I went from 169 all throw high school to 190 then to 220 and then to 245 I did a lot of walking at work to. I never was looking for cut look just to bulk up. True story. Since they do the weigh ins on the same day i don’t want to do the whole sauna stuff (some guys lose 35lbs in a week!) I just started my diet and cutting down lost about 2lbs first week.   • My fav aspect of this system is lifting solo. You don’t have to rely upon a training partner, and training to failure doesn’t present any dangers. I can push to complete failure and don’t have to worry about dropping a weight or tearing something.
