  • Hello, good morning. Hope you are doing well.

I want to know that how personal trainer conduct and design sessions and how much sessions a client needs according to his fitness goals?

  • Hi. I’m new to you’re channel. I wanted to ask if, doing squats or anything that has to do with hip strengthening will make my hips worse. I have severe osteoporosis and osteoarthritis in both hips which makes it hard for me to walk. I’d appreciate any feedback if possible. TIA❤✌

  • I agree with having a good cert. and on experience but really a personal training is just that. No one with a 4 year degree is going to work for a health club or for the peanuts some personal trainers make. Most trainers focus on exercise for fitness. They’re not doctors or nutritionists, please cut it out!!!

  • Great Channel Simon!  Big question: What do you do when you see someone sit on an apparatus using their mobile phone? I totally agree not asking when they’re done but I see a lot of people sitting on the equipment twiddling their thumbs on a screen.

  • About number one, that’s a tad bit petty no? What if you genuinely want to know so that you can use it? In my gym, there is a set number of machines. So when I go in and somebody is using it, I politely ask how many sets they have and patiently wait. It’s not intrusive

  • I am in UK across the pond. Would that be the same here. Or is it just in the USA. Very interesting video.
As for online I follow Jeff at atlean X. He is also very good.

  • Which is why I only trust and follow workout tips on this channel (ever since I found it)
Too many fitness influencers out there and yes they look great but I don’t only wanna look great, I wanna be healthy in the long run too

  • The 5 questions are
    1. Who are you?
    2. What do you do?
    3. Where are you from?
    4. Who are you here with?
    5. What are you up to later?

  • I would definitely avoid these kinds of interview questions, especially “where do you work”.
It is a question that i do not like to answer or ask myself, as it is not aimed towards getting to know the person, but rather it is trying to figure out the social status, educational background and economic situation of that individual, all at once, even though they do not have to indicate anything(I know people with a PhD that work in a coffee shop, engineers that work as truck drivers, and i know people that quit high school that own their own company and make 5x the average engineers or doctors make in my country)..

  • What are you girls celebrating tonight? How do you know each of your friends?
Are you drinking tonight? Are you the designated driver?
Do not ask if she has a boyfriend, she may be willing to cheat.
Timing of logistical questions is important. Ask those later in the set or you will get made as a fuckboy who’s gonna ask every other girl to come home with him. Don’t get caught grinding with every girl in the club, it lowers your value.

  • what? “who you’re here with”??? really? that’a a pussy question bruh… she’s talking to you, start digging more about her shit, like “how do you like that job? I heard it’s a tough job ’cause of ///” and so on.. “who you are here with”???? really? you’re such a pussy bruh

  • 5 basic questions for sure. Some people in the comments state they don’t work but they’re not looking at the questions themselves, instead of HOW they say it.

One basic adjustment you can make with these questions is to state “Alright, time to pull out the basic get to know you questions.” something similar like that showing social awareness, showing her you know the ins and outs of how these questions may sound.

another adjustment, instead of asking questions, be specific. Make assumptions playfully. instead of asking “who are you here with” you can say “i’m going to take a wild guess and say that energetic crowd is with you” and state why you made that assumptions. When you do make these assumptions make sure they are genuine so you can actually know how and why you made it and explain why you made it

its not always what you say but HOW guys.

  • Sir i dont have words god bless u and ur whole family. • Your body language suggests that you are collating information and distributing it. Nice background shot to demonstrate success, possitive vibes and speaking with possitive attitude but I doubt that your talents hold as much value as you portray. Maybe something to consider. Maybe you are successful but seeing this does not convince me. I am experienced, I have taught and I just can’t feel it from watching this video alone. No disrespect but maybe work on your eyes and hand motions when believing in what you say

  • My Ielts speaking questions and topics for today August 22nd:

  • Hey man the content was great
We need more videos on conversations starters and how to hack the conversation..
    You doing great mannn..

  • Re watching this video can you do one on convincing a group to bring you around. I often have to ask and 50% they say yes but they don’t seem super excited about it and 50% make an excuse

  • personally bro i have to move out my country to talk to girls like this im in toronto and ppl look at you weird when u ask them something and this is from experience and when i do talk to girl and we both getting along then i found out she’s from a different country

  • Nice video! Sir which camera do you recommend for online courses? I am going to buy my first camera soon for this very purpose. Not sure which to get.

  • I don’t even know how this is in my recomended. Anyway, I saw it and it’s small talk. Women hate small talk, therefore, this guys knows squat about wahmen.

  • Hello teacher i alway watch your video for study my english i love your video easy for me understand i hope conect with you thank you so much have a nice day…

  • Can you make a vid on how to spark her interest early in the interaction. I find a lot of girls are either not making eye contact or running away saying “I gotta meet my friends.” Basically the question is how to hook early on

  • Actually, this really helps. This is like a skeleton for your conversation, if nothing to say you return to your basic lines, and this is really important to have such lines as they provide confidence to you. After a long time I suddenly realized that this is not an approach anxiety what depresses me, this is anxiety of what will happen after approach. Sometimes you don’t know what to do with her and don’t even want something to do. Thank you.

