  • Okay I’m tagging along with your weight loss journey as well. Sorry boo I just invited myself . On a serious note this gave me inspiration to get back into my weightloss journey.

  • I’m always shook by how usually on these episodes both the supersize and superskinny hardly eat any vegetables, all their meals are just carbs

  • I’m the skinny version of the people on this show. But I do eat a lot, well roughly 2,500 calories a day but I just don’t put on any weight and I absolutely hate it. I only weigh about 105 pounds and I’m trying to gain about 15 to 20 more pounds. I really wish I knew why I don’t gain weight. I really do try but yeah, I tried following some of their plans for the skinny people on here but it’s not working for me. Sometimes it’s hard to eat so much during the day but it’s hard. I try to drink those supplement drinks as well, they have about 350 calories in each 8 ounce bottle but even with those, it’s like my body burns off more calories than I can possibly take in. I need help. People think I’m anorexic or something because of how skinny I am. It just sucks.

  • That stomach tube is literally bulimia, it’s just another way to purge it out. I get it’s done healthily and tackled the problem well, plus it only gets rid of 1/3 but jeeeeeesus

  • So nice to see a positive and inspiring person in America rather than just someone hanging off a hoist and talking about how they can’t wash their own bum

  • The stomach port concerns me because that can cause salt imbalances and can mess with his normal stomach acidity i feel like. Idk it seems like a bad idea

  • Thank You for this wonderful video. I’ve subscribed to your channel. You’ve given me a safe place and understanding that I can do this.

  • replace snacking foods with other things you can do with your fingers such as:
    puzzles
    phone games
evaluate your life; are you feeling stimulated?
    extracurricular activities are important

    BABY STEPS
    1. replace snacking foods with other finger activities
    2. evaluate your life

  • Is Fenoboci Diet Plan helpful to lost a lot of weight? I’ve learn numerous good things about Fenoboci Diet Plan (just google search it).

  • Question you know in the diet plan for the obese person; if she eats 2000 a day and an average women eats that to stay a healthy weight surly she would have to eat less to lose weight?

  • I always admire that ”big girl” confidence because I don’t have it. I see how wonderful and beautiful this woman is and I’m like ”Why don’t I have that?”. I’m not happy with myself. Haven’t been for as long as I can remember. So I admire her confidence. Ms. Morris is Awesome ✨. Her personality alone made me love her within a few seconds of listening to her not to mention she is beautiful.

    edit: 6:50

  • I’m sorry but did he ask her if she ”licks the plate also?” That was a bit bitchy. Why are skinny people on this show so damn mean? I won’t lie, I knew by his demeanor how he was going to be. Smh ‍♀️. In real life, skinny people are not this harsh. Then again maybe it’s a British thing? I thought they were delightful people.. Idk ‍♀️. Just tired of seeing happy and polite big people and mean as hell skinny people. Is this how they want them to act on the show?..

  • They should show more Kalila’s in their show to motivate their participants. She’s giving more positivity and real actions at the same time.

  • Keeps the good work Dr. Ikpoko on YouTube, the universe needs to know about your cure a lot of people here in the USA has this virus

  • I love kalila she is awesome ❤️ and her major confidence is her husband / partner..and her attitude abt her weight… awesome..

  • Everybody in the comments is so nice about khalilah. I live in the southern United States and so many people are like her. I’m so lucky to live in a region like I do. I forget not everyone knows people like her. She’s very special!

  • It’s ok to have light off not letting partner see you naked.but your husband partner has eyes and hands that can feel and see your body I’m exactly the same I hate my body

  • Hi my name is Carol I have been suffering with this bee stinging feeling in my mouth for years and no doctor I been to can seam to help me p!ease help me am so tired of suffering I no your show help people p!ease pick me

  • Today is a day-off and my plan is to stay at home..so I had thoughts to skip my fast. I really have an addiction to food even though I’m not actually hungry..and I’m also a boredom eater so I have absolutely no problem with my fast during the working day..or when I’m not at home.
That’s why I came here now:) so thank you a lot for showing that disgusting shoots with operations and “flushing human system”… I’m better now

  • As someone who was rather big before, and self conscious about it, I think I can give an educated guess as to why the skinnier people are always a lot ruder and self entitled than the bigger people. The bigger people tend to be more meek because of lack of self confidence, they feel like they have to please people because society has made them feel worthless due to their weight. As well as this, the skinnier people have some envy and jealousy that the bigger people can eat so much when they can’t stomach it.

  • Has anyone tried Custokebon Secrets? (do a google search) We’ve noticed numerous awesome things about this popular weight loss method.

  • The stomach port is the dream of every bulimic!! Disgusting!! Instead of be mentally stable and control your portions and what you eat!! Dreadful!!

  • This show makes me realize how bad my eating habits are on both ends. I don’t have breakfast lunch or dinner. I drink energy drinks eat random snacks and order pizza or go to taco bell but I’ll go a day without eating anything real or I do nothing but pick at random stuff. My eating is completely random and shitty. I’m always in the middle of the obese and the super skinny because there’s no meals for me.

  • Why do they always refer to the states when talking about extreme obesity? I understand there is an obesity problem there, but that does not mean they can’t find people in the UK.

  • Hey! Thanks for this helpful video. By the way, I notice a lot of people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets (do a search on google), but I’m not sure if it is good. Have you considered Custokebon Secrets? I’ve heard many amazing things about it and my mate lost crazy amounts of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me:(

  • Not sure I agree with Michael’s draining port. I get that he has to chew more thoroughly to be able to use it, but is it really teaching him to recognize full signals?

  • Very informative video, keep it up! we both weighed over 300lb about a month ago, but over the month we’ve both lost over 20 pounds! tempted on using juice fast.

  • I will do well for breakfast and lunch and then will run out of things to do so I will eat a snack that turns into an enormous meal and then not eat for 36hrs after that. I’ve been doing this for a while now and I’m sick of it!

  • I don’t think Guy was rude. He was just being honest so that Joanne knows how much she’s been eating. He gave her emotional support as well.

  • I had only one time in my life a sausage roll when I used to live in the UK and I almost threw up after one bite. Besides all the love; how can someone eat that?

  • We are asking what to do within this that when the languages available and become food modal business what do we do as we eat food but we don’t go around with a piece of meat or vegetable or starches pinned to us as that’s a unusual behaviour but we think it’s a faith of some kind. also we are happy to recover as we don’t understand how those look at us and see meat and vegetables and then try to mark tissues and cause distractions trying to eat is instead of just sitting and enjoying a meal

  • The role of fiber in his book is really new to me. Dr. Travis seems smart and thoughtful and also knows how to pave his way to the best in his life.
