  • Can anyone tell me why he doesn’t do the full range of motion for a lot of his exercises? I noticed the same thing in the day 2 work out, he didn’t go all the way up when doing the chest presses. Why is this?

  • Those pull-downs are pretty cheaty when it comes to lats your arms are just supposed to be “hooks” majority of peoples lats won’t grow unless they know how to engage them.

    You’ve never tried these exercises for a good reason, because they are fucking shit. Here’s some advice for any noobies thinking about giving this a go, stick to the staple compound lifts and I can guarantee you’ll grow faster than any program. ICF 5×5, I’ve been making some incredible gains recently on it.

  • Anyone that wears a NOSE-RING is highly SUSPECT! NOT a good look! With ALL his tattoo’s, was he a veteran? Would be good to know IF NOT, another wanna-be; IF SO, then understandable until he grows OUT of it!

  • ive tried these for short time periods and seen great results but always stop after two months or so cause their rep for injuries.never felt them personally but the bro science fear has got to me

  • Use an ems on various muscles of the arm and shoulder areas and a forearm exerciser gauntlet on eday the combination of the two gets a muscle that loosens and grows to allow for heavyier compond exercises
