  • I feel like measurements are the true progress. Because you could be losing fat, but gaining muscle, so you wont see anything different or hardly a difference on the scale. Also record yourself every time you work out to see the progress in your forms and whatnot. Thats what ive learned to keep me from weighing myself every day. I hope this helps

  • I appreciate you doing this brother, I took a month away from
Working out and your videos and now trying get back in it this helps. Thnk you for being so transparent. Love you workouts btw keep it up!

  • Well-made but not particularly accurate and awfully perceptive.
“Exercise makes you look better” is a fat-phobic opinion and not a fact.
If exercise is paired with a caloric deficit does in fact cause weight loss, especially with regards to aerobic exercises. One generally only sees muscle gain with the integration of weights, not just the broad term coined “exercise”

  • Number 5 is so important,in my experience gym bros have gained all this knowledge that’s not really applicable outside the gym and are more than willing to help you out if you’re lost

  • This video actually motivated me to exercise and take care of myself. Right now, I’ve been doing home workouts for 30 minutes and yoga for 10 minutes, everyday for two weeks and I actually feel good about myself! I rarely have sad thoughts. Sure, I may not see physical changes yet but I already feel motivated and happy everyday. The miracle of exercise!

  • I love grits mixed with Tuna fish. Weird combination tho! Also the key to cooking grits is add the right amount of water but to also cook them on very low heat. It may take longer to cook them but they will come out smoother and not gritty.
