  • i did it! but ngl this workout felt like it was 3 hours long. i think my ADD brain doesnt do well with repeating the same circuits/moves in a row. i find workouts that dont repeat circuits hold my attention and pass the time more ^_^

  • Avid gym goer here, I’m trying as many videos as I can during quarantine because I have no gym. This video burned 315 calories for me via my Fitbit!

  • My wife got me into these videos which are all great. But Rainier Pollard is my favorite trainer, I am literally laughing at some point during every one of his videos. I know that within those first five minutes I’m getting a sweat joke and I am here for it every time. Keep it up because everytime there’s a new Rainier Pollard video the world becomes a better place.

  • I’m a big follower of his but it is ridiculous to have adverts in between a HIIT workout video which is meant to be time sensitive

  • Thanks so much Charlee! I have been doing this workout since lockdown and love it. Keep pushing yourself each day and you’ll get stronger and stronger.

  • Raneir, your fans in Stockholm, Sweden love you and your workouts. Thanks for all the good sweat. Let us know when you’re in town!

  • Really good workout! First time I tried it, I had to pause a couple of times in order to finish it. It’s tough, it gets your heart pumping hard the entire time! In my opinion is a very good workout. It works the legs and shoulders the most, so after, sometimes I do a quick abs/core workout to have a total body. Definitely one of my fave cardio workouts.

  • Staying home in respect and protection of myself and others during this pandemic. I was a gym-goer 6days a weekcanceled my gym membership and now run 2days a week and the rest is popsugar. Hoping for hour-long workouts here…? Enjoying your instructions and so greatful for you. Please keep pushing, inspiring and making is laugh!

  • For anyone wondering, she is @followthelita on IG!! Literally THE BEST workout instructor out there, she runs @hellofitnesstv (a health and wellness IG page), a mother, and one of the biggest inspirations to impact my life go check her out y’all, and remember to push yourself out of your comfort zone every single day. This workout and Rhys has definitely been pushing me

  • I’ve been doing this workout for few months now and for the first time since I started I was able to finish ALL 4 ROUNDS I’m so happy and proud of myself like you would not believe. I usually stop at 2 rounds out of exhaustion but today people I’m an ELITIST AND A BIT OF A SHOW OFF

  • Absolutely love your guys’ workouts, but, I would prefer to have all the ads in a huge chunk in the beginning of the video or at the end because they pop up in the middle of a set and completely throw off the timing ‍♂️ otherwise your format is fantastic.

  • This was very challenging but I got the feeling of having work very hard, which sometimes I find it difficult with some workout videos, as I’ve been attending fitness classes for three years now and I’ve got an advanced fitness level. I thought the end was coming very quickly cause the rounds went too fast and I felt a little bit disappointed when I was in round 7 and I didn’t feel that tired, but the last 12 minutes she goes repeating the most difficult and challenging movements from the differents rounds. So do not give up because the “worst” is yet to come. Push yourself!

  • I loved this workout and really felt motivated! My only suggestion (for PopSugar fitness as a whole) is to try to incorporate modifications that don’t use hands as much. As someone who has had 3 surgeries on my wrist, it is very difficult to participate in workouts that mainly utilize planks and push-ups…I know they are great workouts, but if there are any good modifications for others like me then I know we would really appreciate it!! <3 Thank you again for making these videos though-I really do love them!

  • Okay but those speed skaters are literally impossible. I didn’t need to modify any exercises apart from those. How is it possible to do them full speed???

  • The most fun workout ever!! Profusely sweating but yet beaming unabashedly throughout the workout!:) The moves were so entertaining and you guys made the workout cheerful and fun with your casual camaraderie! Looking forward to more workouts like this:) Go Kaycee, Anna and Nicole!

  • The sequences are way too long. They could have done with more encouragement to get everyone through it other than silence and a real countdown too!

  • Chloe Ting’s challenge together with this workout are making me have great results, you are amazing girls, I am feeling my body burning now.

