  • My problem is that when I think to do exercise I did exercise for few day then idk y suddenly how I became lazy n now I’m unable to do exercise cozz I’m getting sleep all the time when I’m gonna do exercise so what should I do I really can’t able to understand n I really want to do exercise but I’m unable n this is pissing me a lot so pls say what should I do

  • I feel like measurements are the true progress. Because you could be losing fat, but gaining muscle, so you wont see anything different or hardly a difference on the scale. Also record yourself every time you work out to see the progress in your forms and whatnot. Thats what ive learned to keep me from weighing myself every day. I hope this helps

  • I appreciate you doing this brother, I took a month away from
Working out and your videos and now trying get back in it this helps. Thnk you for being so transparent. Love you workouts btw keep it up!

  • Well-made but not particularly accurate and awfully perceptive.
“Exercise makes you look better” is a fat-phobic opinion and not a fact.
If exercise is paired with a caloric deficit does in fact cause weight loss, especially with regards to aerobic exercises. One generally only sees muscle gain with the integration of weights, not just the broad term coined “exercise”

  • Number 5 is so important,in my experience gym bros have gained all this knowledge that’s not really applicable outside the gym and are more than willing to help you out if you’re lost

  • This video actually motivated me to exercise and take care of myself. Right now, I’ve been doing home workouts for 30 minutes and yoga for 10 minutes, everyday for two weeks and I actually feel good about myself! I rarely have sad thoughts. Sure, I may not see physical changes yet but I already feel motivated and happy everyday. The miracle of exercise!

  • I love grits mixed with Tuna fish. Weird combination tho! Also the key to cooking grits is add the right amount of water but to also cook them on very low heat. It may take longer to cook them but they will come out smoother and not gritty.

  • 6. Clips on the smith machine. I pride myself on being the dumbest guy in the gym, but this is beyond dumb, this is like mythically dumb. I appreciate your gym ettiquette, but the only way that weight is coming off the smith machine is if the hole gym tips on its side, sunny side up. I kid you not I have walked up to the smith machine and had to remove clips from it.

  • Hey that was a really good video! I’m pleasantly surprised to have stumbled upon it. On point, helpful and funny, all in good places, keep it up girl!!

  • Just tried your 20 minute no equipment upper body workout. Let’s just say I have some work to do before I can do it properly. This is good stuff my guy. You got a new sub!

  • I used to go to the gym all the time..at least like 6-5 times a week -w But then somewhere I started slacking and my diet became supper poor. I wanna get back there but I honestly forgot everything.

  • I started working out about a month ago and my god has it worked wonders for my mood, my body, everything! I feel like I digest my food easier and I don’t bloat as much, probably because I’m eating slightly cleaner too, I’ve lost 1 and a half inches on my waist but I’ve gained weight in muscle just from doing Chloe Tings booty programme with resistance bands and doing runs 3 times a week, my body looks more toned, my posture has improved and I’m generally a lot happier! My period cramps are so much better than before I started working out too. It’s hard to get the motivation to start but honestly guys GO FOR IT! No matter what you’ll feel so proud of yourself for getting into a routine and sticking to it, and other good habits will follow along with it ❤️

  • Great video. Nice and professional. It has to be said that its appreciated when the narration voice is professional, not stuttering, not saying, “Uh and Um” constantly. (that is so annoying)

  • Yikes, that doesn’t happen to me I feel so tired, I have muscle ache, headache, pain in my neck, Sometimes I feel sad, yikes, why I’m not normal?

  • Weighing yourself is not an effective way to measure progress because as you workout you build muscle mass, which is actually heavier than fat.

  • Great video!just wanted to start my gym after a long break without and this tips give good motivation to go on with it!
    Thanks!

  • honestly, i feel like #3 is wrong, imo most beginners try to use too much weight because they’re insecure about how much they lift and don’t get contractions or even perform the exercise right. but i def are where it’s coming from

  • I’m Skinny and exercising for me is hard
    1st week
Rather than feel enjoy my body adjusted a lot and my body feels that I can’t do it anymore but I still give a try next week

    2nd week
My body still didn’t get use to exercising I’m hella exhausted all the time

    3rd week
I see some small improvement my muscles on my shoulder becomes a little but harder and this time I can do 15 25 push ups which I can’t even do 2 before

    4th week
Well this is my forth week my body is still adjusting but not as worst at my first week and I can see some improvement on my body my chest looks a little bit bigger I guess
    ( I only do this 5 times a week and 35 mins everytime I exercise )

  • Guys can anybody help me I’ve exercised enough to not feel tired while doing my daily exercise routine, but I don’t necessarily want to have to do an hour more of exercise each day:( any advice??

