  • I do have to ask I have been doing it for quite some time and I hear a lot of people talking shit about how far down I go on my bench press with the bar. I only go to 90 degrees I don’t touch my chest with the bar because I don’t want to add extra strain on my shoulders is this wrong or should I go all the way down and touch my chest?

  • a few years ago, I weighed 310lbs, I started using your 12 week program, and in that amount of time I shredded nearly 60lbs, i went on to doing another workout after finishing the 12 weeks and injured my shoulder on a decline press, and then started dating the girl I’m curenly living with and became lazy and quit caring, so here i am 20lbs heavier than I was when I started last time and back to your 12 week workout..