  • I love this workout. I have dyspraxia (and dyslexia) so it can mean sometimes I struggle to coordinate my body. I find workout videos are too quick in their demonstrations sometimes. I love working out so it gets so frustrating when I cant do the moves. But I love cardio, i love my heart bumping and i love getting my body all tired and toned but I often struggle too because of not understanding how to on the videos! It’s like my brain knows in theory how to do it but my body just goes “wHaT?” And gets my leg to go randomly up in the air but this video is so perfect for me! The moves are simple but so effective! Thank you so much:)

  • Thank you so much for this home work out I have started it’s been great but I have protein food allergy so which food I should take please let me know and I will definitely continue this workout thank you so much again

  • Idk what I just did, but I would not call that dancing……. my mind and feet and arms and stomach and ass just don’t move in sync. Now I realize how white I am

  • Used to love doing this daily UNTIL the adverts which can’t be skipped starting playing throughout, not during the breaks. Such a shame

  • “come on! knees, knees, roll, roll, and hit”…. that´s is f*** contagious! I was working and stopped to jump with you ladies. TKS!

  • This was sooo good!! i LOVE the dance workouts because they can make you sweat so much and can include lots of body strength especially for your legs and it’s completely enjoyable at the same so you don’t even feel like you’re working out!!

^ that’s what i love about POPSUGAR even when they don’t do dance classes, it never seems like a boring, dreaded class it’s always so fun and you get to enjoy working out because there is literally no point in working out unless it is effective AND fun <3

  • I LOVE THIS WORKOUT!! I am 7 months pregnant and this dance party made me feel sexy again even though I feel like a huge whale ;P Thanks Nicole Steen for your awesome energy! You are AMAZING!!

  • super awesome! it was the first time that I did hiit without wanting it to have an end. didn’t feel the time passing. feels so natural, so close. and I loved the “yoga” little sprinkles. thank you all!

  • This is great. All three are legit. I’ve been lazy and decided to put the bong down and get up. I now do a 20 min. twice a day. 5 stars.

  • Thank you very much, my favorite time of the whole day is doing workout! Its really a liberate for me after busying the whole day! And I have been more healthier than before!

  • Popsugar and especially this video have been my go-to throughout all of quarantine. Thank you for keeping me active and getting me in Wedding Dress shape!!

  • I work out consistently with heavy weights, and this is an intense endurance workout. Definitely felt my heart pumping, and boy was I sweating!

  • Raneir is my FAVORITE!!! I thought I hated HIIT until his videos. The routines are so good and easily modifiable, he’s hilarious, and he actually sweats which makes me feel better because I’m a very sweaty person

  • Raneir is the best! This workout felt like it flew by and he keeps you smiling and laughing the entire time despite the intensity in the cardio. More Raneir!

  • Love the workout which is why I came back to it after all these months. However, disappointed there are now add that interrupt the workout! Why is that?!

  • Toooooo many burpeesss, I mean it reaches a point of death! Love this workout but way too many burpees, constant pressure on knees!

  • This is my absolute favorite cardio video ever

I was able to complete it with no extra breaks except for a few for water. (they were only 10-15 seconds for water breaks… keep hydrated!)
I will definitely be doing this more in the future on my daily workouts.

  • Modifications for my terrible knees and bruised ribs –
Scissor kick modQuick feet side to side and/ or toe touches on a yoga block
Plank (hurt the ribs) leg lifts and/ or scissor kids side to side (keep em really close to the mat)
Pop squatsRegular squats into calf raises

  • If you think this workout is easy, you aren’t doing it right.
Even the “modifier” is seriously fit. I just finished my first time and SUCKED. I hate it (okay, not the workout, I hate my lack of fitness) so much that I will be doing it again and again. #determinedtobefit

  • thank sooo much for that! loved this workout! I did pause and took a moment to appreciate those donkey kicks but got till the end.

  • Realised in this workout how much I value predictability….I found myself feeling frustrated at the lack of information/sequence/knowledge timings….Not at all a criticism on the trainer (I’m sweating buckets and feel great for it) just curious what that says about me Will need to reflect on that and practice being ok with not knowing.
    Thanks for sharing ladies

  • This was the most enjoyable workout I’ve had in a while! He is SO funny! Lol my only complaint is that it was hard to breathe to workout because of all my giggles!

  • So she includes plank elbow taps and mountain climbers as part of her warm-up….just to let you know what kind of workout this is lol!

