  • During the lockdown I’ve been following this routine regularly, armed with a couple of baked bean tins. I feel I’m getting a good workout enough to stretch me without leaving me exhausted.

  • I work out every single day and this workout blew my mind. Not because it was challenging but how there was no talking and real work! 30 minutes of no-nonsense workout. Love it! oh darn, my computer has sweat puddle while typing this:) Thank you, Heather, so glad I found you on YT!

  • This really helps because i am lazy a f and i lack the muscle to support a proper exercise even if i do get to exercise it’s so hard that i quit a lot easier than i should. Even playing with a rubber band will do me more good than not

  • 1:30 Is it an issue having the band rub against you? For example does it catch grip on your skin/shirt? What about the hands they seem a lil awkward like maybe some gloves will be necessary.

  • You have my like! Great vídeo!
However, if you let me say, you should have focused more on the exercice video and showing the full body from different angles. Instead, you showed more time of trainer talk and cutted some essentials of the entire position.

  • This is the best ‘band’ workout I’ve ever seen. I’m a 62 yr old gym rat but quit the gym and bought the bands. It would have never occurred to me to do these exercises. I can’t wait to go back to the park tomorrow and try all eight. Thanks for putting this video up. It’ll take the sting out of not going to the gym. What a great group of exercises! I’ve watched you before but this time you hit it out of the park!!

  • I’m in voluntary isolation at the retirement park where I live because of this awful coronavirus. I just found your website. I loved the workout and will be back tomorrow. Thank you guys.

  • I looked on your site, but (sigh) none of my weight bands are available all have red crosses on them, am I to assume these bands are not available?

  • this the only trainer I have found that is smart and keeps work outs short but constant. I love being able to fit these in between my voice students. I have noticed a real change in my body and strength!!

  • Appreciate this workout we can do at home. I love that it’s only 15 minutes! With 30 minute goal, I just do it twice per day (some days…) Thank you for your upbeat coaching of us geezers!

  • Here during corona. Gyms are opened up again at this point but I don’t feel comfortable going back anytime soon. This is one of the best at home workouts!

  • [ ] Band pull a parts ( 0:45)

  • Not going to lie, I had to modify some of these moves because I’m so out of shape BUT the workout was still great!!! Loved the variety. Thanks a bunch

  • Jeff you’re always my go to guy for anything fitness related. Also your lower back video really help me release my pressure and pain for my lower back! Awesome stuff and keep going at it!

  • Jeff, can you build size and mass using ONLY resistance bands? If yes, Jeff YOU really need to develop a resistance band only program!!! with some body weight exercises added,( i.e., pull-ups, chin-ups etc…..) I’d buy it hands down!

  • I have been looking high and low, and really want to get the same bands you are using, those therapy therabands keep breaking, can you please tell me where I can get them?

  • So very grateful to you and full marks to focusing on older people ( which I am, 72 ).sending you my heart felt appreciation.mellaine from Australia
Ps, where are you in the world?

  • I link my 2 bands between the feet of my bench and the tips of my bar, that benchpress is aaaaaawsome because it gets both benefices weight and bands at the same time.

  • Sooooo good! I have a hard time finding YouTube fitness videos that challenge / don’t bore me. This was perfect. Did it twice in a row!

  • What shoes are those? Barefoot? They look stiff and as if they had a heeldrop? Those movements are natural movements and for the whole benefit should be executed barefooted!

  • For the overhead sidestep: how do you stop the band from slipping under your feet? With every step I take, when my feet are close together, the band slips towards my hands and then the next step is harder. Within 10 or so steps, I can barely take a step because my feet are attempting to stretch a 1 inch piece of band 3 feet.

  • This was such a great versatile workout just perfect for me today to end a long week of work. I struggled abit so I had to pause it once but i got through it. Thank you for sharing.

  • This workout was amazing. I just finished the workout for today and although I still had 10 minutes left of the video, I could already feel the progress in my body!! I just recently bought weights, so this workout routine was really helpful since I wasn’t completely sure how to use them. Some exercises of these I wasn’t able to execute completely, so instead, I substituted them with ones that were previously shown earlier in the video. Overall, I think I’ve finally found a routine that I enjoy and aim at sticking to!! My whole body is feeling energised! even my fingers are finding it difficult to type properly right now haha. Thanks so much for this workout!!

  • I joined 6 months ago and with a healthy diet I’ve lost 2 stone, from a size 16 (UK) to a size 12! I’m so pleased with myself. It’s become a way of life for me now. I do 15mins of theses exercises morning and evening. Thank you so much ❤️… I’m 66 years old!

