  • It would have been much better if I seen this specific 2WeightLossFast. Com a couple of years back. I burned 12 pounds in three weeks up to now. There is certainly still need of exercises even only a few times a week and also the meals to eat must be best. It showed awesome results for me.   • Thank you SO MUCH for acknowledging that looking good is a strong reason for many to lose weight. For years I’ve been told that it should be for my health, which prompted me to try to stop caring about looks, but I just can’t. I want to look good and attractive, aside from being healthier, and eversince I embraced that fact, I’ve been making so much more progress on my journey.

  • I know it’s not too healthy losing weight fast but…….I started intermittent fasting about 3 months about and have lost 35 lbs. I still eat the foods I like (burgers, sandwiches, steaks, chicken, pasta) I just don’t eat or drink anything but water for 16 hours a day. So I stop eating at 6pm and won’t eat till 10am. Freaking easiest thing ive ever done. Sometimes I’m not even hungry and I’ll just eat one big meal a day OMAD.   • “Starving yourself” is really bad advice. It’s unsafe to lose more than 1 pound a week. And it’s really easy to fail when you’re hungry every day. The best advice I ever got when I was losing weight was to never put myself in a situation where I felt hungry. That means eating extremely filling, low-calorie foods while remaining in a calorie deficit. That’s sustainable. There’s some good advice in this video, but please folks, don’t starve yourself.

    i’m about 163lbs and i want to be 90-100lbs,, i’m 4’9”.
