  • Ive been having banana nice cream every night, sometimes with a homemade dessert as well (always fruit based or reduced sugar). I was getting worried that this was why i was slowly gaining weight, so this helps (ill watch my portions lol)

  • My question: What do you think of Almased? (If you have heard about it…)
Such an inspiration! I just subscribed to your channel! Did not know you have a Youtube Channel!! Loving it!!!
And I just inboxed you here on youtube, if you don´t mind!

  • Hey Lorraine, just came across your channel. I’ve been a massive fan of yours ever since your easy baking series on BBC 2 which I was sad it ended then I watched you on my kitchen rules and now it seems fate led me to this channel as I need to lose weight. I gave birth 5 months ago and I can honestly say I weigh more now than at 9 months pregnant

  • Hi Lorraine! I just discovered your Fast Fresh & Easy show on Gusto, wow I absolutely loved it. I couldnt take my eyes off the tv for about 3 hours! Cant stop watching all of your great videos. You are really amazing, thank you! Love from Toronto

  • I clicked on the playlist but I can’t find the recipe for the chocolate zucchini bread. There are a bunch of videos that are private. Could one of those be the one I’m looking for?

  • I love this video! You are so honest and I most appreciate how candid and real you are. I will practice eating mindfully for sure. No matter how much I weight lift, my quick eating habits get me into trouble. These are such great reminders. Thank you, and happy New Year!

  • good day Lorraine!
you know i do fast paced walk daily, but
guess what else i did today?
im only 5’5″ vertically challenged, haha! , but i joined my 6foot tall sister in shooting hoops today (basketball)! freezing cold out, i only had t-shirt on, but shot hoops (spent half the workout retrieving the ball hahaha) but i did well….got a lot of balls in the hoop and wow a good workout. proud of me (which rarely happens). i just had to tell you, my hero, my inspiration/idol. much love!! ❤ Tee

  • Thanks for another video Lorraine. Some useful tips. Know exactly what you mean about having food around the house. If that chocolate bar or crisps packet is shouting from the cupboard then it can be difficult to resist after a frustrating day at work! It is totally comfort food that gives that instant kick and later you feel bad. Never had too much trouble with weight but still, I need to watch middle age spread. I try to jump around like a kid, hang from banisters hop around just never want to grow up!. I think it helps by just being energetic when you can but of course that is not for everyone! Now I need to work on my bellylast year thanks to motivation from my best friend, I got back from 34″ to 32″ waist but still have lack of previous stomach muscle tone. What do you recommend? I would love to see what you do for workouts but hope much can be done from home. Keep up the videos and I think it also important for everyone to remember that there is no perfect one size body and look. Real beauty comes from imperfect minds and bodies people with character, diversity, interest… that extra inch around the belly may be endearing . So, everyone keep real. This is about what what works for each person and having reasonable objectives. As another of you videos stated, having the steps and at some point each of us will see diminishing improvements for the effort. Happy New Year again and hope everything goes well for you.

  • These recipes are awesome! Thanks, Lacey. I have been craving sorbet and frozen yogurt treats so I will be making these with some of my frozen fruit. I love your healthy fudgicle recipe and have made it a few times now. I won’t go back to the commercial variety ever again! Thanks again, Lacey!

  • Love love love this Lorraine. I SO am going to work hard and motivate myself to eat a lot cleaner and healthier. Today is the first day of my journey to be as healthy as I can be for the rest of my life. I feel really inspired now and feel so much better about myself knowing that someone who looks as good as you do right now has gone through all that I’m just about to embark on. Does that make sense? How utterly brilliant of you to do these vlogs! Crikey I just had a heap of fresh pineapple and some low fat yoghurt so I’ll take it easy on the fruit thanks for the heads up on that. Thanks so much and happy new year to you. Keep it coming Lollypop xxx

  • Happy New Year Lorrie Pee (lol). Wow I feel like I just had a workout after listening to that, great tips, I’m gonna have to watch that back and jot down a few, very informative Cheers very much. Have a wonderful evening.

  • This was amazing advice! Will definitely be taking this into the new year. Your skin in absolutely gorgeous, it’s glowing! Do you think that this comes with your healthy lifestyle or do you have a routine?:)

  • Thanks for the great words of encouragement. Listening to this video made me realise where I have been going wrong in the past. Many thanks for the helpful advice. Happy 2017 xx

  • Happy new year!!
Thanks for sharing Lorraine! Love your Videos so much! They are so helpful!

For me it is easier to loose weight, when I have a strict sports and meal plan for the whole week, than I can be consequent. Otherwise I am getting sloppy!

  • Yay, video!! So much sound advice! Everyone’s body is different. A lot has to do with genetics. I have friends and relatives who eat like a horse and still stay stick thin. But for most people, myself included, I put on weight really really easily. Bread, pasta, refined carbs and super sweet fruits completely throw off my system and I end up with “sugar face” (i.e. bloated & puffy to an extent where friends & family have asked me if I’m having an allergic reaction to something they served me). Also, I wish I could be as disciplined to stop at just ONE scoop of cookie dough!!

For me, cardio speeds up the weight loss but whether or not the scale moves really hinges on the food. I’ve learned to use veggies in place of where I’d normally use rice or bread. Green peppers, especially, are great as “shells” to hold a variety of savory fillings, such as some ground turkey, salt and pepper and baked in the oven. Super healthy and delicious! Anyway, sorry for rambling. Thanks again for this wonderfully uplifting and encouraging video! Cheers!

  • I am going to have to try those brownies, my wife’s favorite anyway so I don’t think she will oppose. Lol. I can’t get over the thought that the cowboy in the commercial you were watching looks familiar.

  • Wow! Lacey, thank you so much for providing these delicious healthy recipes for all of us! I feel like I hit the mother load! Cannot wait to try some of them out! So nice of you to put these out there for the world! ❤️

  • Hey Lorraine. I have to carefully plan out my food weekly so that I’m not trying to figure it out each day. I make a pot of very spicy full of things soup each week..a meal of meat veg n potato…have some kind of sandwich I can make up..salad and a homemade dressing. That way it’s already cooked and ready. I can change it up but it’s set and nothing extra. I don’t eat out much either. I just can’t do that and lose weight. eating out is like a party to me and I always want to choose the worst thing on the menu..ha. Happy New Year

  • I’m here cause somebody told me about this amazing video. Oh yeah… I see some people are not making comments cause they’re just dying while salivating.
