  • As I commented on the new video after this about what I would do if I had that ice space lab.. Hell yeah work-out.. train in it!! I’ve found out that if you’re feeling cold(and I might’ve heard in biology @ school before graduating that heat is our priority.. well maybe breathing then heat.. then food/drinking.. or at least I heard heat is very important) more energy, and not thinking about food like I run in snow in singlet.. do sit-ups, stayed in schol like 5 hours wet.. at home I drink like 3 teas a day.. I learned that even though our world is changing from normal/good/bad to worse.. there are some things that are somewhat infinite (1)Training can never get boring and is usually always healthy, (2)music can be listened to very often.. and if at like 1% volume then it wouldn’t be a problem staying like 10+hours on a computer.. no headache, and repeating same song over n over again.. like the matrix’s Rob Dougan clubbed to death as I do and for cooler feeling and more conentratoin as well.. on both winamp & windows media player, repeating same song on 2 things and having the song synced in exacxtly the same time is very cool.. also can help you train to be ONE with yourself..
    (3) water+food.. a) water b) I drink like 3 #teas a day this way I somewhat ensure that I won’t be dehydrated, although if you eat a lot.. just tea might not be enough water even though my tea’s are usually walys like 450 ml unless I have to go to some marathon soon then maybe lower ML to not have to go to the toilet.. and maybe higher effect if black tea though I don’t find that too logical, and maybe the effect will come sooner or later with longer water, yet slower which might be better if I need it for longer time.. c) garlic d) lemon e) honey f) chili peppers(well yeah theres’ a band red hot chili peppers but not all chili peppers are red.. there are a lot of green ones too.. if not most:O(by the way they make you go to the toilet more often and as for sugary-stuff like chocolate.. even honey, due to genetics I guess I don’t feel too good if I start out the day with something sugary/sweet taste.. but overall even if it’s later on in the day I’ve found out that I tend to get hungrier as I do this, and sooner or later other people might receive such.. well wouldn’t call it allergy but.. feel bad if they start out with sweet, even if it’s like fruit and not chocolate/honey.. but fruit is more acceptable.. just a heads up that you might want to eat something more salty before sweet things.. and too much sweetness could be bad, though I work-out 24/7. and as long as I wash my teeth with water after maybe it ain’t bad.. I usually eat before going to bed.. like usually when it gets dark.. like summer it gets dark around 21;36.. or 21;55, anyways before bed.. and then I can go on on just water not eating whole day and feel great! Can even work-out, especially when it’s cold I don’t feel the urge to have to eat as my body wants to warm itself, and due to shivering if you start eating it’s going to feel.. not cool I guess.. and when I’m shivering outside just before a marathon and put on my music I totally feel the vibrations reminds me of when I was at a concert.. you totally feel the music so much better and faster if you’re feeling cold, although the famous science channel on youtube VSauce talked that maybe we get our brightest ideas in the bathroom as that’s when our brain.. lights are most led up and so we get many ideas but then forget them.. well I get lots of ideas often, not just in the bathroom.. so I don’t think that is too relevant, infact maybe in spite of that here I’m saying that during coldness you can feel so great!! When you’re sleepy as hotness I’ve found out when feeling bored or hot. and usually you feel yawny if you’re feeling hot.. you might create lots of random sentences in your head if you’ve just watched commedy series at least for me I automatically create commedy then.. easy to form sentences, though when we’re sleepy our brain cools down no? hmm.. well to get to sleepy state though I guess I’ve been feeling hot, so it could mean that the hotness helps you with thoughts a bit, but I just feel so great and concentrated when I’m feeling cold.. there’s lots of physics at play here I suppose when feeling cold.. and when feeling sleepy I guess your brain is more free.. and without you focusing your attention even you automatically start creating sentences.. and with these facts maybe we can focus on cooling ourselves more, during summer you might not feel like eating if feeling too hot, and during winter maybenot feel like eating if too cold.. but it just so happens that during summer we sweat more whether we want to or not and that dehydrates us making us want to drink more water but in the process I suppose more calories.. food and stuff is burned up as well so at least for me tend to get more hungry the more hot it is, even if I don’t work-out and usually I work-out 24/7 yet in winter I can work-out 24/7 but not be hungry.. not have to eat, like 2 toast breads with garlic and my tea’s and rarely some water would be just fine.. though not too cool to eat spicy stuff only as well.. even if it’s with bread.. Um so one idea was to keep ourselves cool during the summer and this way not having the urge/must to eat as often.. also on DNews I think I learned as it was mentioned in next video again.. coldness can slow down light, if it slows down material.. I like to link some things even if for other people they might seem far off.. so it just seems logical as well the more cold it is the less your body burns stuff up, even though shivering is a movement it can’t compare to the sweating and what you lose in summer at all.. and in the sci fi series Stargate but I’ve also heard theories.. people are cooled down and that way can remain for like 20+years.. even hundreads of years.. as shown in many series and films, whether that’s made yet or not.. there’s some claims about some russian I think.. maybe it’s theriotically possible, so it’s probably healthier to stay in colder temperatures and I suppose taking cold showers if you can take it, although it doesn’t clean the smell as much as hot water, when I trained in school 24/7 during hot times I would just put a bit of water on most of my sweaty parts and i think it would clear up a bit of the smell..