  • It would have been much better if I seen this specific 2WeightLossFast. Com a couple of years back. I burned 12 pounds in three weeks up to now. There is certainly still need of exercises even only a few times a week and also the meals to eat must be best. It showed awesome results for me. Undeniably, this is strongly recommended and I also do hope this would work to you too simply because it did to me..

  • Good motivation, except a good while back, I went from size 38 to 28 with NO gym, but only 15 minutes of home exercise on a 1000 cal. “diet” of vegs, pumpkin seeds etc. in 6 months!!!:)

  • Anyone know what is Custokebon Secrets about? I hear a lot of people lost tons of weight with Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google).

And you did a great work on your weight loss journey. Your the best.

  • So is it muscle that is gaining weight and m not getting fat? I am so depressed even thought I tried to run on treadmill for one week now but on scale my weight was increased

  • What I learn from This video: I want to lose 100 pounds! Rather than looking at conquering the mountain, which is to lose All that weight, to looking at attacking One small part of the mountain each day!

  • I’m struggling with being consistent with my workout routine and eating habits but this video has gave me a different mindset and I will take it one day at a time. Thanks!

  • Thank you SO MUCH for acknowledging that looking good is a strong reason for many to lose weight. For years I’ve been told that it should be for my health, which prompted me to try to stop caring about looks, but I just can’t. I want to look good and attractive, aside from being healthier, and eversince I embraced that fact, I’ve been making so much more progress on my journey.

Even my therapist told me that it shouldn’t be about looks (and even discouraged me to lose weight based on that), and, I don’t want to discredit her or any therapist who says the same, but I just find it way more motivating and true to myself to do it for that reason.

    Again, thank you.

  • Guys. lost tons of weight does not need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I will give you some tips now. Get a popular weight loss system called Custokebon Secrets (just google search it). Thanks to it I have lost lots of weight. I probably should not even be speaking about it cause I do not want a bunch of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I am just in a excellent mood right now and so I’ll share the wealth lol.

  • I have always thought that dieting is eating only green vegetables and drinking water. NextLevelDeit proved me wrong. I am eating delicious and nutritionally rich food and still reaching my fitness goals.

  • I’ve lost all my envy, I’ve used that feeling of jealousy and desire to look like someone I’m not but since I stopped going to school I never saw the person, my model my inspiration and he’s gone and without him my envy will starve and die and then what? I’ve lost.. people always try to understand why I wanna change but the real reason is I do it out of my personality, your free willing being while I’m a bitchy snobby ugly being and dont try to help me because you won’t understand, my mind is mentally ill I know it I was once so jealous of someone I cut bits of my hair to feel more calm I’ve purposely inhaled smoke after I blow out my personal candle, feeling my lungs burn like a forest fire calms me down, I remember always looking in a mirror my mom said to stop, so I did, kinda worked but didn’t, I’ve gained weight tbh and I feel so lost rn.

  • The conversation part is what I did almost everytime I wanted to give up! 3 months into my weightloss journey will definitely start doing the affirmation technique! Thank you

  • When considering eating healthy, you have to try not to fall victim to modern day fad diets. Extreme diet plans undoubtedly are a threat for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your everyday nutritionary intake. Many of these fad diet plans work for a short time period and then the benefits decrease after a while. You should check out Custokebon Secrets on google since it isn’t just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • I know it’s not too healthy losing weight fast but…….I started intermittent fasting about 3 months about and have lost 35 lbs. I still eat the foods I like (burgers, sandwiches, steaks, chicken, pasta) I just don’t eat or drink anything but water for 16 hours a day. So I stop eating at 6pm and won’t eat till 10am. Freaking easiest thing ive ever done. Sometimes I’m not even hungry and I’ll just eat one big meal a day OMAD. Please if your overweight and want the easiest best way to lose weight look up intermittent fasting. Message me if you have any questions. I will help you. [email protected]

  • Hey guys, I hope you’re all doing well:)
I just wanted to come on here and make a quick note. I know I said in the intro that I was sharing 5 motivational tips. Towards the end of the video I decided to throw in one more to make it 6 haha!
So in saying that, I really hope you enjoy the video! I’ll see you guys real soon

  • “Starving yourself” is really bad advice. It’s unsafe to lose more than 1 pound a week. And it’s really easy to fail when you’re hungry every day. The best advice I ever got when I was losing weight was to never put myself in a situation where I felt hungry. That means eating extremely filling, low-calorie foods while remaining in a calorie deficit. That’s sustainable. There’s some good advice in this video, but please folks, don’t starve yourself.

  • wow i loved this im about around the weight you started at.. and i desperately want to loose but i dont have confidence and feel i cant do it but then other times i feel i could, i just lack self confidence

  • i didn’t expect for this video to touch me in any way but it did.
    i’m about 163lbs and i want to be 90-100lbs,, i’m 4’9”.
when i read the “you did it” and “aaaa it’s working!!” i teared up because that’s all i’ve wanted for so long. i might update this in the future with something like “I lost the weight and i’m so proud”
if i do…just know that i’ll be out of my huge depression.
i’ll be a helluva lot less self conscious.
    i’ll…finally be comfortable being myself.
if you’ve read this far, don’t hesitate to reply to remind me of what pushed me to finally start

edit: i’ve been fluctuating and since quarantine happened exercise has been sparse since i no longer have access to my gym. i’m going to be getting back into the groove of eating right and i’ll update then

  • You rock sis! Keep going.

I feel like most times break up is a big motivation to continue, to proove our partner wrong and to show him/her what he’s/she’s gonna lose
