  • Wow, this person points out obvious things, so that when she makes wrongful claims they seem knowledgeable. Of course, bleached flour and high fructose corn syrup are not nutritious. High fructose corn syrup is not the same as naturally occurring sugars and will be processed differently from other sugars. It would be like a human being trying to process cellulose as if it were glycogen. Humans only have the enzymes to cleave alpha glucose linkages, not beta linkages (the stuff trees are made of). Aside from sugar, your body doesn’t contain the enzymes to process and cleave trans fats. Nature as we know it, for millions of years, has only evolved to produce cis fats. By me knowing these few facts (and easily findable in a biochemistry text book) does not qualify nor give me the right to sell you some “miracle” supplement that may contain ingredients that will either do nothing, or have useful ingredients that could be purchased much cheaper someplace else [mark of a network marketing scheme (pyramid)]. The problem is, no matter how advanced science and medicine become, svengalis on the internet will be able to take advantage of those who would have no experience or knowledge to know they are being sold “snake juice” using bits of real science or research as the frame work of their straw man. All of this driven by CAPITOLISM! Make as much money as you can, while you can. Right! Isn’t that the American way of life. Boy what a shit show. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain narrating crappy sharpie marker animations.

  • Yes, I too am guilty of jumping through weight loss plan to others as well, I think that I need to have tried every weight-loss method that was available, however in the end not one of them helped me to shed and keep the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time with the Fenoboci Diet Plan because my cooworker who told me unbelivable things about it and so far to date I have effectively lost 17 lbs in 4 weeks!

  • Actually saturated fat is not as bad as it’s made out to be. It’s neutral in terms of what it does to our cholesterol. It raises the HDL and LDL. Trans fatty acids are the only fats you must avoid. Anything that has partially/hydrogenated oils in the ingredient list has trans fats. They’re used to prolong shelf life in things like Jeff peanut butter, magerine, white tortillas and deep fried foods.

  • oK, IN ALL Fairness. I took the product BIO X4 and in a few weeks, it just about cured my stubborn IBS which I’ve had for over 2 years. I stopped it to see what would happen and within a week, my IBS was back.     I watched your video today and couldn’t agree more of everything you said. Simply put, we just have to avoid processed foods in our daily diet. Couple of tips you failed mention “eating out”. We’ve become so affluent as Americans that most of us eat our three to four times per week if we don’t actually eat out, we order in takes outs and deliveries. I also took particular interest in your comment about chewing our foods, at least 40 time. Tonight, we had grass fed beef steaks, stir fried home grown veggies zucchini, onions and squash, tomato salad with sliced mozzarella cheese and Japanese rice. I carefully counted my chews and discovered that rice and steak required the most chews over 70, while chewing mozzarella cheese and tomatoes required about 40 before they became totally liquified and slid down my esophagus. so your rule of 40 chews need to be adjusted for the particular food one happens to be chewing. I also think Americans eat way too big portions. Typical Asian entrees have 2 to 4 ounces of beef, fish, chicken but the typical American entree call for two to three times that. Look at most recipes they will call for 6 ounces of beef per serving. Your video will cause us to start making our own pasta sauces and salad dressings instead of the store bought, prepared stuff and read the labels before we but. Lastly, I never realized the benefit of green tea. Wife and I prefer red wine but I will definitely begin drinking more green tea. Thanks for your research.

  • Great video overall,but I have to disagree with the grilled cheese-turkey sandwich being a good option if you’re trying to lose weight. Not only b/c cheese usually have high amounts of saturated fat, but also because it takes a long time to digest all these three food groups at once;starch-bread; meat & dairy-especially cheese! That’s definitely not recommended for someone who’s obese/or someone who just wants to shed a few pounds. I’m a registered nurse and I’ve learned a lot about nutrition through the years and I’m trying not to be biased-(me being a vegan). Not only b/c cheese usually have high amounts of saturated fat, but also because it takes a long time to digest all these three food groups at once;starch-bread; meat & dairy-especially cheese! But if you want to lose weight,it’s best not to mix more than two food groups together,like starch=bread;rice;pasta etc,with vegetables; meat OR dairy products with veggies,etc. Another great tip is: Only eat fruit and drink water/green tea till 12pm,-(& stop eating after 6-7pm).-Then you’ll lose weight fast! Give it AT LEAST 6 weeks!

  • Rule #1 about nutrition. Never listen to a young persons’ advice about nutrition. They don’t have a clue about nutrition in the first place.
    I don’t care if somebody is a nutritionist, doctor, dietician or obesity researcher. If they are under 40, I’m almost certain they don’t understand nutrition.
    Young people lack the experience to understand it.
    A young person can basically eat anything they want and still feel great. It’s older people who have eaten a standard American diet who have gotten sick and fat who have had to question the governments’ advice and actually experiment with different diets to find out which will make them healthy.
    Some older people never figure it out.
    The sources I listen to about nutrition always have the same story…the same story as I have experienced…that the advice about diet and nutrition we get from our doctor or the government has lead to nothing but sickness, weight gain and feeling crappy all of the time. At some point, we all have an A_HA moment where we realize that we have been lied to by the government. We all figure out that standard diet and nutrition advice has been misrepresented by the government and commercial interests as well as egotistical researchers who forced this bogus diet advice on us in a pursuit of profits, prestige and ego.
    The truth about nutrition has nothing to do with the advice you have learned from the establishment sources.
    It is really easy to figure out nutrition once you see it from an evolutionary and genetic perspective instead of a establishment, profit motive perspective.
