The most successful dieters (those who lost 10% of their body weight) spent an average of 23.2 minutes per day logging their nutrition during the first month of the dietary intervention.   • You should really download the app it’s basically the same thing in the video with your other options so it tells you how many days a week you should do it what you should eat and it’s really really easy and if you’re too tired after one exercise there’s the option increases the rest so you can go and rest longer.

Have three exercise steps so also do 15 min of nonstop stair climbing with 2lb wrist weights while watching music videos to keep a quick rythm.

    This might seem weird because I’m randomly sharing this on YouTube but I really need help, a few months ago (around 5-6) I was unhappy with my body and felt uncomfortable with it so I decided to change that, I started eating smaller portions, stopped snacking, checking labels, no treats and hardly any carbs (or main carbs only at lunch) I also started home workouts and I’ve been doing them for about 5 months nearly everyday (normally 20 minutes hitt/full body, 30 minutes abs and 10 minutes of legs) As I had an eating disorder in the pass, my parents are worried I’m going down the same road again so my mum weighed me today and I was 5 kilos less than 5 months ago, she got really upset, both my parents now want me to put on weight and change. But I don’t know how, I am finally happy and comfortable with my body and now I’m too skinny and need to apparently put on weight. Does anyone know how to put on weight but keeping your body more or less the same? Or even more toned? Any tips? I’m sorry I’m just really stuck

    The two 30s stretches in the middle can be lunges or glutes, 30s each leg. Or, side plank reach under, 30s each.
    I listen to my shoulders the first time through and alternate 1lb and 1/4lb. Second time through gotta make it hurt.

  • Hey bro I been doing freestyle pyramid work outs starting with one minute and adding a minuet after 30 second rests. I’m up to six minuets in the first week finding jumping crazy easy. I’m only focused on leaning out. Should I keep the longer time, or keep it more hiit for weight loss. Or are they the same? I go hard either way?

  • Hi everyone. I just want to share a little trick of mine to get through this exercise. So the little trick is that you should have a water break every 5 minutes and that way you don’t feel dehydrated or feel it’s taking too long too finish.

  • I did this with the normal PVC rope, and didn’t feel much. I ordered the get lean crossrope set, and did the circuit twice with the half lb rope, also added weights for squats. So sore the next day, but I know it’s working!:)

  • Doing this as a beginner with only regular bounce and this is day 2. Will be doing this as an add on to another challenge I’m doing. Eventually I want to get so good at jump rope so that it will be my main workout every single day! Everything else (bar yoga) will be an add on (is) weights 3-4x a week to keep 3xtra toned!
