  • Yoga Tip Tuesday

    Hug your belly button inward!

Keeping your core toned isn’t just for when you’re doing crunches. Think about hugging your belly button into your spine in every pose!

This constant engagement will not only make your practice more challenging, but it will help tone up the belly much faster.

  • I want to do at least 500 skip/day but my body is slightly heavy and Im out of breath every 40-50 skips and no energy. Can I do like 50-100 skips then rest and like I do half in the morning, and the other half sometime on a same day? I dont think I can do all 500 in a row. How many calories will be burnt for 500 skips. I’m 5ft and 125lbs. I want to get a flat abs and toned arms, then I saw a video about rope jumping and want to stick with it for 30 days.

  • Hey Grant, I have a question. So I’ve been doing these for a month now, whilst dieting and so far I’ve lost a stone.:) I was just wondering, am I supposed to be doing these multiple times a day?  I usually do these once or twice a day, 7 days a week.

  • This is a great video…awesome but da audio is a little of… saids 7yrs ago…:( i luv 2 follow along ps i luv dat poster…..

  • hey man these workouts are really good I love them if I do them 4/5 times a week and I do some jogging on the side so like 2/3 times a week jogging, of course eating healthy. how long do you reckon I need to see some big improvments?

  • Hi! thanks Zeus this a awesome workout! One question, can i change push up for another exercise? I have a shoulder injury. which exercise you recommend? Thaks,

  • Started on Monday and I can see a lot of result, very good! BTW, I can hear a kiwi accent, is he from NZ or some Scottish or South African?

  • Could you suggest an alternative to burpees and exercises like jumping jacks which jolt your spine. I had a neck injury 2 years ago. Burpees make me lose balance and co ordination and Jumping Jacks give me an almighty headache. I’ve still been doing your 15 min workouts but I’ve had to miss the things that mess me up. I am 175cm tall and about 30% fat. I was 96kg in the summer and I’m now 89kg after christmas just by doing a few weights and cutting my meal portions down, but 89kg has been my plateau for over a month now. I am now trying to do two 15 min work outs a day. One before work and one after the kids go to bed. Any help would be great. Also as I work out of a van 12 hours a day I could use some tips on a good lunchbox to take with me that isnt just rabbit food.

  • Hey Sir! Great program! I’m enjoying getting heated up so quick! Thank you! I’d like to ask you 2 questions. Firstly you mentioned you’d put up the diet in the description? And secondly, how do i do these workouts, in the sense, your first video took me more time then your time sequels, so i kept on taking some extra breaks, so should i be doing the workouts from the first video again till i can be upto your level and match your time, or should i just continue to your second workout video? Thank you in advance.

  • Was running late this morning, so I decided to a at-home cardio burn. Found your channel, and I loved it! Officially subscribed. Keep blasting those thunderbolts buddy. #TheZeusFitness

  • hello Zeus idk if it’s your name, I’m Vijay all the way from India a week ago I was going through workout videos and I found your channel your 15 minutes fat burning exercises are super I tried first day and it’s been a while like 4 years I stopped exercising I used to go to kung fu classes but I stopped now after 4 years I started again first day I was barely did 6 minutes and it took 7 days to comple the whole 15 minutes workout I have one question how often do we take rest is it once for 2 days or once(1day) for 3 days does it effect our body shape or any other stuff (sorry for bad English) and thanks for your videos..

  • Hey guys, I’ve lost 5 kg since jumping rope. I wanted to ask though. Does it make a difference if I jump 20 minutes rather than 30 minutes. The reason I ask is because I like to incorporate the hit workouts that are usually less than 30 minutes. I also lift weights twice a week and hit my abs on my off days twice a week. The other days I do hitt? Is this a solid plan? So long as I am doing some form of exercise everyday or at least 5/6 days a week?

  • Another amazing workout man! I cant believe Im just finding out about these workouts right now! They are very effective! Thank you again!

  • Hey Grant, first of all thank you so much for these videos. If you can help me, I needed suggesstions on what should I have before doing this workout. I usually perform these workouts in the morning.
Also, you’ve given five home videos for working out. Can you suggest how do we use those 5 workouts during the week or the month?

