  • i did it! but ngl this workout felt like it was 3 hours long. i think my ADD brain doesnt do well with repeating the same circuits/moves in a row. i find workouts that dont repeat circuits hold my attention and pass the time more ^_^

  • Avid gym goer here, I’m trying as many videos as I can during quarantine because I have no gym. This video burned 315 calories for me via my Fitbit!

  • My wife got me into these videos which are all great. But Rainier Pollard is my favorite trainer, I am literally laughing at some point during every one of his videos. I know that within those first five minutes I’m getting a sweat joke and I am here for it every time. Keep it up because everytime there’s a new Rainier Pollard video the world becomes a better place.

  • Really good workout! First time I tried it, I had to pause a couple of times in order to finish it. It’s tough, it gets your heart pumping hard the entire time! In my opinion is a very good workout. It works the legs and shoulders the most, so after, sometimes I do a quick abs/core workout to have a total body. Definitely one of my fave cardio workouts.

  • Absolutely love your guys’ workouts, but, I would prefer to have all the ads in a huge chunk in the beginning of the video or at the end because they pop up in the middle of a set and completely throw off the timing ����‍♂️ otherwise your format is fantastic.

  • This was very challenging but I got the feeling of having work very hard, which sometimes I find it difficult with some workout videos, as I’ve been attending fitness classes for three years now and I’ve got an advanced fitness level. I thought the end was coming very quickly cause the rounds went too fast and I felt a little bit disappointed when I was in round 7 and I didn’t feel that tired, but the last 12 minutes she goes repeating the most difficult and challenging movements from the differents rounds. So do not give up because the “worst” is yet to come. Push yourself!

  • I loved this workout and really felt motivated! My only suggestion (for PopSugar fitness as a whole) is to try to incorporate modifications that don’t use hands as much. As someone who has had 3 surgeries on my wrist, it is very difficult to participate in workouts that mainly utilize planks and push-ups…I know they are great workouts, but if there are any good modifications for others like me then I know we would really appreciate it!! <3 Thank you again for making these videos though-I really do love them!

  • I love this workout. I have dyspraxia (and dyslexia) so it can mean sometimes I struggle to coordinate my body. I find workout videos are too quick in their demonstrations sometimes. I love working out so it gets so frustrating when I cant do the moves. But I love cardio, i love my heart bumping and i love getting my body all tired and toned but I often struggle too because of not understanding how to on the videos! It’s like my brain knows in theory how to do it but my body just goes “wHaT?” And gets my leg to go randomly up in the air ������ but this video is so perfect for me!   • This was sooo good!! i LOVE the dance workouts because they can make you sweat so much and can include lots of body strength especially for your legs and it’s completely enjoyable at the same so you don’t even feel like you’re working out!!

  • This is my absolute favorite cardio video ever

    I was able to complete it with no extra breaks except for a few for water. (they were only 10-15 seconds for water breaks… keep hydrated!)
    I will definitely be doing this more in the future on my daily workouts.

  • Modifications for my terrible knees and bruised ribs –
    Scissor kick modQuick feet side to side and/ or toe touches on a yoga block
    Plank (hurt the ribs) leg lifts and/ or scissor kids side to side (keep em really close to the mat)
    Pop squatsRegular squats into calf raises

  • If you think this workout is easy, you aren’t doing it right.
    Even the “modifier” is seriously fit. I just finished my first time and SUCKED. I hate it (okay, not the workout, I hate my lack of fitness) so much that I will be doing it again and again. #determinedtobefit

  • Realised in this workout how much I value predictability….I found myself feeling frustrated at the lack of information/sequence/knowledge timings….Not at all a criticism on the trainer (I’m sweating buckets and feel great for it) just curious what that says about me �� Will need to reflect on that and practice being ok with not knowing.

  • I love Ranier!!! I watch a lot of fitness videos, and he is my favorite! He’s all about being good to your body, not shaming, like some trainers. He’s fun and real, and gives solid workout advice. The yoga stretch at the end is also really good and often neglected by other trainers.

  • Love his energy!! Great 30 minute exercise, however it’s a bit beginner. I enjoyed it though and will likely use this video as more of a warm up.