  • Honestly, I started working out some weeks ago and I look forward to it every time. I am so happy that I could even start. So yeah.

  • I would argue that cardio burns calories, anaerobic workouts or weight lifting builds muscles to burn calories later, but to say that exercise does not burn fat is wrong… aerobic workouts use the calories available and then goes into the fat calories… not just build muscles to burn fat later.

  • calling your fans coco puffs? referring to your fans as “their friends” to avoid calling us out (even though we deserve it)? SUBBED

  • My friend is fucking crazy…when I say her to workout…she used to say…”naahh…I m not in a mood..” n when I try to sleep or go out to cook smthng…she say..” hey cmmon…I m feeling energetic…I need to sweat right now… let’s go…n kill yourself” n I literally do HIIT n Cardio at weird time…n my family used to be like…” Why the hell r u working at 12 am.. it’s time to sleep..
I don’t know why this happens to me…but I m happy tho…I regularly do workout but at weird timing…

  • Definitely appreciate some advice! I know the one thing you mentioned was getting back into the gym and trying to get back to what you used to do after being out the gym for a while. I was one to do that and would feel the consequences. So I had to tell myself, start slow and build your way back to where you was before. I had to get knee sleeves too for my workouts. Dealt with ACL reconstruction in both knees. Definitely take it easy

  • Don’t try and lift heavy weights if you just started going to the gym, stick around 20lbs and do sets, don’t just lift a lot then tire yourself out and go onto something else, not really the proper way to do it

  • I’ve just been getting in shape recently and in regards to the last mistake, just today I asked a guy to check my form on squats(because they’re the most uncomfortable for me) and I found out I was apparently leaning to far forward, not keeping my heels on the ground, and not going down far enough. While it was rough making adjustments, (I near fell backwards), I actually felt more of the workout afterwards, as well as I was able to lift more with my heels in place. Ask For Help. It is important haha

  • Funny part about no1 is that as a beginner i started a bit with machines got to free weights like for years and now that im more experienced i find myself coming back to most mashines more than free weights again.

  • 1:4 grits to water for plus a T of butter per serving and s&p. Mom of 2 trying to get back in shape and better than before. I love your follow along videos! Get straight to work thanks!!!

  • -Not keeping track of your reps
    -Not having the right nutrition
-Trying to do too many exercises per session
-Spending too much time on cardio
-Not doing warm up sets when lifting heavy

  • Man he wasn’t lying about not being able to just jump back in and doing your normal routine. I recently did a 7 day 20/4 fast to drop a little bit of weight, jumped back in the weight room once it was over and maxed out what I used to warm up with. That was 3 weeks ago and I’m back to my normal form, but man, I was a bit nervous at first.

  • 1. Taking genetics into account
    2. Not having a goal physique
    3. Home training (no influencers)
    4. Consistency
    5. Patience
    6. Max Effort, high intensity
    7. Logbook, logging your lifts (food, supplements, weight)
    8. Learn your anatomy, know how and what to target.

  • Best: homework up
    Push up
    Sit up
    Squat
    Pull up
Price: none (except pull up if you want to do it in home),( you can do pull up in some park)
    Day: 30-infinite
Result: you will see your self.

  • Yes this video is true. Exercise has become my number 1 passion since this COVID 19 started and I’ve been stuck at home with no work. It’s gave me something to do and made me feel more happy about myself.

  • Currently recovering from anorexia, and your videos are amazing. I’m glad I’ve been able to find healthier weight loss methods. Thank you so much for your help. <3

  • I love how everything you are explaining is referencing “years” instead of months or weeks. To get to where you want to be it takes years, with whatever it is.