  • Please stop putting thumbnail photos of yourself shirtless unless you’re really shirtless in the video. It’s misleading and deceptive.

  • Been doing these workouts 4 to 5 times a week for a few months now, I have lost about 12 kgs so far, feel energetic and positive, thank you a million times over!!!!!!

  • As the clock swept past 15 mins, a part of me died inside!  I was like, “Whaaaaat?!  15 mins is up!”.   Now, I’m glad I stuck out that extra 30 secs….whoa man, what a workout!  Would I be able to perform this every morning as a warm up before my focused routine (e.g. Dumbbells, abs, push-ups, e.t.c.)?

  • Its been 11 days of jumping rope, I have lost exactly 11 pounds ofc getting good nutrition, it 10pm but about to finish day 12:-)

  • I just did this about a half hour ago. This guy is in really good shape. I was sweating two minutes in. I didn’t do it exactly like him, I had to take little 30 seconds to 1 min rest periods in between some of the sets, but I did it for 40 minutes, so hopefully the added time i completed makes up for my rest periods.

I feel really good afterwards. It worked a lot of kinks out I’ve been feeling. I will definately add this to my weight lifting, so I can work on everything. My core is horrible.

  • Sarah, what a beautiful video! Love the relaxing music and the gentle yoga exercises as I am 80 with IBS, and this is a godsend for me. Thank you.

  • ZEUS thank you very much. One question  though.  It is ok if I do the routine every day, or at least 5 times a week? (I am doing it from Monday to Friday every night) Or am I overexerting myself? Thnaks again man.

  • Great workout just tried it today. Just a question I am trying to lose weight so how many calories should I consume each day, and would doing this morning and evening around 5-6 times a week be sufficient to lose weight quickly? Thanks!

  • Love you! I know these are older videos but I am so glad I found your 15 minute workouts. Being a stay at home mom of a two year old with no childcare options or family, it is super hard to find time to workout, plus back and knee injuries and diastasis recti from pregnancy…its been hard to get back into shape, ive got like 40 lb to go. But these are fast and actually effective for me, im sweating when i am done and sore the next day. Thanks for these videos <3

  • Pahla, you look great in aqua as well as the purple! The short bursts of running in between the walking are also great for metabolism.

  • Just finished my first workout with Zeus Fitness and it killed me! I plan on continuing every other day until I can handle making these workout part of my daily routine. This is awesome and I WILL be staying with this.

  • We love your sight. It’s good stuff. You inspired us to create our own YouTube channel. Amanda and Ricks weight loss. God bless you. Peace.

  • good workout and I’ve gotten my time down from 40 to under 30 minutes within 15 days.
is it normal to experience pain in the knee or am I not doing something right? it’s the wood chops exercise I think that leaves Me feeling sore afterwards.

  • Man, your workouts are insane. I love them. I’m sweating like a pig in the oven. I was doing MMA training but due to an injury I was unable to train or workout for a few months. I’ve recovered now, and with your workout routines dude I’ll be better than ever. Thanks man.

  • Thanks just done 1st workout with you, just what I needed on a cold Sydney Winters Morning, off for a 9k walk/shuffle now.

  • Hope you don’t mind me saying Grant, your an awesome PT/coach. You explain things so well. You should become a tutor at one the training academies, (Leisure Industry Academy looking at present).  I’m a student P.T. here in N.I, learned so much from your video’s. Been on your website, I’m looking for a new PT, to train with  sadly you are 60 miles away, so too far,  would have loved to have learned from you. (I don’t mean anything untoward when I say this). Thanks for posting the video’s!

  • You are so cute, and the way you talk makes the time fly, there are so many videos out there but yours are easy to follow and the best, thank you.

  • I just started counting steps using my phone…I just did over 10K steps! Thank you for your videos you can do anywhere (PS I’m working nightshift in full law enforcement gear)!

