  • i give you a suggestion for your further videos
you should take seperate time to teach the exercise coz’ 1 workout was of 30 seconds you guys took almost 25 seconds to teach the workout and we could do it only for 5 seconds!! what benefit would that give??!!
    like those who agree

  • I wouldn’t recommend this for people with low blood pressure lots of quick transitions from being on the floor to standing. It had me horribly woozy! The 30-Minute No-Equipment Cardio & HIIT Workout https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CBWQGb4LyAM from the same people is better suited and is great (kills you, but in a good way)

  • Did this HIIT w/o for August as I did not have a jump rope! OMG this no equipment is just as challenging!! Thanks Heather, great workout!

  • Loved the workout but man….can we lay off the ads a little bit pop sugar? There was legit an ad I had to watch or skip every 3 min. Not good when you are trying to get a good flow going in your workout.

  • This exercise always leaves me hurting for more! Hahaha. The Curtsy lunge hurts my knees though so I replace it with the modified burpee. By the way, I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for Anna! I love you, girl!

  • Inspite of great workouts, ads just coming even when the sets are not over making me feel like unsubscribing immediately…so annoying!

  • Disgusting constant moaning and grunting from them…is gross. Can’t play this on my speaker. Unprofessional vid. Tons more way better fitness vids on youtube

  • This workout felt too easy at first, but I definitely got sweaty and out of breath. I was super sore the next couple days! I love that “this is so easy I’m crushing it omg I’m dying owww”

  • This is really great, especially for me as a beginner because she explains form and takes her time to describe te move before starting. And I like her voice! Its chill and calm, very relaxing

  • Really liked the format!!! Also thank you for all the effort and the work you put into these videos. Been working out with you for quite a while now and it has helped me so much! And i’m seeing how it help others, too. Please keep doing what you do <3

  • I liked the moves in this workout, I did have to advance it a bit by jogging in place during the breaks. And for those looking for more cardio, I did 8 mountain climbers and a jump, then repeat for the 1st exercise Did skaters for the curtsy exercise, did some knee dips along with the plank holds, and did knee highs for the jogging in place, and did a hop between the side by side lunges.

  • Done both the 20 and 30 mins today…Will try and do both everyday as well as the others..5 min Chest is also great! Trying to incorporate as many routines to mix it up!
    Keep up the amazing work

  • Honestly i didn’t enjoy that, it wasn’t fun at all. The warm up already asked way too much of my muscles and the cool down wasn’t enough. And during the workout itself i wasn’t pumped, i just felt like i was dying. Yes, i’m sweating a lot and my body will thank me later but i didnt have fun

  • One of the girl’s torso isn’t parallel with her shin and head moves up and down during the squat, she might be too tight around her neck shoulders there and core needs to be strengthened.

  • there was literally no break during this workout. the cool down wasn’t until like the last 30 seconds of the video. I felt like i was going to pass out

  • I DID TURN OFF. IMPOSSIBLE TO WATCH! YOU GUYS MAYBE ARE DOING A GOOD EXERCISES BUT ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO BE WITH YOU,YOU LIKE CHICKEN JUST TOLK AND TOLK AND TOLK… TOLK….TOLK…TOLK……TOLK…..TOLK…. NO ONE NEEDS THAT.

  • Welcome,We start motivation vedio to children for Exercise,Workout and yoga in India. Your advice, view, comment and suggestion very helpful us.we wait your reply

  • Reading the comments and felt relieve I’m not the only one who thought that this is insane! I’m sweating and breathless and shaking

  • I tried to make my own diet, but it didn’t work. I went to NextLevelDiet and let them create diet plan for me. I am delighted with the result

  • Just finished this workout and I would like to say that the instructor should hav egiven more time to go from one thing to another in all good, but I don’t think a beginner would be able to do this in proper form.

  • This video destroyed me with the burpees as my Bluetooth headset died and I had to have my phone in my bra so I got karate chopped in my neck every time I jumped up. Great workout despite my own technical problems.

