  • Basically this is Brian shaw’s voice, the completely opposite of a bodybuilder, HE IS ONE OF THE BEST STRONGMAN IN FUCKING HUMAN HISTORY

  • We need a change, i dont want to mess with this guys, but i dont understand why a lot of people are diying of hunger, and others eat like that, its crazy

  • the first minute of this video is how i’m fucking living life right now, it’s so hard i fell off these past few days and instantly lost about 4lbs, ducking ridiculous, not to mention i go to bed at 213 and wake up at 206 or even lower some times. this is 100% the hardest part, it’s constant, it’s a lifestyle not a thing you do.

  • It’s not good to eat lots of food… It’s not good to put on that much muscle. I believe it’s a waste of food and it doesn’t look good nor is it healthy/natural. I WILL NOT DENY THE EFFORT AND HARD WORK that these people do to look the way they look. To a certain degree I respect their work but on the other hand I really dislike the bad message they give their viewers

  • Supposed to be going to sleep soon but I’m sitting here drinking a mass gainer.. it tastes like ass and I wanna throw up but no excuses!!!!

  • People please don’t do this dumb sh*t. Trust me I’ve been on both sides of it. Big strong yeah great but it fu*ks up your health as well.

  • Starting a 14-week program on building more mass on myself and right now I’m planning my whole schedule and eating plan. once gyms open

  • Okay but why is this video using people who are already ripped and gyming? Like I look nothing like these people. If you’re gonna motivate me use everyday people. With everyday challenges and not 6 hours to trains each day

  • Starting my cut after a wack ass year of bulking, went from 58KG to 74KG while looking fairly decent still

I am real hungry right now

But I am determined to achieve the aesthetics of my dream, I will succeed, I will be the fucking best version of myself possible

  • This video is very misleading. Eating a bodybuilder diet can actually make you fat. This diet isn’t just for the ordinary. You’re going to have to work your ass off at the gym like you never have for EVERY DAY, on top of hourly sessions of cardio. Consider this my warning…

  • F*ck me man In my case This food part is about 70% Dont get me wrong i train hard But this food every day in and out its fucking hard Iam 186cm Started at 62kg Just bones and skin Now im at 70.5kg Still skinny as fuck…. but now i am st that point where most skinny guys start

  • Misleading and dangerous video. It takes great genetics, good metabolism, and loads of testo, insulin etc. to drive all that shit you eat into your muscles and not to get ridiculously fat. But regardless of all this, it is not healthy to eat like this in any way to any extent. So uneducated kids, don’t eat like this, you will only get fat and screwed up.

  • As someone who never ran a full mile before 30 and now, two years after starting, runs on average 10km a day, I totally relate to what Rogan is saying.

  • Exercising isn’t the end all be all of making your life perfect. It’s the mentality and changes exercise leads to that will impact you the most, we don’t need to be physically strong or athletic for survival anymore, however the ability to overcome a great obstacle does still matter. The ability to pursue greatness and not settle for averageness matters. The self dedication youll hopefully acquire will matter. If you want to feel better physically and acquire a better mentality then exercise is a fantastic starting point, not to many things will teach you both at once.

  • Best way I got motivated to work out was because I was tired of having back pains. I’ve worked a desk job for five years now and I was starting to feel those effects. Fortunately, I’m only 30 so I can still save my body, and I fully intend to do so. I started and failed a few times over the course of about 4 months, but that’s fine because I never gave up. You eventually learn to deal with “The Wall”, as I like to call it. This….ugly, physical manifestation of negativity that nags at you, telling you it’s too much work. I like to think of it as just another part of my routine in the day, like getting a shower, working overtime, or doing dishes. All that matters is you never give up completely, and you’ll eventually find a way.

I’m about a month and a half into my journey; back pain is almost gone, arms and especially my thighs feel thicker. No visible muscle, but I can feel some toneness. I have more energy overall, and I feel less miserable, some days I even feel pretty good. I used to feel really exhausted after workouts, and the day after, I would feel the soreness. Now, I don’t feel much soreness in general, and right after the workout, I feel a little more alert after I’ve gotten my shower. I used to really struggle moving around those 15 pound dumbbells, and now, while they’re still a bit annoying to move, I can move them around with less difficulty.

  • Use to go to the gym for 2 years and loved it, then the pandemic took it away, now I continue to work out at home. It’s tough, but I still get that amazing feeling after working out

  • I normally don’t mind Rogan, but he was being a prick here. Constantly interrupting and talking over her pushing his agenda. I completely agree with the discipline point, but let your guest actually talk regardless of if they have a different view or not.

  • Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.

  • I am not here for information, but to help those who are seeking answers and help! Not too long ago, I was deeply plunged into internet searches and videos in hopes of understanding WHY despite all my efforts, I could not lose weight! I have tried everything under the sun from the modest diets to the extreme and nothing worked. When I say extreme, I mean going for months and months on 200 to 500 calories and not losing a single pound! Not 1 pound. Now, if that sounds completely impossible to you then my comment was not meant for you! This is for those of you who know exactly what I am talking about, because you’ve been there or are currently experiencing this phenomenon. After a while, I could not find anymore motivation. After the ups and downs of my weight, only to end up where I started I thought my mind and body had gievn up. I just did not have it in me to exercise, even though I continued dieting. I used to search “low motivation” and “weight loss plateaus”. I even tried the reverse diet trick, only to be disappointed. After a very long time, I have uncovered the reasons I was unable to lose weight and that’s not to say I may not discover more reasons to my slow wright loss down the line. Anyways, I want to share some of the things I learned about myself and that I am currently getting corrected with medications. Maybe you might be experiencing these problems too or something similar? You just never know! Do what I did and keep asking questions until you discover what is wrong.

    1. PCOS which caused a horomal imbalance amongst other things!

    2. Severely deficient in vitamin D! Even though I was prescribed a mega dose vitamin D weekly, I had my levels checked a year later and the levels were exactly the same! So they changed the type of vitamin D prescribed, as well as the dosage and frequency and I feel like a different person. I feel normal, motivated and energetic. I had become so used to feeling tired and fatigued that I did not even know something was wrong, because it became my normal! But nothing is normal about an absence of motivation and energy!

    3. Depression, but I knew that already!

    4. Severely Anemic (I don’t experience heavy bleeding, so my doctors are stumped) I get iron infusiomn every few months now to remain stable.

    5. Metabolic Syndrome (hopefully this was caused by the hormonal imbalance and can be corrected).

Now obviously I’m a weird case (why me?) and I don’t expect anyone to be this screwed up. The only point I’m trying to get accross is that I had no idea all of these things was wrong with me, let alone preventing me from losing weight and attributing to symptoms I came to believe was normal, such as increased hunger, mood swings and insomnia. If you find it impossible to lose weight, there might just be a medical reason for it. By the way, I have lost 57.2 pounds in 3 and a half months. Good luck and never give up!

  • For those who say they don’t have enough energy to exercise, set their couch on fire as they’re watching tv. You’ll see real quick just how Much potential energy they really do have! ✌️

  • Whoa, Democrats are triggered when you say hard work pays off and exercise is better for you than sitting on your butt and accepting yourself as a fat slob

  • Watching this after slipping off my workout routine and this has been so helpful. I am realizing that I am they’re of person that thinks of the pain before I workout and I feel like I’ve learned one of my triggers! Thank you!

  • Now, I should preface this by saying not to take too much stock in my comment as I am morbidly obese (26 yo, 6,5”, 260 lbs) But Videos like this are wild to me. I have never, not once, in my entire life had a positive experience working out and I’ve certainly never felt “good” after. I think people need to stop lying and say that working out is fun or makes you feel better when that simply isn’t true. Will it make me healthy? Maybe? Will it make me lose weight? Maybe. But don’t lie to my face and say it will make me feel like anything other than utter garbage after. It always has and always will. Working out is something people need to treat like going to the dentist or doctors. It won’t be mildly enjoyable in the slightest. But it is mandatory for health. Some people just can’t break the cycle. Some people just can’t find that motivation. And before you start shutting on me, save it. I already know trust me. Just decided to die on my own terms on my 30th birthday so don’t worry.

  • Dude I went from 356 the highest I ever weighed to 260, quit going to the gym because I got comfortable. Gained some of it back now with this quarantined. I need to motivate myself back to the grind man. Anyone out their struggling just know you CAN DO IT. CONSISTENCY is the key we should all look for

  • Its insane how much working out has mentally enlightened me. Joe is 100% right. You feel invincible. You see things for what they are and you push through them.

  • Sometimes told me about a car now I know where it came from, you. The concept of the car influence my thinking greatly. You talk about discomfort being a friendship I think it could be. A friend sent me an email that really shocked me in what she said, my thinking how can you not know. As you say you are in charge of your car or your ecosystem make it work for you. I got the idea she does want to learn or get better. She does not live in a f dark world what can I say say more.

