  • This must be the North Korean military diet. It was brutal. I was constantly hungry and had little energy or strength. On Day 3 I was very irritable and had trouble concentrating. I followed it to the letter with no snacking and I only lost 4.6 pounds. So not worth it.

  • I got in some real big trouble one day and I was forced to stay home for a few monthsI watched this boxing anime called hajime no ippo and I wanted to box after I watched a few episodes. So I learned some workouts and drills. I wasn’t satisfied with how I looked so I looked up this diet and did it will vigorously exercising for 6 hours a day. I lost 14 pounds after 4 days of this. But I was grey and couldn’t even handle the smell of other foods or I’d be starvingly sick. I kept pushing myself until about 4 weeks in I was 20 pounds lighter and obsessed with the scale. I looked like a skeleton, please don’t do this diet for longer than the 3 days, it’s horrible for you.
