  • 1 of my favorite meals is Chickpea salad. I changed my diet 3 years ago to Plantbased. Now I want to work on the exercise. Thanks for sharing.

  • Just saw your video and your are really blessed to have figured this out at a young age. I started a journey about 4 years ago to change my lifestyle because, well when I bent over to tie my shoe there was something in my way and it was my stomach and I just couldn’t handle it anymore. It took me a long time to figure out what you did, but it is 100% right as I have followed the same path. I enjoy running now as my cardio and one thing about the cardio it has to be an elevated heart rate but not a max out heart rate, something in zone 2 or 3 so that the fat will come off. Diets are not the answer either, you have to change to eating things that are better for you and just commit long term, not 1 week or 2 weeks you will never see results in that short of period. But making those good lifestyle choice can get you heading in the right direction, then it becomes easier to make other changes later to fine tune the workouts or the diet. Great Video and Best of Luck.

  • Every day I watch videos of people’s success and tell myself that when I’m lifting of going for a walk that I have a goal in mind and that I’m going to reach it

  • i always look at these videos to give me more inspiration. But sadly I already know how to lose weight. Calorie deficit, strength training and cardio. That’s all.

  • Have you had your testosterone checked? Looking at your previous fitness level, it would appear you may have early onset gynoclemastia.

  • I’m totally following this video! Junior in highschool and I’ve been gaining self confidence! And getting quite popular.. although I’m fat ppl don’t really speak abt it. Im 5’7 at 220.. LORD I’m not losing weight for nobody but myself

  • The best thing about Keto is that it’s incredibly easy to adjust to, unlike the poisonous plant diet. Eat plenty of meat and fat and you’ll be amazed at how much your appetite goes down. Within a couple of weeks I was only eating once a day (if at all that day) and fasting for 15+ hours. The fat melted off me. And no, I didn’t suffer from cravings, which also amazed me considering I have an imbalance and used to constantly crave sugar.
Protein and fat significantly aids in rectifying insulin levels. I never felt hungry or any urges to eat. Cravings were easy to brush away. Meat is the way to go.

  • What I have been doing is logging in my food to MyFitnessPal and my exercise. I sat my calorie goal at first just enough to maintain my weight at the time, got used to being accountable for everything I ate, then gradually decreased. Now I am eating 1200-1500 calories a day. I also exercise using videos on YouTube. I have lost 16 pounds so far. I am also recording my pictures and videos.

I have literally half of my weight to lose.

  • I hear a lot of people keep on speaking about Custokebon Secrets. But Im uncertain if it is good. Have you ever tried this popular lose weight method?

  • Summary

  • I’d love to get started on this!! I really have the worst bloating and am trying to find a detox to help with weight and bloating. Any recommendations??

  • please any body tell me if its ok to drink milk or yogur in keto diet,if no how you get your calcium, i hate, almond or oatsmilk,

  • The keto diet is not a good approach to fat loss. It can only be used in the short term. Carbohydrates are the main source of fuel your cells will use to function as they are easy to break down. A diet with no carbs mean that your body will attack your fat storage which usually happens when the body is in a period of famine. Although this technique can be used in extreme cases when weight loss hasn’t been possible by other means or someone with diabetes requires to lower their carb intake, in the long run, high intake of fat can cause heart problems and many more problems including diarhea and loss of energy. You might also regain the weight you have lost in the end. If you are looking to loss weight drink lot of water (more than you can take), eat three meals a day with snacks in between (the more fuel you provide the less your body will feel the need to store some), stay away as much as possible from processed foods and eat from all food groups. Exercising 30 minutes a day can also help. If this approach fails and your health depends on weight loss, consult a nutritionist as they have the scientific background to assist you. Don’t follow those absurd weight loss shows. Not everything that makes you look good on the outside makes you healthy in the inside.

  • I started with exercise. That was humbling. After a few weeks you get used to being active and form the habit. You do get stronger, but the weight loss plateau is real. Eventually you realize you can’t outrun your diet and somethings got to give. I gave up unhealthy snacks first, then it was easier to just eat “clean and green”. Great video!

