the candle at both ends, trying to balance my day job that pays the bills and my passion project, working hard to edit more videos and grow my YouTube channel. Regarding health matters, this Mars retrograde seems like the perfect time to finally buckle down and put all my will force in sticking to that diet that I kept trying to implement. Hey Curtis, in the time that I have been attending your online classes (since covid)… with this class… YOU HAVE EXCEEDED YOURSELF!!! We really enjoyed this class. I like the cardio content. I like that more parts of the body are included in the class. I like that the performance of a single exercise includes several movements to complete the exercise. The slide and the stretch band seem to get at some smaller/ important muscles. Even at the end you balanced the front stretch with a back stretch. All totaled it appeared that you really delivered another level of you signature senior movements (you know… even your outfit got better. I mean you always had it together but this is just a little more modern/ hip / cool. I’m saying this without any reference to a brand). Generally, I find your enthusiasm to be so much fun it makes it easier for me to get off my duff and do something. I even tease my family when they are struggling to do something, especially something that they should not be struggling to do and run a few quotes of yours to them. I start slowly and gradually build to booming enthusiasm… like, “ stay with me now, you can do this, that’s right, you can do this! that’s right you can do it! great guys! you did it, guys you did it! And, they laugh and do it. So, thanks for all your fine efforts to create a great exercise experience.

“back in the day” 1984 to be exact, when I started to lift, I got to spend 4 evenings with the ’84 Canadian weight lifting team. After those 4 nights, I never looked back with anything other than the big compound movements. ISO stuff is ok when feel like it, but the mainstays from that point to TODAY still hold with compound movements. Steve reminds me of those guys in his program and thinking. RESPECT BHUD!

Again another excellent daily video a cup of Massive Iron In the Morning. Steve most of these people are probably youngsters that will not be training at all in another few years. It would be interesting if a person did a study by age group of how many people train and how it drastically drops by the time they hit mid 30s and beyond. If I polled a group of ten typical people 16 to 20 7, 21 to 30 9, 30 to 40 6, 40 to 50 3, 50 to 60 1. I am pretty sure this is fairly accurate.

I didn’t take care of diagnostic tests that I should have been doing the past several years. Finally, last week, I had the diagnostic done. The results came in and I have received a call back. Crossing my fingers that it turns out to be nothing serious and have sworn I will NEVER procrastinate again!
Watching this as I train my foundation. Today is my 100 pushup day. I like to mix in 40 burpee too. I just had to scream to push my 60th perfect technique pushup. Might be a few more sessions before I hit 100. Love it.

Great Video you really are amazing in everything that you do. I’ve been pushing myself hard for many years. Recently the last 6 weeks run me right down and so I needed to take some days off and catch up on sleep etc etc. and reassess where I’m at and what I’m doing. Just bought your Home Reload and Build guides. I’m doing Home Reload (Day 2 was today) and I’ll maybe add in or move over to build as although I don’t go to a Gym I have lots of kit in my home gym and want to get stronger. But I love working out at a less rushed pace and finishing the workout not huffing and puffing is something very new to me so I’m trying to take a leaf out of your book, literally lol and see if I can get better and stronger without killing myself off. I mostly do cardio, i sweat so much that halfway through the warm up i start sweating and in the middle of the workout sweat goes into my eyes, mouth and nose. But it makes me kinda happy? Like i have been a lazy person for my whole life, but now i am crazed up to workout everyday.

idk but if you listen closely you can actually apply the basic idea to other things as well, where instead of beating yourself up for a not-so-exhausting study session or work session, you look at how what you did helps your long time plans.

Hey Natacha, I see you were attempting Crow/crane pose by the end and your legs position was totally off. The legs should be resting on your forearms for more support and balance and your feet should meet at the back. Hope it helps you:)

I have a big big question Chris, I’m 16 and i’m trying to build a good body. I have not a lot of fat and i’m rather lightweight. How much i eat or drink, it’ll stay the same. Will this slow my progress?
Another question: Is it better to stick to the same program and exercises for a couple of week OR is it better to do different exercises every single time you train a muscle group. An example: for 4 weeks 2 times a week 120 pushups: 4 sets of elevated, normal and diamond. OR do every week every training another type of exercises for the same muscle group?

This literally made me cry, I have been constantly anxious all day everyday, feeling like I never did enough exercise, never taking a rest day and constantly feeling guilty that I did not push myself hard enough, even when I was sweaty, out of breath and shaky.. But when she said that you have to focus on the improvement exercising has to your life and you need to feel happy and not let it take over your life so you can enjoy all the other things life has to offer.. this hit really hard, and I really needed to hear that thank you
this brings me back to when times were different. This song and “Clover Cage Mirror Mirror” are the two songs keeping me sane through these tough times. I just want to send love to everyone and I want everyone to know things will get better…..
I’m trying to get various opinions. I’m 18 and 5’7 and 107 pounds. I’ve been skinny and small my whole life and I have been off and on workouts but they never stick. This time i’m focusing on what i’m eating and when along with workouts. I know I should be consuming around 100-110 grans of protein a day given my weight. But because i’m wanting to put on a little extra weight and still get lean muscle overall, how much carbs should I be shooting for on a daily basis? If I even need too be shooting high, I have a little stomach fat i’m trying to burn off but literally every other place on my body is twig. All reply’s are welcome! Thanks!

that was a great video! I always ask myself with it was good enough of a session or not. That motivated me to pay more attention to how I’m feeling and what can be changed/improved:)
At first i thought of getting ma ass man on the gym and hit weights there but after i saw ur vids.. I think i wanna master calesthenics first
I never seem to feel sore because I have been spreading my workouts across the whole day and night.. eg 100 glute bridges in the morning and then a 10 min run. Few hours later I’ll do resistance band training for eg 20 mins then next hour I’ll do planks on each side for 1 min.. I would probity do an hour and a half in total?? but stretch across 10am to 10pm as well as yoga in between and have been eating a lot re cleaner too.. I can definitely notice the difference in 7 months and the exercises actually feel like a short stress release. I gave up smoking 6 months ago so I have been managing cravings by just doing exercises for 10 mins eg 4 x 20 Reps of donkey kicks, hydrants, clams, Bulgarian squats, sumo squats.. etc. I alway feel the burn with each exercise. I actually love running stoned too, has any one else ever tried it?