Pro-tip to Advertisers: When you interrupt a brutal hiit and make me have to skip your ad you can best believe I am going to remember NEVER to buy your product!

Thanks for the workout, I AM DEAD!

  • I love Ranier!!! I watch a lot of fitness videos, and he is my favorite! He’s all about being good to your body, not shaming, like some trainers. He’s fun and real, and gives solid workout advice. The yoga stretch at the end is also really good and often neglected by other trainers.

  • Love his energy!! Great 30 minute exercise, however it’s a bit beginner. I enjoyed it though and will likely use this video as more of a warm up.

  • Why wouldn’t you put a break, or at least a transition screen, before the cool down?! Too much talking, not enough timekeeping. We can’t all gaze at the screen from our planks, man. You have to signal things with musical cues and yelling out numbers lol

  • SUCH A GOOD WORKOUT. I’ve been looking for 30-minute HIIT videos and this is my favorite so far. He is honest and acknowledges that he’s doing the work right along with you and that it’s not easy, but it’s worth it. His way of teaching is so inspiring! Thank you, Raneir!! <3 <3

  • Absolutely loved this workout! Had me feeling so positive and glowing on a night where I was soooo tired and demotivated!! Anna and her team are so uplifting and encouraging…such good vibes!

  • This was AN AMAZING workout and I had a lot of fun thank you for showing this because I have not been very productive in quarantine but this motivated me a lot! Thank you❤️

  • This woman has so much energy but her time keeping is terrible even her backing dancers are struggling to know what she’s doing next!

  • This video is legit! Day 1, I took many stop breaks, sat down a few times after each exercise and contemplated stopping the video altogether, but I didn’t, I pushed through. Just finished day 5 and didn’t stop once or sit down or pause the video. I can really feel the improvements and wonder what it’ll be like on day 30. I don’t look forward to doing it each morning because I know it will challenge me, but I love that and that’s what keeps me coming back! Thank you ladies. And Anna, I don’t know how you talk all the way through this video I’m barely breathing.

  • Ok, SO!!! I absolutely dread HIIT workouts but I was feeling like challenging myself so I gave it a go. I DID NOT FEEL THE 30 min pass!!! It went by so quick! This is my second workout with Raneir. He’s just the best hands down!!!! Raneir and Allie Cohen for lifeee!!

  • If you think this was gonna be an easy beginner cardio workout, you’re in for a surprise. I’m no way an athlete but I’m a seasoned to do 4 HIIT workouts a week with LesMills and PopSugar workouts of Jeannette Jenkins and this workout forced me to go for modified at times!! Thank you again Anna for posting this one here and I’ve come to know about it today! <3

  • oh man, this was great! I feel like a noodle lmao–I will definitely be feeling the effects of this tomorrow morning. Thanks for the great workout! I felt motivated enough to keep going, and this is coming from the President of the “I Hate Burpees” club, so that has to mean something, haha. Have a great workout guys!

  • I just finished this workout and it was so intense! I was sweating in buckets! Those donkey kicks were hard! Christina nailed them! She’s a beast at them! Taylor is excellent instructor! Thank you, PopSugar for an intense workout! I will do this workout again soon!

  • I must say the trainer understand his students well! I did the whole workout along with them for the first time, without taking any extra seconds rest!

  • This is kind of my favorite workouts. I love dancing and party (ofcourse). These workouts are great for people that loves to dance.

  • 23 July: lasted only 9:48 minutes with extreme difficulty
24 July lasted 13:35 minutes with extreme difficulty
29 july lasted 10:28 minutes with moderate difficulty

  • I had foot surgery a few months ago. The Dr told me I need to exercise to help my foot heal but also to not overdo it. I was struggling to find a good balance and then my gym closed on top of that.
SO I’m loving that I can do these workouts in my room and feel like I’m getting a great workout without hurting my foot (modifications y’all!)
    Thank you thank you

  • Oh Gosh! This workout must have made my internal system burn like hell. I sweat like a waterfall. Thanks a lot ladies. I love it.

  • This workout was okay but I felt the instructor was switching too quickly from one exercise to another without necessarily explaining them properly or giving enough time to get the movement. She is nice but I prefer other instructors.

