    2. Take a picture of your abs. If it’s in a mirror, flip the pic horizontally.

  • Tip: If ur lower abs are less defined even with a low enough body fat and you think you’re doing enough lower abs exercises, you might be engaging the hip flexors and letting them do the work causing back pain rather than feeling it in the lower abs (happened to me)

  • One thing that can help change your life. Get a Ninja Foodi or an Instapot. I have never had so much fun making dinner than with my Ninja Foodi. In about the same amount of time it takes to throw a couple of hot dogs into some water to boil you can make seared pork chops, rice and veggies.

Just because you meal prep food, doesn’t mean you’re going to get abs. people hear “yeah duhh bro, just meal prep your food!” and they’re just going to meal prep a bunch of doughnuts and ding dongs.   • Thanks man. I have also found that while doing a calorie deficit with nutritionally rich foods making sure you hit all the food groups on top of training will help a lot. I went from 220lbs and fat to 165lbs and decently good looking in about 6 months. However I am now working on gaining lean body mass and cutting my abs. I have done a little research along with learning a lot about nutrition and anatomy. I find that it’s easier to cut fat when you make sure train every muscle in your core (there are quite a few trainable muscles) and do light cardio between sets such as jumping jacks.

    Here’s my daily diet.
    1.Morningpreworkout: I eat any fruit I like + a toast with 1tsp peanutbutter
    Post workoutProtein smoothie ( you can check the recipe in youtube and prepare at home) Midmorning: greentea or coconut water.
    Lunch: 1 bowl brown rice + veggies
    Or any oats dish with vegetables mixed. Salad to make you feel full
    Evening: papaya, watermelon,mixed fruuit. And green tea
    Dinner:same as lunch or chickpeas with spices with onion garlic tomato tossed.
    I do heavy workout in gym at morning and at evening or night (do lots of cardio) and jump rope for 30 mins.
    Sleep for 7 hrs(10pm to 5am)
