  • im like REALLY late��but 7th grade, i weighed around 145, i was 5’3.5 at the time, and in 8th grade i was at my heaviest 161 and i was 5’4.5, tbh, im not sure gow i even lost weight, but summer went by i went to mexico, came back around july 7ish, went to school in august and since my bday is in august, my doctor app was in september, and when i went and they scaled me, i was 144 pounds, im still not sure how i lost it, but rn im currently 135 and ny gw is 125 and to lose inches in waist arms and thighs, and gain some butt,

  • Yes these moves are effective. I’ve been doing hip hop cardio for quite some time and this is super effective. Also, you need not copy it all, just pick a move and improvise what you like….everyone has their own rhythm. The important point is you gotta pick up that ass of yours and get movin’. You just need to eat whatever you like BUT eat moderate, eat timely along with this for a quickest and sexiest results. <3

    Day 2 next morning 144.8 and I had dairy queen ice cream cake for breakfast on day 1! Mexican food and 1 glass of wine! What?! Believer. My back feels like I lifted a dump truck yesterday! But I’ll take it! Getting wedding ready! 7 weeks and counting!
