  • I had to stop half way through for 20 minutes to catch my breath and I almost didnt come back to finish the rest but something about you and your music I just feel like I have to come back and finish when I can!   • It’s okay but don’t like how there’s no warm up or cool down. I’ve seen other channels have those and also talked you through the workouts which were motivating and counted you down during sets. It did burn a sweat but did prefer those channels.

  • Perfect duration, even if you hate a certain exercise (looking at you burpees), you only do it once and it’s done. You also leave enough time between exercises so I can see the next exercise. It’s particularly helpful when you have a floor exercise then have to haul your body up for the next one.

  • @FitnessBlender Hey guys, I really like your videos they help me incorporate new exercises into my workout routine. I have some PROBLEM WITH “BACK BOW CROSSOVER” though. This exercise is very strenuous and I feel it difficult to coordinate the movement right, but that’s not my issue as I believe my coordination will improve and my back muscles develop. The ISSUE that I have is that I feel a heavy strain on my neck and spine while doing it. So much that I had to stretch at least 3 times a day for a couple of days after the workout due to intense back and neck pain. This has not happen to me in year even when I try to push my limits. Of course, I don’t believe in the myth of “no pain, no gain” and have stopped this specific exercise.

    Do you have any recommendations?

  • Heather, I’ve been doing your videos since the beginning of quarantine. Before that, I had already not been at the gym for 3 months. I started with the videos that were 30 minutes and under, and normally couldn’t finish them without a lot of difficulty. Now, I look at the 45 minute ones and wonder if they’ll be enough �� more 60 minute sweat sesh videos, please! Also, your videos helped me lose the last 20 lbs that I had been wanting to lose for the last 10 years. Of course, I got my diet under control, too.   • This is a good one. I love no repeat workouts. I get bored easily from repeats and repeats make me aware of how much time I have left. When broken up into separate repeat sections, I think to myself “Ugh, not again!” I’d rather be oblivious to the time left since I’m very impatient. No repeats make the workout fly by. If only more trainers would do this!

I did manage to get through it all today which is a good sign and this was a nice compact HIIT routine to do. I’ve been really frustrated that I haven’t been keeping up with my workouts.:/

True, I can’t do a full burpee, and jumping-jacks hurt my knees after a few, so I just modify those moves. I am a group fitness instructor for older adults at an agency in my city and so miss teaching my classes.   • Great total body workout. The warm-up and cool down weren’t unnecessarily long as I’ve found in some of Heather’s other workouts. A solid 45 minute+ actual workout time workout.

  • I thought I was fit but this workout prouved to me that I have work to do. I was already feeling dizzy by the end of the second session. I managed to finish the workout, but not without struggling. Will recommend this workout to you who want to challenge your fitness. Great workout and one of the best of 30 minutes workout on YouTube.

  • Does anyone know how many calories this would burn for a reasonably fit person? I’m 29, and could complete the entire workout (had to extend the second 30 sec rest to one minute, and did only about 20 seconds of burpees, but I did do it ��). I don’t have a Fitbit to help me calculate.

  • I usually dabble my training between the Nike Training app and your channel because based on my two year fitness lifestyle are the most complete. This one is so far one of the hardest routines I have ever done during quarantine. I had to do some modifications in order to complete. But this one I will use this routine every two weeks as test on how my level of endurance is at the moment

  • Great workout!! I thought it was a cool switch up that the HIIT was set up differently than the HIIT I’d done in your previous videos. It’s kinda nice that each set had multiple exercises. I felt that it kept my mind focused because I’d be doing the boxer shuffle and instead of just thinking like, “ow my noodly little legs” I thought “alright whats next?!” I’d like to see more HIIT and strength videos from you guys, they’re by far the most rewarding.
