The GAPS Diet for Dummies, Part 4: What Will We Eat to Heal? | Bumblebee Apothecary

Video taken from the channel: Bumblebee Apothecary

With this in mind, Dr. Campbell-McBride developed the GAPS diet, which is an elimination diet that focuses on healing the gut to help you achieve optimal health. GAPS stands for Gut and Psychology Syndrome ($19.79, Amazon), a term coined by Dr. Campbell-McBride describing the relationship between an unhealthy gut and certain brain conditions like ADH. The whole idea behind the GAPS diet (which stands for “Gut and Psychology Syndrome,” btw), is that, by eating certain foods, you can improve both your digestive and psychological health.

The GAPS diet theory says that eliminating certain foods, such as grains and sugars, can help people treat conditions that affect the brain, such as autism and dyslexia. The term “GAPS” stands for. The Gut and Psychology Syndrome diet aka GAPS diet was developed by Dr.

Natasha Campbell-McBride, a United Kingdom-based doctor who specializes in nutrition for digestive and immune system disorders, as well as behavioral and learning disabilities. The diet focuses on the connection between our GI tract and the brain. Campbell-McBride claims that the GAPS diet, which is supposed to “heal” the gut, can also help prevent or cure learning disabilities, OCD, eating disorders, and psychiatric conditions—including.

In short, the GAPS diet, which stands for Gut and Psychology Syndrome, is best defined as an extensive healing protocol for restoring gut health which consists of a dietary change and comprehensive detoxification process. GAPS was created by neurologist and nutritionist, Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride.

The Gut and Psychology Syndrome Diet (or GAPS diet) is really a three part program that includes diet, detoxification and supplements and which has several stages (including a very intense intro stage. It is often done for 1-2 years and can significantly help allergies and mental conditions in some people. The GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) Diet is an inclusive healing protocol settled by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride, a nutritionist and neurologist who specializes in healing of health problems like leaky gut syndrome, ADD/ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, schizophrenia, dyslexia, and dyspraxia by treating the root cause of several of these conditions: compromised.

The full GAPS diet is considered the maintenance phase of the diet and lasts between 1.5–2 years. It’s based on animal fats, meat, fish, eggs and vegetables. It also includes probiotic foods. The GAPS Juice Protocol. In the Gut and Psychology Syndrome protocol, juicing is introduced in stage 4. In my 30-Day GAPS Intro Guide, we start this on day 17..

Juice is to be consumed fresh-pressed, and in the morning on an empty stomach. This allows our body to easily absorb the nutrients from the juice, without anything else in our digestive tract getting in the way.

List of related literature:

The GAPS Diet is based on the principle that what we consume affects the health of our gut, and in turn what nutrients are absorbed into our bodies and what toxins stay out.

  • Thanks for this video. I am thinking about doing the gaps diet but I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and I definitely cannot cut out starches. I tried keto a while ago and it was a complete disaster. Burning up fat as your main fuel source puts a huge strain on the adrenal glands. Is it not possible to keep on eating potatoes, sweet potatoes?

And another question: do you need to take probiotics as well as fermented food?

  • Hi i am from india, i am on page no. 114 on GAP’S diet book. It says to avoid all grains, rice from diet,so i didn’t understand what to eat and how long. Because our basic foods are rice, chapati made from wheat flour. Please guide on this? Don’t tell me to wait for next video.

  • Man I just wonder if my brother could be happy and independant if it weren’t for all the low fat processed foods we were told are healthier than butter and fatty meats. He wants to eat healthier now but he is in a seemingly nice facility but the food is still awful..

  • Stage one of Intro is NOT bone broth!! Please stop spreading this misinformation!!! I made this mistake and it delayed my healing! It’s meat stock. Very different. Bone broth is very high in histamines and for someone who’s immune system is already very reactive, it can still irritate it. Meat stock. NOT bone broth for stage 1 of the Intro diet. Sorry for the rant but I see this wrong all over the internet and it’s not helping people.

  • I’m so happy to hear about people that healed from different diseases. It’s so important to do your own research and try to find the best solution for you. I have suffered from eating disorders the last 10 years and I want to heal and I’m searching for the best diet to heal my gut. I barely can digest anything so I need to eliminate fiber fruits grains, dairy. I wanted to try the carnivore diet and now I stambled across the Gaps diet. They have similar ideas about the bone broth, no refined carbs or grains, fiber. I hope it works for me too ❤️

  • I’m only 12 minutes in and this lady blew my mind twice already. Holy shit this might be the most important video I ever watch. Need to brace myself

  • Hello There! Thank you for the efforts you put in these videos! A lot of People need to see this type of content that can make their life better!, So keep it up!
I have a question for you! what’s your take on incorporating sweet potatoes in Vege Soup in stage 1 Gap Diet? Do you think it’s ok or do I need to avoid it!
    Thank you again!