  • My thing is I’ve lost a lot of weight but not to fast because I didn’t want loose skin but I can’t seem to tighten up my chest that’s the one part of my body that I’m really self conscious about if you guys have any tips I would love to hear them

  • I need help, a male weighing 261lbs and height is 5’11. I don’t feel heavy but my belly fat isn’t good at all. What can I do please

  • Great advice. I’ve been struggling to stay motivated and not be so hard on myself. I’ve been eating healthy for about a month and a half and it has really helped me lose weight. I have a long way to go. Biggest issue is exercising. I’m so out of shape everything seems difficult. It’s hard to find exercise videos for people that are overweight and out of shape. Thank you for the inspiration and advice!!!

  • Thank you for this information. I have been exercising and keeping track of my calories daily for a month now and only lost about 3 pounds and it seems like I’m not losing anymore weight now. It’s very discouraging. I am 46 years old. Is age a factor in how quickly you lose weight or do I just need to be more patient?

  • Could you also talk abou how hard it is to get on track after you gained back some weight? I’ve been struggling to re-focus and get my stuff back after some months of losing myself

  • Katy is so amazing!! I’ ve taken all her advice and jumped off my comfort zone and now I m on target to go back in shape and be a better version of myself. I’ve just started my youtube channel to follow my progress. I would love some feedback so please hit subscribe and check it out. LOVE xoxo

  • I weight 165 lbs but because of my height I look like I weigh more and I’ve always been told by doctors to loose weight so I’m going to start to actually loose it.

  • Okay….I love this absolutely. I especially liked when you called out people who massively plan and buy things instead of just starting. I have a co-worker who at the start of working remotely converted an extra bedroom into a home gym. He bought an elliptical and treadmill and weights and benches and on and on and on. While he was waiting for this to all arrive, I asked him what he was doing right then. The answer was “nothing”. I pointed out that if he would simply start with walking his dog once or twice a day that would be a good warm up while he waited. Nope. Now he has all his equipment but never mentions it. I suspect it’s a room that makes him feel guilty as he walks by it.

  • hey,i’m 57kg “skinny fat type of body” i got motivated so i have a plan of training 5 times a week “resistance and steady base cardio” with a caloric deficit
do you have any advices for me? ^^

  • I’ma try this but with a couple more things like riding my treadmill bike for 2 hours a day and 1 meal a day and play a bunch of sports and play outside more starting today I’ll reply to this in a month

  • It’s true getting into the right mindset is crucial! I’m 22 yo and I weighed my heaviest during this quarantine which is 88.9kg for 1.65m when I saw that I said enough is enough and I started intermittent fasting and completely changed the way I ate and damn I lost 8kg in ONE MONTH yep yep I started this July 5th and now it’s just past Agust 5th and i’m at 80kg I’m really happy with myself my goal is 65kh so I still have 15kg to lose!

  • Thank you for the inspiration my man. In two months i’ve gone from 231 to 205, the goal is 190. Doing exactly what you told in the video, Being in a calorie deficit, enjoying a slice of pizza once in a while, and just having fun along the way with those small victories. Found my perfect cardio which is rope jumping

  • I hate my body I’m 12 5’4 and i weigh 132 lbs I’m not fat but i just hate how my bodie looks cause all the girls in my class are sticks and that makes me feel insecure

  • Kristi from Rawbeautykristi was the reason why I started the keto diet too. She made it look pretty easy to do. I’m so grateful for her!!!

  • For me I was already losing weight then I had an arrupted appendix then stayed in hospital lost more weight because of not eating that much got out then started gaining like crazy. Any help

  • I can’t avoid my moms meals ( she only makes dinner but still) she’ll literally yell at my if I don’t, I just get 1/2 a cup of everything or like 1

  • I only believe in NextLevelDiet. They provide you with personalized meal plan, training plan, fitness tips, healthy recipes. Thats everything you need to transform your body and get six pack:D

  • Idk for you guys but I’m trying to lose pounds because I want cute clothes if someone has tips for losing weight fast please tell me I’m trying to lose weight before my birthday lol.