  • i was bullied 2 years ago by these 8 guys

so i was really tired of them being dicks to me, saying im skinny and i have noodle arms
so i decided to make a change

i grew strong and i got a 6 pack to show off to girls (best part smh)

anyways, i switched schools for 2 years and when i came back to that school they didn’t recognise me
when they realised it was me i put the 2 meanest of them in a headlock and told them not to bully anyone again
the ‘nerds’ and other kids that normally got bullied were fine after and i even got invited to the popular group of kids, which were actually nice

    thanks for reading my journey,
hope you can do the same for others
    <3

  • i love not having a car/riding a bike, it’s funny how people think they’re better than me cause they can rev an engine. a grandma can press a pedal down as well as a bodybuilder

  • I’m going to give this a go. I was given 12-14 months to live in February, because of a grade IV glioblastoma brain tumor. I don’t know if I’ll fall into the 75% who don’t live longer than a year. The odds are against me, but that 25% has to filled with those who didn’t. I’m going to get in as good shape I’ve ever been, with however much time I have left.
And what Joe Rogan says is true. Whichever route you take, slacker or doer, your brain rewards you either way. Only the healthy route is free of guilt and remorse that come with letting your body go to shit. I’m nearly 20 lbs overweight. I’m confident that I can complete some of these 30 day challenges, and get into shape.
    Thanks, Joe Rogan.

  • Coming here for the riddance of my overweight self, I’m 15 guys I’m about 140, I’m going to work hard and get hella better if you wanna see how I’m doing hmu on Discord Seynii#4167 ill show you guys a before and after

  • If you’re physically sick and force yourself to exercise, you only get sicker. Totally different than forcing yourself to workout if you really don’t want to. I see intelligent people make this mistake. It’s something I learned as a teenager.

  • 100% pure hard truth. My back hurts today, can barely do a sit up without pain today. So I do jumping burpees so I don’t put pressure on my back. Lye down and kettle bell bench. We all should be excersising everyday, pushing and challenging ourselves. Even if it’s just one more step we take a day

  • Last year at this time watching this video I was a alcoholic beer belly and the poorest health status in 23 years and mentally broken fast forwarded a year to today and I’m clear of my mental illness and the healthiest I’ve ever been put on 15 pounds of muscle and stopped drinking alcohol for good

  • Motivation is P x E x S(3)
Purpose x Energy x Small Simple Step

LACKING any ONE of these will cause UNmotivated states
You need a purpose.. both painful and rewarding.. Who will be hurt if you fail, and who will be Happy if you win.
Energy… You need to eat right, and sleep, and exercise… you need to focus on having energy.. without it you will be UNmotivated
Small Simple Step… something you can do IN THE MOMENT, that gets you closer to the goal…
-Jim Quik.. the recent interview on Tom Bilyeus channel.
    Go. Now.

  • The hardest part for those who dont gain weight easiely is food..but for us who gain weight.. the problem is getting ribbed.. which obviously over 100 kg cardio doesnt do the job so you need suplements..or steroids..

  • Those old folk who had great body’s and who clearly have incredible strength was amazing! Show’s how it’s a weak mind that creates a weak body. People listen to the comfort part of their mind too much, and as a result, when their health starts to fail them it’s the classic weak minded response covered in this video.. “it’s inevitable” or “it’s just old age”.. NO! You just got lazy and weak, end of

  • Discovering that the option to “Fuck Off” is something that i’m giving into is a great conscious realization. This is the most important thing i’m taking away from today

  • There is no “get fit”. Some people are born with better physical abilities than others, some people can lift weights and eat copious amounts of chicken for decades, and they still won’t be as big as Arnold Schwarzenegger or Kai Greene when they were in their early 20’s.

  • 21st Century and they still try to feed us with this bs that all these sportsmen shown in video achieved their results just with proper eating, besides exercises……

  • Just watched this on loop to remind me of the damage imma do when the open my gym doors..forever strict, always aggressive, no limits no excuses

  • Force feeding yourself is a really stupid way of bulking up. You have to do it gradually and get your body used to taking in the right amount of calories to put on size by increasing your calories every now and then. Listen to your body.

  • Thanks for the videos you do a great job and please keep them coming more so now since all the gyms are closed and you have to be creative with home workouts…keeps us motivated

  • I’m eating less than usual cause we are 6 people at home and we can’t go out often to grocery store. So, I can’t eat as much cause I gotta leave food for everyone.