  • Hooooohh!!!!! I love scissors steps esp knowing that they can still manage to smile . Good thing though, a great motivation .
Always a sure sweat-bath after this workout . Thank u both. Thanks SELF my workout buddy .

  • I did this exercise for the first time 2 months ago. I had to stop 3 times because I was about to puke, it was really difficult. I went to sleep, and I woke up with such a sore body, I was complaining for two days every time I had to do ANYTHING. Sitting down hurt, getting up hurt, taking a mug out of the cupboard hurt… For at least a week, I didn’t do any exercise.
But then I started looking into 15 minutes, beginner cardio combined with body weight exercises. I did those 6 days a week, for 6 weeks and yesterday I happened upon this video again. It was like seeing a bully from school again. I wondered how I’d do this time, so I did it.
I did fairly well until we got to the burpees and donkey kicks. I still can’t do pushup burpees, so I did them without the pushups. I completed the whole workout without any breaks, but it was still very tough.
Today however… I feel just a little sore. I don’t even think about it. Can’t wait to do this again in 4 weeks, see if I do better:) Don’t give up people, there is hope.

  • Ads in the middle of a workout? Yikes. I’d rather sit through 5 minutes at the start! Super distracting. Couldn’t focus on the workout at all.

  • I’m not normally into the small talk that trainers make, but I love this guy. He makes me laugh and keeps me motivated. Also, I’m a fan of any HIIT workout that doesn’t involve burpees.

  • Fitness godess: if I can do it so can you
Me who’s 10kg overweight: we’ve been tricked, we’ve been backstabbed and we’ve been quite possibly, bamboozled

  • i love this workout been doing since February 2020 but the ads are killing me. Will have to download and not watch on youtube. why is this happening why so many ads?

  • Anna I LOVE this cardio workout. You teach those moves perfectly this makes me come back over and over during this challenging time. The workout is very efficient I gained muscle!❤️❤️❤️❤️

  • Such an amazing workout burnt 430 calories! Super motivating which has been great during lockdown. Thanks so much to Anna and PopSugar!

  • This used to be my favourite workout till they introduced ads in the middle. Completely ruins the workout! SELF, please stop being greedy and rectify this ASAP!

  • I love him. He can make you smile when you want to quit and cry. Also, he makes me not be self conscious about sweating, because I’m just like him.

  • I actually could not wait around to use the weight loss program. I was certainly delighted. My own friend lost 10 lbs soon after this specific weight loss program. My buddy has dropped 10 lbs already because of this weight loss program. Google should help you to discover it. weight’s name is at the bottom.
    Bella Kaγozko
    good luck

  • These workouts have strengthened me during the time my gym has been closed. I have actually worked out more and gotten stronger with these workouts. Anna and team are amazin!

  • We need some knee friendly cardio workouts!!! I was a dancer and my knees are no bueno. Doing a million lunges and squats are not helpful for me at all.

  • Thank you SO much Anna! I LOVED this workout & it was exactly what I needed. I am 6 months pregnant & feeling like a beached whale. ;P This was perfect for me because I could switch back and forth from modified to advanced and I was sweating bullets. I love the different levels for each move and your positive energy was so refreshing. I also love that you are so real and show us it’s ok to fall over ;D I also really needed to hear, “If you are tired, you are getting stronger,” because I am so SO tired right now. Thank you thank you!

  • That was great normally workouts make me feel very tired afterwards (which is also nice) but this one made me feel so powerful! It was great

  • Too many ad interruptions even after watching full ads at the front. Would love circuit clocks.
Don’t forget DADS work out too!:)

  • Thank you soooooooooo much Popsugarfitness this workout is a REAL workout it’s not like you do 1 min of a reallllllly short workout it’s a propper one so thank you again

  • Loved this workout!! Nicole, you are the best. I love how you are able to talk throughout the workout and give us great verbal cues!

  • Enjoy this Tabata style HIT 20 seconds on 10 seconds off to minute intervals 10 different exercises perfect for those who do not have the time to work out get bored easy and want to burn twice the calories and half the time enjoy a custom-made beat during your follow along HIIT Tabata workout that will energize you and motivate you to put in your maximum effort https://youtu.be/_nVYKJyhT-M

  • The best workout yet. I loved that there’s a core workout as a rest, as I don’t like long rests. I´m so sweaty and I love it. Thanks!