  • Does anyone know how many calories are you burning with this? I’ve being doing it for the last weeks and has being amazing! But I just wanna know. Thanks!

  • I’m just getting back into shape so this workout killed me and my lazy booty had to take a break every once and a while, but I felt so motivated and energized the entire video!!!

  • Been doing this every day for 2 weeks. Nothing else but water and healthy food…
First week was quite difficult to keep up.
Second week I was resting only 30secs between sets.
    This is awesome

  • I found Anna`s workouts with the repetition of different short sets easier to follow along… Here with so many repetitions and just one set I had to pause several times and don`t feel accomplished…

  • OMG this format is insane, sweaty mess oh yes! I thought I was going to die, but I made it to the end. I don’t know which is worse X3 format or 3 circuits! It’s up for debate, but thank you for the sweat sesh. Just love it.

  • I am telling you guys after like two times of doing this you need to add like a backpack with a little bit of stuff in it the more time you do it and trust me this will give you some serious benefits in the long run. If you want to be a champion add some extra weight.

  • When you realize after 32 minutes, that you’ve done a strength workout and not a cardio…….and I’ve been wondering all the time

  • This workout kicked my butt! I am a runner but haven’t been able to as much since the gym is closed. Can’t run outside because of allergies. So I was looking for something at home to keep me in shape. Did it yesterday morning and woke up feeling it everywhere! Great 30 minute workout! Thank you!

  • Thank you for this great workout! Finally someone who doesn’t have that fake laughing on her lips throughout the whole workout, faking that it’s not exhausting at all. THANK YOU! Because a exhausted face through this workout is NORMAL! Thank you Ms. Robertson for really feeling this with us. If anybody still can laugh through throughout the workout…congratulations…I couldn’t. What’s really great is the the timer/counting, the breaks and the little pop up Video for the next exercise. I think that one break is missing…so I pressed “Pause”…pleas never ever delete your HIIT Videos!!!!

  • You truly understand that not everyone can jump around do high impact, your workouts are well put together, short & get results but more importantly sustainable.
Iam very surprised you haven’t got more subscribers tbh.
I will recommend you to my friends in need. Thank you you are awesome #workout #motivation #fitness #music #goodluck

  • Yesterday I finally managed to finish the 20 min one and then i said let’s try the 30 min one before i start i was saying that I am gonna do only 20 min but when I finished 20min of it said come on I can finish that and I did by the way the workouts are so good thanks

  • I was doing some online workout classes from last 1.5 months and i must say this is kinda best 30 min workout session with you man.

  • I loved this full body burner!!! This is by far my favorite workout channel as there are so many variations of workouts. My quarantine body is

  • Just did your new 10 minute stretch routine + this workout this morning.. great combination I’m feeling great to start my day. Thank you again!

  • Your videos along with some old fashioned cardio and clean eating help me cut 45lbs during the pandemic. I was 306lbs in October 2018 and went to 250lbs as of February 2020. And as of today now I weigh at 204lbs. Thanks Bully Juice you are such an inspiration! I will forever be grateful.

  • This video has great information, but I’m not sure about the best diet plan which i need to work with, only because I have never taken any. Anybody tried using the Custokebon Secrets? I have noticed several people mention unbelivable things about Custokebon Secrets.

  • Thank You for being a positive influence and force! I’ve become a stronger and healthier person from your vids and advice. Thanks for this… giving some hope in these tough times.

  • Great mix of exercises, not boring and quite fun to do with a partner! Thanks J.Y for putting these up for putting these vids up man.

  • I kept searching for this video after doing it before, and it just took me fifteen minutes to find. It says it is “unlisted” popsugar, please put this video back on your page in an easier to find spot!

  • Gym closed due to bloody corona virus haha, this work out was amazing and I kept up with you the whole sessions, more videos like this on the internet is what we need. TYSM

  • Decided to better myself and was researching great at-home workouts. Found your video and love it, love the encouragement! Barely survived the first go-around but I can see myself do this twice a day every day. Had a baby, left my bf, working hard to pay bills since barely had time to take care of myself. Life happens when you don’t feel like yourself. You encouraging, saying how proud you are, so understanding. This is what we need. We need more of you training people. Thank you so much!