  • Might’ve heard it wrong but u should not do 5, 3, or 1 rep. You should do between 8 to 12 for maximum muscle rip. After that, go heavier later on by doing 6-8 reps

  • But some people might say you have to focus on some exercise to gain strength for beginner
, but I just focus on the hard exercise and I can perform only 5-6 reps
Am I doing right or wrong

  • Once I skipped a day of not working out and I felt horrible lmao like “IM SUCH A ALAZY POTATO SACK OMG” so inmake sure to never miss a day. Besides, I always feel amazing after a workout, like more energized and fulfilled

  • You can go 40 reps or even more with lower weights and still be understood as progressive overload from the muscle BUT, you have to take it to failure. That means your muscle will probably won’t fail at 40 reps, but at 120.

  • Hello guys I need help I joined the discord server but I can’t type or ask questions and I don’t see the chat there is only start rules and faq

  • thank God I’ve found your video!! my friends and I will start to go to the gym this weekend and I’m kinda scared but I’ll still do it. I wanna look thin and healthy before I turn 18 soon.

    thank you for this!! ❤

  • does time under tension really make a difference? just from watching how you workout to how other bodybuilders do. just wondering what’s best

  • I use to work out regularly but starting 2016 I’ve become a couch potato and ballooned into 140lb, overweight according to my BMI. I started working out again and eating cleaner the last week of May and now I’m at 125lb. It’s always tough at the beginning but don’t give up. Also don’t rush the process. I work out an average 30min 5 days a week and I occasionally eat my treats but within my 1200 calorie intake per day. I find this is the most sustainable for me to stick with. Don’t restrict or over fatigue yourselves too much that makes it easier to give up.

  • Im 30 pounds over weight never been to one before.
I went by myself 2 weeks ago 1st day dove into everything, ignored eveveryone, growing up with brothers I know guys are jerks..an they are I did notice a guy looked upset when he saw me pick up the 10 pound barbells.
    Like really dude..????..lol

  • “you won’t see results after a month”

If that isn’t the biggest lie I’ve ever heard. If you stick with exercise and a diet for a month, you’ll definitely see a difference and feel it

  • I hate that its so hard for me to see results on my body when other people doing the same workouts see it in less time. Ive always had a negative view on what a healthy body should be like and when i dont see results i feel like ill fall back into those habits.

  • Firstly I worked on my foundations of running, squats, planks, dips, and rows or pull ups. Then this video gave me an idea to use common movement we all lost. Like using jumping (leg movements), lifting, and crawl movements. Then Im transitioning to doing climbing training. Also Ido Portal training methods to my training as well.

  • I know it says 5 minutes on the container but it takes grits at least 15-20 minutes to cook. So add a bit more water and also a little milk. Bring it to a boil then add grits. The milk makes them a bit smoother.

  • I have a very intrusive family so if I tell them I am working out they are gonna try and do it with me, I love them but I want to do this alone…also I never weight myself I only take pictures every week works for me

  • I just found you and were like:”Meh just wtaching tge tips and then stay with my other workout youtubers”BUT then during this video, you made me laugh so much.I JUST LOOOOOVE YOUR ENGERY.That’s why i started watching your workout and i’m gonna definetly change to your❤

  • Bullyjuice! Bullyjuice! Bullyjuice!!!
Thanks man. Now I can say we’re in this together. You’re not the only one that have deceiving looks.I’m about to start my journey tomorrow. Starting off with a push pull leg cardio routine. Can’t believe I met in uniform ( not physically) and now you’re rocking braids and earrings.
Congrats again. Next time use a pot and boil the grits, and stir periodically. Your grits looked like how my grits looked when I slept in late and grandma told me she had my plate on the gas heater ( in the winter) or the hot water heater ( in the summer. )

  • Bully, any tips for skinny fat? I follow your videos and definitely gained some muscle but still lookin a lil bit skinny fat, how do I fix this?

  • Our gyms upstate havent open yet so I’m doing interval training against the clock. Got to get it in. Thanks for the inspiration stay blessed! ✌

  • I was doing jumping Jack’s in my room in secret and then my mum ended up seeing me and I stopped. She came back in later and gave me a leg and arm massage do my joints are more flexible.

  • Biggest ones I see:

    1. Quarter Squatting
    2. Squatting not to even considerable depth
    3. Half Knee Bends
    4. Slapping on 3 plates then quarter reping squats on the squat rack
    5. “Oh sick bro I just squatted 315 you wanna try”
    6. Squatting JUST above where it gets hard(you were so close)

Nah but for real I’d say 90% of gymgoers fuck up squats. I’m not saying go atg and have huge buttwink but, please go to an inch or two above parellel atleast. Drop the weight and ego, please squat correctly before you bitch about knee problems.

