  • Everyone should have the ability to create their own diet. But first, everyone should learn what healthy eating is. Everyone could then formulate a diet that works specifically for their own life. A whole food plant based(WFPB) no added sugar, oil,salt (SOS) diet should be taught in all highschools (you can learn it online, free, at would have the choice of how far they would like to deviate from healthy eating. Why should everyone learn what a WFPB no SOS diet? Because it is the only diet that has been scientifically proven to prevent and reverse heart disease. It also prevents all food related diseases. Because too many people are sick from food related diseases. Everyone should know which recipes are available, which restaurants are in their area and which prepared foods are available.. It’s not just green salads.

  • i think 60 years old is a good place to die….i dont want to live past that. i definitely dont want to go past 80…even 70s is cutting it too close for me. who wants to be so old you walk so slow, everything aches, you arent as mentally sharp, hearing & vision deterioration, get tired fast, chances of cancer skyrocket, skin gets all wrinkled, hair falls out, cant do the things you once loved because you just physically cant….sounds like hell.

  • Welp… I don’t want to live past 70 due to increasing chronic pain and limitations from my disability and new hip’s limited life-span, but I also 5/5 because smoking stinks, I don’t care for alcohol, I need to maintain a healthy weight for said pain and disability for which I need to exercise and eat healthy. Wonder how much morbid obesity between the ages of 6-16 and obesity/overweight between 16-26 cost me.

  • I would like to ask about your opinion on the debate overpopulation vs medicine development. Increasing lifespan by exercising, maintaining a healthy diet, etc. it’s not wrong, but medicine development has led to a huge increase in the lifespan and it’s causing a very important problem due to overpopulation. Do you think that we should stop curing diseases in 85+ people and just treat their symptoms?

  • I will try to do better, but “eat healthy” is confusing nowadays. While avoiding processed food is easy, there is too many questions about everything else: is meat healthy? should we avoid red meat? is dairy healthy? (lot’s of people is lacto intolerant even if they don’t have lots of symptoms one can be acne at teenage age but still lots of people say we should eat dairy) should we limit fruits? if our diet should be more plant based then should we worry about protein and iron? etc. etc.

  • How to make help others around you live longer:

    1.) Don’t text or talk on your cell phone while driving! Put your phone and any other distractions away and out of sight at all times on the road! Calls and text messages can ALWAYS ( and I mean always) wait till you reach your destination!
    2.) Don’t drink while driving! There’s no shame in choosing not to drink and no shame in getting a ride home if you are drunk. There is no excuse for drinking then getting behind a wheel!
    3.) Use turn signals while driving and ALWAYS STOP at stoplights. NO zooming through red lights!
    4.) Do not drive if extremely tired to prevent you from falling asleep at the wheel. Let someone else take over if possible.
    5.) If angry, scribble with crayons on paper, punch a pillow, talk to someone you trust or seek help professionally from a therapist rather than grabbing a gun and shooting at a school/church/movie theater or anywhere else. Always choose words over violence every single time!
