Once you are in a calorie deficit your carbs intake will contribute to burning fat! Works every time without fail, is backed up by decades of nutrition research and costs much less than whatever supplements this conman is selling. Any of these supplements have negligible to no real-world effects on actual fat burning. If you like green tea go for it, but if you expect any meaningful impact from it you are deluding yourself.