  • I lose weight very slowly, but I haven’t given up. It will take me at least another year to get my goal. It helps with my depression.
A nurse told me a few years ago, I would never lose weight, but obviously, I didn’t care for her opinion.

  • My advice: Try breathing through your nose when you work out, sleep, and just going through life. It will increase your endurance/cardio. Joe Rogan show with James Nestor is here on YouTube. You should check it out.

  • I’ve been exercising more to lower my resting heart rate. However, I feel like I’ve been in a lose-lose situation lately. My RHR goes up the day after a workout and then falls a bit for a few days but goes up again. So if I don’t work out, my RHR will go up, but if I do workout, it still goes up.

  • I´m so glad I discovered your channel! You look like a really nice person and actually know what you´re talking about!
Also I´m very happy to see that I already don´t do most of the things here. My cheat day is tuesday. I love tuesdays.

  • Hey Simeon, i start to watch your videos when i was really wondering is it worth all this time and money i spend in gym and for food i have to consume. Man, trust me i am really motivated now! When you said “Just keep working and you will achieve your goals i guarantee you” i just smiled and i felt some kind of ecstasy. You are big inspiration for me and i know you say we must focus on ourselves, not the other people, but i really hope i will be like you on age of 33. Please continue with everything you do and be strong! Greets from Bulgaria and sorry for my mistakes in comment

  • I wish it was true that no one laughs at u but from my experience the momment i went on a machine there was a group of people got their phones out and recorded me just for a laugh LOL but idc

  • Wake up! Jesus Christ wants you in heaven with him! But first you have to realize that we are all sinners and have committed sin in our life Rom 3:23 Accept him as your savior and believe in Christ that he died for your sin and resurrected on the third day like it said in the Gospel 1 Cor 15:1-4. This is all faith alone no work Eph 2:8-9! he will forgive you! Rapture is near brothers and sisters! ❤️

  • My brother tells me all the things I’m doing wrong, or what I should be doing if I tell him I’m trying to do something for myself.

  • I plan to have a cheat day on July 3rd which is my birthday but I’m too scared that I’ll get fatter in just one day because I will eat everything I like so I don’t know if I should just skip it or not. Do you still control yourself when you’re eating on a cheat day? Or do you eat everything you want? This friend needs help

  • She got me with the family member support stuff

I always tell my family how im working out and in a diet but my parents would just go to my room late at night, asking if i want some cakes, snacks, or WHATEVER!
My dad is the worst one, he would always buy lots of deep fried snacks for breakfast! Just this morning when he finally didnt, he bought me something we call “martabak”, its basically a super greasy pancake with tons of toppings, usually chocolate sprinkles or cheese WITH DRIZZLES OF CONDENSED MILK! When i refused to eat it and say that its too oily, he just went “its not oil, its butter” love you dad, but istg please stop.

  • Im so sick of being weak
All my life i was thinking that sport just isn’t for me
I will try to make fist steps in exercising, i don’t want anymore to suffer every time i run or something…..

  • 6:35 that’s what I’m doing rn except my two bestfriends and I are trying to workout (almost) everyday together (in our own homes ofc)

  • I now more than before love exercising after hearing its benefits, WOW am just amazed. Now am sure to exercise everyday for the love of it.You should try it too but be slow and easy on yourself if you are just a beginner or you’ll hate it,Trust me.

  • I found the last tip to be most realistic and significant one…Without having a baseline knowledge you cannot be jacked.. Because this too is a calculated science you have to know what you’re doing and impacts of that action on your body..

  • I really felt the hair one that’s why I decided to go natural and stop straightening my hair because I was constantly worried about my hair reverting from sweating and then wouldn’t work out.

  • Bro i Just started counting my macros too after your last video I went ahead and got the app… I’m still on my fat loss gains so I configured the app for that… it’s going great so far.

  • OMG this is confirmation of the video I just made. I talked about how I just got into myself and how I wanted to look. no goals, just being and becoming what I wanted to become. It is a lifestyle for me, a way of life. I feel amazing. I discovered your videos when I was ready to go to the next level for muscle tone and cut. Thank goodness I found this place. Thank you for what you bring to this platform and a special thanks to your Queen Chantel, she is amazing.