  • Omg! My booty today is soooo sore! And I do barre classes and pilates! This got me good. Great workout! Kept the heart beat up with low impact workouts and a steady pace. Definitely a good toner. Finished this off with a 25 minute run. Will be back to torture myself with this one again. Thanks!

  • I proved to myself from following this video I’d sooner be worn out by intense workout than dying from boring 3 sessions in a row for the same move. I replace each move with harder variations and feel much better.

  • Great Workout. I’m making this a regular in my routine. Also can’t get the songs out of my head. Did you create them or do they have a name to look up?

  • Hi I am new to your channel and I am inspired by looking your perfect body. I am interested too but confused with level and where to start from?

  • I do this work out almost every day Absolutely awesome this lady is a good trainer, I enjoy this workout I feel my muscle pull on every workout. LOVE IT

  • Just started this tonight and I have had to stop after doing the first part didn’t realise I was so unfit but I suppose having to babies in the last 3 years and gaining 3 stone does that to you!

My legs can’t physically support my weight and are giving way.

Any tips on how long I should just stick to the first part for? I don’t want to over do it and do an injury.

  • I love the way Lita encourages people go at their own pace. I get kinda discouraged when video instructors push people even though they don’t see the way people are already pushing themselves so it feels like you’re not doing enough when you’re already giving your all. Plus, going at your own pace encourages me to redo these videos, no matter my workout/energy level, instead of giving up bc they were too hard.

  • Really appreciate the preview section before the next exercise comes up! Saves wasting the first 10 seconds of the set working out how to do it

  • I’ve been following Bullyjuice’s videos since February, instinctively subscribed and have never seen an ad in the middle of a video. It happened today for the very first time! I thanked God during each ad

  • Could anyone help me please, every time I use weights and do these types of workouts I get bulky quads seriously and it’s not the look i like anyone give me any advice please

  • This is my first day doing this workout and I got through 2 rounds couldn’t do the last because I did a workout before this but I will definitely keep doing this for three weeks

  • ii fellt so good..this bestwork didn’t felt like insane..but enjoyed..its doable……finally at last u feel good and achievable…

  • Good fun, doable but challenging. Thank you and I will do this one again. I love low impact strength and conditioning. Jumping at 62 is not tolerable on the knees lol

  • Is there a better feeling than eating a pizza without a guilt knowing that it wouldn’t mess up your fitness plans? *Next Level Diet*, thank you for everything!

  • Excellent workout for someone in their 60s. I found this challenging, but very doable as I was a gymnast some 40+ years ago. Thanks for the inspiration!

  • I loved the workout! Thank you for helping me complete my 30 minutes of physical activity for my home PE class due to the coronavirus. I will be sharing this video with the rest of my class so they can join me as well!

  • Start today

  • GUYS!! I’m so sad there’s ads in pop sugar vids now! There’s nothing like getting your heartrate up, and then the video pausing mid plank for an ad about another barre belle workout series. This happened 4 TIMES!! At least make the ads skippable. Otherwise, you will be losing loyal viewers (like me) to workout DVDs and virtual YMCA classes.

  • My parents don’t let me go to the gym. I don’t have any wights at home. I am 13 and I will try to do this once in the morning and afternoon. I have subscribed and thank you!

  • Today was my first of doing this exercise will update everyday the status by commenting

Day 1-continued till 18 mins after that almost fainted

  • Today, 1st time at [Level 2.5] after 2 weeks of [Level 2], and I made it to the end!
(Started at [Level 0.5] at the beginning of quarentine, and worked my way up to here!)
    Thank you, Jordan!

  • LITA AND REESE you guys make it look so easy but uffuhhh…am here sweating and breathing like am gonna pass out ☹☹☹

  • I needed an hour to do this and had to stop the video several times because I just can’t stand up as quickly. I also couldn’t do some of the exercises at all, like the burpee jumps and the side stepping planks. I will try this workout a few more times though, I think I could improve.