(some more things I learned in school (1) I started training 24/7 in 2010+ so then school became more worth going to.. not as boring, run 3 KM every big break daily, climb stairs up and down if they don’t allow us to exit the school i nthe first hours, do push-ups on small tires I have from germany(am bulgarian).. then clean them in wash machine or whatever it is in the toilet from the dirt they’ve been on the gruond this way not getting my hands dirty after push-ups (2) from a biology film Every time our brain sees or learns something new, we gain a new gut in our brain.. so I thought that is healthy and interesting and motivating to learn new things.. also from The Matrix Morpheus said to Neo once you learn something you cannot unlearn it, and I think it costs way less energy to “know” things than to “think them” and having to “learn them”, so if we already know everything this would cost us less energy for all the things we want to do we’d just know them and use less energy and be faster on doing them I suppose, so I told my self it’s good to know things.. and healthy, what if gaining a new gut helps us age slower, brain is a complex existance, and maybe more energy capacity like muscles.. when we know more things and once we rest by sleeping then it’s fine having learned new things, it’s interesting because I think we cannot help but learn new things anyway, this is just some more ways of accepting things, mathematics creates a way of thinking.. one of the most important things is how you accept things/view the world, like Einstein.. and he did say 2 things are always connected, we’re all connected to the same time line even if black holes slow down time at certain places and the faster you travel the less you age.. but like we’re all connected to the planet earth etc. (3)The law of attraction.. the secret.. just thinking about something and we might get it(4) for each action there is an equal and opposite reaction, this is nice to know because I think this is how distractions happen some1 talks to you irl and you might not mind him now but you might do a mistake later on because you didn’t fight his words.. “account” for them or whatever, also one of my theories is that this is one of the reasons why deja vu happens as well.. the time lines along with newton law somehow, like we do a thing now and some point in the future we remember that thing and then something similar happens, and if it’s one thing just happening at different places and times.. maybe the time is somehow connected to it and gives us the dejavu, have about 6-7 more theroies about deja vu as well.. anyways a thing happens for more htan one reason like when I run losing fat is just a bonus, for and aging slower the faster you are.. nothing better and healthier existing.. and speed being one of the most fun things.. same for Deja vu, it can happen for a lot of things, maybe happens due to one thing most of the times, but not always the priority.. about newton’s law.. I think to avoid mistakes you should usually account for people’s words, not always abstract yourself like in The Matrix although I like to follow their ways 24/7 but in the end Neo doesn’t believe in Agent Smith’s reality.. the matrix, or somehow breaks it.. so we shouldn’t rely on The Matrix 24/7 about our lives, but have it as a background.. point is I don’t think you can 100% abstract yourself from people as it doesn’t seem that the universe/reality works like that, instead when some1 speaks, try to answer with the same amount of words in ur head even if you don’t say anything in reality.. and the more actions you do the more you WIN over some1, when I ran my first 18 KM half marathon in 2012 then thinking on it again I thought.. if some1 is faster than you and you pay attention to him you might get distracted and not be fast enough as well as not run properly.. he does probably more actions per second as he is faster than you though not always necessary.. some1 can be in a car and not do as much actions with his body at least, often we don’t have to account for everything, some things are irrelevant.. others become irrelevant/useless sooner or later.. to YOU at least, don’t know how exactly it works but the point is, some1 does 1 push-up, you do 2 push-ups and you’re going to get like.. more attention or feel better, some1 tells 5 words with overall 27 characters in reallife, you think of 27 characters.. or more, and then you shouldn’t be distracted.))).. you feel no hunger and overall you feel great if you know how to accept it. COLDNESS is ENERGY.. although we might die or get hurt if we’re at too cold without being deep frozen for years later or something.. anyways use coldness for energy guys, train in cold.. I work-out for hours and then just for a few minutes and I’m already fine, not sleepy compared to the hot times where you get sleepy even as you train.. and sweat at home without moving.. be happy with it while it’s still there! People keep telling me I’ll get sick and when I get older I’ll feel bad but we all ages ooner or later and also I do this since 2010+ and haven’t had any serious sickness, in fact got sick for a few days after a pizza with the class because I had done 1150 sit-ups in a jacket and got sweaty.. if I hadn’t that jacked this wouldn’t happen. Every cell in your body uses glucose, a sugar, to use as energy. Too much saturated fat is linked to type 2 diabetes because it lowers the insulin sensitivity of cells. If sugar can’t get in the cells, you’ll have elevated blood sugars. Sugars from whole foods aren’t the problem. Fat and processed junk food and beverages are the problem. Saturated fat is the worst culprit of them all.