  • Love you Raneir…..Such good energy!..I’m a part time cert. Tabata Bootcamp instructor….this workout gets me sweating everytime!

  • thank you Ranier. just perfect for me when Idon’t have much time but want to burn calories badly! I always enjoy your format of workout:)

  • I usually love hiit/cardio workouts and I can’t tell you exactly why but I just really didn’t enjoy this one. Maybe something about the confusing intervals/lack of proper rest

  • ive done this video before, but today it was a little annoying cause i got multiple ads in the middle of working out. this is the only video this has happened ‍♀️

  • This is one of my favourite workouts! I like that it’s all standing and does not involve any push-ups etc. I am always exhausted by the end of it. During our COVID stay at home months, Anna has converted me from a runner to a at home workout junkie!

  • This is a great workout and different from many others I have done! Remember: slow and steady wins the race, by which I mean, it’s the only way you’ll get through this workout lol

  • I understand you’re trying to make money, but ads in the middle of a workout are really annoying because they interrupt the flow.
The workout itself was great though

  • Only got half way through before I started wheezing Definitely gonna be doing this more often cause I didn’t realize how out of shape I was

  • This is the second time I do this workout. I absolutely LOVE it! Burned 150 calories DURING the workout and it fired up my metabolism so much that I burned THREE hundred extra calories ONE hour after the workout! Thank you! Love from France

  • yall when she says ‘it feels good to feel strong,’ i never knew how real that was until i stopped doing this workout! like dude i switched over to chloe ting for a month program to see what it was like and i was really sad all the time and not motivated to exercise at all. idk if this was just me but this is the best workout lol! thank you charlee, i do this every day!!!

  • This workout is amazing! Pounds are melting off. The last 3 minutes are my fave cus I really push through and I feel so accomplished! I say, oooh baby, with so much passion.

  • I’m on my second week for every weekday. I kept this up, and im doing and feeling great! Even though I won’t get sleepy until about 1 or 2 am. Lol

  • Okay so I enjoyed the video itself, it is a good workout. BUT, Am I the only one who got interrupted 2-4 times by adds??? I do tons of workouts on Popsugar and I don’t recall this happening on others.

  • Did not like the flow of this one. I like variety but needed to know what to do before she said go. Just seemed too slow then too rushed. And the mid ads are distracting.

  • Awesome stuff…Love love positive trainers!
I recently got hook on singing and working out at the same time! Ever in awe at how some performers can sing and dance at the same time for an entire set?? See examples https://youtu.be/LOp8PIVXJjo; https://youtu.be/8y97RKEBORY

  • Literally the most irritating presenters ever… if they’d said ‘le sweat’ or ‘YOU GOT THIS’ one more time, I was going to throw my tv out of the window. Back to the adorable Chloe Ting I go….

  • YES! 30 full minutes, no equipment needed, plenty of mods (I have a titanium wrist and need to modify burpees, etc.), lovely positive energy, and great production quality. 10/10!

  • i did the 30min workout in 1hr 30min with lot of breaks, glad that i did the whole thing:)
It is hard but I ended up losing an inch of my hard earned tummy just after 2 days

  • I felt fine during most of this but my knees did feel a little like they were going to collapse. The next morning a little achey.

The day after I really felt the burn!

  • This was SO much fun! Time flew by! And even though I’m no dancer, Nicole made me feel super confident! Thank you, PopSugar for this channel!

  • Oh man…perfect quaretine workout! My legs feel like jelly. I think I’m really going to feel this tomorrow! It was difficult for sure, but the modifications help and you can ALWAYS take a break and rest. I will definitely be doing this again and I hope to see progress because boy am I out of shape!

  • Difficult workout… too many burpie varieties!! But I wouldn’t repeat this one simply because of the number of adds… 5 adds in a. 30 minute video, 4 of them were in the first 15 minutes!! ARG

  • This is the most annoying workout ever. They’re all talking at the same time and talking over one another. The two in the back don’t need to speak at all just exercise but they all putting their two cents in all at once.