  • Hi dr. John axe, I have a question I’m pretty sure you probably heard of the Dukan Diet which is better the Dukan diet or the Gaps diet

  • Heal the gut heal the mind. I used a herbal mix of black walnut, wormwood, garlic, ginger, myrhh and oregano to heal schizophrenia. It worked for me.

  • Hello, I noticed that you have homemade kefir in jars in your fridge. Is this correct? If so, can you please make a video on how you make it.

  • This guy (who is clearly selling something) doesn’t understand that you can’t figure out healthy diet one nutrient at a time. You have to look at the overall effects of the foods you eat, and get nutrients from foods that don’t simultaneously cause multiple negative ripple effects for your health (meat may have this or that nutrient, but causes more disease in multiple other ways-heme iron, animal fat, animal protein, dietary cholesterol, excess leucine and methionine, advanced glycation end products, etc.). So, multiple forms of research (observational, experimental, natural experiments) have converged on the conclusion that the healthiest diet is a whole food plant-based diet with little or no animal foods, and generally very low in fat (8-12% of calories). This is why Kaiser Permanente-the nation’s largest HMO-recommends plant-based diets, and why vegans can get discounts on life insurance.

  • I came from your Gluten sensitivity vid to this! So I need to be on the gluten free diet and the GAPS diet? Ok, I will give this 2nd diet a shot

  • I healed my IBS and Candida after 1 year on GAPS diet. It’s easy to do, I just remove wheat and dairy and add bone broth to your diet.

  • She gets it. SOIL. I grew up on a farm in Southeast, Texas. I am only on minute 7 and am impressed. Most people are clueless because they just don’t know.

  • My mind is completely blown by the amount of food allergies, illnesses, mental and physical disorders all caused by an imbalance of gut flora thanks to processed foods, vaccines and pollutants. And new ones are “discovered” every decade!

  • It’s been 4 years ago since I last commented on the video about how I healed myself from bipolar thru a nutritional approach. The biggest change I made was quitting caffeine. I am still symptom free and working full time and have even started doing sound healing on the side and just loving life. I hope that everyone looking into healing themselves by natural means finds their personal answer.

  • Can you tell us why organ meats are healthy? Honestly im super grossed out about that part!!:) since organs are filters for toxins, im not sure why they are healthy for us to be eating. Help me!:) (Im sure im just lacking proper info on this one!) Thanks! and… what about those that aren’t huge meat eaters??? I have only eaten chicken and turkey and fish for the past 20 years….

  • Thak you for posting this! What a great person, you delivered your speech very comprehensively and what a very important information specially for parents & for every one of us. God bless you, Dr. Campbell-McBride.

  • Dr. Axe and Josh Delauer are the two best people to listen to, to help your natural body functions and keeping in health. I use them both to stay in health. I do not put one above the other because they both say the same thing in health restoration and keeping in shape but talk so if I miss one of them in explanation the other states the same thing so I’ll be able to understand the whole meanings. I DID NOT KNOW HOW FAST THE INTERMITTEN FASTING AND THE KETO DIET WORKS. Yes buy the bone broth. I also make my own. I have UNLEASHED POWER form when I wake up till I go to bed. There are no secrets, just plain knowledge Dr. Axe and Dr. Delauer are giving for free! Their products are most wonderful.

  • It’s a rare thing to come across someone that stops me in my tracks because I’m blown away from their intellect and reason. The last time was Ayn Rand. I’m hungry to learn more from Dr Campbell McBride.

  • Amen! I have actually healed myself from bipolar disorder through a nutritional approach. Been off medication well over a year now and back to work for the first time in ten years.

  • GAPS diet completely healed my son of 2 food allergies (including dairy) and moderately severe eczema…I mean bleeding open sore eczema that the doctors said was incurable. 7 yrs after Gaps healed him he is still fine. I’m so thankful we pushed thru. While on GAPS his ADD subsided. We need to get back to it but we eat semi-traditional, semi-S.A.D. Trying to start up again.

  • I’d love to know more about the chelation therapy. My Functional Medicine MD wanted to do the IV chelation but I didn’t feel healthy enough to tolerate it.