  • Been following this workout routine twice daily for the past two weeks. The routine is fantastic. Great sense of achievement everytime i completed the workout! Thank You JY!!

  • Did this workout yesterday and I really liked the moves. I wish there was a 2 sec break in between each move-felt like it went a little quick for me. I loved the 10 moves, 25 reps thing. Is there a list of the moves somewhere? I’d love to be able to do these moves on my lunch break!

  • I’ve been doing this for one and half months now, 3 days a week with 1 day set for all my junk cravings. No noticable results yet but I can feel my endurance skyrocketed within weeks. I couldn’t do more than 10 mins without taking 2-3 mins rest break on my first week and used to be frustrated when I have to workout and try to give up the last 3 mins of the workout. Don’t give up even if you dont see any results cause now I can do the entire full body workout in the video with just the given rest breaks without any issue. Hopefully I’ll see physical results in few months! I’ll keep y’all updated. This dude is legit, I’ve never hit gym in my life, looking forward to more routines in the future man. Thanks

  • Been following your workout since MCO. I’m surprised I’m able to complete this workout on my first try. Though it’s exhausting as F!

  • This was a brilliant workout for me, thank you so much. My first in a while and it hurt the next day but in a good way! I’ll be doing it again tomorrow. I think your fabulous and I appreciate the encouragement you give whilst doing the exercises and your instruction is excellent. Thank you again.

  • i didnt have weights so i just grab two broken steam irons lol.. after all it was kept aside to collect dust. sweats like crazy thanks popsugar for a good workout in the morning <3

  • Bro, thanks for the guide! I’m 25 and have been working at restaurants as a chef for the past 5 years. I lost a LOT of weight in these years. Shitty diet, no exercice. Since I have a really fast metabolism, I weight 50kg… 1,64m. Just skin and bones pretty much. My job has cost me a chunk of my health. I will fit these 30min guide into my waking up routine, and hopefully start eating better too. Thanks a bunch mate, you’re a beast!

  • Just awful. No explainations for anything, no infos about what mistakes you should avoid and too less time to get into a single exercise. Its just random stuff in sequence, that you do as fast as possible to damage your joints

  • Loved this even though it’s tough to do all 3 but I think it goes way faster and no repeating all of them in 3 different sets. Thanks Heather!

  • I found this to be a nice medium-intensity workout: challenging enough to feel worthwhile but not so hard that I felt like I never want to do it again. I appreciated that the intervals were short and varied enough to not get bored.

  • You are adorable and this workout is amazing I’ve done it several times during COVID19 and it really works on abs, legs and arms! You are so positive. THANK YOU.

  • OMG!!!! I loooove love love it !!! At the end I looked like I just took a shower, insane. I am so glad I found your video….thank you thank you thank you!!!! Much love ❤️

  • First workout with Lisa Lewis. I like this duo. If it’s not hard enough, do something during the breaks or use better form. Worked up good sweat. Nice workout!!

  • Stay at home order and needed something to push me to get some movement. I have done this workout twice this week and I am so glad I did. She waste no time and keeps things moving even though she talks to explain exercises. I am feeling tired and great after just 30 minutes. I am going to check out other videos to add to my workouts at home. Thank you for sharing.

  • Can this workout be done by men also? I mean for body fat loss…?

I’ve been following your channel since a good time and helped me a lot tysm for putting this for free.

  • This is my new favorite workout! I stumbled upon this looking for strength training, after doing Jake Dupree’s for a couple of weeks. Great whole body conditioning

  • Great cardio set! It was fun, and it kept me interested. I appreciate the notes about safety, and encouragement to push ourselves. Lovely Balanced Workout.

  • I did this workout on Thursday. I have been feeling it ever since. Came back and did it again today. Thanks so much. 30 mins is all I need!

  • Just a gentle reminder, this is more for beginner to intermediate level:)

For those who want intensive workout, this set of exercise might not be suitable

  • The best home bodyweight excersize according to ones capacity…
Yeoh Jordan you are the best inspirational n motivational fitness leader.. I love u.. keep going n inspire us….

