  • My theory is 30 second rest works if your on steriods, Now naturally give yourself 3 minutes minimum ” then hit your 2cnd step there on same. When you use steriods it’s easy to do 30 secs. Naturally you got to have at least 3min between reps a d take in deep breaths get that oxygen naturally not chemically.

  • Ohhh my, been waiting for an episode like this for soOoO long; know something I was one of those who thought that 15,12,10,8 reps was enough until I find out CT and Rashid. Man how much I was missing in my workouts even tho I’ve been the type of person who combines like 3 or 4 different exercise movements for an specific part of the body at least. But the reps were so low that an improvement in numbers, weight and reps has help me a lot for maintaining the muscle mass for a longer period of time even when I can’t workout as much I like it’s there and that’s lovely

This lady doing the pushups for example, didn’t do a single complete pushup on all those rounds. Likely because of pressure of appearances. She should have done knee pushups if touching the chest to the ground on each rep was too difficult in the standard position. Do NOT feel like progression movements are inferior. they are not.. Do whatever progression allows you to move with perfect form.. This will develop much better strength in the long run) *

    I also wanted to thank you for the amazon book recommendation. As a father of 4 its very hard to instill life lesson in our young kids without them living through it. So im going to dive deep into this book and finds way to not only better my self but both my sons and daughters.
