  • Pumping water in your stomach sounds like it could go wrong in many horrific ways. I hope that’s just a rumor/hoax, because I hope no one actually goes through with doing that to themselves.

    Also, if food get’s stuck in your stomach, that’s immediate grounds to go to the hospital, but that’s not how digesting food works.

  • I have been on my journey since midjanuary, due to me going to the doctor and was told I am prediabetic. I started the following day right off the bat, I always wanted to lose weight but this was the push I needed. Granted yes I could have done it earlier on my own but didn’t. Since then I have lost 47 pounds as of monday June 1st. I weigh myself every two weeks on mondays. For those who are curious as to what I am doing. I followed Johnny Gargano’s and Tomasso Ciampa regiment in eating 1800 calories a day. On top of that I walk a minimum of 10k steps, but I built up to it from walking to miles a day to about 4 and a half or so miles. I am happy that I found something I can stick to, I feel more motivated to work out and build muscle for the first time in my life.

  • It’s Sunday, September 8th 2019 and today I am changing my life. I started out as 230 pounds even tho I am only 12 years old, I am determined to lose weight because it is my dream to own horses. So I want to loose weight to be able to ride them, since most horses can’t handle my weight so that is my motivation.   • Honestly i feel like none of this stuff ever applies to me. I’m training, eating super clean, keeping to my calories and after i lost my initial 20-25 pounds my weight will not budge. I’m a big guy, there should be no reason the scale doesnt move. If anything i gain 2-3 pounds then go back to my stuck weight.
    When you say, if you lost size, then you lost weight. This just isnt the case for me. I lost two pants sizes and a shirt size and im still the same. Its such an incredibly frustrating thing to work so hard and that fucking scale sits there refusing to move for months…
    If you guys have any advice please share. I’m weight training 4 times a week, cardio every other day, walking 6-7 miles a day. I’m starting to think i have a freaking thyroid issue

  • Simon, what am I doing wrong? I’m a ballroom dancer and whole life I was training about 4 times a week, which was about 15hours a week. During that time I was eating whatever I wanted and how much I wanted without gaining weight. Well… After the quarantine I did despite working out few days a week and doing jogging.