  • Don’t agree with cheat days, that insinuates you hate what you’re eating. Build that stuff into your diet every day instead. Yup, hate planks.

  • Yep biggest problem with long limbs, you can feel the shred and burning muscles way before you see the volume increase.
But the plus size is you’re probably tall and well, that’s it.

  • I’m so excited! We are starting this journey at the same time! Also for better grits results, let your water boil first and then add the grits after. Stir them and then let them boil for like 3.5mins. Stir until all you see is stem and hardly any water in the pot. It’ll be perfect everytime!

  • I quit snacks, fast food, chocolate and soft drinks c o m p l e t e l y this year and did very light exercise and lost over 20% of my body weight

    Best. Choice. Ever.

  • Hello new to your channel. Fitness competitor training for my first show and oh boy has this pandemic changed the game for me and so many others I’m sure. New subbie love your content.. personality and beautiful family #Family ❤️

  • Simeon, I really appreciate how unselfish you are with your fitness advise. Man, not too many people who are exerts in anything are willing to freely and enthusiastically give great advice to beginners. Simply put, THANK YOU Bro!

  • Hey Simeon, I’ve been watching you for a while and I love the videos but I’m also on the bigger side. Can I still bodybuild even though I’m not skinny?

  • Arnold Schwarzenegger
Pursued a body builder career because it was going to get him out of poverty.
His first check was $500,000.. for winning Mr Olympia…..and he had the height and genetic,he said it himself he love the sport of bodybuilding and he made a good living out of it and then pursued Acting, he did not need to work but now had free time he needed.

  • 1. Personal Trainer
    2.Body Builder…..(professional Body building competition
    3. Private Body guard…..for celebrity
    4. Police officer,FBI, SWAT TEAM,
    5. Boxer ; Heavy weight devision
..Well these are all the careers you can do for having an athletic body. Must would love to make a living with their passion, because when you are at a dead end job,you have no time at all to pursue your passion because the Bill’s and expenses are coming, we don’t have time for pleasure, please some of us need money to live, and that not a little, a lot because things are more expensive. So please people have no time ok

  • I hate telling people I’m exercising, they say “you’re already skinny…what are you trying to get skinnier.” Or “you already have abs.” Truth is I’m so out of shape I can barely do anything. I have a naturally lean and fit body with muscles etc. that I didn’t work for. Its natural. There was some change on the outside, but what’s even more important is that I feel more healthy and fit on the inside.

  • So I found the author of the book referenced, Lawrence Dillaglio, but can’t find the exact title mentioned. Anyone able to locate it? Maybe Simeon can do a shot of cover in another video.

  • Grits and oatmeal is a staple, cooking grits takes patience as fuck otherwise u can definitely mess up a batch of grits quick. With grits u gotta u gotta use measures 4 cups of water and 1 scoop of grits add sea salt and stir that shit for like 7 mins add cinnamon and chia seed and hempseed and a tab of butter and u good to go salute from Chicago Illinois

  • Really helpful advice, I also just made 3 Beginner Gym Mistakes You Need to Avoid video and that is from my own experience.
I wish I knew therm when I started, in the beginning, it would save so much time and money for me.
    Have a blessing day folks.

  • About to start again with training i lost everything i have worked on after surgery. But here we go again. Focus on loosing 40KG im at 124kg right now

  • This man is incredibly likeable, and his advice is spot on, but i hope that everyone knows that a physique like this is NOT naturally obtainable. Simeon has stretch marks on his chest and biceps from explosive muscle growth, also acne scars despite the best possible diet a man can eat, unfortunately clear evidence of some kind of previous or ongoing use of PEDs. I dont judge him for it and i still watch enjoy his content, just making sure no one is getting false expectations.

  • I feel u bro! it’s hard to go back to your normal lifting after being out of the gym for a while!! the muscles get weak! and same here it’s hard for me to breathe with the mask on specially while lifting weights but idk how ppl can do it?? it’s bad for your lungs to constrict breathing while exercising that’s why I decided to cancel my gym membership and rather workout at home!! no mask needed no Social distancing!!

  • Try having or adding Beetroot to your juices, smoothies or meals. Also, eat some Watermelon (especially after your workout) where Beetroot and watermelon can help you reduce your muscle soreness (the DOMS) and fatigue as well as hydrate you. Good video man.