  • Great video! So I’ve started walking everyday since a long time. Three years ago I had a major surgery which left me with a physical limitation, weakness in my left femur. So as a result I am limited to certain workouts. I’ve been frustrated due to the limitations because it’s affecting my weightloss productivity and I have a lot of weight to lose. But I’m trying my best.

  • Hey man im starting tomorrow on my fitness journey Im 14 yrs old and im currently 73kg heavy (yeah i know its messed up) i also had depression because of it this really motivated me thank you

  • I’m just starting my journey. Posting in on my you tube channel for accountability. I know I’ll give up if no one holds me accountable. Thank you for your encouraging words. And very well done on your success xx

  • I don’t want to be judged anymore because I’m overweight and I’m 14 as of August but it’s always been hard to lose weight in my family it’s just in my genes but imma give this a go <3

  • Thank you for sharing this! Reducing my calorie in take by eating less snacks and more lower calorie more filling foods like veggies, protein, & popcorn has been the only way I’ve been able to lose weight. Love your videos!

  • Fave healthy meal is DEFINITELY baked salmon, rice, salad and grilled veggies. So good. SO good. Season that stuff perfectly and SOLD.

  • Hey guys,

Would You Like to Know Exactly What to Eat to Lose Fat and Get Healthy Without Giving Up Your Favorite Foods or Starving Yourself?

here is the KETO meal plan for free email me: [email protected]

  • When considering eating healthy, you have to try not to fall victim to modern day fad diets. Extreme diets are a danger for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your every day nutritionary intake. Many of these fad diets work for a short period and then the benefits decrease after a while. It is best to check out Custokebon Secrets on google since it is not just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • Ive been om keto since Jan 2019 and ive never bought almond or coconut flour, ive never made keto desserts or bought processed keto bars. If I want a flour tortilla, I’ll treatment to either half or just eat the whole thing. Id i want pie, I’ll eat a small slice. I like keto, but yeah sometimes it feels like you have no life. Lol

  • thank you for posting this video! i know there is no secret short cut. or golden trick to losing weight and flattening the belly. but i always end up back on youtube during my down days to watch other peoples journey and to remember. thats where i started too. my why. i hate being weak. i hate flexxing and barely seeing any muscle movement. i hate waking up to a glob of a belly when i sit up out of bed. i want to look in the mirror, pull my arms up and smile when i see every strand of muscle flex into a solid mass. i want to lift 50 lb in each arm and not feel my body shake barely able to handle the weight. and i want to be able to be active without sounding like a puffing huffin train. my journey isn’t far yet. i only won a handful of battles and gained muscle. now i need to sustain it and drop the fat. thanks for being another step of inspiration along the way for me!

  • Get keto right the first time with custom keto. No one likes getting knocked out of ketosis after sacrificing no head ache personalized meal plans based on your body type and food preferences.
A Happier you is just a click away

  • Dude peanut butter jelly sandwiches are my weekness, it’s the trigger food that makes me gain weight >.< but they are so good, but I know what I have to do •.•

  • I am 14 years old (turning 15 in July) and I have tried every single method in this world and each time I try something I feel depressed and always bored because I barely get results and nothing in the diets I’ve tried have been efficient and I didn’t believe any of them would last for 3 months+:( if ur reading this please help me, everyone in my family and friends always try to help but nothing is satisfying my cravings and my study schedules are tight so I never have the time to cook for my self and exercise:( I rlly hope I could do this before I turn 20 becuz being 70 kilos (154 pounds) doesn’t sound right at all.

  • Very informative video:) I’ve been in a 1000+ calorie deficit for 10 weeks now. Cut out sugar, exercised regularly, did yoga almost everyday lost 12,5 kg so far and my resting heart rate went from 84 to 58.
I use my Fitbit and the app to track my calories. Works like a charm.

  • Hey Lucy, thank you very much for this amazing video! Do you have any recommendation for a community/forum? Do you have your own one? I mean besides Instagram and YouTube. Greetings from Germany I love your videos!

  • I’ve always had the perfect workout and I’ll be doing so good in terms of being fit and losing weight, but I couldn’t keep this all up, thanks to your advice of “trust the process”, I’ll continue it.

