  • I looove this entire challenged. It feels like a proper workout. I mean, I’ve done chloe ting’s and something about it feels too rushed. Like I can’t allow my body to go about the exercise at it’s own pace whereas with this, it feels like I’m getting the right workout at the right pacing.

  • I had to stop half way through for 20 minutes to catch my breath and I almost didnt come back to finish the rest but something about you and your music I just feel like I have to come back and finish when I can!   • It’s okay but don’t like how there’s no warm up or cool down. I’ve seen other channels have those and also talked you through the workouts which were motivating and counted you down during sets. It did burn a sweat but did prefer those channels.
