I noticed how long you stayed in the red zone. Does this mean your fit or unfit. I’m finding it hard to read my results as I get into the red easily and can stay there for quite some time with the sport I do and inclined sprints. I was worried that I must be unfit if my heart is working that hard easily. Any help would be awsome thanks