  • Portion control has been an awful thing for me. I think a lot of people grow up hearing ‘clean your plate’ and then as an adult, you can throw half the bag of popcorn away, or you can cut whatever you’re eating in half and it’s OKAY.

  • I wish someone would teach me how to set up workouts. What’s appropriate for a straight-up NEW Beginner? Who has a past hip injury? Idk what to do it how much should I exercise… ‍♀️

  • Honestly obsessed with this video. This is everything I’ve been looking for. I’ve been watching different videos and could never quit find what I was looking for. This is great!!

  • No way in 12 weeks and he probably took a lot of steroids I’m saying that he didn’t put the work in but it doesn’t take you 12 weeks to change your body like that

  • ANYONE CAN LOSE WEIGHT. EAT RIGHT. EXERCISE, EXERCISE AND EAT RIGHT. It’s not low calorie. It is about correct dieting and exercise. EVERYONE KNOWS THAT YOU CAN DIET ALL YOU WANT AND NEVER, NEVER, NEVER LOSE WEIGHT. YOU NEED A NUTRITIONIST, a exercise plan designed for you,and the will power to do it. IT TAKES TIME. You did not gain 10, 20 or 100 extra pounds in a week. TIME. DEDICATION AND DEVOTION. You NEED, Motivation, Mental, and mostly SPIRITUAL guidance. I am not saying O” Jesus let me lose 10 pound and I will bla bla bla.. For those of you who what I mean GREAT LUCK TO YOU. The world is yours to conquer. YOU HAVE THE ABILITY. Find it and fulfill your destiny or not. IF NOTING ELSE I HAVE SAID HERE IS. The only person who can take care of you IS YOU… Take control.. Save yourself for you and your loved ones.. Enjoy life. Even if you don’t lose 10, 20 or 100 pounds SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING. Take the time to take care of yourself. You don’t need to go to gym if you have no money exercise at home. Don’t eat that extra whatever.. TAKE CHARGE only you can help you… God Bless..

  • This is really amazing dude! I Just started my journey and I’m finding videos like yours for inspiration! (Side Note: you remind me of the human version of Shrek from the movies haha, I hope you don’t take that as an insult!)

  • I lost a lot of weight last time I did keto, but had things happen in my life and went back to my old ways! Back on keto again, lost a wee bit so far, but got a long way to go, wish me luck!
By the way her transformation is amazing!

  • I’m 20 yrs old and in college. I started my weight loss journey at 295 lbs on June 22, 2020. Currently I am 270. I will return with an update later on. My why: So I can wear clothes I like and liking them on my body. As well as better health and body image/confidence.

  • Hi Katy, I noticed a tiny lump under your skin on the right side of you chest under the right collar bone. It may be a cysts as it’s moving while you’re talking, otherwise it’s best to point it out to your doctor next time you see them. Sorry I am a hypochondriac!!

  • My Why is: I want to feel good about myself. I don’t mind being physically fat cuz I was healthy. But being pressured and harassed by others all the time, not being attractive to anyone. you have to realize that tho appearance don’t matter in good morals, humans are naturally gonna be attractive to something more beautiful. Although it’s not me wanting six packs and stuff, people are gonna have a better outlook at you ngl and that’s what I want. So this is my kinda Why.

  • Thank you for this very interesting video, something that helped me on my journey is this product @t, I hope it also helps someone else out there.xoxo

  • We have the same exact tragedy…I run the treadmill for 30 minutes every, I eat vegan, and I’m on intermittent fasting, I think I do differently is I do look at my calories.

  • Watching this in Quarantine…I found it easier to start with exercise, bc when u exercise, u won’t crave for the bad foods…u WANT fruits, u WANT something good for ur body…my body really didn’t crave for sugar or carbs, when I started exercising. This video was really helpful btw

  • I started my weight loss journey in late September. I was 196lbs, 5’2 and 17 years old. It’s been a while since then but I am currently 148 lbs and still trying to lose a little more weight. I’ve been plateaued for 3 months now and don’t know how to continue losing from here. This video helps

  • This was great! I originally started working out with a coworker and felt some moves were more than hard but impossible due to my stomach weight getting in the way. I’ve been thinking I keep saying I need to eat better but don’t, so I NEED a plan where eating better comes first. I know muscle burns more calories and that’s great but I can’t do both. I will probably reach out for the challenge

  • This is the first video of yours I watched and I dont know why but I feel like this put a flame under my butt to actually feel like I can do something about my weight. Thank you.