  • I randomly clicked on this video while trying to remember your channel name lol I jumped my you pop up ‘ kris Wu’ ( that chines rapper actor) is why I can’t remember ur channel name.

  • Consistency is key. As long as you do compound exercises, push yourself, dont eat like a pig, and go at LEAST 3 times a week, you should be fine. If you dont see results, dont quit. It will come in time

  • I know this is video is targeted towards beginners etc.. But I love Isolation exercises for body building specifically because I want to actually train and build quality muscles with the exception of compound movements of course) and I feel like if you really want to actually get results especially in the beginning when it comes to the actual development of muscle—isolation workouts are the shit.

And I don’t necessarily agree with the amount of reps either when it comes to increasing weight… I feel like if you’re asking beginners to lift heavy and do small repetitions so vaguely… it doesn’t quite make sense because that’s actually how one would hurt themselves.. if anything I would just say not adding enough volume or perhaps not switching up your workouts every few weeks…

At the end of the day it all comes down to actually having the motivation to get up and go.. So keep your consistency and don’t fail on that.

  • Bruh, please what is that beat? Would you please share it? I was jamming to throughout the video. Just good vibes. Great content, by the way.

  • I feel like this is doing the opposite of what the beginning should do. The machines aren’t great but they’re good for the beginner to get into a good form

  • For the first 2 weeks, you will FEEL IT.
After 2 more months, you will SEE IT.
After 4 months and counting, you will HEAR IT. (from the other’s seeing you)

  • Have you tried the beef bacon from whole foods? Pork who? And that Almond Milk makes better pancakes than “regular” milk.

  • I’ve been taking group classes only for years because I find the gym floor intimidating. so I hired a PT. everyone was saying how people at the gym don’t care what you’re doing, but what I’ve noticed is that is not true at all. Everytime I have my PT session taking a rest between sets, I can clearly see that people are also resting and looking at what everyone else is doing……

  • Man use oatmeal…. grits sits in your stomach and digest like sandpaper… there’s no nutritious factor in grits it’s ground up corn which we know the body doesn’t need that’s y you shit it out whole..: your body’s rejecting that shit cause it knows it’s no good.! Lol frfr let it go like Elsa

  • I garantee once you get the attention you want, you will LOVE training. Humans do things cuz they want to be important to somebody else, no matter what you do. When you are important somehow to somebody else, you will love doing whatever you do, garanteed

  • I’m 170 and have all this extra body fat sometimes it lowers your confidence a lot I grew 3 sizes on my waist from a 32 to a 34 I was pretty slim all through high school now my body is changing after and it makes me feel awkward sometimes

  • when i first went to the gym all i did was the treadmill for like 6 months without doing anything else. finally, about two months ago, my older sister came with me and she spent way longer so i decided to try machines out. didn’t know how to move the machine so it fit me but luckily it was fine the way it was. from there ive been going way more because i’m more confident and haven’t been afraid to go on machines or do an ab workout on a yoga mat in front of everyone. now i have my own routine that lasts about an hour and i love it. don’t be afraid, literally no one minds. don’t feel self conscious to read directions either!

  • i hate going to the gym alone! i used to go alone all the time but since i started going with a workout buddy i refuse to go alone

  • Bro I gotta put you on, how to make some grits down south style. You’ll love them after that no cap. But good stuff bully keep grinding.

  • I think I use to many machines.I am only 13 so when I first when I wanted to start a was super scared of hurting myself but know I do bench press, squats and a couple other things

  • I know I’m not alone so I’m so happy to hear such videos

    Thank you

I’m also starting to work on mine and I’d love to get your help

  • Fellas I also recommend listening to CT Fletcher’s 10 commandments while working out. It gave me the motivation at times where I wanna give up working out

  • Some y’all work schedules is making is hard for you to build anything without of work. I saw more improvements training my body in 3 months working a 4 days a week job, then working 5 days a week and training for a whole year.

I don’t know if you notice, but when your in the GYM dont you ever question why these people are not at work. A lot ( but not all) of body builders and fitness people are sacrificing some income, or spend a lot more on laundry services, food etc to cover lost time spent in the gym. Its a lot of financial, time and energy sacrifice you have to be prepared for if you wanna reach high levels of fitness.

