  • Yes these moves are effective. I’ve been doing hip hop cardio for quite some time and this is super effective. Also, you need not copy it all, just pick a move and improvise what you like….everyone has their own rhythm. The important point is you gotta pick up that ass of yours and get movin’. You just need to eat whatever you like BUT eat moderate, eat timely along with this for a quickest and sexiest results. <3

  • Working out in a fasted state is best. You will get quicker results. Do your research. Its more likely you can work out in a fasted state in the morning. If you can do both it’s a bonus. Try a work out in the morning then a long walk to wind down before bed.

  • hi during this quarantine i have been gaining lots of weight, but now i’m inspired to lose that weight i gained and generally turn my fat into muscle. i had the same thing a few months ago when i would weigh myself every day, and my self confidence was LOW. like, reallllyyyy low. and this next part might surprise you, but it started at the beginning of sixth grade, and i would start comparing myself to other skinnier, fitter girls who could still eat whatever they wanted, celebrities and models etc. I was so self conscious and thought i was fat. i still do sometimes. i want to lose weight. its sad, but i just can’t bring myself to not care about my weight. i had problems, where i would eat, and continue to eat even after i was nauseously full. but when quarantine started that’s when i did really start to try to lose weight. i lost 2 pounds!! but……then i gained it back, and then put on a few more pounds. i was miserable. but also, i just mainly want to be healthier, more fit and strong, and most of all, loving the body i’m in.   • I think it depends on when you have the most energy and your schedule.

    I usually have the most pent up energy right after work, typically 5:00 pm 6:00 pm. All the stress from the day makes me neurotic so I have to nervous energy to release. It also keeps me more accountable throughout the day to eat well so I can sustain energy for the workout. I typically do a light breakfast, substantial lunch, afternoon snack, and then a light dinner (after the workout). However, on the weekend I do the workouts in the morning because I don’t have to worry about my work schedule.

    I don’t feel exercise is something you should stress about. Do it when it’s right for you whether that is morning, afternoon, evening, or late evening. No one has the same lifestyle or schedule and overwhelm is a big factor to why people fail when it comes to healthy eating and exercise.

  • Wrong! You don’t need carbohydrates to fuel your workout. Working out in the morning on an empty stomach burns primarily fat since your carbohydrate and sugar levels are depleted.

  • Part of the problem is that some people are morning people and others are night people. I am a night person and have always been that way. I get my best work done at 10pm and can still fall asleep easily when it is bedtime. I am always very groggy when I wake up and it takes a few hours to get rid of that groggyness. Some people wake up super refreshed and love the am workout but by 10pm they are falling asleep. It is very difficult as a night person to become that morning refreshed person. It’s our inner time clocks that make us a morning or night person.