  • Guys, burn fat doesn’t need to be hard (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan known as Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that diet plan has changed my life. I probably should not even be talking about it because I do not want a bunch of other guys out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am just in a great mood today so I’ll share the wealth haha.

  • Loved, loved, LOVED this! I was skeptical about Keto but you’re honest and actual day to day experience makes it like “ok, it’s doable “

  • Thank you so much for this video! I’ve lost 15 kilos in last 6 months and then gave up and gained some kilos back. I started to continue from today again and somehow your video just appeared in my feed.:) I really needed this. Thank you:)

  • After taking 2 weeks this, I’m noticing a decrease in my appetite and my energy level has increased.

    හත් වතාවක් වැටෙන්න, අටක් නැගී සිටින්න
Fall seven times, stand up eight

  • I agree…Keto for me was and is a game changer. Since December 20, 2019 until right now, March 22, 2020 I have dropped 28 lbs and 2 pant sizes. I will continue until I reach my goal weight and then I will do a modified version of Keto…

  • I started keto 7 days ago and i instantly went for a 72 hour water fast, and i didnt really know if that was a good choice, because people usually just stop eating carbs but i instantly went to fasting. Ive lost 5kg in a week. So i feel like this was a successful diet. But still… damn, it was hard. Aiming for 4 weeks.

  • I literally tried the egg diet (keto) and lost about 2kg per week. Been doing it for 3 weeks and i lost6 to 7 kg+. My starting weight was 86.5 and now I’m 79.7kg (haven’t eaten for today yet). No exercise and no cheat day. The first 3 days, I was eating 3 eggs a day. But after that i eat 3-4 eggs a day. I always crave for something sweet but I got used to it. It feels good seeing my weight drop every single day. If any of you have a question that are answerable for me, please leave down a comment, I’ll be answering unlike those people who says they will update but they never did . Edit: people say don’t rely on scale when doing keto.. but for me, i do rely on my scale too plus my measurements. I can say that my measurements also got lower so congrats to me ❤️

  • You sound so much like me! I’m a sugar addict and always have been,, to quit my addiction (donuts; chocolate, ice cream, pancakes, waffles) I could go on and on…I ate small portions so I thought what is causing me to gain all this weight? Why am I so tired and depressed?plus I struggle with horrific low and upper back pain 24/7 so my life was miserable! So now that I’m on 3 weeks on Keto oh my god—I have noticed so many changes great ones and not. But to hear you so reminds me of my journey..

  • My whys:
    1. I feel less confident
    2. Dresses i like never fits me
    3. Being fat is literally like trapped in a ugly body
    4. People and even my own family criticize me for having such body as in my family everyone is either slim or fit
    5. And last is to build my own confidence and get something valuable through my own hardwork and dedication.

My height is 5 ft i am 18 and my weight is 70 kg… i wanna lose 17 kg to get to my goal my goal is 53kg basically less than 55kg….. anyways.. wish me luck…..

Its my birthday on 29 sept so i wanna lose weight before that.. (today: 13 july monday 2020)

  • I am not a stupid person, but one thing I do not like about many diet systems is that they’re not direct to the point. This is why I was really interested in The Venus Factor. Dr. C has created a plan with actionable steps do this after which do that. I followed the advice and I have been shedding pounds! It’s so easy because I don’t need to steer clear of “bad foods” altogether. Want to find out more? Go here and check it out for yourself WeightLossWomen.4YourHelp. • Just found your channel and i love this vid. 1 question tho. Thats very true that you said cardio should not be a punishment. I personally never want to go on treadmill. Its very boring. • EXCELLENT video! I’ve been doing everything u mentioned and it’s been working! I also agree so much with the pick one workout and concentrate on that. Right now I am doing a lot of running and I am trying to loose weight strictly and people always mention weight lifting. Right now I feel like that would be too much for me to focus on, I plan on doing more weightlifting when I’ve lost some of the weight first

