The American Fitness Professionals and Associates offers personal trainer and advanced personal trainer certification programs. The certification is accredited by Vital Research and, while it isn’t as widely recognized as NASM, ACE and NSCA, it is a well-respected certification. The EXOS Performance Specialist Certification is based on sound scientific evidence and over 15 years of practical experience working with all levels of athletes, tactical operators, and Fortune 500 employees.

With over 10 years of experience supporting coaches, trainers, and therapists, the EXOS training. Interested in earning a living as a personal trainer?   • Any advice for someone who doesn’t have a background in fitness but wants to learn more? I have a bachelors degree (business) but have a passion for fitness basically when I am not at work I am at the gym or reading and looking at any other health/ fitness related information that I can find. I would love to eventually utilize both my business degree and passion and knowledge around fitness. I have looked into the CPT certification purely for the knowledge aspect as well as carrying it eventually in my career. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!

  • Cooles Video! Wurde “leider” irgendwie auch langsam Zeit. Ich persönlich fand es teilweise weird wenn ich Kommentare lesen musste wie: “Oh Porsche?!?! Oh dickes Haus in Hamburg….etc..”, da ich niemals hinterfragen würde wieso Shagel sich das erlauben kann. Aber ich kann nachvollziehen das Menschen neugierig sind und eben dann auch gerne die ein oder andere background Info hätten. Deshalb doppelt Daumen hoch. Du musst niemandem deine Steuererklärung vorlegen und hast es genau richtig dosiert. Zum Wesentlichen du trainierst offensichtlich dann doch ein wenig mehr in der Woche als der klassische Durchschnittsbürger. Gut zu wissen, lässt mich leichter nachvollziehen warum ich direkt zerstörrt bin von nur einer Einheit ��. Macht weiter mit eurem Kram. Specific Question: around 15:38 15:40 ish while you’re holding yourself up, there are 2 huge pointy muscles popping out of your back. They’re under your traps I think? Are those muscles someone with a flat back can work on or are those just shoulder blades popping out? Or delts? These are awesome pandemic classes!!!

  • Da wurde mein Mann ganz neidisch als er hörte dass Dich dein Großer mit Kaffee am Bett weckt. Er hat es ja schon fast 15 Jahre bei mir probiert, aber hat nicht geklappt. Seit 4 Jahren versucht er nun unseren Sohn zum persönlichen Kaffeesklaven zu erziehen,da der aber noch nicht ganz an die Maschine dran kommt muss er dann doch Aufstehen wenn der kurze schreit:Papa ich komm nicht dran.
