  • Think I’ve attempted all the gcn workouts now and this is my overall favourite! I get a little confused at the final climb as it deffo looks like it should be a lot slower cadence than the one indicated!?? So I do just whack it all on till I can only just turn the cranks!

I think I need more cardio so I’m going to incorporate jump roping for 10 minutes everyday, even on the rest days! I’m prove of myself for making it to another day��

  • Its possible if your already relatively lean with 15% body fat to start. I went from 14% down to 8% in 30 days. All about weight training, tons of cardio and a daily calorie deficit of at least 800 calories

  • You can’t loose that much fat so quickly. Plus the chest and the shoudlers are way too different from day 29 to day 30. That’s a great job but it hasn’t been achieved in 30 days.

  • i really enjoyed ur summer shred programm because it was simple and effective exersices. but this video got me worried because you do a lot of unnecessary dangerous exercises like the roll up squat and side plank hip dip. If it wasn’t for my general good knoweldge of fitness I could’ve gotten hurt. those exercises as i said are unnecessarely complicated (easier exercise would of been more effective and way less prone to get someone injured). I know you are not a trainer but simply like fitness and make videos to better people, but please be more mindful when it comes to exercises that include weights. I wish you the best.

  • Took me 4 months of preparing my body for Chloe’s routine. I’m happy i took it gradually and progressive else I think I will easily give up with the difficulty level of these routines. Really need focus and free mind to be able to finish this strong

  • this program was honestly a godsend. i have never been able to finish any workout program because i lose motivation too quickly, but when she posted this i was like “it’s only 3 weeks, let’s see if i can do it” and i did! i just finished this program yesterday and i didn’t see any major changes but i look more toned and i feel better, which is what counts. i didn’t take any measurements but i went from 138.8 lbs to 137. only lost 1.8 lbs but again, i feel better and that’s what matters! i’m gonna start another one of her programs soon. thank you chloe xx

    I’ve done it. First 5 days water fast, 25 days of eating 1000 or less cals. 1 rest day a week

  • Please make a program with lower body hourglass weights but to slim down your upper body!!! I love the get fit challenge but its giving me smaller hips and a bulkier upper body. You should do a dumbbell exercise for hourglass plus lean arms all in one:)

  • This was one of the best workouts from GCN, if not the best. Highly challenging and still engaging. Furthermore, this instructor is da best so far. Highly motivating! He should cover at least 75% of your rides. And modus to the soundtracks too.