  • This was by far the BEST video I have ever seen of this kind, thank you for sharing and passing along great information! You look great and I am so motivated to try this now! I too was someone that would eat everything on the plate aside from the actual meat lol

  • A Keto Diet is an eating plan that focuses on foods that provide plenty of healthy fats, sufficient amounts of, and very little carbohydrates.
The goal is to get more calories from fat instead of carbohydrates.
    Check out

  • Thank you for sharing your story, I love your intro, I hate when people say stuff like “it’s unhealthy to loose weight that fast “ As if you had a magic tool to pick the number of weight you wanted to loose lol. Congratulations girl ❣️ Me next lol

  • I wanna feel happy in my body again. I was skinny all my life now I’m 200 pounds. I don’t even take any pictures of myself anymore

And i cant find anything that works for me. • Hey Marissa congrats on your progress!! You said we could reach out for support and I am… I’m 17 years old and I don’t have a support group. I’m not about to post my weight loss journey on youtube not that brave and my family isn’t exactly health inclined and they find it annoying when I talk about workouts and ask for food they haven’t heard of. Who hasn’t heard of Greek yogurt? I’m dead serious about this and after watching your video I have a little motivation to include others because I’m in a dark place right now and I don’t want to recess. In March I probably had the nightmare many girls dread in their high school career and wasn’t able to find a dress I loved in my size for prom. I put myself on this weight loss journey the day after I showed up looking like a clown from the 1800s. Currently I’m 17 lbs down and have lost 4 inches off my waist. Do you have any advice for reaching plateaus (to calm my fears) and ways to reach out to your family? Thanks a million and I hope your own journey is going your way. Remember you’re a strong independent woman who can conquer anything <3

  • This dude just gave the most simplest and real talk I think I’ve ever heard, this Monday I’m gonna start losing weight deadass deadass. 12 weeks

  • Hi I loved your video do you have any videos talking about your job? It sounds interesting and I was wondering if you could further explain

  • I’m just gonna leave this here in case I ever come back.
    I’m 16, roughly just over 300lbs, 5’7, morbidly obese.
I want to lose 100lbs before college in september.
    I really hope I don’t give up.

  • I never feel without energy on Keto and when working out. I just eat more than usual on the days I have exercise:) Keto changed my life! Lovely video, I am a new subbie <3

  • Just a reminder to you guys that this video is just my own personal experience. I’m not an expert and if you want to try a new meal plan you should consult with your doctor first! I was super hesitant on making this video but I wanted to share my experience. This way is NOT the ONLY and/or RIGHT way to eat. Do your research and find what is best for you!

  • Under my personal control, for some 8 months, my student lost 103 kg of excess weight (from 230 kg to 127 kg)!!! And in parallel this result, which has no analogues in the whole world, was achieved by increasing the total strength and endurance of his body!!!
I clarify: during 8 months no one else in the world was able to lose 103 kg of excess weight and at the same time acquire excellent athletic shape!!!
I offer you a telecast (sorry, not in English), where from 6 min 28 sec those moments are shown when he was 230 kg and when he became 127 kg:

  • i know you posted this video 2 years ago but i wanted you to know how much this video help with all the advice you give in this video is really helpful lthank you

  • Damn bro thanks for this. I’ve been struggling to loose and been stuck at 245 pounds for months and now I’m inspired. I got my why and it’s time to get to work

  • Im 44 and weight 250. Ive had MANY failed weight losses and gotta get healthy plans. So glad I found your video. Between the extra quarentine weight and recovering from COVID I am really realizing just how unhealthy and unhappy I am. Its like you were talking to me. I needed to hear every word you said. You make it so much less overwhelming. Thank you!!

