  • I walk/skateboard to and from work everyday ( 7 miles total) and work as a chef in a restaurant so I’d say total I walk maybe 9 miles a day. I weigh 164. And dont gain any weight as a result. I’d say i eat probably 3200 calories a day. Realistically walking burns a fuck load of calories of you do it daily. I think the fact that I maintain this daily then adds to the amount I actually burn