  • Why wouldn’t you put a break, or at least a transition screen, before the cool down?! Too much talking, not enough timekeeping. We can’t all gaze at the screen from our planks, man. You have to signal things with musical cues and yelling out numbers lol

  • This video is legit! Day 1, I took many stop breaks, sat down a few times after each exercise and contemplated stopping the video altogether, but I didn’t, I pushed through. Just finished day 5 and didn’t stop once or sit down or pause the video. I can really feel the improvements and wonder what it’ll be like on day 30. I don’t look forward to doing it each morning because I know it will challenge me, but I love that and that’s what keeps me coming back! Thank you ladies. I’m no way an athlete but I’m a seasoned to do 4 HIIT workouts a week with LesMills and PopSugar workouts of Jeannette Jenkins and this workout forced me to go for modified at times!!   • I had foot surgery a few months ago. The Dr told me I need to exercise to help my foot heal but also to not overdo it. I was struggling to find a good balance and then my gym closed on top of that.
    SO I’m loving that I can do these workouts in my room and feel like I’m getting a great workout without hurting my foot (modifications y’all!)

  • This workout was okay but I felt the instructor was switching too quickly from one exercise to another without necessarily explaining them properly or giving enough time to get the movement. She is nice but I prefer other instructors.

  • I did this exercise for the first time 2 months ago. I had to stop 3 times because I was about to puke, it was really difficult. I went to sleep, and I woke up with such a sore body, I was complaining for two days every time I had to do ANYTHING. Sitting down hurt, getting up hurt, taking a mug out of the cupboard hurt… For at least a week, I didn’t do any exercise.
    But then I started looking into 15 minutes, beginner cardio combined with body weight exercises. I did those 6 days a week, for 6 weeks and yesterday I happened upon this video again. It was like seeing a bully from school again. I wondered how I’d do this time, so I did it.
    I did fairly well until we got to the burpees and donkey kicks. I still can’t do pushup burpees, so I did them without the pushups. I completed the whole workout without any breaks, but it was still very tough.
    Today however… I feel just a little sore. I don’t even think about it. Can’t wait to do this again in 4 weeks, see if I do better:) Don’t give up people, there is hope.

    It is hard but I ended up losing an inch of my hard earned tummy just after 2 days��

  • Oh man…perfect quaretine workout! My legs feel like jelly. I think I’m really going to feel this tomorrow! It was difficult for sure, but the modifications help and you can ALWAYS take a break and rest. I will definitely be doing this again and I hope to see progress because boy am I out of shape!

  • Difficult workout… too many burpie varieties!! But I wouldn’t repeat this one simply because of the number of adds… 5 adds in a. 30 minute video, 4 of them were in the first 15 minutes!! ARG

  • This is the most annoying workout ever. They’re all talking at the same time and talking over one another. The two in the back don’t need to speak at all just exercise but they all putting their two cents in all at once.

    This was a great workout! I increased the intensity with 7lb weight when doing the wood chopper. i just about died after that >:O

  • First half very good. Second half I thought something would have changed but the trainer insisted with legs legs legs. Bloody legs. Thanks good the instead of the “breaks” you could opt for some abs at least.

  • Thank you SO much for this Anna. Over the last few years the Popsugar videos really changed my life and I have been keeping my fingers crossed for you guys to release a new solid cardio burnout. This was just what I needed. I’m starting a new job and about to move cross country: surrounded by boxes and bubble wrap and chaos, but I pushed the mess to the side, rolled out my mat, and voila! I am sweating and beaming and paused the video before cool down even started just to express my gratitude. When you were saying “the tired is just you getting stronger!” it hit me that my body is in such a good place because of what Popsugar has given me. Thank you.

  • I did half yesterday and made it till the end today! I usually don’t get back to the same video cuz m very lazy and most of the videos just bla bla bla. Boring for me. U girl got so much energy! All those comments like “ love yourself” or “ ouu babe “ made me have smile on my face for the whole session! It’s very useful and fun same time! Keep it up! ����

  • awesome workout but the camera focus too much on the blonde girl and it gets difficult to keep track of the hardest exercises if it is always focusing on the easy modifications!!!

  • Great workout, definitely hard. I felt like I didn’t know the plan, though. Was it 30 seconds or 40 seconds of work? 10 reps or 12?

  • Okay honestly… I’m depressed as hell/have barely left my bed in 4 years. And this guys workouts/humor/positivity are helping me slowly lift out of that and gain some health back. Phsyical and mental. It’s been so long since I’ve felt genuine motivation to exercise (other than just not wanting to be fat anymore)and this is the first trainer I’ve seen who really knows how to make things fun.

  • It was all going relatively until the arm series. Poor Amanda encouraging me to keep my arms up and don’t drop them, hun I already dropped my arms they were gonna fall off. I’m sorry! I failed you!
