  • I want to do at least 500 skip/day but my body is slightly heavy and Im out of breath every 40-50 skips and no energy. Can I do like 50-100 skips then rest and like I do half in the morning, and the other half sometime on a same day? I dont think I can do all 500 in a row. How many calories will be burnt for 500 skips. I’m 5ft and 125lbs. I want to get a flat abs and toned arms, then I saw a video about rope jumping and want to stick with it for 30 days.

  • Could you suggest an alternative to burpees and exercises like jumping jacks which jolt your spine. I had a neck injury 2 years ago. Burpees make me lose balance and co ordination and Jumping Jacks give me an almighty headache. I’ve still been doing your 15 min workouts but I’ve had to miss the things that mess me up. I am 175cm tall and about 30% fat. I was 96kg in the summer and I’m now 89kg after christmas just by doing a few weights and cutting my meal portions down, but 89kg has been my plateau for over a month now. I am now trying to do two 15 min work outs a day. One before work and one after the kids go to bed. Any help would be great. Also as I work out of a van 12 hours a day I could use some tips on a good lunchbox to take with me that isnt just rabbit food.

  • Hey guys, I’ve lost 5 kg since jumping rope. I wanted to ask though. Does it make a difference if I jump 20 minutes rather than 30 minutes. The reason I ask is because I like to incorporate the hit workouts that are usually less than 30 minutes. I also lift weights twice a week and hit my abs on my off days twice a week. The other days I do hitt? Is this a solid plan? So long as I am doing some form of exercise everyday or at least 5/6 days a week?

  • As the clock swept past 15 mins, a part of me died inside!  I was like, “Whaaaaat?!  15 mins is up!”.   Now, I’m glad I stuck out that extra 30 secs….whoa man, what a workout!  Would I be able to perform this every morning as a warm up before my focused routine (e.g. Dumbbells, abs, push-ups, e.t.c.)?

  • I just did this about a half hour ago. This guy is in really good shape. I was sweating two minutes in. I didn’t do it exactly like him, I had to take little 30 seconds to 1 min rest periods in between some of the sets, but I did it for 40 minutes, so hopefully the added time i completed makes up for my rest periods. 

    I feel really good afterwards. It worked a lot of kinks out I’ve been feeling. I will definately add this to my weight lifting, so I can work on everything. My core is horrible.

Being a stay at home mom of a two year old with no childcare options or family, it is super hard to find time to workout, plus back and knee injuries and diastasis recti from pregnancy…its been hard to get back into shape, ive got like 40 lb to go. But these are fast and actually effective for me, im sweating when i am done and sore the next day. Thanks for these videos <3

  • Hey Grant I watch your one video when you interview one of my favorite wrestlers Prince Devitt and i was instantly hook onto your channel. I had the same problem being busy with work and school but i kept making that excuse for not working out and it lower my self esteem but watching these 15 min video workout push me and motivate me to create workout plans and eat not only healthier but when to intake for my body to refuel and to keep pushing myself to work even harder. im on to 2nd week working out an i been hook even with a busy schedule manage to workout and staying fit. I feel great and i want to keep pushing myself. Thank you Grant for igniting the fire in me again =)

  • this workout is kicking my ass. Ive smoked for for 7 years and i’ve been going strong without cigarettes going on my 3rd month. By the time i get to 8-9mins im done. ive got nothing left my legs give out on me in the lunges. I just get absolutely winded and my legs cant keep it up. Im trying though. I do this every other day and push an extra minute each time i do it. Cant wait to get to that 15 minute mark.

  • My Mom is Greek Italian. Our family has always battled with stress and anxiety. As I turned 40 all kind of goofy things started happening with my heath with most of it no fault of it my own. I’ve been working on habits of diet and exercise and only recently with meditation and now yoga. Man it’s powerful stuff. Although I continue to slip into bad eating habits occasionally that ultimately keep me up at night with horrible digestion issues, it’s this video and a 10 minute meditation that flips the script pretty fast. Am I still uncomfortable, only a little after these mindful task. I will try to share this video with anyone I talk to that has similar issues. Thank you so much. ��������
