  • your videos are awesome, I can work from home being quarantined, and get out of my depression at the same time without having to fork out a lot of money for workout programs

  • I comment on heather’s channel a lot because her workouts are amazing. I’ve been following Heather since this April and I love the way my body especially my arms has transformed. Thank you

  • OMG it has been a while since I used weights but it felt AMAZING, very challenging but soo rewarding!! Thank you for all the awesome content Heather!!

  • I just wanna tell you that I have a love-hate relationship with your workout videos, I did this one without the weights, and I nearly died, yet I loved it, I feel so proud for following along until the end T_T! Thank you, I hope you do more of these in the future, the cool down stretch exercises were awesome, I feel greattttt!! xxx

  • LOVE!!! Like the rest, I am a fan of the no repeat workouts, but also see the value of the repeated exercises giving an opportunity to get better at them with 2nd/3rd set. Really just a big fan of yours, the quality of your material and your form/expertise. Thank you always for sharing.

  • I really really loved this one, I’m sweating like crazy. I love you Heather! I did your 12 weeks programme and I became addicted to your workouts, I’ve totally switched from what I’ve been doing before. I go to bed at night thinking about the next workout, it’s crazy! You helped me push through a plateau I was finding myself in, I’ve discovered thanks to you that the strength HIIT workouts work best for me. I am down to a size in clothes I’ve never been before. Plus I love the music in your workouts, such good vibes. Please do more lenghty and challenging HIIT workouts like these. Love from France

  • Thanks so much for this challenge, Heather. I really want to start the 12-week challenge however I figured I would start here with the 7 days to get myself going. I love your workout. I often don’t sweat with other youtube workouts but you are not kidding when you call this a sweat sesh! I’m dripping over here!

  • Purée, cette séance est vraiment fantastique. Elle fait travailler absolument tout le corps. Mais pour un gars de 50 ans comme moi, c’est un peu dur à finir.
    Really awesome.

  • I did one of your leg workouts two days ago and I’m still feeling it, I just finished this and it KICKED. MY. BUTT. As someone who’s generally fit and used to working out, I find it hard to find home workouts that are challenging enough so I’m super happy I found your channel!! You’ve earned yourself a subscriber

  • Hey Heather I absolutely love love love you I’m so happy I found you I just listened to your Q&A and I have to say girl I appreciate you I remember when I wanted a trainer and because of my job I couldn’t find one but here you are on YouTube you’re a blessing I love love love you I just started doing your workouts with my niece and my daughters I just want to say I love you thank you

  • I looove this entire challenged. It feels like a proper workout. I mean, I’ve done chloe ting’s and something about it feels too rushed. Like I can’t allow my body to go about the exercise at it’s own pace whereas with this, it feels like I’m getting the right workout at the right pacing.

  • First time in on your workout session, wow did I get my sweat check in today! Although I couldn’t do the workouts that include my wrists I did standing ab workouts during that time crunch! Glad I found your channel gives me my next challenge!

  • aq jadi ketagihan sama mba Heather..kiraen ga akan mampu ngikutin video ini… alhamdulilah selesei….aq cinta padamu mbak…mantul videonya…

  • you are the best heather, bec of this workout of yours you were able to give me back my determination in exercising everyday, you are one of the most amazing fitness instructor here in yt.keep it up,i have shared your video to a lot of friends and they all are amazing mwah

  • Just finished the 12-week program, and started with this, so 40 sec exercise and 20 sec rest in this workout almost felt like a cheat! Loved it anyway and was sweating like hell in the end. Thank you very much!

  • I had to stop half way through for 20 minutes to catch my breath and I almost didnt come back to finish the rest but something about you and your music I just feel like I have to come back and finish when I can! So even though I took a 20 minute break in between I came back and finished with as much power as I could. Thanks for these awesome videos! You are great!

  • It’s okay but don’t like how there’s no warm up or cool down. I’ve seen other channels have those and also talked you through the workouts which were motivating and counted you down during sets. It did burn a sweat but did prefer those channels.

  • you’re the best. your video helps me lost 20KG. I cant finish 30 mins at first now i can even work out for twice (60mins). i become healthier. Thank you. BTW when you mentioned you forgot two moves, youre so cute. =] your Plank challenge and lower belly videos are my favorite as well.

  • I get more inspired to work it harder when working out to a mans breathing. Make me push myself just a bit extra. Thank you! Blessings O:) <3 3:)

  • This workout is a killer! I was sore for two days. Could barely walk! lol I love your workouts. I never get bored with them. Thank you, HR!

  • I am really looking to see changes in my body as far as toning goes, I have not been incredibly happy with some others that I have watched. Is this different?

  • LOVE this workout! For sure one of my favourites I love the format. It made me work hard and kept me on my toes. Thank you always you guys

  • This is the first message that i send to you and Daniel, even though I follow you on instagram, you tube and your FB app. Love, love this work out…but would like to see more HIIt routines with weights. I am one of those that like the longer workouts 40 min plus, did miss the warm up and cool down. I must say it was a little challenging but I earned my workout complete. I thank you for the hard work you both put in on making these awesome videos, we appreciate them totally. I have been working out with you since June 2015, and have lost a total of 8 inches through out my body, as per my weight I haven’t done that yet, I am waiting a little longer. I rate this video a 4!!!

  • This is one of my fav HIIT workouts by you! Wasn’t feeling good at all but decided to just get up&try it, and even though I only finished 18 minutes of it, I’m glad I did. I’m so sweaty and out of breath typing this but in a good way:) thank you for you amazing workouts!!!! Definitely finishing this workout up tomorrow and repeating it!

  • Best work out I had in a longgg time!! Great recuperative exercises in between the high intensive ones which makes you enjoy every second instead of counting them!! X

  • I pushed through an entire HIIT for the first time and at the end I knelt on the floor and cried with no tears. Agony? Joy? I don’t know. Then I told myself “excuse me while I go puke”. I sat next to the toilet but nothing happened. Shower time now I guess! Thank you for awesome workouts!

  • This was great!!!! Thanks to your 12-week program I didn’t shy away from the length. It was actually pretty fun! I’m so glad I found your channel! ❤️

  • Love the perfect soreness 24hours later I can tell it worked my whole body perfectly thanks my new favorite guru YouTube trainer Heather ❤️❤️❤️

  • I am so glad I found your workouts! I really like this style with the second countdown and preview of the next move in the upper corner. It was intense, just what I needed.

  • woohoo! this was a silent killer haha. LOVED IT! did this straight after a light strength workout. Made for a great combination.:) xxx

  • I’ve been doing a different workout of yours everyday and I feel incredible. Your videos are simply amazing. Thank you for saving me from this quarantine! <3

  • This workout was tough!! But so effective..really love the exercises, variety, and that there’s only two sets for each circuit but DAMN

  • I really liked this video but I don´t know if the 2 first songs are the best for this activity, at least it was a little bit too sad for me, the lyrics especially.

  • I found a good instructor prior to this. This is more the type of intensity that makes me feel I’ve accomplished that nice sweaty burn. Thank you so much! I’m hooked!

  • Where I’ve been so long without you? I’m in love with your workouts, I definitely like the style of this Channel. You’re blessed!

  • Great…tough workout. I like how it was structured because I’m not bored, especially since she doesn’t talk, yet shows me the upcoming moves to get me ready. I Wasn’t a fan of all the jumping at the end (except for jumping jacks.) It’s really tough on my knees. Besides that…perfect!

  • just wanna say thanks for you guys’ videos. a year ago i was 6’4″ 240ish and way-too-much% bf, and now a year later after keeping track of calories and macronutrients, lifting 4x a week, and doing these HIIT/cardio+core combo workouts on my “rest” days (non-lifting days) i’m 195lbs and 11-12%bf and am really starting to see the aesthetic, strength, and endurance results i’ve been looking for for the better part of a decade. keep doing what you’re doing, and again, thank you so much!

  • Would love to have more 1 hour workouts. This one was very balanced without too much jumping which my old worn out body appreciates. Thanks for a great workout!

  • This is fantastic! Thank you so much for these workouts!! You have helped me lose 25lbs so far. I am so much healthier because of your help.

  • Apparently, my roommate heard me groan “I’m dyinngggg!” at some point, lol. Didn’t even realize I said it out loud! Otherwise, I enjoyed it and will be back for more!

  • I usually hate HIIT but this was a great workout! Seeing I can do this workout without any breaks shows that I improved. Thank you fitnessblender! I love your videos!

  • Heather has been the only fitness guru I have been able to stick with and keep me focused. I completed the 12-week workout it was an ass-kicker but worth it. Now I am on to the rest of her workout plans. Thank you, Heather, please keep making workout videos. Could you give us a week in the life of Heather Robertson’s meals?

  • haven’t worked out in a couple months so this deff killed me. couldn’t do every move so i modified the ones that i could and just did something different for the ones that i couldn’t. all in all i’m down to finish this challenge, may not be able to do everything but hey all i do is try my best (: thanks heather for this challenge!

  • Thank you for another amazing workout Heather! This one definitely lived up to its name. The song for the beginning of the cool down had me laughing! More like waiting for the sweat to stop…

  • I loved this workout! I love that you include a variety of exercises that challenge me! I always look forward to starting my mornings with your workouts! Thank you!

  • Perfect duration, even if you hate a certain exercise (looking at you burpees), you only do it once and it’s done. You also leave enough time between exercises so I can see the next exercise. It’s particularly helpful when you have a floor exercise then have to haul your body up for the next one.

  • Loved this one and, after training with your workouts for months, it felt like real progression to be able to get through every single exercise with real effectiveness and sometimes make them even more intense. Heather you are brilliant. Thank-you <3

  • @FitnessBlender Hey guys, I really like your videos they help me incorporate new exercises into my workout routine. I have some PROBLEM WITH “BACK BOW CROSSOVER” though. This exercise is very strenuous and I feel it difficult to coordinate the movement right, but that’s not my issue as I believe my coordination will improve and my back muscles develop. The ISSUE that I have is that I feel a heavy strain on my neck and spine while doing it. So much that I had to stretch at least 3 times a day for a couple of days after the workout due to intense back and neck pain. This has not happen to me in year even when I try to push my limits. Of course, I don’t believe in the myth of “no pain, no gain” and have stopped this specific exercise.

    Do you have any recommendations?

  • Did them all except the sit ups did a rainbow plank instead l have that gap in the middle of my abs and a very weak lower back..

  • I love all your workouts! You are such an awesome instructor! I love the music and also the timer keeps us going! I follow almost all your workout sessions and it’s amazing! I feel blessed to come across your channel! Thanks a lot for sharing the workout videos! Each and every workout is super fun and challenging to achieve! Thank you very much ma’am!

  • Heather, I’ve been doing your videos since the beginning of quarantine. Before that, I had already not been at the gym for 3 months. I started with the videos that were 30 minutes and under, and normally couldn’t finish them without a lot of difficulty. Now, I look at the 45 minute ones and wonder if they’ll be enough more 60 minute sweat sesh videos, please! Also, your videos helped me lose the last 20 lbs that I had been wanting to lose for the last 10 years. Of course, I got my diet under control, too. I am now at ‘fitness’ levels of body fat percentage and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤❤

  • HiI!!!I’m simone from India.Im 8 yrs old girl.. Me n my family follow your workout schedule everyday. We enjoy it n it’s so fun. Awesome workouts especially during this lockdown of 4months. Good job!!!

  • This was a perfect workoutloved it. I was in an afternoon slump and lethargic (after wrangling my 4 and 2 year old) but feel so good after. Thank you:) I love the minimal talking, production/editing A LOT

  • Proud new subscriber!! As a person who’s afraid of doing HIIT i must say your routine i well thought of. I love the fact that your HIIT routine was not consist of jumping every single routine. I wanted to do your 12 weeks workout plan but decided to do this challenge first in prep. I have no regrets! Thank you for this awesome workout!!

  • This is a good one. I love no repeat workouts. I get bored easily from repeats and repeats make me aware of how much time I have left. When broken up into separate repeat sections, I think to myself “Ugh, not again!” I’d rather be oblivious to the time left since I’m very impatient. No repeats make the workout fly by. If only more trainers would do this!

  • I absolutely love it! I feel so relaxed afterwards. I have been following your working for over 3 months, very regularly, it keeps motivated. You are the best! Thank you for posting those fabulous workout during this Covid when the gyms are closed.

  • Heather, you are an inspiration! Thank you so much for these workout videos, it’s helped get us through lockdown and kept a smile on our faces (after the sweat and tears!) and boosted our fitness levels.

