  • hmmm, this actually works even while laying on the bed just keep your legs straight and you need to put your arms up straight so that it could be stretched more, I do this like about 2-3 mins a day and try drinking lemon juice or may I say lemon water and the most important is DRINK LOTS OF WATER.     1st day: I did it for 10 mins, no change in my body
    2nd day: I did it for 10 mins at morning after breakfast my stomach got increased in size
    3rd day: I did it 1 hour after lunch just now, my stomach is in increased position only

  • I’m going to be honest. As a bigger teen, I struggle with weight. I don’t care about how I look, I care bout my health.