  • Hi Pahla!! I just finished doing my first walk with you!! I love the education you’re giving me, thank you!! I have a question…. Yesterday I did the stability ball workout with you and then I added weights on my own. You mention consistency and doing “this” every day in the Walking for Weight Loss, 15 minute Video above. My question is, ” Can I or should I, do a weight workout one day and then the walking workout the next? Or do I always have to include the walking workout and then include weights on top of that? “

  • My basement ceiling is too low for doubles. So I will do 6 mummy kicks instead. Love this torch series. Chiefs on Monday night football. Hoping Mahomes is also on fire!

  • 2 weeks down and no weight loss yet… Eating the right number of calories 1830 Every single day at the same time. Followed every advice you had.

  • For 1 month consistency training, I finally increase my stamina nonstop jump rope workout for 25 minutes!!! Yahoooo

  • I hate how good these jump ropes are lol I just got my get lean bundle and they are light years better than the one I had started with. Very expensive but worth it honestly

  • I love this!! All your words in this video really means something to me because I always beat myself up for not working out “long enough”. I always thought that you needed to workout for 20 mins a day and something different each day… and I also didn’t know that consistency is key. Also I workout barefoot too

  • 2nd day following your work outs and i really like them…..they always make me sweat which is a good thing…i cant wait for the results.

  • I’m just getting into fitness and feel a bit overwhelmed. Could you help me, Pahla, by knowing which videos to begin with? Do you have a recommended order or process I follow? I’ve found the playlist /fitness for beginners…START HERE./ I’ll do that one today. Where do I proceed after that? Thanks!

  • Pahla good jobthanks for the walkingYes PLEASE talk to us more about plateaus and how to break themI go up and down the SAME 3 pounds month in and month outsoon as I think I will finally go down back upor back downLove walking for my exercise-

    Ciao from Italy!

  • I enjoyed this walk. So tired tonight but I wanted to move just to do something! This was great. I know not hardcore but sometimes you just need to move no jumping like Tigger. I ended up having fun because had music on too.

  • This was a nice walk but yes gave me more questions.
So to get into 10-15 minutes of consistent exercise every day then does it matter what you do everyday or should it be all walks or can it be weights, dance, pilates, etc??

  • I personally lost a significant amount of weight but i can’t seem to reach to a plateau sadly..i feel like i need to do this workout plus the walking and running workout for it to be enough

  • Girl I always come back to this routine with out fail my stomach calms down I couldn’t even stand up straight my stomach hurt so bad. Thank you

  • this workout is kicking my ass. Ive smoked for for 7 years and i’ve been going strong without cigarettes going on my 3rd month. I do this every other day and push an extra minute each time i do it. Cant wait to get to that 15 minute mark.

  • Too many yogis use buzzwords like “navel to spine” rather than truly talking about what the poses should feel like internally and how that manifests in our visible alignment. You explained. Thank you and namaste.

  • My Mom is Greek Italian. Our family has always battled with stress and anxiety. As I turned 40 all kind of goofy things started happening with my heath with most of it no fault of it my own. I’ve been working on habits of diet and exercise and only recently with meditation and now yoga. Man it’s powerful stuff. Although I continue to slip into bad eating habits occasionally that ultimately keep me up at night with horrible digestion issues, it’s this video and a 10 minute meditation that flips the script pretty fast. Am I still uncomfortable, only a little after these mindful task. I will try to share this video with anyone I talk to that has similar issues. Thank you so much.

  • Ok Let’s put it to the test… I have been doing different videos of yours for 4 months every day and have been at a stand still in weight. So let me do this one every single day till it becomes too easy and then increase my duration by 5 min and lets see what happens.

  • I have some question when does the result will shown I mean Example bloating and I tried this since 1 week and nothings really change well im just asking HWHEHE

  • Im walking while lockdown, started at 15mins and now i can walk 1hr a day while watching tv, browsing the net or even while reading a book. It feels good.

  • I’m new to this exercise, started jumping rope 4 days ago (10 mins each day) but I’ve developed pain in my calf muscle. Any suggestions please?

  • Your workouts are some of the best on YouTube tbh. i’ve already lost 1.5kg in one week and that is with a not so great diet. The more I skip, the more i want to improve my eating. And i love that you break up the skipping with other exercises.

  • i watched this thinking i was severely bloated but turned out that i had a ruptured appendix right at that moment! take care of yourselves guys!