  • Your videos have helped us a lot to learn so many things. These days, I feel YouTube is not only a place to entertain watching random videos but also a great place to learn things of our expertise. I have learned more things on YouTube than at my university. Unfortunately, we don’t get any certificate for learning so many things. Keep making more videos…our blessings are with you.

  • I found a website that takes this workout and programmes it with sets and reps: https://www.fitsimplify.com/how-to-build-muscle-with-resistance-bands/ is it worth following their suggestions?

  • Started these last year and did note a difference but like so many fell off the wagon Just restarted today and feel a difference already. i plan to continue Thanks for continuing these for the elderly.

  • I dont get the same high from other workouts as I do from going on a long run. Running + weights or body weight exercises is a DEADLY combo.

  • It seems to be very well compound training session, but there is definitely too much exercices in it. Training like that must have taken at least 2 hours, that is too much. You should do max. half of that otherwise you dont train your maximum speed, force and strength.

  • Very easy to follow vid for us seniors…and loosens up those stiff muscles….I do it every day! Where can one find the healthy diet that you mention? Would like to check that out also.

  • To whoever’s reading this

  • I would love for Jeff to come up with a new program that’s entirely based on bands. Lately I’ve been doing his TNTs using only bands and the 6 pack shuffler using bands but would definitely buy a band program from him.

  • This is the best video for seniors ever. It is perfect for me with knee problems, I want to celebrate my birthday on May 8 geting back in shape and losing at least 5 lbs.

  • To whoever who is reading this
Your skin isn’t a paper don’t cut it

(Btw) iam struggling to get 7 subs
    I would appreciate some help.

  • Would be nice to be a little more detailed with the exact correct form for each of these excursions
Love your education of the masses, just realize many of us are newbie

  • What I think I love the most about this video is that you didn’t edit out some of the takes where it looks like you guys stumble a little or are clearly figuring out the movement as you go along! I LOVE that! Great video, thank you so much!!! I’m going to be incorporating these into my pieces of training IMMEDIATELY!:D

  • Not wierd. Animal Movements are what we should have been doing instead of yoga or static tests of endurance. The body -animal would appear to be more than one animal. So exciting. Listen, if young folk can become super-duper doing this then anyone approaching 50 or 60 yrs old should be able to move about normally defy aging into 80s It’s Innovative..

  • Great workout, have only been doing it for 1 week, can tell the difference, I alternate between the 30 minute and the 15 minute, great
Work coach, thank you regards Jenifer

  • What I find interesting is that the title of this video’s is exercises “for mass”, the exercises are actually prehab/rehab and at the end he says adding them to you routine will boost your lift numbers, somewhat mix messaging however…
The exercises themselves don’t help with mass however they will no don’t help those seeking it because you need a lot of volume and you can’t do lots of volume if you’re beat up from shit form or poor foundation, which is smart on Jeff’s part really. Also, although not what the title suggested, or the exercise choice did either… at the end when he says you’re numbers will jump up he is also not wrong if you do add them you would see strength improvements.

    Just thoughts ‍♂️

  • Absolutely LOVED it! The no-repeat kept me engaged and looking for what was next. Great music, and just the right amount of resting time. I’m definitely subscribing! Thank you, Heather!!

  • Thank you for this workout! I am way out of shape and everything else I’ve tried is so hard I give up. This is the first time I’ve stayed with something all the way through (and more than once!) AND I can definitely feel it is working. I love your positive attitude and encouragement. Our generation is largely overlooked yet many of us want to get/stay in shape and your videos can actually help us do that. Thank you for your generosity.

  • Idk why they always say ” a nice sweat going” in all these exercise videos. I HATE sweating which is why I never exercised in the first place.

  • Hi, just to give a thumbs up for this workout. I miss my gym visits and this is a good and safe alternative. I have passed it on to two friends who also are over 70. Much appreciated, thankyou.

  • 15 minutes hig knee sme place running.
    50 squats.
    100 Foot touch.
    200 jumping jacks.
    200 donkey kicks.
    1 hour medium walk.

    How much calories burned?

  • Amazing. I lift heavy and after doing this on “off days”, dude… I added 4kgs to my dumbbells right away. And it is so goddamm time-effective as well. Getting a thicker band next month. Also gained lean mass as well! Brilliant

  • 4 24 20. I will be 65 in 3 months. usually do the much harder and longer hasfit routines but today I wanted something quicker and low impact (probably because I showered earlier) and didn’t want to mess up my clothes…joke…harder more intense workout next week. GBU

  • These are some of my most favorite workouts! Your outfits are adorable and functional looking. Could you share what brands you are wearing, particularly in this video, please?

