obviously mad respect but when i hear the shit like he does another set when youre recovering just because i think wtf. obviously when youre on the juice its probably only better to work so much but as a natural lifter it just doesnt make any sense to overtrain and overkill just because its so called tough. so natty guys who just started trust me stick to your science based workouts and do 12-20 sets per muscle per week, and put all this energy in those sets but dont overtrain or try to much weight, just be patient. i train natty for a couple of years now and overtraining doesnt work. your muscles need to revover properly

I actually think Big Ramy looks better when he is full like he is currently. That is one damn impressive physique. Never liked that anatomy chart level of leanness that the judges are pushing nowadays, that is just meh. Does Custokebon Secrets really work? I see many people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets. But I’m uncertain if it’s good enough to lost crazy amounts of fat.
Diet Plan called Custokebon Secrets kept showing up here on a lot of youtube videos and I thought they were scam. However after my work buddy follow it, and finally lost tons of weight by using it without starving herself. I’m persuaded. You should not take my word for it, search for Custokebon Secrets on google.
You know not to take anything away from those guys, like what they accomplished in their careers and gains is undeniable.
But I wish things like this would be possible without al the drugs and just with clean eating, Lifestyle and working hard.
obviously mad respect but when i hear the shit like he does another set when youre recovering just because i think wtf. obviously when youre on the juice its probably only better to work so much but as a natural lifter it just doesnt make any sense to overtrain and overkill just because its so called tough. so natty guys who just started trust me stick to your science based workouts and do 12-20 sets per muscle per week, and put all this energy in those sets but dont overtrain or try to much weight, just be patient. i train natty for a couple of years now and overtraining doesnt work. your muscles need to revover properly

It wouldn’t say Branch Warren is a particularly hard training. Yes he shouts, swears and throws heavy weights around, but in terms of intensity techniques he doesn’t seem to use any apart from the occasional drop set.
