That sounds like a lot, but it’s pretty easy to go over that in a day.

Here are some foods that are 500 calories.

  • These comment are ridiculous I’m on fitness pal who have advised me to have 1500 calories a day to lose weight. I was easily eating 3000 before without even realising it. I’m losing a steady 1-2lbs a week which is healthy and sustainable weight loss.

  • Holy crap, I eat the same calories as you and I am 5’3 114 lbs. I’m doing keto and IF + 5x workouts per week, one meal a day. This seriously is such an impressive cut!

  • I’m over weight yet I’m struggling to eat 1500 calories now:'( the amount of protein (130g) is making me hella full all day! and i keep stuffing my face forcefully even with carbs its getting hard, and i feel sick:(

  • hehe, that is a nice term, eyeballing the food:D. i do it though, but in a sence i eyeball all the delicious things instead of eating them:D

  • Have been losing weight counting calories (1500) and walking 1-2miles daily. Losing a lb or 2 a week. Not major but deffo working. Although I’m not huge and only looking to lose another stone or 2. 1500 calories is actually a lot of food if you eat clean.