  • I could not agree more. No excuses, force yourself. I went from over 330lbs. T0 210lbs. Never went to a gym either. Thats an excuse I HEAR ALOT. “I don’t like the gym.”
Pick your fat behind up AND DO SOMETHING it gets easier.

  • Fat people don’t have the energy to exercise?….the fat hanging off their bodies is literally stored energy. Get off your ass and start small. Also, screw TV.

  • Joe is speaking truth and people don’t want to hear it and make tons of excuses. For the majority of people exercise and eating more nutritionally is a choice. There are some exceptions but most people just choose not to.

  • You know what joe this is my motivational video I’m not over weight but do suffer from diagnosed back problems, mental health issues and insomnia. Taking that many tablets in the morning it’s like a breakfast but as you say if you can walk to the fucking fridge you can exercise!!! You might feel shit now but imagine how good you will feel know you accomplished something good to you and your health. JOE ROGAN PEOPLE WHAT A GUY!!!

  • This woman is speaking like a loser. I’m not saying she is. She’s on Joe’s podcast so she’s probably doing fine, but her tone at 4:35 is pure loser talk.

  • Agree 100% everyday fast walking 3-6 miles jump rope every other day push ups sit ups haven’t had a TV in 5 yrs people are shocked

  • I’m tired of all these people who say “WoRk WoRk WoRk DoNt Be A pUsSy” and set up fake expectations for everyone because they either want money or blind followers. I’m sorry to break it to you but you have to be realistic these idols who try to motivate you just like whoever the fuck is in this video are people who either have god like genetics or take some sort of a drug. Unfortunately you will never be able to look like these people because if the answer was as simple as “JuSt WoRk HaRdEr” than you would be seeing a lot more stacked people walking around. Not everyone is bound for greatness and not everyone can succeed. You could workout every single day of your life and still not even be close to these people. But don’t get me wrong it’s ok to try but you should know when to give up. Because all these muscle gods do is sit on their thrown and make you feel like scum for even questioning their policy of “WoRk TiLl YoU dIe”. Instead of wasting your time doing something you hate everyday for a goal that will never be achieved you could spend your time and energy finding a new passion that you actually enjoy which could flourish into a career or help cope with any problems in your life. Life is short so why waste 80% of it doing something that will just make you hate yourself even more?

  • Joe is right…Our life and our comfort zone is just a series of small habits we do daily that have been ingrained into our brain. If you’ve been eating junk food and playing video games from an early age it’s going to be so ingrained in your brain that excersise and diet is going to feel literally impossible because your brain isn’t used to it. It’s best to start small and build a little momentum and be introspective enough to catch yourself everytime you start to have negative and undisciplined thoughts. Once you understand it’s only your brain making you feel unmotivated and uncomfortable it’s easier to push past it.

  • I work under the sun with heavy stuff all day long and get home and workout. Don’t tell me you don’t have energy from sitting around at the office

  • I’d just like to confirm that Joe is 100% correct. I used to weight 330lbs. I lived a sedentary life. I’d do nothing all day just lie in bed, smoke weed and eat snacks while watching TV. I didn’t even have the energy to get out of bed and regularly brush my teeth, let alone work out.

One day I suddenly realised that I’m completely disrespecting myself. I realised that there’s no one to hold me accountable for the actions that effect me. And so I need to be the one responsible.

You can start anywhere. I started by walking. Every time I’d get up to go to get food, I’d make it a rule that if it was unhealthy, however many calories that thing is, I have to walk a tenth that many minutes around the house before I eat it. Just one rule.

    I lost 130lbs that year.

You just get the ball rolling, that’s it. You drag your useless body through the first workout, then the second, then the third. It doesn’t matter even if u just tell urself to go to the gym. Even if u don’t wanna work out, just get in your workout gear.

  • It comes down to food That fuels how we feel. I have been through a hard phase of looking after my dying father for 8 months with cancer until he passed, I stayed in bed….moving was the last thing I could do at that time. There are circumstances that can effect our want to get up and move…I know exercise is so beneficial if we are going through hard times, all I’m saying is (from experience) is sometimes in life we go through things and phases where we are unmotivated and things happen, it’s a phase. Don’t label people as lazy you never know what they are going through. Don’t judge

  • The artist in this video is left-handed and let me just say that as a left-handed person myself, I know the struggling of trying not to smudge especially on a whiteboard!!!!