  • I’m doing a diet too but not a ketogenic diet. Over the summer I gained 10 pounds so I went from 110 to 120 and not in 124 so I’m trying to get my pre summer body back and I’m pretty short (5’3″) so 10 lbs really shows

  • Thank you for this. I need to refocus and take that step. I’ve always came up with excuses and self sabotage my progress. I was doing better before the pandemic but being stuck at home with sweets made me regain a lot of weight.. i hope I can do better

  • Thanks For Share. very helpfull and Greate contant

  • Awww you were handsome and attractive even when you were “heavy”. But I’m glad you are happy w your appearance, you are definitely an inspiration. I’m on my own personal journey as well.

  • Can you make a video about toxic body positivity? I feel like this “Everything has to happen out of pure love” thing is going too far. It is ok to feel neutral about one’s own body or even dislike it at times and be frustrated with it. In the fitness world now, it seems like people put a lot of blame on people who are frustrated and stuck and make them feel guilty for not “loving” themselves enough. I also think it is very much ok to kick off a weight loss journey because of a dislike/ not feeling good about one’s body. Of course, it shouldn’t get to a point of continuous self harm, but this pretending that only love will help and if you don’t love yourself it’s your own fault that you don’t lose the weight… it just really gets to me. It is also dismissive of several illnesses and no, no one has to love their body when in physical or mental pain because of it.

  • I’ve been so upset with my body. I used to be so fit in school. Now I’m slowly getting rolls and every time I notice it I get so depressed. I wanna do things like be in the army, do a marathon and what not, but my impulses are so disgustingly bad. I say no, but I keep finding myself sneaking into the kitchen. I literally scare myself. I’m so self conscious when I used to be proud to go swimming in public. I’m not fat, but it’s at the point where if I don’t change anything now, I’m gonna be in trouble.

  • so well said! You are sooo right & though I already have been on the same side, it helps a lot hear this from somebody who is so successful this way as you are. thank you!

  • I loved the advice you gave and I quite appreciate your doggo coming to sit behind you for moral support because of the advice, and the dog, you have a new subbie.

  • Finding it hard to keep up with my fitness training when I’m doing exams/studying + working, because I’m more tired and stressed, and tend to go for the quickest/more accessible foods which sadly have more calories. Do you have any advice for maintaining exercise and diet when you don’t have a lot of time?

  • Def an informative video.

Would like to add: you cannot target weight loss. Where you lost weight first has nothing to do with your workouts. Where you lose weight first is based on genetics.

  • Oh step 2 was so helpful! I’ve totally been feeling overwhelmed. Trying to do everything at once. Definitely going to try and make subtle sustainable changes with my diet. Work on exercise later. THANK YOU! Always feel like I have to do it all at once and I really don’t. Simple but I can feel it’s going to be effective!!

  • Trace minerals liquid or capsules are a MUST! Also take major multi vitamin/multi mineral supplements, probiotics and apple cider vinegar

  • Girl if u are N ice cream feenie like me order the vanilla (that’s the only one I have tried so idk if the other flavors are good) and instead of mixing it with just water and heavy cream add about half ice to the amount of liquid that goes in and blend it. It legit taste like a vanilla milkshake and had literally been the way I have stayed on keto for the last 8 months n lost over 20 pounds

  • My biggest challenge by far is booze. I love to drink and find a session leads to a few days of not being able to do cardio or anything other than recover. Not willing to give that up.

  • i saw this before and i remember commenting that my “why” was to win over my crush and update: i won her over and we dated for 5 months ish? and then she broke up and messed up my entire life,, bright side? i dropped 16 kilos in 3 months and now i weigh about 70 kilos and a body fat of 19% ish? i planned the next 12 weeks and i WILL come back w those 6 pack abs

Everything you talked about is things I’ve done or wrote about in my health and fitness journal. I keep educating myself and evolving as I go. Thank you for the quality of your videos. • Brilliant, you cut out any BS and offer sound advice. I’m starting my regime to lose weight and tone ip today. I will certainly use you tips. Many thanks from Manchester, England.