  • Hi London, that was such a great workout! Thanks so much for working out with us and keeping us motivated. You are a joy to watch and exercise with! We will definitely come back.

  • This was the best workout and it wasn’t hard and I am 8 years old! I told my mom about it and she wants to do it!!! Thx for the AMAZING workout!

  • @Bullyjuice I am doing your 20 minute workout routine for past one week. Really enjoying it. The video and audio complement each other. However, the music in your 30 minute workout is not complementing the video. Can you repost video with the same music you used in 20 minute workout routine. It would be great to hear such music and workout. If possible can you can in some motivating music in the video which gives extra boost for workout.

  • This was a great workout! I’m so sore and wanted to take a rest day but pushed through anyway and this was the perfect workout for that! The moves never got old and it was challenging without any jumps which my body appreciated!! Thank you!!

  • She’s the best coach! I could do it, there are things I can’t do because I have an injury, but I try to do them the best I can and I feel awesome!

  • Can someone explain to me if this is a workout program where I have to follow the levels(?) Cuz I notice the title says level 2.5 and then I go to his channel and it shows a bunch of different videos with levels and I’m not sure what process to follow. Are there any prior videos before this one or do I repeatedly use this workout video?

  • I was looking for a strength training workout that wasn’t cardio-intrnsive, and this fit the bill! The instructor, Shannon, guided through each of the poses in a clear and encouraging fashion. I would have liked to see more arm work, but as far as legs and and go this workout was fantastic.

  • Sometimes, it was not clear when we needed to start or stop the exercise, without the word ”Stop” or ”Go”, especially when we were down on the floor. Nice one tho, I loved the lift heel part!

  • You suck for putting 5 “unskippaple” ads in this workout. I liked the instructor and workout a lot but a big forget you to PSF.

  • For anyone who cares, Ive been doing this workout 2X weekly for around 2 months now. Today was the first time I found it quite manageable! I still modified push ups (and jumping moves but that’s because I’m on a top floor) but other than that I didn’t need any breaks or anything. I’m not even exhausted like I used to be. For me it’s a big deal because my fitness used to be sooo poor. So for anyone out there who feels super unfit and like the workouts aren’t getting easier, one day it will surprise you with how manageable it seems compared to when you started

  • I want to share this with you, if you don’t mind.

The Bible says in Ephesians 2:8-9 KJV For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast.
I hope you already know God for yourself, but if you don’t know Him you can know Him today.
Jesus suffered, bled and died to pay for your sins and mine, out of love for us!
Salvation is in faith, but one must first realize that they are a lost sinner and will die and burn in hell for eternity without Christ, once we see ourselves, all one needs to do is repent of their sins, and put their faith in God: believing with all their heart that He will forgive every sin. • Thank you for the workout. It was hard but not too hard to finish. At the end of the workout, I was proud of myself not discouraged (which happens with a lot of times when I am not able to finish there work out)

  • This workout is no joke! You’ll be tired and sweating in no time and the crazy thing is you’ll want more the next day! Great workout…I do it 3x a week and I saw the results just after the first week! Go get it, Lunden is awesome!

  • I did this after a 30 min HIIT cardio workout. It felt pretty easy until move 7! That one’s a killer. Thank you, I will definitely continue to use this as an add-on to cardio workouts.

  • started my working out with this, I only made it halfway because i couldn’t push my body any further. Today though a made it a little further before me body gave out. I will get my body prepared for the military so i can be a EOD!

  • Could you maybe do a workout for really really unfit beginners. I’m overweight and I found myself simplifying every one but love the workout

  • Does anyone find it annoying when the have the profile view and she’s talking… who ever thought that was clever or trying to add to the mentality of the watcher…. Stop it. People look at you when they are talking to you and we are not in a group that we can see. Editing dumbness. NO offense to the program, loved it.

  • Really enjoyed this workout. It was quick and had just the right amount of intensity. I used 12’s and 8’s, and added hammer curls to the top of the hesitation lunges. Thanks!