  • First i have used #EffectiveMicroorganisms. They worked. Then i use #Kombucha. This has also a positive effect. Which Probiotics do you take?

  • Her book says that complex carbohydrates are bad but she recommends honey which is a complex carbohydrate but rejects refined sugar. Why?

  • Gluten free diet motto can only sound like this: Eliminate Everything You Love! Life is too short to spend it in gluten free misery (unless you are Celiac of course)

  • I just discovered you yesterday. Your work and information I believe, is an answer to my prayers. You have the most lovely, creamy and glowing skin. That radiant health is what I look for when listening to someone’s advice. May God bless you and your family and your business. I downloaded your ebook and I am going to make some recipes!

  • Marissa i just watched this video again and wanted to ask you how long after starting the GAPS diet did it take for your acne to clearup please? If our skin is a reflection of our gut then mine has been bad for over 4 decades!! Thankfully my face has always been clear, but i have had dark spot like pimples on my upper back and forearms since i was 11. According to a book i read years ago that signifies congestion in the lung area..

  • Let’s be real. First you take the scared chicken and cute lamb and you kill them and their babie. Then you take their limbs, back and cut them off. put in a pot with water, no prayers for them of course, and then you add vegetables to the dead bodies and you cook eat and say yum. It’s called a horror movie…..add sauerkraut juice and goat’s milk kefir from a goat you did not say thank you to, nor, at least as American Indians do, thank you for your life….your life for my strength. And then you need some wine…alot, to further numb your heart, to what you did. It is why people are numb to murdering other people…they are already eating dead bodies. And soon they can’t love at all…a whole planet to whom love is a stranger. Yes, we already have that. All the carnivore diets will increase it as monies will be spent to find out why.

  • She doesn’t look very healthy and she doesn’t even understand that we don’t have the anatomy to EAT ANIMALS!!!

Take a Solid Food Vacation and Stop Cooking Your Food and most if not all of your problems will go away!

  • Ok I want to try this bone broth thingbut I’m not going to buy a bunch of gross chicken parts into a pot for 24 hours. Can I get this stuff pre-made?

  • Kinda sick of her tone. Go research raw meat. Moldy berries. do something. what the heck do u do? Tell people shit we already know? Lchf we get it. Research raw meat. Moldy berries. Parasites, fact check Aajonus Vonderplanitz for real

  • Some of the foods listed go against my dairy-free low fodmap diet such as onions, avocados certain high fodmap fruits and vegetables and fermented dairy products. There’s also garlic and onion in some bone broth recipes which I can’t currently eat on the low FODMAP diet. Can anyone advise please?

  • I am all about healing my child with food, and I love the thoughts and ideas expressed by this particular doctor. However, I do have a question. Why does this imbalance of gut flora seem to be more prevalent in boys than in girls?

  • I’m writing this question because I don’t know what else to do. I have aspergers syndrome and I am definitely interested in conquering it, or at least putting a significant dent in it. My question is If I stick to the GAPS diet, will it restore my dopamine and oxytocin deficiencies?

  • I had a serious onset of diarrhea at 71. GAPS put an end to it, but now working on rebuilding my gut. My probiotics are from NourishingWorld.com/ Over last decade I noticed slow weight decrease, and tendency to running stools. Thank goodness for YouTube and Dr Natasha. Big hugs! YouTube: Health, Home, and Happiness! is a wonderful resource also.

  • Bringing up seizures being the brain’s attempt to cleanse itself makes complete sense. Also I am wondering about the nutritional benefits of pot because it has done such wonders. I’m wondering about the vitamin content of it. Hemp seeds are literally packed with the vital nutrients that we need including omega 3 and 6.

  • I didn’t know about the Gaps diet, but I realized that I felt better when I ate the foods that you are talking about. If I eat all of those good foods, but didn’t go in the order that you said, will it make any difference? I have always thought that I am gluten intolerant, but I’m afraid it is getting worse. I am to the point, I have to look closely at labels and I think the federal government needs to do more on drinks and liquids that have wheat in them, because I was drinking things that had gluten and I had no idea. I just can’t believe they have re-invented our wheat by screwing up all of the molecules and it is now like poison. That’s just wrong!!!

  • I am mainly vegan, for the animals, environment and my health. I believe we are physiologically herbivores. I’d like to try a vegan gaps type diet to see it will improve my ADD. Meat, dairy & eggs are derived from cruel practices and I believe we don’t need to eat animal protein to be healthy. Meat, dairy and eggs are carcinogenic and not natural for humans.