  • You are so right… diets make you miserable and you have to eat what you enjoy. Diets made me bigger than when I started… I am on my journey of walking walking and walking. This is my first week and I am loving it… I do 20-30,000 steps a day. I am eating sensibly and no binge eating because I am busy all day. You inspire me and you look fantastic
My why is just to be happy and healthy physically and mentally…

  • Your video is so uplifting, informal and to the point. I thank you for putting it out there. But I will say, carbs are good for ya. Just in moderation. It is what fuels our bodies too. And if you have an endomorph body type. Switching from low to med carbs every few days will help your metabolism BURN the extra fat off! Extra carbs makes the body want to burn what you’ve put in and gives energy to your body to do so. So when you eat larger amounts of carbs, it gives your body something to burn off. Then on the days you are on low carbs, your body goes to your fat storage for fuel because it didn’t get the carbs it did when you ate more, and it burns away at the fats stored because that’s where your metabolism goes for its energy. It’s called metabolism confusion. Pretty cool process if you wanted to read on it. PERFECT strategy for those of us who have a harder time losing the fat. Especially after having kids.

  • Blue Cheese dressing is my favorite too. Do you by chance have a favorite brand or recipe for Blue Cheese dressing? I find what you are saying about being dumb on keto very surprising because it wasn’t until I started keto that my brain became sharp, focused, and clear I would say 90% of the time. This little transformation in my body (no more inflammation) and brain (sharper with clearer thinking and I read faster than I ever have)is the main reason that I have stuck with the keto way of life. I am so happy for you that you rose above it all and stuck with it. Good luck to you both. Enjoy life and dance.

  • To all the young girls on here wanting to lose weight, know that what you feel and the thoughts in your head that it’s not just you we have all been there. Please don’t waste all of your junior high/ high school years obsessed with the idea you have to lose 40, 60, 100 pounds to feel confident. If working out makes you confident and then girl post those gym selfies but focus on loving yourself internally. We all struggle and want to look like that insta fit girl but just celebrate the little victories like losing 3 lbs or a pants size that’s still amazing girl! Get it you are doing amazing if you don’t lose 30 lbs in 30 days girl you are still crushing it if you are making the effort you are already ahead of many so keep going and love yourself at all weights. This may have went a few different directions but I saw so many girls down on themselves in the comments I just wanted to spread some love ❤️

  • I honestly love this channel not only because it’s informative but because Lucy is so personable like there’s no bullshit and I love that.

  • I am feeling exactly the same! I loved watching this because it made me realize we all go through the same thing on the keto diet so I am not alone.. when he said “seeing them eat a quesadilla is like damn man” I died laughing cause thats exactly how I feel! lmao I loved this. Thank you.

  • You are really motivated me, i lost 1kg in one week and i thought i should lose more, but after i watched your video, it was awesome. I did great. Thanks.

  • My why: to not be anxious about myself and have self esteem, also to be able to fit on clothes that i like, and not be made fat jokes out of

Im currently eating healthier and being more active, ive been counting calories and hopefully by a month i see a slight change

  • Such a motivation!
My why: be healthy, confident, strong and wear what I want.
I did 1 week of keto lost 4kg but I just hated restricting myself so i’m in a calorie deficit now and doing the cardio program insanity max 30 at home.

    Starting at: 76kg
    1st goal: 70 kg

  • Has anyone used the Custokebon Secrets to lost crazy amounts of weight? Just do a google search. On there you’ll find a great suggestions about how exactly you can lost a lot of fat. Why not give it a shot? perhaps it can work for you too.

  • I lost 14 lbs in two months. I could have done a whole lot better but it’s a start. I received my waist trainer this morning and I’m going walking later. Weight loss isn’t easy

  • My dad used to run six miles a day, he said he really loved jigging because the world was quiet, and it was like watching a movie pass before his eyes, once you got past the hard breathing part. And he said be sure to make your breathing into a rhythm

  • I’m 13 and really overweight. I used to go to the gym but I got harassed by some kids who went to my school so I stopped going but during CovId19 I’m gonna try my hardest to lose weight

  • My why is because I have a bunch of health issues and my doctors have said that if I lose a bunch of weight, most of them will possibly go away. I also want to love my body and feel more confident. So today I have started a water fast. I am starting with 7 days but might go longer. I’m not sure yet. I’m so excited. Wish me luck. I will post daily updated.
    Day 0: 220 pounds
