    I had lost 29 pounds in a short amount of time of (2 months) and gained it right back plus an additional 4 pounds as soon as I stopped walking and didn’t watch what I was eating.
    So here I am walking again 4 miles per day which equals 2hrs of walking per day and at this point I have lost 15 pounds in (2 months) and I plan to continue to loose weight until I reach my goal and this time keep my weight stable by watching what I eat and exercise on a regular moderate basis.

  • I’ve lost 68 pounds in 18 weeks on Keto and I F. I’ve noticed that about a month ago I hit a slow down and had to cut calories from 1200-1500 a day to 800-900 a day. I guess my metabolism slowed and of course your basal Metabolic Rate is less the less you weigh. I’m 163.6 today and my goal is 155. Should be there in 3-4 weeks easily.   • dont eat anything for 10 days and you will lose 10 pounds. also, you didnt imagine anything. you didnt have any energy because you were silly and ate some bad carbs. cut all the carbs if you gonna do this (that means meat too) protein is a carb. once your body is full switched over to fat burning mode you should be ok.

  • You can mechanically remove fat cells with liposuction, cool sculpting and other medical treatments that remove localized fat tissues. Those fat will not return. Dieting and exercise SHRINKS fat cells/fatty tissue but doesn’t kill any of them the way that certain cosmetic medical treatments will. FYI.

  • You’re incredible dude. Like I’m so HAPPY that I found your channel, I started IF about a month ago and my muffin TOP IS ALMOST GONE. I was working out the whole year, but my abs would never show up, and now I’m feeling sooooo good, because I can finally see them. I’m fasting 16:8 most of the days, sometimes I’ll switch to omad and it works wonders. With lots of green leafy vegetables as my carbs high protein (chicken and salmon only) and fuck ton of cardio, I lost 22lbs in 21 days. Then it went slowly dropping pounds every 2weeks.     I do around 15 hours of highland dancing a week,
    I walk around a mile a day sometimes with my dog (its peaceful and fun)
    I just don’t eat a lot, I don’t know I’m just never that hungry

  • When I started my weight loss journey I was 505 lbs that was March 2018, I currently weigh 237 lbs. I have been maintaining that weight for I’d about 5 or 6 months now and during the journey I’d say I was losing around 10 lbs per week on average. Some weeks a little less some a little more and I did hit a couple of plateaus that lasted a week or 2, but before I started everyone told me that you can lose 1-2 pounds a week so in my head I thought it was going to take between 2 and 3 years to get to a healthy weight but I did it in around 10 months.   • Hey, thanks for the breakdown! Yay, I was very skinny until I had my second child at 29 so not really high in fat cells! Yeah, the mentality behind needing to see fast results can be, as it was for me, the greatest hindrance! Years of gaining weight followed by quick-loss, followed by regain is an impossible mind set. Yet slow never worked either. Finally I realized that my biggest problem was too much science! Only because: I was doing things I BELIEVED, scientifically lead to weight gain; I was failing to do things I BELIEVED I needed to do to loose weight. It wasn’t until I decided that I needed to send a better signal to my cells by aligning my actions and intent with my BELIEFS that I finally did it!   • It’s probably a good idea to have good eating and exercise habits to fall back on if you’re trying to do this. If a person who eats junk food all day and doesn’t move at all goes straight to this, they’re likely to fail, versus a person who eats healthy and exercises regularly, even if they do fail it’s less catastrophic.

    but if we talk about random dude that is already doing keto for months, eating nutrient dense and therefor is fat adapted, the body will spare muscle as fuck and go straight for body fat

    and gluconeogenesis will happen but nearly complete and only with glycerol wich will speed up in addition to all the fat burning hormones and ketones/fat metabolism that spares protein your fat burning like hell

  • Do you count basal metabolic rate in your calorie deficit calculation? For example, my BMR is 1500 calories per day to keep my body/brain alive. If I do nothing but eat only 1000 calories, would my deficit be 500 calories? This is an extreme example for clarity purposes

  • Guys do not drink so much water. Only drink water when you are thirsty because you can drink too much water and it’s really bad for your body because your cells get too diluted and they can’t work properly. The whole “eight glasses a day” thing is completely wrong, your body will tell you when it’s thirsty.

  • my workout & meal plan:
    *workout gloves to prevent callouses when necessary, workout partner, take your time, perfect form, challenge yourself, don’t worry about what other people are doing/look like, take advice from trusted sources (doctors, nutritionists, workout experts, etc.), have fun!

    1. Choose 2-3 flexibility stretches & 2-3 specific muscle prep stretches, hold for 1+ min each

    2. Choose one yoga pose to work and improve on to feel more calm and central within body

    3. Choose a type of cardio for warmup 5-10 min

    4. Choose 4 exercises for one/group of major body part(s) or full body strengthening exerciselegs (calves & glutes & thighs), back, shoulders, arms (biceps & triceps), stomach (abs & obliques), chest
    *can be weightlifting, pilates, zumba, machines, dance, etc.

    5. Choose # of reps per set (3 sets total) per exercise, try hiit workout
    *break 30-60sec between sets
    *1-9=brute strength, 10-20=endurance strength

    6. Cardio (running, biking, jump roping, swimming, etc.) 20-30+ min

    7. Stretch & foam roller/massage muscles 5-10+ min

    10% fat, 40% fruits & vegtables, 25% protein, 25% carbs per meal
    as many organic and all natural products as possible
    green tea!
    more than half of body weight in oz of water per day
    necessary vitamins (I take fish oil, b12, biotin, collagen, & probioticsor eat foods high in these nutrients)
    eat until full and satisfied, not stuffed
    get heart rate up as much as possible to lose weight

  • Ladies! You need to also count the grams of sugar you have daily! Also, burning calories means you’re burning sugar not fat. Please learn from a professional if you want to lose weight!!