  • According to SCIENCE OF FASTING DOCUMENTARY, serious psychiatric disorders can be cured through extended fasting:
    https://youtu.be/t1b08X-GvRs

  • I have been doing intro for 6 weeks on stage 4 of GAPS. My digestion has improved. I have more energy. Have several food intolerances that I will work through after more healing takes place.

  • The hidden knowledge is finally being discovered by some people, how many real doctors can they kill to cover this secret from public.

  • Hi Marissa. Thank you SO much for this video! I’m 51 and have had skin issues, fatigue, constipation and the like for as long as I can remember. And then after an operation in ‘98 to remove fibroids my sleep has just dramatically gone downhill, to the point that it is now practically non-existent with my hair balding and the like , so to say that my situation is chronic is an understatement. Anyway, I’m not one for taking pills and have watched tons of videos on fermented foods, and realise that that is the way to go. I’ve ordered the GAPS book, and as soon as I have read it will be looking to implement, but I know it’s not gonna be cheap. So do you have any tips on how to do the diet on a budget please? And not having read the book yet do I have to buy store bought probiotics? I have no faith in these and would prefer to make my own. And finally, you made an interesting point about Cándida and Mercury. I have about 3 fillings in my mouth (I’m sure they’re Mercury. It’s been that long). Is it pointless doing the diet whilst I have these in please? I certainly can’t afford to get these removed and replaced. I look forward to hearing from you. And keep up the good work.

  • Ghee is a healthy fat? 10-15% of cholesterol from the butter will turn into exremly toxic oxistroles, while making the Ghee. Ghee is the last thing you want in your body, even as a person on the carnivore diet.

  • What about Parkinson’s? My father has Celiac Disease, and Parkinson’s. I suspect he’s had very bad gut flora for as long as I can remember. People think I’m nuts because I’ve always said they are related, or Celiac caused the Parkinson’s. I feel confident after watching Dr. Natasha’s videos, that its always been his gut.

  • All mental health problems are caused by severe calcium deficiency. This begins in the womb or in infancy. The human body can assimilate calcium only from fresh, natural, uncooked foods especially leafy greens and grasses, wheatgrass. Artificial supplements do not work. The best way to get the calcium from greens is through green smoothies.

Brain chemical imbalances have never been proved.

One of the reasons why mental health problems generally develop or manifest in late adolescence is because of the body’s need for tremendous amounts of calcium due to the sudden spurt in physical growth.

Calcium is needed for proper neurotransmitter function.

It is also important to minimise chronic cellular inflammation by avoiding white sugar, refined carbs and oils and fats that increase cellular inflammation.

Cellular inflammation prevents the absorption of nutrients vitamins and minerals.

  • You need to start with chicken or meat broth because bone broth is to harsh at the beginning for most people with gut problems myself included

  • Okay great idea put a bunch of beef or meat in your stomach and then add in sauerkraut things like made with yeast and just give those bad bacteria lots of food backed up in your system to eat off of great idea! Why not add some ghee some thousand-year-old bacteria and knows every trick in the book that you don’t know.

  • I heard of the gaps diet through Sv3rige and I ordered the book immediately. He splices in a number of clips from Dr Natasha Campbell McBride and she makes excellent points that really resonate with me. I couldn’t order the book fast enough!

So excited to soak up that knowledge. I’ve also been keto for the last few days and my health has improved drastically (with a few side effects like accelerated heart rate/ gut motility issues but these are normal).

This is revolutionary. I’ve always known that sugar is poison for my gut and for my brain (I also have ADHD) and so a diet which increases all of the things that my brain needs to function effectively without the sugar that makes it go haywire is the perfect fit for me.

I hope I can keep up with it, but so far I’m not struggling at all. I was surprised, but the high protein and fats are keeping me full and cravings are almost none existent.

  • It is unscientific to say that the health of farmers and their family are the poorest in societies. I also doubt that depression can be cured from eating better, maybe some people if they are used to eat very little and bad food.

  • I am 17 I have a very bright tfuture but feel like I’m going mentally insane I eat raw meat n cheese for a week n feel great then I eat like shit and wanna kms ugh wish it wasn’t all or nothing any tips?

  • Funny how research now shows that there is a definite link between brain and gut. Thanks Natasha for helping me cure so many issues. I just wish carnivores and vegans could get on better and realise that we are all different. I can’t eat soy, beans, wheat, legumes, caffeine, dairy and cruciferous veg. Vegan diet would kill me. We aren’t all better on plant based diet.

