The ketogenic diet is an effective weight loss diet that’s well-supported by evidence. It is very filling and usually does not require calorie counting. Some studies, in fact, suggest that a ketogenic diet is safe for significantly overweight or obese people. However, other clinical reviews point out that patients on low-carbohydrate diets regain. The ketogenic diet has been around for more than 100 years when it was developed for the treatment of severe epilepsy.Doctors at the time noticed that short-term starvation helped patients to control their seizures but this wasn’t a safe or convenient option for everyone, particularly children.

  • The only diet that has changed the way i eat going forward (when off diet). Ive kept most of the weight off since coming off the diet, only gaining water weight, despite eating all the bad stuff from time to time. Would like to hear your opinion on it after trying it and adapting to ketone energy.

  • I really wish I had find this diet guide years ago. For 3 weeks of adopting the weights, I dropped 12 pounds Of course I exercise a few times weekly, and eat healthy. It showed awesome outcomes for me. I certainly endorse the item, wish it works as great for you because it really does for me. Find a right weight is not easy, you can discover on Google.   • Hello, thank you for the video! I have a question that I can’t find sufficient info on on the big bad web! Are the net carbs for a raw avocado the same as for pan fried avocado?? I love to buy hard unripened avocados and either eat them chopped finely in a salad or pan fry them! I would love to know if the net carbs are the same either way!! Thank you!
