  • Click here It’s a lot easier to stick to your diet plan when you know that you can have cheat meal twice a week without ruining your progress. Guys from NextLevelDiet are doing a great job. Visit their website and see for yourself.

  • I have a question. If I do these variations, will I increase my performance on a fitness test? Eg: On those tests, the push up required is the “standard” push up. When I train, I usually do some of these variations and the required push up, because I worry that if I dont train the “standard” one, I’m not going to work the muscles I have to work, and consequently, will not perform well on the test. Is the way I’m thinking correct? Or if I do just the variations it will be more effective than doing them AND doing the “standard” one?

    Thank you.

  • I love fitness blender & use their workouts weekly but am I the only one who prefers the warm up seperate from the actual routine?

  • I was a bit intimidated by some comments before I began. Sometimes I don’t even reach the water break in other workouts. This time, I got my “WORKOUT COMPLETE!!!” Yay! Will definitely do it again.

  • Today I chose to stop at the water break. But I’m going to walk my dog and continue for a bit. I feel really good about myself. Last time I made it to the 23 min mark before giving up, but today I did some abbs workout beforehand, and during the 12 minitues of this workout that i did do, I was a lot more active during the rests. Ok, Sunstone Rain signing off!

  • Yuck. This popped up on my feed again. I had to look at those atrocious feet again. That elusive husband will continue to elude this one.

  • Kelliiii goddamn, I know this is a 5 y/o vid but HOW does anyone achieve this level of hotness cries in failure and lack of professional equipment

  • I’ve strat doing this since 2017 when I had my knee surgery & coudnt run anymore. ( Back on track by now) Sinse then never stopped! Seen many online work outs: some of them to difficult to follow & end up given up or weird voices/accents etc it puts me off. But this girl is smashed the course! Just love it! Thank you

  • doing this video 3 times per week is it enough to lose kg? I’ve just started to do this exercise but I just would like to know if I have to complete it with any other exercises to lose weight?

  • I turned 55 yesterday and did this workout with my 6 year old granddaughter! Kicked both our asses! She kept asking if the girl (Dana) was done yet!

  • I’m a fit person myself but to be able to do this and talk non stop in cheering, happy manner is making me wonder if that coach had something else beside sugar in his morning coffee.

    Anyways, cheers!

  • I had no idea who Nina was by just looking at her face, but scrolling down in the description I saw Nina Dobrev, okay.. have heard of her.. some model that I’d seen the name on some articles headline sometimes.

  • NICE BODY BUT AFTER 69 YEARS WHAT HAPPENED THEN 96 YEARS LIKE QUEEN ELIZABETH MAY BE CAN NOT MAKE IT.

  • I’ve been slacking ever since this quarantine started, but once again DLB has given me the inspiration I need. You have no idea how much I look up to you. • Thank you so much for sharing! You’re such an inspiration and really appreciate you demonstrating the workout and putting them together for the rest of us. You’re such a bad @ss!

  • I always thought dieting is expensive and ‘healthy’ food costs a lot. Little did I know. I got my diet plan from NextLevelDiet and I was able to select foods that fit my budget.

  • Save your gallon milk jugs when filled with water it weighs 7.5 pounds. I can hold two in each hand, simple but effective. Stay healthy all, and God bless you.

  • Genes, intake, output, cakes, past, 120 might happen, not yet thou. Be happy that is the goal. Stop looking at the quick fix. A LITTLE bit of what you fancy will not hurt.

  • Why did Nina Dobrev “collaborate” with Les Mills to “bring us” GRIT? Tbh, her form is poor and, girlfiend, you are not that fit! Why are actors and celebs acting as billboards and programme creators for large fitness organisations? Are they qualified personal trainers? Can they even move correctly? No wonder she said she was “nervous”. I can see why! Lol

  • Cheap weights? Play sand! Less than $2/bag, Lowe’s will bring it out to your car. I built a push/pull sled and have been using playsand bags for weight on top of the sled since I don’t have/can’t afford weight plates (even if they weren’t already sold out)

  • I wanna who the dbags were that disliked this video!!?? A free at home workout video from professional bodybuilder! Shoot, thank you Dana!

  • My diet is not very healthy I mean I am in the area where I dont have much options plus I cant cook.
If I do the workout that you are doing in the video what would be the effect of it on me?

  • 2 years back, this FB workout popped in my recommended videos. I tried this work out thinking that it looked easy, only to realize that i couldn’t. All this time I was deceiving myself into thinking that i am fit, i dont need this, i can brisk walk for over 1 hour. So, I left it there
6 months later, it was the peak of summer in India, so it was difficult to go for a walk. And i needed to do some lower body workout for my upcoming beach vacation. I resorted back to FB glute and thigh pilates workout. It really worked as i could feel the change within a month. But, I again left it after my vacation. Infact i lost track of my physical health completely after that, gained weight and became lethargic.
This year in February i decided to take back control of my fitness. This time i took time with my body, acknowledging what i could and couldn’t do, instead of just pushing myself to insane HIIT workout.

Its been over months now following FB routines. Gradually building my strength, endurance and fitness level. I am now able to finish this workout without stopping without struggling. I feel mentally and physically healthy. I do HIIT, body wieght cardio, pilates, and a multitude of different routines by FB.
I feel so good. Thank you FB, Kelli and Daniel for making me feel like you are training me in person.

  • This was the first ever workout I completed with FitnessBlender! They have become a huge part of my life over the years, so this brings back nostalgia! Thanks Daniel and Kelly for your hard work and commitment and for making these videos so accessible. I owe a lot to you guys. xoxox