  • Tough workout! I enjoyed trying to determine if there was a pattern to the outfit changes to keep my mind off the pain! Thank you for the longer cool down and the additional cues during the cool down

  • For anybody who is curious, I burned 225 calories during this workout with an average of 164bpm. I’m 5’5, 120lbs, and fairly active!
Great workout I love the variety on each move and it definitely gets me sweating!

  • That was a great workout!!! I liked switching off between HIIT and abs, a nice change from the usual structure.=) I felt really strong during each round of HIIT, even the burpees.

  • Loved this workout! Can’t believe i completed the whole thing my daughter just looked at me and said gross get in the shower

  • Serendipity. That’s how i found this particular workout, when i was looking for a perfect substitute for when i couldn’t run outside. I love your moves & how you infuse it with mindfulness & graceful yogic poses but not losing the cardio level.❤️ Do you do yoga too? I love yoga & running & your HIITs are sure addition now. Thank you for sharing. Namaste

  • Thanks Heather, Thank you for being so professional, You are the only fitness youtuber that I trust. following your workouts helped me to go through the lock down and now it helps me to start my day with full energy. Thank you so much you are the best ❤

  • Yay!!! I completed both repetitions of the first set. Week 1 Day 1 in the books. Will cycle through the first week doing just the first set for two repetitions and will add the second set in week 2. It’s been a while since I’ve worked like this and it feels great!!!!

  • 2nd round of HIIT Daniel?.. Well that’s ok. 3rd round of HIIT Daniel, are you crazy!!!!!!? This explains why I’m always concerned when I see I have a workout with Daniel. I still love you K&D and that is true love

  • I really wasn’t motivated to do my second workout today but when she said, ”Okay team,” dude I needed no more motivation. I jumped straight up and followed along till the end. Love you ma’am. And plss tell me how does your hair stay up and tight till the end of every workout?! My high ponytail dies 5 min into any workout..: [

  • I’ve suffered from bronchitis for two weeks so after trying to do this last week I really struggled and was coughing persistently. I did manage to get through it all today which is a good sign and this was a nice compact HIIT routine to do. I’ve been really frustrated that I haven’t been keeping up with my workouts.:/

  • This was a great workout. I was worried about getting out of shape during this quarantine however these workouts are super effective and kick my butt!

  • workout complete! I did this after another upper body strength workout video of yours, so I can just get into the cool down without spending time to look for one! btw i changed the butt kicker and alternating lunges to starjumps in the last round of hiit:)

  • I’m always skeptical of YouTube workouts but I was wheezing by the end of this (and I’m pretty fit). Also agree with other comments, the little bell helps alot throughout the workout.

  • @Heather Robertson, I wanna say you are amazing!!! Been following your videos in the last 2 months and I have amazing result. Lots of my friends very suprise when they see me. I am spreading your channel. Hope your subscribers & viewers grow bigger. Keep up the great work, you are the best ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  • I am super excited to finally be getting a chance to do this 7 day challenge!!! Thanks for all the hard work you put into this!!!!

  • Addicted to your workouts, Heather, especially full body HIIT sessions of 30-40 minutes. I’ve lost track of how many I’ve done. But the music on this one is the BEST!

  • It’s 45 mins good workout. Not much leg workout but good for Wednesday’s total body workout. HR171 almost 400 calories 178 BPM.

  • Most favourite session for me. Yet it was not easy for me. But I did it with a lot of pauses. Now I am sweating like a crazy thank you very much for this workout

  • Such a good Friday workout before Saturday cheat day! I just discovered you a couple of weeks ago, and so far I LOVE your HIIT workouts! The no-talking (and good music) is key for me and the exercises are easy to follow, but really work you out well. Thanks for another great one. These workouts are an excellent replacement for my bootcamp classes during quarantine. This might make me not go back to bootcamp actually!

  • Hey Heather love all these kind of exercises that combine cardio hiit and strength been doing these workouts regularly and it is fantastic.

  • I’d be happy with this body because I don’t want to get too huge like meathead size. Does anyone have any tips for lean muscle which is not too bulky?