  • What abot peole with GARD too, where broths are not easyto digest for us ut increases our symptoms.

For people with IBS fermented foods are not recommended.

  • “Mental conditions” ARE “physical conditions”. Our mental state is created by the physical conditions of the body. There is no division. Someday, I hope soon, everyone will realize this, and stop describing them like they are two different things. For 60 years I suffered until I learned this.

  • Dr McBride described exactly my child’s entire medical file. Antibiotics during labour. Intense colic adhd bowel overflow with mixed stool. Substance abuse. ODD conduct disorder anxiety depression mania. Joint pain inflammation etc etc. Including lead toxicity.

  • Where You mentioned that leaky gut is the root cause of the other illnesses but leaky gut is in itself a symptom which has preceding causes

  • I really need a book made just for me everything I have I dont know what to do I have a hiatial hernia, diverticulosis, severe acid reflex, and severe gastirits, I can’t have sugar or bread or I get sick I can’t have too much fiber or to litlle or my diverticulosis acts up please help I dont know what to eat.i checked my acid and they said it’s fine but i feel pain and a burn because of hiatial hernia

  • No no no GAPS stage 1 does not use bone broth! It uses MEAT STOCK. The chemical composition is very different, bone broth will not produce the gut healing that meat stock will. Bone broth comes later, after the initial gut healing process. Seriously, anyone interested in this should buy Dr Campbell-McBride’s book and read for themselves. Don’t take wrong advice second hand from someone who clearly hasn’t read the book.

  • Correction: In the video I say “bone broth,” but I meant to say “meat stock.” There is a difference! While we do consume bone broth later on in GAPS, it is meat stock that we consume in the introduction stages.

  • You have some misinformation about Stage 1 of the GAPS diet. Bone broth is an advanced food, and isn’t necessarily tolerated well until some healing has already taken place. Stage 1 is ‘meat broth’, basically meats cooked for around three hours.

  • Thank you for your work Ive recently stumbled upon, even though youve been at this common sense work for decades, in spite of what the rest of Club Med thinks. It is finally getting thru to people. Proof: they came up w a newer fancier nicer sounding term, “microbiome”.
Love your down to earth demeanor. Instead of hoighty-toighty with $10 words that no one knows the meaning.
I had to look up iatrogenic! The use of words to hide the truth. Iatrogenic means the doctors fault!

  • she is brilliant, so much she says well all resonates in me deeply, only thing is i disagree and am anti immunisation completely and totally.

  • You should not cook cow meet with bones in it, because of the risk of the deadly brain disease Creutzfeldt-Jacob! (When the cow has the disease it’s called Grazy cow disease. When you eat meat from a cow with this disease, (you never know or that’s the case), it are especially the bones with the high risk. So since I know thisfact, I don’t make soup with cow bones anymore).

  • Dr Alex u are great n humble always. But I am a very very simple person n I like to know things the same way.
So when u talk about bone broth what is that?
#1 )/ as back people we use bones to make soup. So is that what u are talking about? Or go the the groceries store n buy meat and cut off the real meant n sample use the left over bones to make soup?
Or are u talking about something else? Because anyone can buy any meat and script n the meant off n leave the bones n use my to make soup

  • Dr Axe I have a question, what if u have tried all this and u can’t find out why I always have heartburns which is painful, abdominal pains and bloating and farting at times

  • I have been on Paxil for 21yrs and prilosec for 20yrs, about 4yrs ago started suffering from gluten/dairy allergies, 2 yrs ago diagnosed with fatty liver and gallbladder polyps now I have to check the polyps every 6 months to make sure they don’t grow more than 1cm or else they can turn malignant.
Ive read her book GAPs nd have the SCD book also breaking the vicious cycle, both are similar, I have tried to taper off the PPI meds (Prilosec) I take a capsule and open it and take away a few beads (there are about 110 beads per capsule) I take away about 10 and my duodenum/small intestine aches (right side of abdomen, slightly to the right under rib cage and the ache sometimes goes downwards from that area down maybe 3 to 6 inches so I assume its my duodenum/small intestine.
From what I understand the long term taking of PPI’s could create an environment where bad bacteria thrive and then migrate to the gut where they do damage, maybe this has happened and now I have a leaky gut, a damaged gut also affects the gallbladder and can result in bile stasis (CKK enzyme messages interfered with), I tried recently eating Gluten Free oats, I sneezed my brains out for a whole day! Wheat does the same to me, dairy makes me a phlegm machine, horrible.