  • I am not here for information, but to help those who are seeking answers and help! • Exercise takes discipline. and so does a good diet. Americans consume way more calories than they require. Look at movies from the 1970’s, 1960’s, 50’s, 40’s, 30’s 20’s….Very few fat people in those old films and documentaries. When I was a kid in elementary school back in the 60’s there was 1 or 2 obese kids in my classes. Now it is 40% of the kids. All you need is 1500 calories a day to stay alive. and you dont need many more to do anything else. It takes 75 to 100 calories to walk a mile. 100 calories is not a lot of food. if you consume more than you need it gets stored for future use. FAT.

  • You can buy a book on The Navy Seal Workout but if you don’t start small, start by walking and doing some calisthenics chances are you’re going to find the motivation to ‘just do it’ a real challenge. Not everybody is Goggins with the iron will to demand that kind of focus on day #1.

  • I just remind my self about the beautiful figure skaters at the next level. I’m starting beginner 2 in a few weeks! It’s small, but I really enjoy skating!

  • A perfect example would be physical therapy. If some has brain surgery and stays in the icu for two weeks, the next most important step is pt. In some cases something as small as bending your knee 20 times a day, in some cases walking down the hallway once. The patient feels like they can barely do it but within a month they can walk fine. For some people walking around the block will be as draining as long distance running but that’s progress. That’s what makes the difference. If you get tired just doing that, that doesn’t mean you’re a pussy, it means you’re getting a good workout and will be able to do more with each day.

  • I can’t take this guy seriously anymore after he said masks are for pussies and then all the anti mask morons are breaking records as we speak.. 10k in one day in FL?? Wow stupid sheeps

  • Diet+exercise=losing weight. I mean I can do some exercise, the hard part is the diet one. Some say count your meal’s calories, avoid eating this and that, etc. But I don’t wanna live my whole life like that, I wanna eat some delicious cuisines and delicacies as I explore diff. places. I want to stay fit but I don’t want to restrict myself much and be conscious of my flabby arms, bloated stomach and belly fat plus the calves

  • The vicious cycle of not feeling good to psychologically weak with discipline feeds on itself exponentially until both are insurmountable to overcome. Really only 2 things can break this pattern when it’s become a deep cycle. It’s usually either a life changing or life threatening event in which not breaking the cycle will most definitely have detrimental consequences, or you get inspired by something or an amazing unprecedented opportunity inspires you to epic proportions that gives you a vision to fight through the deep pattern and through pain to create that vision. Anything less usually ends in repeated failure and eventual surrender. MOST people are in this cycle which is why their is so much opportunity for success in life. Not many people can do it.

  • This video right here is probably my favorite video, it explains the diet, and what it does for the body and then the training obviously, I absolutely love it.

  • Yes, some days when I feel too tired to go to the gym. I find if I still go, I end up having more energy after a work out. If I didn’t experience that for myself, I probably wouldn’t believe it.

  • I’ve only watched a few of his shows, but he seems to patiently let his male guests speak, whereas he rambles on himself with the females

  • a year after this video was posted i weighed 250 lbs as a 6’1 kid at 15 years old. i’m now 17 6’1 180 with mental stability my predecessor self could only dream of. thanks joe, jamie’s cool too

  • every time i want to skip a workout now i think of Mikhaila Peterson telling me “its okay, your overweight and sick. you don’t have to workout today” shit gets me fired up. haven’t skipped a day since.

  • Im disabled. If i dont workout/physio then I feel worse. Yes their r days i dont want to do it. Im much stronger now doing this. Doesnt need be weights also. Over time u workout what works for you. Also diet is important. Being healthier dont mean its not tasty

  • Some people just don’t get it, they cannot understand that eating healthy & exercising is essential to living a happier life… you can have this and that, all the luxury things you think you want, but without your health you will never really feel good. And it’s the truth. You know it is. Sometimes we need an extra push, sometimes we do let ourselves slack off because of whatever reason (working too much, exhaustion, stress, etc.), sometimes we need that motivation back: sometimes we need that slap in the face that makes us remember how important it is and that WE CAN DO IT again! I love how he refers to ourselves (individual human beings) as our own ecosystems. I love that. It’s so true people! Think about the food you eat, for example. You know the organic, natural food grown from the ground is what is truly the most healthy. The food farmers grow on their own and the food we really can grow ourselves too! It’s not convenient, and there are a lot of things so many of us would have to change and get used to… but really think about your health. Do you truly want to be the healthiest you’ve ever been or ever could be? Because I think it’s a worthwhile investment!

