  • I have been making videos and approaches to strangers about mask wearing. Recently, in response to one of my videos o Instagram, a friend said that the size of the aerosolized COVID 19 pathogen was too small to be blocked by ANY mask. I think in terms of chance, probability and of course, physics, so I countered that the pathogen is likely never free-floating and probably always attached to expectorated water molecules, so may impact the frame of a perforated surface, not enter, bulls-eye fashion, into a mask filter. He said, it doesn’t matter, because A), it will roll into the next perforation, or (B) always find a way through, because the pathogen cell is like a basketball and the mask perforations are like a garage door. Is this so? Are all masks only useful against sneezes and coughs due to the fact that the holes in the mask are huge in comparison with the size of the particles we are attempting to filter out? I understand the N95 is best, but what’s the difference if the particle is still so minute (5o angstroms?)?

  • Great video but there’s something that bothers me with masks and covid. Is coughing an attempt made by your body to expel the virus? If so wouldn’t having a mask on just reintroduce those expelled particles back into your system, adding to the pool of virus you already have within you?   • That’s funny, my pneumologists said that I shouldn’t wear a mask due to my medical condition. The risk of actually contracting covid is very low. The chance of dyeing from covid is 0.04 CDC stats. The common flu and cold are just as bad. This isn’t about your health, it is about socialist distancing control.

  • Good try, but you can not see a.125 Nano Micron particle with the naked eye. Great graphics but the real undiscussed issue with the mask is almost non of the will stop a.125 size Nano micron particle which the Covid virus is. The standard N95 mask are designed to stop partials down to 3 microns, maybe 2. Most other off the shelf masks are of lesser quality and design. The virus it almost 3,000 times smaller than 3 microns. Even wearing a mask, with the size of the Covid particle, its almost like your mouth is uncovered anyway because it seems they offer little to no Covid virus protection whatsoever. Now what?

  • Honestly i have been watching athleanx for 2 years before i started working out. Doing something wrong and getting injured was my biggest fear (my dad did many different sports and got injured in all of them, then he always changed to another sport when he recovered).   • Do this and other abdomen and another over 1 hour of yoga, regular, leg, arm, over 50 strength, balance exercises etc., twice a week for months, see no difference always thin entire life but had 3 huge kids, tummy still there, you can see my ribs on sides, no fat on hips, legs thin.   • The face masks only reduce the spread of droplets. Aerosols are smaller. The coronavirus is even smaller with a 1/16 micron diameter. Only a spacesuit with an oxygen supply will protect you completely, as long as you eat, sleep, and work in it! Oh, yes, those who have suits work in bio-hazard labs.

  • I thoroughly enjoyed the two interviews that Joe Rogan did with Elon Musk. Rogen approached the interview educated and with poignant questions and showed he was well informed. It made me want to seek out more information on Tesla and the other projects that Musk is involved in. While I don’t think any of his projects are things that I can really directly experience as a single mother, due to cost, I do believe they benefit society and I too would like to see less lawyers and financeers and more thinkers and makers. I also agree with Musk on Covid 19. If we could clean up the data and stick to certain rules on covid deaths, we might be able to sort the data to better serve the people of this country rather than fund the medical establishments inappropriately or scare the public into blindly following political maneuvering.

  • I am a fan and doing your programs since few years and I always had problem with my lower back and I even sent Ticket on your platform and you guys told me to stretch my glutes but it did not fix my problem and I didnt tell you in my ticket that I never done any abs (cos I felt it s unimportant detail) and recently I started lifting again but now doing abs 6 -7 times a week and have no problem with my lower back or anywhere else. I just realised when you have weak Core (mine was soo bad that if I stay at 45% on a chair I start shaking immediately), it creates other problems when you lift heavy. core is really important. Listen to jeff, he s one of the most reliable source on youtube.

  • inspired by Kwan Zoe, I will write my own experience too! I am a 15 year old female who weighs about 120 pounds. I don’t really keep up with my diet, nor do I eat THAT healthy, but I want to change that. Also, I exercise regularly!:D

    day 1: I took 5 to 10 second breaks after every exercise, but most of the time, I would have to stop during the exercise to catch my breath. Also this is off topic but, it’s very important to keep a bottled water with you, stay hydrated folks!:3

    day 2: I actually withheld my workout for a day or two because online school was starting, but today I was actually looking forward to it because I felt like a dumpling. After each exercise I STILL took lots of breaks. I’m still struggling a lot tho����

    day 3: I still took a lot of breaks between each exercise, but it’s okay because I’m not out of breath as much as I used to before. HOWEVER, I’m still struggling ��❤

  • I love these videos, but they also get me into trouble sometimes. After a head/neck/shoulder injury at work, and years of chronic lyme disease, I’ve had to build everything from the ground up. I’m lookin a lot better than before and go to the gym often, but sometimes I get too excited about more intensely working my abs etc, and end up aggravating the secondary muscle groups that are used. Especially when it comes to those hanging exercises Jeff loves to talk about lol, on account of my shoulders.
