Here’s how it works: Perform each exercise for 1 minute. Rest for 30 seconds in between each move Once you finish all of them, go back to the top and repeat everything again, making a 30-minute full body workout!The Men’s Health 30-Minute Shred utilizes high-intensity interval training (or HIIT), which is an effective method for improving sports performance and stripping away body fat. Make sure to rest one day between workouts. Do 3 sets of each exercise.

Use a weight that makes it challenging, but not impossible, to do about 10 reps of each move. Focus on maintaining good form above all else. Rest about a minute between sets, and about 2 to 3 minutes. 5 Supersets at 7 minutes each = 35 minutes. As you can see, a full body workout for men is more than possible in 35 mins.

It will push your limits, but it’ll be worth it, I promise. Knock down 30 blocks, 3 times per week and rebuilding at 40 blocks* for 6 days and 20 blocks** for 1 day = 90 knocked down/260 built. or.

    you should take seperate time to teach the exercise coz’ 1 workout was of 30 seconds you guys took almost 25 seconds to teach the workout and we could do it only for 5 seconds!! what benefit would that give??!!

  • I liked the moves in this workout, I did have to advance it a bit by jogging in place during the breaks. And for those looking for more cardio, I did 8 mountain climbers and a jump, then repeat for the 1st exercise Did skaters for the curtsy exercise, did some knee dips along with the plank holds, and did knee highs for the jogging in place, and did a hop between the side by side lunges.

  • Honestly i didn’t enjoy that, it wasn’t fun at all. The warm up already asked way too much of my muscles and the cool down wasn’t enough. And during the workout itself i wasn’t pumped, i just felt like i was dying. Yes, i’m sweating a lot and my body will thank me later but i didnt have fun

  • One of the girl’s torso isn’t parallel with her shin and head moves up and down during the squat, she might be too tight around her neck shoulders there and core needs to be strengthened.

  • I love the way Lita encourages people go at their own pace. I get kinda discouraged when video instructors push people even though they don’t see the way people are already pushing themselves so it feels like you’re not doing enough when you’re already giving your all. Plus, going at your own pace encourages me to redo these videos, no matter my workout/energy level, instead of giving up bc they were too hard.

  • I’ve been doing this for one and half months now, 3 days a week with 1 day set for all my junk cravings. No noticable results yet but I can feel my endurance skyrocketed within weeks. I couldn’t do more than 10 mins without taking 2-3 mins rest break on my first week and used to be frustrated when I have to workout and try to give up the last 3 mins of the workout. Don’t give up even if you dont see any results cause now I can do the entire full body workout in the video with just the given rest breaks without any issue.   • I was looking for a strength training workout that wasn’t cardio-intrnsive, and this fit the bill! The instructor, Shannon, guided through each of the poses in a clear and encouraging fashion. I would have liked to see more arm work, but as far as legs and and go this workout was fantastic.

  • Sometimes, it was not clear when we needed to start or stop the exercise, without the word ”Stop” or ”Go”, especially when we were down on the floor. Nice one tho, I loved the lift heel part!

  • You suck for putting 5 “unskippaple” ads in this workout. I liked the instructor and workout a lot but a big forget you to PSF. ����

  • For anyone who cares, Ive been doing this workout 2X weekly for around 2 months now. Today was the first time I found it quite manageable! I still modified push ups (and jumping moves but that’s because I’m on a top floor) but other than that I didn’t need any breaks or anything. I’m not even exhausted like I used to be. For me it’s a big deal because my fitness used to be sooo poor. So for anyone out there who feels super unfit and like the workouts aren’t getting easier, one day it will surprise you with how manageable it seems compared to when you started��

And ask Him to save their soul from hell with all faith and all sincerity! Believe in God and He will save you today.
    If you have never gone to God and repented of your sins and put your faith in Him, now is the time my friend.

  • Thank you for the workout. It was hard but not too hard to finish. At the end of the workout, I was proud of myself not discouraged (which happens with a lot of times when I am not able to finish there work out)

  • This workout is no joke! You’ll be tired and sweating in no time and the crazy thing is you’ll want more the next day! Great workout…I do it 3x a week and I saw the results just after the first week! Go get it, Lunden is awesome!

  • I did this after a 30 min HIIT cardio workout. It felt pretty easy until move 7! That one’s a killer. Thank you, I will definitely continue to use this as an add-on to cardio workouts.

  • started my working out with this, I only made it halfway because i couldn’t push my body any further. Today though a made it a little further before me body gave out. I will get my body prepared for the military so i can be a EOD!

  • Does anyone find it annoying when the have the profile view and she’s talking… who ever thought that was clever or trying to add to the mentality of the watcher…. Stop it. People look at you when they are talking to you and we are not in a group that we can see. Editing dumbness. NO offense to the program, loved it.

  • Ive never hated any popsugar fitness workout as much as i hate this one. Not because its tough. But because i feel she wastes alot of time talking unnecessarily and then working out for a short duration at super fast speed. After doing this entire routine i felt i wasted my workout day on this routine. Maybe her workouts are effective but ber technique is not my preference. Would not recommened��

I’m on the heavier side (5′ 10″, 215lbs), and many others’ HIIT workouts often led to lower back pain but your workouts are the only ones that did not so now I only do your HIIT workouts. Thank you!

  • Aaaaa yes! I was finally able to get through the whole thing this morning! I am 13 (almost 14 in September) and around 210 lbs, but I also have heavy muscles. I have quite a bit of body fat too. One of the things that I love about this workout is Londen (hope I spelt that right). She is so encouraging and positive the whole time. I felt pretty good after that, but now, 8 hours later, I’m already feeling the pain. Thank you!! ����������

  • Many thanks, I have been researching “weight lift routine” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across Fonmich Strength Smasher (do a google search )? Ive heard some decent things about it and my partner got great success with it.

  • Love these workouts so much! I was a college soccer athlete and have been out for about 3 years now. Having these workouts to keep my cardiovascular in shape is amazing! I find it difficult to push myself very hard in workouts when I am alone as I can with someone else telling me what to do! I love that these keep the pace for me as well! These workouts really help me reach a more difficult level of exercise than I would on my own and have really helped me find my motivation again to SWEAT!   • This was a STRUGGLE. Lol I mean, I still finished the whole thing… but some of my accommodations for the exercises were questionable at best hahaha

  • This was my first HIIT workout, and I really liked the same 3 moves after another. Usually I will get tired and quit after 1/3 or 2/3 through a workout, but this set-up encouraged me to go until the end

  • I guess I must have come across a more advanced workout this early in my fitness journey, so I had to modify quite a few moves. But I did it! And I hope in a month or so I can do this whole workout as intended. Thanks for the great video!

  • Super love this workout. It was my first intro to H.R. workouts and I was hooked from the start to the end Cos it got me dripping sweat all over my mat, and yet I Loved it! The music is distracting in a good way and no irritating voice that keeps telling you to push on etc. Now I only do H.R. workouts. There are so many, from this toughie to Low impact and even stretching! Love from Singapore