  • Start with 5 mins a day. Wake up and do a quick workout while your coffee is brewing. Tabata or a quick yoga routine or even just a stretch. Start to challenge yourself and before you k now it, its a regular part of your day that you can’t overlook. You crave even just 15 mins of yoga or a quick short run (or jump rope for 10 mins) and you realize that working out IS self care

  • I resonate with what you say. I’m new since Covid. I’m in the absorbing truth of looking at my bullish. I need to eat/ live CLEAN. THANK YOU FOR SPEAKING TRUTH. I watch you I real ate to you. THANKS….. Still in the sludge but looking where YOU and loved ones are shining a light… THANK YOU FOR BEING IN THE LIGHT. We can follow that shit. Again thank you ✌️

  • I just started last week. Been at it for a 6 days and I am already done. No changes in my body. Not a single muscle. My motivation is gone. I knew I wasn’t gonna get muscles overnight but I am tired of working out.

  • To YOU reading this, may you get everything you want before 2021 starts.
LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO LIVE WITH FEAR.
START WORKING ON YOUR DREAMS TIDAY.. YOU CAN DO THIS

  • I dont agree with him and many others on this issue…there is always an overlooked part of this forever conversstion… I have survived lung cancer, and a few other cancers, I have now nerve damage and constant pain…I GET SO DISTURBED WHEN I AM CALLED LAZY…or these people say I am lazy.. I have Damage to my metabolism from radiation and chemo and if I eat 800 to 1200 calories A-day I still will seem to gain rather than loose..These discussions are never for the person over 60, and just trying to survive with all good intentions…JOE should have more respect for medically challenged people..he is a real dick sometimes..he speaks to the masses not everyone who does want to hear other avenues of choice…thaks!! I could go into much more about my personal history in my life about what an athlete I used to be and how healthy I was but that I’ll take way long and way boaring reading to make a point…

  • I agree I have bad lungs and can hardly breathe due to multiple surgeries. And I can barely breathe half the time. If I don’t do cardio consistently it gets a lot worse. So I have to cultivate the energy to get shit done.

  • I was inspired by joe Rogen to get back into the gym during his interview with Tom green. He told him “just do it, make it part of your routine”…ok joe you got it

  • People always say I’m motivated in the military, but in reality %80 of the time I go to the gym I don’t want to be there. This same concept can be applied to work in general. Especially hard work

  • He’s right because everyone can do something. If you walk to the fridge twice a day normally, walk back and forth to it 4 times a day. Congrats, you just exercised.

  • I have PTSD I listen to ct motivates me and makes me forget all my troubles coz it’s still my mother fucking set and always grow thanks ct

  • Totally agree. I have people that tell me “I wish I had your energy”. This comment always gets to me because we create our energy. It doesn’t come knocking on my door telling me to go workout, go swimming, go for a walk, go to yoga. It’s me choosing to go be active, cook healthy meals and put the time into myself. And yes lots of times I don’t feel like it but I always feel great after choosing to do so.

  • God Joe Rogan sounds like Dr. Phil right now, lol. Low energy can be from several things, from the food that you eat to depression. I agree with the things said about discipline, and your own self will to push yourself, as well as symbiosis and social conditioning / a lifestyle that’s lazy and sedentary. But you can “lack the energy” if your heart, or whatever, isn’t in it. Hence depression.

  • This guy is motivational but not everyone especially teens im 18 need a job dont have all these resources and able to go to a gym so you take the resources yiu have instead of saying yiy can’t cuz u dont have this fuck excuses look at calstenics!!!!

  • It took last night, after 3 mths, to be mad at work. Tonight, a day later, seeing CT back. Time for me to bring out Gods Body, once more. Get back in that Kill Zone. Inner Strength meets Outer Strength.

  • I dig your shit because your real. I’ve been doing the shit since I was 18. I’m 60 now and I’m heading out the door to the gym sa we speak. People tell me, man, your too old to be doing that shit like that. I’m like fuck that. That’s why I’m stronger that your 20 year old ass. Keep doing your thing man.