  • 243 ppl must not know what a good workout looks like
This was a great workout! I increased the intensity with 7lb weight when doing the wood chopper. i just about died after that >:O

  • About 3 weeks ago I started doing beginners workouts and today I did this completed wooo…7lbs down doing keto and intermittend fasting

  • Did not expect this workout to challenge me this much! INTENSE but I feel amazing and so accomplished. Definitely need more Taylor Walker

  • Gracias por su clase entretenida, que me ayuda a hacer ejercicio en esta cuarentena. Siempre los recomiendo a mis amigas. Un abrazo desde Chile. Thanks.

  • Been dancing with Nicole’s workouts for the last 2 weeks, absolutely love them. I homework for 8 hours sitting, so I try to do any of there everyday, it’s great how I feel better. Thanks from Argentina.

  • Raineir, thank you, your tabata workouts helped me lose weight (somehow, I don’t diet, though haha), at least my uniform fits me right now.

  • Great workout!!

The election advertisements that were recently added intermittently during the workout. are very disruptive and annoying.

Please consider putting them at the beginning or the end. Thank you!!

  • First half very good. Second half I thought something would have changed but the trainer insisted with legs legs legs. Bloody legs. Thanks good the instead of the “breaks” you could opt for some abs at least.

  • Loved this cardio workout! I did this back to back with her body weight workout and it was the perfect combo if you wanna push yourself!

  • Your videos are amazing!!! Thank you guys so much! Also, feel more than welcome to come to Brazil post Covid 19 😉 hahaha we’ll be more than happy to have you here and party with you!

  • Thank you SO much for this Anna. Over the last few years the Popsugar videos really changed my life and I have been keeping my fingers crossed for you guys to release a new solid cardio burnout. This was just what I needed. I’m starting a new job and about to move cross country: surrounded by boxes and bubble wrap and chaos, but I pushed the mess to the side, rolled out my mat, and voila! I am sweating and beaming and paused the video before cool down even started just to express my gratitude. When you were saying “the tired is just you getting stronger!” it hit me that my body is in such a good place because of what Popsugar has given me. Thank you.

  • I did half yesterday and made it till the end today! I usually don’t get back to the same video cuz m very lazy and most of the videos just bla bla bla. Boring for me. U girl got so much energy! All those comments like “ love yourself” or “ ouu babe “ made me have smile on my face for the whole session! It’s very useful and fun same time! Keep it up!

  • awesome workout but the camera focus too much on the blonde girl and it gets difficult to keep track of the hardest exercises if it is always focusing on the easy modifications!!!

  • Great workout, definitely hard. I felt like I didn’t know the plan, though. Was it 30 seconds or 40 seconds of work? 10 reps or 12?

  • I’ve had this video on my “watch later” playlist and I finally did it earlier today and I was deadddd and breathing like a pig I couldn’t even finish the end but I did it once again and I actually finished and It passes by so fast like wth. Fav workout video now. <3

    Pense, lembre, lamente, e transforme.
Tenha luz própria e a acenda. Ela existe…
    Seja independente…
Fiquei a matutar. Lembra!?
    Esse telefone é meu…
E vc não desapega… E se amarra as situações. É só te observar.
    Se autoconheça. Aprenda!!
Cresça e seja de fato feliz com seu brilho e potencial.

  • Okay honestly… I’m depressed as hell/have barely left my bed in 4 years. And this guys workouts/humor/positivity are helping me slowly lift out of that and gain some health back. Phsyical and mental. It’s been so long since I’ve felt genuine motivation to exercise (other than just not wanting to be fat anymore)and this is the first trainer I’ve seen who really knows how to make things fun.

  • It was all going relatively until the arm series. Poor Amanda encouraging me to keep my arms up and don’t drop them, hun I already dropped my arms they were gonna fall off. I’m sorry! I failed you!

  • Popsugar people, you all are AMAZING! Thank you for being the reason I now have an established home workout routine. I love the options to modify up or down with no judgement.

  • Found this video on my Fitbit discovery. Love it to bits. Done it twice now and I plan to do it at least thrice each week. What’s the name of the song at 19:25