  • Jesus Christ is soon to come! We need repentance! Repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost! Acts 2:38

  • I’m doing and re re re redoing your workouts! I love HIIT with weights/Strength with weights/Kettlebell, from thirty to sixty minutes

  • This lady has a Tinkerbell’s face with Amazon warrior’s body; hope she has a real alpha to go along otherwise it would be a damn shame…

  • I’d like to see a high intensity but low impact cardio/HINT workout…I have a genetic disorder that effects my joints so even if I physically can do the high impact ones my body makes me pay for it! I switch up videos from you guys and modify when I have to…I have just been struggling to maintain max heart rate with low impact exercises.

  • Hello, I was considering buying a foam roller, the one with all the bumps, to do after run stretches but I was wondering if it could also help reduce the appearance of cellulite. What do you think?

  • I really enjoyed that! Between the songs and my favourite the preview of what comes up next. Great job! Thank you so so much for keeping us healthy.

  • Is there any men doing this workout??
Or am I the only one??
Strangely all comments are from women & makes me think as if this is a female only workout

  • When should we do these workout? Like in which part of the day? Before the food or after the food or whenever? Cause I’m basically a basket ball player and I had all the access and facilities for workouts in my association. My coach would teach me each point so I dint know anything. Now due to quarantine I feel I’m lacking of exercises and flexibility compared to before. So this is the first time I’m working out myself. Could you please help me out?

  • I have been following up on your workouts since Feb and it has been great. I have gained muscle and strength. Even my two kids also followed up on your workouts. I thank you very much for your hard work and great workout content. Love you!

  • Great workout, challenging! And I love the way the video is done, with the countdowns!!! Super easy to follow the moves with the little clip of what’s upcoming during the 20 second breaks

  • Loved this workout! Just found this channel about a month ago and it’s my go to for strength and functional training. I’ve learned a new way to workout…safe, effective and sustainable. BTW form video was extremely helpful. I learned that while my form was correct with deadlifts…my weight was too heavy.

  • Love it! This workout is not only for women.
I always searched for something like this.
Fitness, coordination, cardio and mobility all in one. Perfect balanced.:)
    Thank you!

  • Amazing workout! I was able to keep up, focus on my form and the feeling in the muscles. I was drenched after the first 20 minutes but felt I could keep going.

  • I am so happy I found this and found you. 28 different moves. In a public park. With solar glare on my phone. But I did it. Look forward to more!

  • This format is like adhd. You get distracted by each new exercise so much that you don’t have time to think about how hard it is. I LOVE IT.

  • Was putting off working out but then forced myself to at least do half of this and ended up finishing the whole thing! Feeling better than ever, thanks Heather!

  • Thank you for a great workout, yet again! I was amused by a song in the cool down, “can this be over, can this be over now?” LOL. Nice kitty too

  • Heather, I found your workouts during this pandemic and it is the only thing that makes me happy! I just turned 67 yrs. old and love the workouts. True, I can’t do a full burpee, and jumping-jacks hurt my knees after a few, so I just modify those moves. I am a group fitness instructor for older adults at an agency in my city and so miss teaching my classes. So thank you for such a great stress relieving program that makes me feel happy and am getting stronger too! sincerely, Robin in Michigan.

  • I also enjoy your attitude and personality: you’re friendly, but get right down to business. Also, I find that if I can’t keep up, I just do what I can andboydo I sweat!! I do a Heather work Out at least 3 times a week and love how I feel after!

  • Killer! Hit all the notes: cardio, upper body, lower body, core, no repeats and no equipment. And I totally sweated up, and was huffing and puffing!

  • Heather I love this workout I do it twice a week. Can you please make more longer ones like these workouts with heavier weights. Very very effective ❤️

  • Excellent workout, Excellent you, and the music that you have it is so good. I love all your videos, thank you so much to make this videos simple and easy to follow, you are so beautiful btw:)

  • I can’t believe I just finished that! thankyou so much miss Heather for this sore and good feeling workout! new subscriber here!

  • Thanks Heather, great workout variation, plenty of sweat everywhere!!
But is it just me or the lunge drives combos make my supporting foot ache a lot?

  • Great total body workout. The warm-up and cool down weren’t unnecessarily long as I’ve found in some of Heather’s other workouts. A solid 45 minute+ actual workout time workout.

  • I thought I was fit but this workout prouved to me that I have work to do. I was already feeling dizzy by the end of the second session. I managed to finish the workout, but not without struggling. Will recommend this workout to you who want to challenge your fitness. Great workout and one of the best of 30 minutes workout on YouTube.