  • Lord I know you have the final say so I know you speak through people and CT Fletcher is one of them I am 41 years old and I am full of excuses oh they not going to hire me, my past, no woman will date me my past, but today life will take a turn for the better and in my blessed success I will be that man for God’s glory to use just like He using CT Fletcher I do have a purpose I will be more positive, I will succeed because God said if I ask I will receive if I seek I will find and I will want God to teach others through me CT Fletcher Bless you brother, friend, and live no excuses for me I am going to get healthy mentally, physically and spiritually have a stronger relationship with God

  • dont ever quit ct u brought me back from no mans land your trun to.come back once more its still your mother fucking set love u ct

  • but for me I’ve been exercising straight for months and actually seeing results which I like but sometimes I just get hit with like I dont want to workout everyday or i just get bored. Yes I workout different parts of my body different days but I just get bored.

  • Also how does he work out twice b4 everyone works out? Just curious that means 2 hour work outs b4 say 7am? kind of tough to do IMO… I still love this shit though motivational as hell

  • The enemy is me…
    No one else
    I am my biggest obstacle
    I am my greatest challenge
I will defeat the man in the glass
    And on that final day
After all the pain and struggle
    After I complete the tasks
When I finally meet the man in the mirror
    I will meet him
    With a smile…

  • I was nearly 16 stone at 5 foot eight back in March 2020, used lockdown to my advantage and trained six days a week right up till 14th August 2020 and ongoing. Dropped down to 13 stone 8 pound and i am fifty now and when i was 20 i was 13 stone five pound so only three pound off my younger selfs weight. It can be done but then again i know what i am doing and full of knowledge

  • Time. Friends. Family. Hobbies. Passions. New things. Traveling. Money, are just a few of what you sacrifice for a nicer physique, but you won’t realize that until you’re dying.

  • Arnold’s motivational speeches made me tear up. I have doubted myself all my life, 2 relationships down the toilet, the only thing I exceeded on was my job. Now I’m 47, I lost 30 lbs, i started struggling with 10 pushups last summer…now I can do 50 in one shot. I can run, I can bike forever..I feel stronger and I look better then I ever have. This is just the beginning…

  • Is there any fuc*ing reason why 95% of motivational videos have powerless, shitty, save-the-animals/Hallmark drama music in the background???? Such a damn buzz kill Play some happy powerful positive music!!!!!!

  • ola buenas tardes amigo Dwayner muchas felisidades para ti y compañeros de accion muchas felucitasiones por tan grades labores que realizan dia dia muchas vendiciones para ustedes un feliz día les deseo amigos

    Next day. Do it again.
Motivation only takes you so far.
    Discipline= FREEDOM!

  • I don’t consume sweets, don’t eat trashy food yet I’ve always hated exercise. It’s just boring and I don’t get any dopamine rush from it. I mostly swim and cycle, the gym and other sports are painfully boring to me

  • YOU REQUIRE REGULAR MOTIVATION JUST AS YOU REQUIRE WATER by MH.

  • I really struggled with what we call integration in modern civilisation because to me it is not civilised and there is more insecure/broken snakes in this modern society than ever before, everyone is seeking approval online because in person they are too scared to open their souls! instead they send nudes, talk shit, hide behind drugs/alcohol/sex/addictions when really the only person anyone needs to be accepted by is themself.

There’s no such thing as gangsters and sadly it takes a life sentence to get that fact into most peoples heads “There’s no such thing a gangster, there is just insecure/broken people trying to fuck society because they feel cheated”.

The privileged kids are the funniest ones because they will go to some really shithole places like my old neighbourhood just to impress there posh friends and try to act “GANGSTA” which isn’t even a fucking word and makes me question the future of the English language.

Sadly it is always the smart clued up kids who die on the streets which brakes the people they know even more than ever before, when will we stop the prejudgements which is the basis of prejudice and just let people fucking be.

The most dangerous weapon in the world isn’t a knife, gun, bomb or standardized weapon, it is an insecure broken person who has nothing to lose and wants to prove their worthiness to a society that doesn’t actually give a shit!

  • The most powerful WEAPON on earth is the human SOUL on FIRE. The mystery of human existence lies not in just staying alive or surviving, but in finding something to live for. A life without CAUSE is a life without EFFECT

  • 43 years old. You ARE never to old to be encouraged and motivated. My goal is in site. I was 405 lbs. Today I’m 320. My goal of 260 by end of September is in sight. That’s my deadline. It will happen! Who’s with me??