  • https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mQSiU3dCoH8&feature=share this lad is doing neck exercise and can anyone tell me if his doing this exercise right?

  • Ur so inspiring taking the time to getting back on ur regime not rushing the body very informative but ur house is beautiful its always good to see u on ur grind.

  • Her: don’t be eatin broccoli in the closet
Me:(In the closet secretly being lgbtq bc my family is Anti/against the LGBT) buuuuttt broccoli is so good thooooo

( Yes,I know what she really meant:) )

  • Of course these exercises work. The body was made flexible to move. That is why they work the more you practice then the easier they will be to do. I did 20 leg back kick ups on each leg for two weeks holding the back if a chair. I could see my thighs getting thinner and tighter. You must keep doing some exercise one or two days a week or the work you have done will begin to reverse Back to square one this video is good

  • The weird thing to me is that all my friends are always holding off a diet or working out but it makes me feel exited and healthy for drinking a glass of lemon water and looking forward to my exersise..

  • Personal trainers know what they are doing UNLESS they work at Planet Fitness. The “trainers” at Planet Fitness look like they haven’t exercised a day in their life and they don’t know anything.

  • What’s up man, I’d really recommend you checking out the ATG knee program. I had terrible knees (basketball player) and after doing the program for just a few weeks, almost all knee pain was gone. You can follow Kneesovertoesguy on IG if you are interested. Keep up the good work and stay safe man!

  • i LOVED the video but i also LOVED YOUR DOG at the beginning!!! why are you two so cute i just couldn’t believe no one had commented on that <3

  • 1. You don’t have a cheat day on your schedule
    2. You do not keep your basic exercises’ equipment in a visible place
    3. You keep avoiding planks
    4. You hate your workout
    5. Anyone that has 30+ pounds to lose is not a great candidate for lifting heavy weights in the gym.
    6. Always on a diet
    7. Not foam rolling
    8. When it’s time to eat, lean protein is a struggle
    9. All or nothing mindset
    10. Not wearing proper shoes
    11. Taking too many supplements
    12. Stretching at the beggining of workouts instead of stretching at the end
    13. Doing hairstyles that stop you from working out
    14. Trying to flatten your abs and grow your booty at the same time
    15. You are comparing yourself to internet models
    16. You do all the most complicated exercise
    17. Not telling your friends and family what you’re doing. Trying to be fit in secret
    18. Focusing on only how you look and also how you feel
    19. You keep checking your weight. EVERYDAY!
    20. You have NO plan.

    Thank me later!

  • My problem is already being heavy, excersizing near people is embarrassing. People make fun of a fat person excersizing. Even if they shouldn’t, they do.

  • Tips for wanting to work out in the morning but have time to take a shower and go to class? My school gym opens at 6 but I have class at 9, and with traffic i can get to my school for 20-30 minutes. So recommendation to work out in the morning, be hygenic and be in class/work on time?

  • Did you have any alternative exercises to Burpees & Mountain Climbers? My hands are kinda messed up and making a fist doesn’t help my hand.

  • I AM AN AMERICAN I DO NOT “EXERCISE” BECAUSE EXERCISE EXERCISES FOR AND THROUGH ME AND I DO NOT WANT YOUR PRACTICAL WISDOM TO WORK OUT A LITTLE NOW AND AGAIN MY FELLOW SYMBIOTIC AMERICAS. THANK YOU FOR POSTING ENTERTAINMENT ABOUT EXERCISING, I’M SURE IT’S REALLY NEAT, BUT I THINK YOU ARE INSANE FOR THAT GOOD ADVICE WE WON’T TAKE

  • I am in karate class… And teacher say I am doing great job… OMG I just heard “mabye even used in the Spartan training” I love the ancient world of Sparta!! It way more fun, interesting and not boring like today’s world…

  • Ahhhh yes….some good grits….

Yes. Take the camera along with you into the gym!! Now you have no restrictions!! Looking forward to seeing the progress that you’re gonna make!! And you’re definitely right….can’t go from doing nothing to jumping right back into the routine like you never left. That’s the fast track to injuries!! Ahhhh but of course you’re smarter than that. Good video!! Let’s GOOO!!

  • Simeon is honestly an inspiration to me. im 14 and just started lifting and was looking for a bit of motivation and this video did the trick
