Second, you should be aware that most of his workouts consisted of rock wall climbing. Weight routines were secondary. He talks about this in several videos, you don’t need to guess what his workout is.

All Hollywood actors are given the top of the line stuff, they have doctors that take blood test and pretty much they can gain muscle really quickly for a movie. Obvi, training and nutrition, but they’re not killing themselves as if they were natural.
“We don’t want to burn a tone of fat so we are resting 30-45 seconds” Hahahaha! Thats brilliant…oh WHAT?! Thats not a joke? If you think you can burn fat from just working out with less rest periods you don’t understand energy balance and the body BASIC physiology.

Its funny I fell into a noob trap like this when I started lifting, I wanted the Zyzz body so I thought i obviously had to do the same program he does but nope nothing happened. Because when u start lifting u have to go on a beginner full body routine to gain mass and the ”Zyzz program” was for him, and he was a steroid guy who lifted for years. U wont get the same physique as someone by copying their program. Everyone has different genetics

Bro, you seem pretty ignorant about the pushup/DB row. It’s barely a chest/back exercise. It’s first and foremost a CORE exercise with anti-rotation component to it. Barely any real lat work at all.
You forgot the part where he deprived his body of water to get better muscle definition many people arent aware but the men in superhero movies are often made to nearly die of thirst for their roles seriously it is to the point that men faint on set from dehydration just so that we can get wet looking at captain America holding a helicopter to a building

I tried this routine these past two weeks and like it, but I feel like I’m losing mass. For the past 6 months I’ve been doing the Jeremy Renner routine and feel that routine gives me more mass, mostly in my arms so I feel like I’m doing something wrong with this routine
Great video. I like how descriptive it is. It helps. Starting Monday. This is 5 days? Also where do abs fit into this? I’ll be starting slow because I’m also dieting and I don’t know if I will have the calories and protein to properly feed everything. I’ll have to figure that out. For your slow incline walk what level of incline is suggested, I currently walk about 2.5 km at a brisk pace then do a 5min jog (treadmill) at a 2.5 incline for my warm up, is that sufficient or should I change the jog for the incline walk.

I tried this routine these past two weeks and like it, but I feel like I’m losing mass. For the past 6 months I’ve been doing the Jeremy Renner routine and feel that routine gives me more mass, mostly in my arms so I feel like I’m doing something wrong with this routine
Great video. I like how descriptive it is. It helps. Starting Monday. This is 5 days? Also where do abs fit into this? For your slow incline walk what level of incline is suggested, I currently walk about 2.5 km at a brisk pace then do a 5min jog (treadmill) at a 2.5 incline for my warm up, is that sufficient or should I change the jog for the incline walk.
I love this workout I started last week shoulders are still burning, why both types of shrugs tho? Do they do something different.