  • Thank you so much Sir
I got 7 bands in IELTS speaking and its all because of your useful lessons, tips, tricks and useful youtube videos,
especially your fluency gym was very effective and improved my fluency so much.
I am a more confident fluent english speaker now.
I have improved a lot and still taking your online video lessons to improve myself in speaking English.
I recommend everyone who is a beginner in speaking english language to follow his lessons. I did not get a chance to take your one on one lesson on Iq i don’t remember the exact app name as it was totally booked and I had to appear in the exam.
    Thank you so much Keith

  • Hai Keith! I’m from Malaysia. My exam will be next week! I got band 6 last 2 weeks. Hopefully this time I will get band 7. You are a great teacher ❤️

  • I Love you Guy’s and Gal’s. Makes me want to move back to Florida! I’m one of the few Florida Native. M. D. R. Make Dreams Reality ♥

  • I ask people how many sets they have left. I’ll ask people if I can work in as well… never had a negative reaction. Probably how you ask not what you ask. Anyway cool vid hope you do some lifting vids x

  • thank you very much to give us many things that opened my mind. I am worrying about whether I am making a mistake or not when I try to write a comment:)

  • Excellent class and your tips are extremely useful! You are an outstanding teacher and extremely charismatic as well. YouTube recommended a video from your channel two weeks ago and now I can’t stop watching them. Congratulations on reaching 200.000 subscribers, it was well deserved!

  • I’m not a shy guy but what I mont good at is keeping a conversation going I’ll be like what do I say next that’s my problem I need advice on how to keep a conversation going especially if shes shy smh and advice

  • Hello Teacher Keith thank you for the videos. Learning so much from them. Kindly can you add me to your Facebook group. Thank you.

  • Wow, I’m really impressed with your explanation. I’m new in your channel and I want to improve my english with you. Hope you would help me on regular basis. Furthermore, I’m using YouTube since 2010 but this is my first comment to any one on YouTube. You the best.. Thanks!

  • What if I forget your channel, well I will be inconsiderate, and what if I don’t mind being inconsiderate, well I will be stupid too.

  • I have to recognize that your videos are a full lesson on English learning even when we are not preparing the IELTS exams, they are different and help us in all the necessary skills to have a brilliant English level. Thanks and greetings.

  • Hello, sir I’m new in these classes and I like it….:) Can you tell me somethings about my conditional sentences:If I can bake a cake, I will definitely make it…… Can I use ‘can with if’:) haha strange question

  • Hi dear Mr Keith
You are the best English teacher, especially in EILTS, I extremely grateful for amazing your lessons.
I would take Ielts exam two weeks later.

  • Damn my game got so bad since I stopped traveling through europe because back then I just went out every night but nowadays maybe once a week

  • Wow, Keith..you are a exceptional teacher, You really put your heart and soul in your teaching.Great to have you as my teacher. Couldn’t thank you enough for your help..

  • I made 3/5 of the mistakes lol
Apart from that, I always make a mistake on third person pronouns.
As in spoken Chinese, there is no difference between female “she” and male “he”. We pronounce the same word. So when I speak English, I always confuse “she” and “he” unconsciously. I would say things like “My uncle works as a doctor. SHE works in a hospital.” LOL
Preventing from making this mistake in IELTS test (esp. in part II), I would only describe female character in my speech LOL….
But in daily conversation, I would still make the mistake. Any suggestions?

  • I think we use ‘cheap’ word incorrectly for indicating low price of something instead we should use ‘economical’ or ‘Competent’ word. Moreover, cheap is word related more to quality of something rather than price

  • The best teacher ever….we understand everything that you said…we do enjoy how you explain and how you deliver with that gesture….cuteness overloaded

The best part: when you say “lets move on”

  • It happened to me about a month ago. I met a girl on bumble while on holiday just 2 days before I had to leave. We chatted, exchanged numbers and asked her to meet but the 2 days before I had to leave both days she was genuinley busy, she had plans. On my departure day she texted me in the morning at what time is my flight, so she asked if I would like to meet her for a coffee before I go. I said yes we could but I was really tight with time, anyway we met for the first time for a 20 to 30mins coffee chst and had to leave. Was a bit sad but still glad it happened, she also did enjoy it and we kept in touch but unfortunately it died down so we haven’t spoken in 2weeks now. C’est la vie..

  • I must say that your teaching methods are outstanding. I enjoy watching your videos even after I have done my IELTS. I used your tips in my speaking exam and got band 8.5, overall Band 8. Thanks so much for your diligence, support, and professionalism

  • I firmly believe that Keith’s channel is the best material among tons of IELTS lesson’s YouTube videos, and his online course “IELTS Speaking Success Get a Band 7 +” is a great package. I highly recommend it! It’s comprehensive and was very helpful for preparation for my first exam.
I’m Japanese who were struggling with speaking part the most, but his course provided me a lot of wider idioms and useful phrases, and it gave me brave.

  • I think there are some exceptions. If someone has done a prolonged internship or has worked under a highly qualified coach for a long period of time he or she may be qualified to be an excellent personal trainer. I don’t think asking about certifications is always the way to go. I would more so ask about experience and where did that experience take place. I know many of people with letters behind their name and degrees that know the books but don’t know how to train.

  • At first take my love.Sir iam a big fan of you from Bangladesh .Sir i want to talk with you for a moment. If i get a chance to talk with my lovely teacher keith. It will be my pleasure.

  • The way that Keith speaks is like a training for the speaking section of the IELTS test, also the additions in the video where he talks about something else other than the topic in which he use a not much used synonyms to help us expand the word capacity is actually so useful, really appreciate your help Keith!

  • Watch the complete video to fix the following top 5 mistakes:
    1. Third Person ‘s’ missing
    2. Using Present Tense instead of Past
    3. Using uncountable noun as countable (water/sugar/information/news/advice/work/pollution/knowledge/traffic….) -> use some/a piece of/a lot of/little to make plural
    4. Not pronouncing the ‘ed’ correctly or missing
    5. Using ‘will’ for the future @wrong place (1st conditional)

  • Don’t miss the mark, guyz.
Do watch it to the end as you will get on the track as soon as possible, after watching this funful video.

  • I have my speaking test scheduled for tomorrow. The only preparation I did was watching your videos. Thank you, sir, for being so helpful to so many of us.