Okay so eat meat, bone broth, good fats and certain veggies and friuts, BUT how about the studies that link increased cancer risk and rates with meat eating via many pathways like increased IGF1, heme iron etc??

Also Im not sure if eating all that meat, eggs could be good for my gall ladder polyps which are made of cholesterol.

  • Vaccines cause autism! Course you cannot say hit ons Facebook s of March 2019 when I am writing this. Jenny McCarthy healed her son of autism thru diet. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and even Trump know this as well! Here’s McCarthy on it: https://youtu.be/qGW4a96GqGc

  • Thanks for the information! Myself have just came across this concept of GAPS and am transitioning my diet so am in the learning stage and thanks again for your video!

  • I’ve been through GAPS intro and am now on full GAPS and I’ve watched your video on making tallow but I’m intimidated! Can I buy fat from the store and make it or do I need to find grass fed beef fat somewhere?

  • I have been asked to do the GAPs diet by my health care provider. I’m wanting to get started next week after Thanksgiving. Can you tell me about what your opinion is about Stevia? I have already kicked sugar a long time ago. I can and will use honey as I know about it’s health benefits but I do use Stevia to sweeten some things. Thank you. I really appreciate all your work in this area and your community.

  • Can you show how to make the meat stock please, I have twin boys who are both autistic and are excited to start the gaps diet. Thanks for the great video

  • What about all the soy that the chickens are fed in their vegetarian feed? Soy affects the thyroid negatively and gives me bad headaches. Will this affect the bones of the chickens that are used to make the bone broth?

  • I am seeking solutions for my adult son who was diagnosed paranoid schizophrenia 1year ago. We have tried every medication and treatment known without any success to quiet the voices. We are deciding to backtrack off the medication and start him on the GAPs diet… praying this will help

  • Ive been eating this way coconut oil, olive oil, butter and of course oily fish and veggies and some friuts the not too sweet ones, i.e. berries, my duodenum/small intestine aches and so I read on McDougall websites that eating meat and oil damages the gutand causes this leaky gut situation, meat increases inflammation and damages the gut also and yet the GAPs, SCD diet suggest to eat meat and veg and fat basically, vegans say eat carbs, veg and friut. So last night switched diet and had brown rice and purple sweet potato, my duodenum/small intestine area stopped hurting (first time in a few weeks), woke up this morning mucus and stuffy nose, breakfast had Gluten Free oat porridge and started sneezing and had a runny nose all morning, lunchtime had brown rice and sweet potato from last night, Ive been sneezing my brains out and nose running like a tap, BUT my duodenum/small intestine doesn’t hurt, so in order to stop these allergic reactions I switched again to a cleaner low carb type diet, had white fish olive oil and Brussel sprouts felt sick after, maybe cause of bile ejected after a day of not eating any fat, its confusing which diet is the best for me.

  • Breath of fresh air, thank you for uploading this. I wonder if vegans have any worthwhile arguments against this? Speaking as an ex-vegan who (thank God) came to her senses.

  • I want to try this diet for healing ulcerative colitis, but I wanted to know if I can continue using my medications for this disease while doing this diet and just stop using the medications after some months or a year or two. Please tell me if anyone knows.

  • How amazing her description of how our bodies are rooted in the ground provided by our microbiome!

Hope she comes to the realisation how harmful vaccines are. Recently listened to Dr. Tent D.C. describing the history of vaccine development with the purpose to inject virusses to induce cancer, and how these injected virusses are at the root of many auto-immune diseases.

He also referred to the work of Dr. Andrew Moulden MD, who pointed out how vaccines cause mini-strokes in the brain (reflected through cranial nerve damage); with similar harm done to all organs of those vaccinated; even to pre-born babies when their pregnant mother receive a vaccine:

  • Ok but the autism thing isn’t true, I can understand if it’s a gluten intolerance but stupid parents harm their kids by putting them on diets they don’t need all the time, because doctors usually tell them NOT to. So they don’t go to doctors, they try to doctor their kid themselves.

  • What’s the alternative to bone broth for a vegetarian to get the amino acids? Bones and meat look disgusting although they may be healthy.:/

  • Bad bacteria flourish in fermented foods if you’re not eating some good bacteria such as yogurt you should not be adding in and probably should never add in fermented foods; supercharger for bacteria.

  • Sorry dont buy this grains are the devil bullshit. so your body can magically digest tons of meat (which i have no problem with) but some brown rice will make you go haywire?