  • Hi my names Jonathan Hart please help me

    I’ve been through a lot

    http://chng.it/F28hrFC2
    Sign the petition

It’s about pure OCD (intrusive thoughts)

    And narcissistic abuse syndrome

    Also autism and schizophrenia

    In case you wondered

Those are the conditions I suffer from

    Thank you

  • Awesome! I learned stop making excuses, set your goal whether inside or outside the gym and get it DONE! Fighter are going to fight to their last breath for whatever it is! Fight for yours! Thank you MB and all the contributors esp. CT Fletcher and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

  • I don’t know if there’s anything more embarrassing than a grown man using a bunch of F bombs thinking he sounds tough or intelligent. SMH

  • the sartellite controllers are still hurting my lips and upper teeth and their still holding me hoastage and their trying to steal my mother and father estates and companies

  • This is pure energy. Amazing what words can do. After waking up feeling shitty about starting my workout this really pushed me to give my best.

  • The ocean he is so big.
Standing right in front of him, I feel the curiosity to know if he feels sad sometimes.
When I stand here and stare at him, and release all my bad thoughts to the bottom of the ocean, does he feel overwhelmed?
Does he really listen to the thoughts that I send him? Or he just carry them carefully and bury them under his chest?
How does he find the power to stay so calm when I am screaming right in front of his face?!
So many questions I have for this endless beautiful canvas that lays over the body of the Earth and give colors to her.
How many others have shared their thoughts with him? Does he have a favorite human being? Someone that is more worried of his happiness than of their own…
    I wouldn’t imagine.
I don’t know how oceans are but I do know people very well.
And people do not care for someone else more than for themselves.
    This ocean is so big.
So small I feel in front of him, and still, here I am with a bunch of “concerns “!
I keep coming here for help, ignoring the ocean inside of me that could drown everything that shouldn’t live in my mind any more…

    Rich people

    “How can I afford it?”

    Unhealthy mind-set

“I don’t have the energy to exercise, dieting is too hard”

    Healthy mind-set

“How can I do a little bit of exercise and eat one salad?”

    MINDSET IS EVERYTHING

  • I usually work out at home but tonight I’m going for a walk and I live in Newark and going for a walk as a woman means getting harassed so I’m gonna go for my damn walk and if anyone bothers me I will BARK at them.

  • And given the like ratios on most comments it seems most commenters have either got stuck in the past or gained massive weight ever since.

  • I wasn’t feeling motivated today and I was eating cookies and falling in my old habits. But after this I stopped eating and I decided I’ll try anyway to workout. Even If my workout is just walking on the treadmill oof! Why am I so lazyyyyyyy

  • Carnivore diet is not healthy to sustain for long periods a vegan diet is the most powerful tool as we are designed to eat that way with most calories coming from carbs such as beans

  • I have a Motivation speech.
Do you want to be fat? Do you want to be unhelthy? No you dont and you know it, so Bite for the workout and dont let Go. Much Love keep it up

  • I need motivation soooo

    1 like= 1 squat
    10 likes= 1 sit up
    20 likes= 1 push-up

Edit: oh god three likes already why you gotta torture me like this

  • Indeed, THIS was my BIGGEST challenge while trying to gain weight! I’m a truck driver and often times you really don’t want to get TOO FULL behind the wheel but, I really NEEDED those calories. Now, I’m consuming much more QUALITY foods on this run and I can DEFINITELY tell the difference it’s making along with the supplements! Also, I just put down two grilled chicken breast, rice and broccoli while watching this video.

  • I have written a perfect article on the Monday motivation for fitness click here to read it mondaymotivationalquotes.com/monday-motivation-fitness

  • While the guy is smarrt, he is too self-absorbed.

He talks over her constantly with a “This is how things are, screw your dad” attitude.
What he is saying isn´t wrong to say, but the way he does it, shows that he is arrogant.

  • I’m reading the comments before starting to watch the video because idk if I want to work out now as I’m very lazy to get up. But reading the comments I think I’m gonna go and watch the video now. I guess I finally have to stop being lazy.

  • I’m 8months into my journey guys, I’ve lost 45pounds I was at 230 I’m now at 180, because of effort, and diet… I started with 1 mile a day and I thought “I killed it today” then that became 2miles, then 3, now I do 6 a day and 2hours of strength workouts, it really is mental and effort at the end of the day, he’s right if nothin is wrong w you then there is no excuse, I hope you wake up motivated and go get it

  • This comment is for my future self: Don’t give up on your dreams and definitely don’t give up on working out because otherwise you will be a normal person living a Normal life but I know you don’t want that I know you want the fame the money the body then do something for me future self make that happen and when you do you will finally be relieved that you have made those steps of where you are successful