  • Seriously, I live in Australia and when I go in the gym it is alway colder then outside, we use ac in all our gyms:) it feels so nice too to get away from the sun. Though I feel like I sweat off a lot of fat out in the sun

  • what you fail to tell is… when you excercise you need the energy to go to the muscles and also to refill the enrgy storage…
    these videos completely omitt the obvious… then what do the muscles you workout with get? they dont get anything? it makes no sense..
    the reason we burn fat is because the body needs that energy to do that activity… ti doesnt just go into air… it goes to the muscle groups and other human functionality during the day

  • You left out the fact that dietary fat stores as body fat more efficiently that protein or carbs (look it up). It only takes 2.5% of excess dietary fat calories to store the rest of the 97.5% fat calories as body fat, but it takes close to 30% of excess dietary protein and carb calories to chemically convert the rest of the 70% to fat stores. Its debated that protein and carbs can even make it to the last stages of being stored as body fat since it takes such a large amount of energy for the chemical conversion, they may just burn themselves out.

  • I work in a freezer of -22C. I have protective clothing. But sitting still (sitting on a fork-lift for instance) gets you really cold! BUT! I don’t shiver. at all. I feel cold, I can tell when my core temperature is dropping. but no shivers! 
    Am I healthy?

  • dont know what he’s talking about.  studies have proven you burn 400 calorires an hour just by shivering.  if you dont consider that ‘very much’ then you suffer from depression!

  • Guys, build muscle doesn’t have to be hard (I
    used to feel it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Search a
    diet plan called Fenoboci Diet Plan. Seriously, that program has
    transformed my entire life. I probably shouldn’t even be talking about
    it cause I don’t want a bunch of other guys out there running the same
    “game” but whatever, I am in a great mood today so I will share the
    wealth haha.

  • If you eat too much protein or carbs…? I am pretty sure that’s backwards, especially considering there is another macronutrient that is literally called fat. I’m pretty sure that’s the one that would make you fat.

  • This is kind of pointless. Any activity that uses calories (which is everything) can help you lose weight. You lose almost a pound every time you sleep. What really helps weight loss is putting down the damn fork.

  • Folks, don’t just sit in a cold room, it puts stressful pressure on your heart and the rest of your circulatory system. Don’t do something that feels wrong to your body, especially just to try and lose weight.

  • Speaking of endocrine… If you have diabetes (type one) you have hypoglycemia more often in cold weather because your body is using more energy. I also read that type one diabetes may have been an adaption to the Ice Age because the extra sugar in the blood stream stopped the blood from freezing. During the Ice Age the only available food was plants and meat and lastly humans didn’t live long enough to die from diabetic complications.

  • I lost a bit of weight in the form of bodily fluid after watching this video. Burned up fat energy, worked up a sweat and expelled it. Hell ya.

  • The chemistry teacher in me is disappointed with DNews when it comes to my subject.  You do a good/great job in other sciences (I think).  Your mistakes are not over-simplifications they are just plain wrong. “Most of the fat does not turn into energy it turns into CO2″ this is like comparing apples with Pluto!”with every breathe we take we give off 33g of CO2” simply impossible.  You would lose a kilo of mass every 1000/33 breaths = 30 breaths. I estimate every other video about chemistry has an error.  Reach out if you need help 😉
