  • There’s no secret to weight loss but honestly if you just eat shit the grows straight out of the ground you’ll lose weight. Keep in mind I used to be an athlete who had to weigh in to compete and the standard high protein, low carb diet was shoved down my throat by all my coaches and trainers. Did i lose weight? Yeah. Was I healthy and did i keep off the weight, hell no.   • I am going to keep it real with you guys. No shame in here. The heaviest I’ve been was 115kg. As a black guy, no one really tells you that, hey man, you may wanna cut back or something like that. You may receive some fat jokes here and there, but you don’t really get, like a real sit down moment, to be told about the repercussions of your health.

    So, I lived most of my life thinking I was completely okay until I found myself in a position where I didn’t feel comfortable taking pictures anymore. This was after I saw a picture of myself with my brothers that are older than me, but in the picture, they looked like they could be my nephews or sons.

    This wasn’t anyone’s fault. I brought this onto myself and I had no one to blame, but myself. Yet I felt so mad at the world, at anyone who walked with their shirt off at a pool party, at the girls my age that called me sir and at my mom for the most time. I felt like she had the power to tell me to stop eating and she did not.

    The truth is there was nothing anyone could have done to help me. I ate at odd hours of the night, I spent my days sleeping, I had a snack every time my mouth felt like I needed something to chew, not because I was hungry and my meals had so much sugar if they were to test my blood those days it was going to be sweet.

    So, I tried exercising, but we all know how that goes. you can only be serious with it for maybe a week if you are strong enough. I did not reaaly start breaking through untill i discovered this book” Eating Healthy “. It sort of gave me a pespective of how i was going about it all wrong. Basically,you have to eat right to have the energy to even start exercising to lose weight. The key is in eating the right foods and knowing when to and when not to eat the heavy foods.     Many are so confused also about the gospel, so let me help you as well as God permits me to: i am genuinely writing this because i am afraid also you are not an actual born again christian: if i asked you the question: “how do you get to heaven?” Would you answer me that being a good person can earn you the happines of God and you will enter heaven?
    The Bible states that no one is good: we have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, you have very probably at least once in your life lied, or stolen something even if it was small, probably you have often used God’s name in vain (as in omg) which is called blasphemy, you have for sure had sexual thoughts about someone, so to sum it all up: you would be a lying, thieving blasphemus adulteror at heart, which is only 4 of the 10 commandments and you probably have broken them all. And for this we deserve hell! One single sin is enough to send you to hell.
    And by doing good deeds, like loving everyone helping people ecc… we can not possibly cancel our previous sins and gain the favour of God.
    The only way we can get to heaven is through the Lord Jesus! I will explain that better:
    God has His Holy and just wrath prepared to fall upon all sinners, and we completely deserve that, but in God’s infinite mercy He sent his only begotten Son to live a perfect life on this earth (something we could not possibly do ourselves) and to finally die on the cross bearing our sins and taking upon Himself the wrath of God that was supposed to be for us!
    True conversion is realizing that we are completely lost and putting our whole trust in the Lord Jesus and we will be cleansed by His blood, because He already bore our sins! In this way The Father will see us as pure through Jesus! As proof of our salvation we will automatically start hating the sin we once were slaves to and we will love God and His commandements! This doesn’t mean that we won’t be tempted by our past sins but if we get overcomed by temptation we will still hate the sin that we fall into.
    That is the gospel! And that is the only way you get to heaven and a few understand it.
    Ephesians 2:8-9
    For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God not by works, so that no one can boast

  • I found your videos about weight loss just today and I just want to say everything you said is so true and I can relate so much! I started gaining weight when little as my parents broke up and I overall didn’t have an amazing childhood so I ate which made me feel better. I had lost 20kg in one month once and so I weighed 62kg but after a stressful event in my life the weight came back double and I now weigh 95kg, and everyday I end up eating so much even though I was being healthy the whole day. I think I do that because I get soo hungry and like you said we don’t think rationally. I am now trying to be healthy and loose weight in a safe way

  • Well, well right on time, it’s so funny sometime said to me that they was doing a 3 day feasting I said I have never done one, what he said next registration with me i can’t forget it he said if you don’t take control over the things you can do then i might be seeing you in my office when you have been diagnosed with an illness which makes you have to faster, this Tuesday i faster for one day only drinking water, but i must say i was sweating all the time and still sweating but I did feel better the next day the timer was just right but what advice could you give to women who are going through the menopause i will definitely try and do a 2 day feasting. Thank u for all you tips, but could I see more meals around women of my Age 50 and over its the most difficult situation as we can’t lose the weight and i have been told to do weight lifting to build up muscles which helps you lose fat, please help.

  • I started eating better in February. I decided that I wasn’t going on a diet and instead trained my brain to crave healthier options without feeling restricted. If I feel like eating pizza, I eat it and move on. No guilt, no “falling off the wagon” mentality. This has really worked for me! I’ve lost 60 lbs! Also, I have cooked so many of your incredible recipes and you taught me that I can make small modifications to recipes to make them healthy without sacrificing flavor. Thanks Dani!
