  • This video was well put together and pros definitely know how to use the advice within. However, I wish there was a hint of some sort to suggest that it’s really for pros, not beginners. Unfortunately, following only half of the excercises lead to a minor elbow joint injury, and that was only in the second session (with a rest day in between.) Lucky I recovered in 4 days, but I learned a lesson the slightly hard way: this home workout is not for beginners. I went back to doing pushups using the program offered by Hope it helps.

  • Me: makes the decision to do an abs, arms, and legs workout three times a week “well well well well well what do we have here…” EDIT. Ok so I just did it and did not find it very hard and will probably do it 3-5 times 3 times a week

  • 14/08/2020 day 1 completed: after doing squat side kick and then doing squat jumps i fell and it hurts so i took a break and i did it
    15/08/2020 day 2 completed: when i was doing the T rotation both my arms started to hurt and i cant move it but i did it
    16/08/2020 day3 completed: when i was doing the T rotation it still hurts but i did it

    17/08/2020 day 4 completed: ok it didnt hurt anymore
    18/08/2020 day 5 completed: ok
    19/08/2020 i cant

  • 15f and I weigh 108lbs. Not looking to lose weight; just want to get more toned muscles.

    Day 1: I did 3 sets with 3 minute breaks in between each. The hardest part is the jump squats, but they’re only 30 seconds, so if you can push through those, you can get through the rest of the workout.

  • Guys I’ve been doing this workout for 2 times every day for the last week and a half and the results are crazy. There’s a lot less fat on my stomach and I look more muscular then before. You should definetly give it a shot! (Remember to warm up before and after the workout to prevent injuries and soreness).

Mon + Thurs I do either arms, chest, or shoulders, Tues and Fri I do legs, and Wednesday I do core all from your quick workouts. These videos make results but they’re only part of the journey, I have already plateaued due to my semi ok diet but I am happy with where I am so that’s I feel matters.

  • Guys who do calisthenics are way more muscular do to only using body weight. Look it up for yourself but it’s actually better than lifting weights. I do calisthenics and have ripped arms and chest including abs

  • i remember finding this video a while ago trying to workout for the first time and doing it with no prep at without any experience at all and being sore for over a week, ive gone a long way!

  • The 1st exercise is actually insanely difficult because you’re pressing your whole body up with your triceps only. I have to end up pulling a little with my back but when you watch him do it you can tell he’s doing it right or at least 90% right because his body rises symmetrically; he pushes equally with both arms. When I end up using my back I kind of prop myself on one arm before doing the rest. I think it might be better to start off doing the 1st one on your knees actually to isolate the triceps if you can’t push your body up with triceps alone.

    Basically, Mike’s triceps are insane because it looks like he is literally bringing his entire body up only with his triceps.

I was so gassed from the iso hold, that it was better to start with my stronger arm & give my weaker arm a rest. Was then able to hit the weaker arm harder because it had a 30-second break….   • For me only thing you need for your home gym with low budget is resistance band set. You can do anything with them and its simple to use. I got my at trainhome shop (check on google) and they have more home workout thing but for me only you need is band set.

  • I would love to have a pull up bar I used to have a power station. It was pull up bar plus dip and leg lift pushups all in one. Plus a heavy bag and speed bag stand. I moved in with my girlfriend and I had to get rid of it because ceiling are too low plus no room for it. I used resistance bands now with some biking walking and hiking.

  • This video is helpful! I use the the push up devices, now I’m interested in the dip bar…is it collapsible for storage? I don’t have a gym membership as well, it’s so highly overrated in my opinion.

  • I agree. The Dips bar and Pullup bar are two of my favorites but you need to add one more equipment to make them perfect. The Weight Dip belt.
