  • Wow it was great unbelievably incredibly interesting content! I enjoyed very much and learnt new things. I m gonna try the pepperoni bread thank you so much for sharing! Such a nice company the three of you ladies! Wanna make more videos

  • I know that based off of my past insights that my target is women and the age is 18-34 but I’m not sure what specific interests to target. I was doing influencer marketing and social marketing and made some sales but I don’t know my niche.

  • Great video! helped me a lot, just remember to turn off auto focus and go with manual so it doesn’t jump back and forth from your mic and your face. Keep it up!

  • Really great video. Thank you for the clear information, pieced into easy to understand sections, just at the right pace for me to take it all in.

  • Good points here!

Thank you for reminding me to keep finding my target audience.

I definitely need to focus on that more.

Instead of doing everything by shooting in the dark.

  • Hi Karen and Lauren great video as usual, can you tell me the names of the tomatoes sauces you mentioned and where I can get it. Thanks a bunch ❤️

  • Love this honest chat! I take ‘glute activation’ for just a warm up, some people do more glute activation than compound movements like sumos, squats etc

  • Thank you for being so realistic! I’m sick of seeing so many fitness ‘influencers’ with thousands and thousands of followers giving so much false information, which people believe because their channel is popular. I wish there was more people like you!!

  • Dear Amy, this video was really helpful as the previous ones. One of my favourite question was about the pump, i was not sure the answer but now i know. Thank you to share i enjoyed:).

  • The 15 minute glute activation.. like… the way my gym time is restricted because of corona measures I could never I spent 3 minutes max on glute activation

  • Omg… FINALLY someone who addresses the “15 min glute activation” thing! People have been working out for decades, and getting great results but now Instagram has set the rule of the FIFTEEN minutes just to activate your glute.. wut?? Lol

  • I love your videos! So insightful! You’re my second go to source for glute gains…. Second to Bret Contreras the legend… Would you ever launch a book?

  • Nice layout, always the girl on your left danced passionately. In this video she’s out of shape and puts on a bad fit. What happened?

  • I have to disagree bc I never had hip dips until I got sick, lost loads of muscle and my body started storing fat like crazy. Neither did my mom. I was always very muscular like her, had a booty and hamstrings, quads, calves to kill for. So idk if I agree with the hip dips is all genetics, I know it can be but not always.

  • Oh my Goodness! So that is where all that fabulous Italian bread, pizzas and rolls come from! My mouth is watering too! I grew up in Texas and Okla. our main stay in anything was cornmeal. Cornbread was served at most every meal along with homemade biscuits. We even coated our okra (Yum! fried like popcorn) with it! A lot of your ingredients we do not have down here, but I for sure am going to look for them,
You Yankee girls sure know how to cook! Can’t wait for Wednesday!!

  • Just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all these amazing videos you guys do! I’m relatively new to your channel (found you a couple of months back) and I’ve already lost almost a stone! I’m well known amongst my friends and family for being fairly lazy but your vids make me excited to exercise every day and really put me in a great mood for the rest of the day, so thank you! xxx

  • i know it’s bad but when I see tiktoks or instagram videos on how to get rid of hip dips I just want to leave a hate comment omgg but maybe I should just link your video!

  • Idk if you do comment requests at all, but I think All That by SoMo would make a great (maybe cooldown/warmup) dance fitness song
Starting ACTUALLY dancing with you for 30 min twice a week (planning on working up of course) and you actually make working out fun. It flies by, but I know I’m getting a good workout still from all the sweat! Thanks for all you guys do!

  • I have to say many influential people are creating insecurities in people and convincing them that being sleezy is okay. I hate how influencers and celebrities are using their platforms to spread false information or teaching young women not have respect for themselves and their bodies. Sorry just a little rant.

  • I wanted to thank you for having plus size ladies in your videos. I’m fat myself and find it discouraging when videos only have skinny in shape people. But your videos inspire me to try. So thank you!

  • Thanks Team Marshall You are really helping me in my recovery here in Sydney especially coz I can’t dance so it’s fun for my daughter too watching me try ❣️

  • I just love ur moves calebU have inspired me so much to be happy and the different body types u have in ur video gives me so much confidence❤❤

  • I love your videos it really helps me to do my workout without any laziness and with more cheerfulness…. Can u guys make a dance workout video for cerca cerquita…. The song is pretty cool… Love you Marshall, Haley, Cameron Love from India

  • thank you for this, this really puts my mind at ease.. soo many myths goes around on social media & consumers are just naive & trust these gym influencers

  • Ahhh I am pumped to learn this tomorrow. It’s probably going to take me 5+ tries but I’m down for it! Thanks for spoiling us with amazing choreo to fun songs! You, Haley and Allison are the best and make me so happy!