  • Hi Thank you! Really enjoyed it. One thing, in the first rounds would be helpful to add 10 sec to rep time because by the time you show the exercise and describe it there is hardly any time of the 30 sec left. Thanks!

  • This is a great workout! Tired at the end, not exhausting, and felt energised all day after a good shower!

    Thanks guys!
PS do we have his insta? His smile is cute af

  • I’ve been doing this for three days this week so far and it’s awesome! Full body workout and I feel great. Keep it up!! Thank you.

  • Ive never hated any popsugar fitness workout as much as i hate this one. Not because its tough. But because i feel she wastes alot of time talking unnecessarily and then working out for a short duration at super fast speed. After doing this entire routine i felt i wasted my workout day on this routine. Maybe her workouts are effective but ber technique is not my preference. Would not recommened

  • I’ve done A LOT of your workouts during the quarantine and THIS one was the toughest. Thank you for your great workouts. I’m on the heavier side (5′ 10″, 215lbs), and many others’ HIIT workouts often led to lower back pain but your workouts are the only ones that did not so now I only do your HIIT workouts. Thank you!

  • Thanks for the workout. Gym is closed and trying to lose the weight I gained during the first few weeks of shutdown due to Covina-19.

  • Aaaaa yes! I was finally able to get through the whole thing this morning! I am 13 (almost 14 in September) and around 210 lbs, but I also have heavy muscles. I have quite a bit of body fat too. One of the things that I love about this workout is Londen (hope I spelt that right). She is so encouraging and positive the whole time. I felt pretty good after that, but now, 8 hours later, I’m already feeling the pain. Thank you!!

  • Do you have any control over the commercials? Can you have them come at the very beginning before we start and at the end? Messes up my workout because I’m not near the computer to skip them. Thanks!

  • Jordan, how many calories does this one burn? It would be great to share your daily work pout routine. I just keep grabbing whichever comes first by try to be on the level 3 and above.

  • I heard Shannon say “awesome” 41 times:D, but maybe I missed a couple while I was huffing and puffing…. kinda funny. But seriously, she has a sweet voice and I felt encouraged the whole way. Nice workout.

  • Just tried this workout as it’s raining outside so not ideal for running. I loved it!! Felt like it was challenging but not impossible! Only problem was my dog was sitting practically on top of me and licking my face at regular intervals!!:)) Thanks again!

  • I love to see how she workout…that’s why I’m again and again follow only her workout session…but I want to know does it comes under HIIT workout

  • Did you hear about NextLevelDiet? These guys deserve a medal. Their customized training and diet plan helped me change my life. I can’t thank them enough

  • I’m intending to start doing this soon… I really like that you are so understanding and saying “I know it’s hard, just a little bit more, you’re doing great” it’s very comforting:)

  • I’m 11 I’m insecure I did the whole work out I’m proud ❤️and I am determined that when I start I won’t stop till I reach my goal ❤️

  • Jordan Yeoh, this is a great workout….
how many calories would a 73kg (161 lbs) 179cm guy burn if the workout is followed almost exactly?

  • I love how non-judgemental she is. She makes me feel amazing even though I’m a complete couch potato that really needs to lose some weight. She makes me feel capable of doing that. Thanks London

  • Many thanks, I have been researching “weight lift routine” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across Fonmich Strength Smasher (do a google search )? Ive heard some decent things about it and my partner got great success with it.

  • I did this but 20 minutes in i felt like dying so the quantity and quality of my moves got worse… but at least i reached the end

  • What an excellent video! I appreciate and am motivated by the pleasant color scheme, the timers, the predictability of the circuits, and the positive, fun energy. And I’m EXHAUSTED. Thank you SO SO much for the video.

  • I just recently subscribed to your channel. Your videos are fun and they have been really motivational to me. Thank you so much for all of these great videos:)

  • This was so good! I like her coaching style and it was challenging but shes motivating that you can stick with it and you’ll feel great after! More like this onewith weights!