  • I was doing this workout all of a sudden my baby sister and my mum came in and saw me working out my mum went downstairs to check if my bro and my dad where awake and while she was doing that my baby sister who is 3 started to workout with me and she was doing great for a 3 year old

  • I’m what you call “bored easily” and this workout was amazing! I’d love if you could create a FB30 bored easily. Thanks for being so awesome!

  • Does anyone know how many calories this would burn for a reasonably fit person? I’m 29, and could complete the entire workout (had to extend the second 30 sec rest to one minute, and did only about 20 seconds of burpees, but I did do it ). I don’t have a Fitbit to help me calculate.

  • I usually dabble my training between the Nike Training app and your channel because based on my two year fitness lifestyle are the most complete. This one is so far one of the hardest routines I have ever done during quarantine. I had to do some modifications in order to complete. But this one I will use this routine every two weeks as test on how my level of endurance is at the moment

  • Giiiirl!! I don’t think I said DANG IT HEATHER in any of your videos more than this one I love how you bring so many different moves to target all the areas I love to work. I’m so so glad I found you a few months ago. I do your workouts every single day now!!

  • I’ve been training with your videos for months now and I have yet to pay tribute by thanking you for the content you put out. I love your workouts. I’m currently a HIIT and (beginner) yoga instructor but I need the kick in the ass like anyone else to get my bum moving on days that feel like they drag. I love your workoutsand you! You are beautiful, strong and a ray of hope for people working out at home. I can’t say enough good things about your channel, so I’ll leave it here with a THANK YOU from the bottom of my sweaty heart! <3

  • great workout. A big thank you for bringing out this video. I was really for something so unique that would the hit all parts of our body and this is a real full body workout. Gonna try it tomorrow. All different workouts, time explained, how to do them was explained, rest time explained, good music and such a confident face. All that I was looking for.

  • 2nd round of this one week challenge. Still just as hard 2nd time around but worth it from the amazing results I got the 1st time. Love Heather Robertson’s videos!!

  • These workouts are perfect for someone who has adult ADHD. LOL. I get so bored. I am a huge fan of HIIT, Tabata, and weighted workouts 5-6 times a week. You are the perfect addition. I love your creative ideas and how you “mix” things up. Way to go. You are a gift at this challenging time…..

  • Yes! I’m in it! I completed your 28 Days workout twice. I love this new 7 days challenge and especially with the warm up at beginning & stretching afterwards. Thank you so much for all of these wonderful & healthy workout vlogs.

  • uuuughhhh push ups are the worst! i fucking hate them with a passion. i just did some more burpees instead. but i do looove HIIT workouts

  • Oh dear that was amaaaazing!! I love your workouts and this one is just perfect! I feel tired and I also feel so great at the same time, that’s incredible and only possible with you ♥ Can’t wait to see more videos!

  • I’m really struggling with the back bow and back bow crossovers whenever they are in a routine. I can usually do everything else but these. Any tips or alternate exercises to do to maybe build strength for this specific exercise?

  • I’ve finished the 12 week program on Friday and I started this 7 day challenge today! I thought I’m gonna die but I’m still here, right behind you lady! day 2 tomorrow please be nice

  • Can yuh create more videos based on HIIT strength training focusing on abs with weights because ur previous ones are so supper dupper good Thank you so much

  • Wowowow! Started this today kicked my butt, but it had great variety and kept me feeling awesome. The third set was pretty tough to start but it’s worthit. Thank you for doing what you do! Looking forward to the rest of the week.

  • “Ok, we’re starting off with….BURPEES” gosh I hate you already!!!. Love you guys so much thanks for this awesome, in no time, super effectif abs workout!

  • I just wanted to say thank you your workouts are wonderful and I never tire of them! I wanted to figure out how to start a month-long challenge? I see some workouts that are week four/ day one…I just can’t figure out how to start things off 😉 any advice welcome!!! thank you so much!

  • Great workout!! I thought it was a cool switch up that the HIIT was set up differently than the HIIT I’d done in your previous videos. It’s kinda nice that each set had multiple exercises. I felt that it kept my mind focused because I’d be doing the boxer shuffle and instead of just thinking like, “ow my noodly little legs” I thought “alright whats next?!” I’d like to see more HIIT and strength videos from you guys, they’re by far the most rewarding. Glad yall had an awesome summer out on the water:)