  • They were killing it as usual with this one can’t wait to do it with them. The only thing missing for me was having Caleb tell us to “work”I just love when he does that in vids!).

  • I’ve known Lisa (and Karen) for many many years. I was also blessed to have known Lisa’s mother, a great woman and yes, an amazing cook! Lisa is definitely a “chip off the old block” as they say…a great friend and a fantastic cook as well! So glad to see Lisa finally share some of her cooking skills and secrets with the world! Thank you Karen and Lauren for always bringing us such fun and inspiring videos!! So glad you are my friends!

  • Yum! It was so nice to meet Lisa and for her to share the recipe with us. Thank you! So much fun with you girls in the kitchen! XOXO

  • We grew up with homemade bread, so when I married I learned from my MIL,and I’ve been making it for 30 years. Nothing like the smell of fresh baked bread! Mmm! I haven’t made the pepperoni rolls, I’ll have to give that a try next time I make bread. We do a thing where I’m from is called toutons. It’s fried bread dough and you put molasses on it or a syrup of choice and eat it when it’s hot! So so good!.

  • I have such a hard time finding yeast that I found a really good recipe for pizza dough using baking powder. I was surprised how good it is and easy. Thank you so much for making this video, I love to see how other people make pizza dough ❤️

  • I’m going to try this recipe it looks so good I wish I could make it today but I don’t have any sauce or stuff to make sauce yummy! Thanks for sharing! I’m going to make the pepperoni rolls also! I’m so excited the dough looked marvelous! My mom was a great bread baker!

  • This video was wonderful! Lisa was fantastic making that bread!! I hope you will have more cooking videos with her!! Such a doll! XOXO

  • Hello ladies…just a quick suggestion…maybe you shouldn’t wear bracelets for cooking segments. They’re very pretty but not practical for cooking and they get in the way…this is not a hate comment at all just a suggestion. ❤️ great video

  • What an awesome time with your friend Lisa and it was so nice to see her I know you have talked about her before and what a nice surprise for her to teach us her dough recipe and exactly how to do all of these fun things that have been like a lost art and that every girl should know how to do!!! Thank you lovely ladies for sharing this with all of us what a fun time yummy too❤️

  • I almost didn’t watch this one, but I’m so glad I did. Looking forward to trying these dishes as soon as I can get to the grocery store. And I will be able to watch step by step. Good job!

  • Loving this video! Every thing looks so delicious. And I love the way she explained it so well and going into detail. Can’t wait for second part!

  • Girl thank you for this! I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve seen girls in the gym doing glute workouts wrong and potentially gonna hurt themselves and i see them looking at instagram.

  • Yes ma’am, we had one of those Tupperware bowls (a green one) in our house when I was growing up too! My mom wasn’t much of a baker (I learned from my Grandma), but that bowl was mostly used for her potato salad. That was her dish to make for family gatherings. Lisa is so informative, and her step by step instructions reminds me of my high school Home Ec. teacher! Did I just date myself there? I’m sure girls today don’t even have Home Ec. in school anymore. LOL! Looking forward to the next video!

  • Thank you for doing this. Oh, tell Lisa I am diffinetly going to try this. When I was first married, I wasted 10 pound sof flour trying to make good home made bread. Now almost, ouch 69 years old, I am going to watch this video again and make this bread and follow you while I try this again.

  • You girls are making me so hungry. Loved that you showed how you do every step to make your dough. How wonderful that your friend shared her Mother’s recipe. I definitely want to try this. Cannot wait to see what else you will make with the rest of this dough. Wonderful video. Thanks girls.

Lisa needs to become a special guest and share more of her wonderful cooking and baking skills. I bet Lisa knows some killer cookie recipes that she makes for wedding cookie tables. More features with Lisa, please!!!!!!!

  • Ok that is pure torture to wait until Wednesday to look inside that Pizza Roll! I’ve never seen a pizza roll & im 63! I do live in Arizona we don’t have Italian grocery stores, Olive Garden and Bucco de peppo is about all the main Italian restaurants I’ve eaten at but we’ve got Mexican, Mexican food everywhere!

  • My mom has that exact same white bowl! We used it for popcorn on Fridays nights watching TGIF and also used it to hold our Halloween candy!