  • This is just what I was looking for, I have lower back pain & weak over-stretched hamstrings so really need to strengthen my glutes & core. I can do this workout without killing myself thanks to Anna’s modifications!

  • Love these workouts so much! I was a college soccer athlete and have been out for about 3 years now. Having these workouts to keep my cardiovascular in shape is amazing! I find it difficult to push myself very hard in workouts when I am alone as I can with someone else telling me what to do! I love that these keep the pace for me as well! These workouts really help me reach a more difficult level of exercise than I would on my own and have really helped me find my motivation again to SWEAT! I find myself dripping in sweat after every single one of these! THANK YOU

  • That was tough! cool and burning at the same time! Awesome. And I always keep catching myself being mislead when I see “No Equipment”, in 9 of 10 cases it is always harder and I almost cry for let it be better the one with equipment:-) ha ha ha

  • I can’t be the only one who on that one active recovery in the beginning is alternating the second time with the crunches because they didn’t say again that it was one at a time

  • Been doing this at least once a week for the past 6-7 weeks. Glad to say I finally completed all the exercises with proper form from start to finish without dying mid-way!

  • I loved the New Format…Tough! I’m ashamed to say I haven’t done w/o for last month… But I’m Back! and that’s what counts, right

  • I always skim through your workout videos before completing them and prior to skimming, I knew this would end with BURPEES!!!! Such a great way to end the workout, Heather. Thank you for continuing to inspire us and be amazing!

  • like 10 seconds of intro and straight into it. I searched “no equipment hiit workout” and saw this. Idk if its technically hiit but it is exactly what i was looking for. thanks for making good content. When you make good content you dont have to tell people to like and subscribe

  • This was a very good beginners workout and a good introduction to some core basic moves. Would definitely recommend for anyone just getting started, or needing low impact.

  • it’s my second time doing this work out. I love it so much. thank you for everything and talking to me throughout it. couldn’t do it with out you.

  • Really loved this workout, it got me warmed up and sweating all around. The instructor is so calm and encouraging with a soothing voice. What a great workout!

  • Just started the monthly calendar workouts for July! What a great 1st day!! I’m dripping sweat as always!! LOVE feeling this way after a workout and you’re the only one who can do that for me, thank you Heather!:)

  • Progress, not perfect! Great quote! How many times though do you need to say awesome LOL it kind of loses its meaning don’t you think

  • Wow.. hadn’t done this one before. Great start to July’s Workouts Plan. Have you done any HiiT Videos that involve ‘Pyramids or ladders?’ Loving all your workouts and embarked on following your Monthly plan for the first time. Feeling awesome Thank you x

  • This was a STRUGGLE. Lol I mean, I still finished the whole thing… but some of my accommodations for the exercises were questionable at best hahaha

  • This was my first HIIT workout, and I really liked the same 3 moves after another. Usually I will get tired and quit after 1/3 or 2/3 through a workout, but this set-up encouraged me to go until the end

  • I guess I must have come across a more advanced workout this early in my fitness journey, so I had to modify quite a few moves. But I did it! And I hope in a month or so I can do this whole workout as intended. Thanks for the great video!

  • Hey man, I wish you would do more 30 minute workouts, 60 minute workouts. Really nice to not have to do multiple workouts at once. Love your content keep it up.

  • Love that Heather doesn’t say much in the workout. I find constant commentary so annoying and off putting. Thank you! PS where did you get your leggings??

  • Super love this workout. It was my first intro to H.R. workouts and I was hooked from the start to the end Cos it got me dripping sweat all over my mat, and yet I Loved it! The music is distracting in a good way and no irritating voice that keeps telling you to push on etc. Now I only do H.R. workouts. There are so many, from this toughie to Low impact and even stretching! Love from Singapore

  • Heather, it’s wild throughout this one, Im loving it and then hating it! Also, I praise you and then 30 seconds later I’m swearing and cursing at you. Always without fault, when it’s done, I’m back to loving this, you, and each and every workout with you. Love all that you do and trying many different workouts you have on you channel. Hope you are well, safe, and staying positive. All the best!