  • Hoping someone can recommend a band for me. Something simple like Jeff appears to be using in the videos. No handles, no 17-colors of bands packages, just one simple band.

BTW Jeff could make a killing selling his own bands or getting an affiliate cut by recommending one

  • Husband and I are both 73. During the pandemic we are staying at home. This workout daily warms us up and gets us going. It helps me, especially. I have had chronic sciatica for years and your routine is really helping. Thank you so much for these workouts. And thank you for being so encouraging.

  • Only recently found this workout and find it just brilliant for our needs. My wife uses cans for weights and I use a smoothing plane and an iron log splitter! Excellent 15 minutes very well presented with some amusing quips. Thank you very much.

  • THIS WAS AWESOME! Thank you for this workout, Heather. I am super stoked that I found your page and I can’t wait to try more of your workouts. I haven’t sweat this much since I used to teach HIIT. Great Workout!

  • I admire your knowledge of the human body and follow you always. Do you think you could bring back shoulders which are totally fused together to avoid replacement? I have done a lot of work to eliminate most of the pain and continue to train.

  • I’ve been using these exercises for over a year usually only 3 or 4 times a week. Since since the Corona-virus lock down (or lock up for us old people) I’ve been doing it once or twice a day. it has kept me sane. Thank you.

  • Been doing this for 7 weeks now and I feel toned! Also dropped 6kgs doing this 3/4 times a week and fasting honestly the best home workout that has me dripping in sweat every.single.time

  • These movements are from ginastica natural, we used to do them as a warmup in Brazilian jiu jitsu. That was back in the early 90s but yeah these stuff is nothing new, he’s even renamed some of the movements!

  • 2nd Day of this routine. All looks easy…until you try to do it. Form n Control..both which I’m lacking. . Shared video with my Oldest Daughter…..she will now make it part of her routine. Thanks

  • I’ve found this routine for my 65 yo mom a few years back, but as I haven’t worked out for a while and I wanted to do some exercises during the outbreak, this was just perfect. No strain on my joints, endorphines flowing…:) I’m 39 so not really a senior but this really hit the spot:)

  • Soccer / football nerds, listen up. None of that will transfer to field play.

Those hack squats will wreck your knees and hips. And never, ever put a weighted bar upon your neck. You will do cervical damage.

Instead, do these every other day.

    1. Split squat jumps, 30 seconds on 30 off.
    2. Run six 200 meter all-out sprints
    3. Pull ups.
    4. Chin ups.

The rest of your time should be spent focusing on sport-specific drills like dribbling, heading and learning to cut sharply by lowering your center of gravity.

  • Just found this since I can’t go to the gym anymore. Coach h is fantastic. I wish you would do more videos for we older folks. I’m in my 50s but still consider myself older and still want to work out and this is fantastic. So glad he’s here I really like his style He’s very relaxed comfortable reassuring and easy to listen to as opposed to some trainers that is so shrill and intense that it’s very difficult to even complete the exercises. Great job.

  • Hello bright side. There are many things that seem useless to us but serve some purpose. Can you make a video about what it would be like if you don’t have the following for a day:
    1. Fingernails and toenails
    2. Head hair

  • I started this routine on July 1st and I’ve done it every day except two since and although I haven’t lost any weight per say I have lost inches it’s awesome

  • i really enjoyed this workout! Especially since it’s a no-repeat one and also the fact that it has a few breaks in between, which in my case makes it easier to finish the whole workout <3

  • I am 68 years old. Played baseball, football and basketball in high school a long time ago. Found this channel and I am confident that these workouts, done daily, will be a great help in getting back in a groove. Thanks.

  • Why is there a X in a lot of the names that revolve around working out? Like equipment names, brands, and in this case channel names? Is there some significance in the letter X and working out?

  • I love this workout, I have been doing it for about three months, almost every day. I use two cans of refried beans as my weights. Should I move to a heavier weight or a more active workout? What would be the next video to move up to? I am 66, male, 192 pounds, 5′ 8″. I would like to lose about 20 pounds. I eat healthy, feel pretty good. I had prostate surgery earlier this year and am released to all daily activities. I like to do Olympic style speed walking also. I am getting back into it.

  • Thank you so much. I have been alternating your two senior workouts for almost 2 weeks noweveryday feel so much better physically and emotionally keeps me focused.
