  • Cutting corners lol. Cardio while wearing Sauna suit is definitely not a short cut. It will improve your Cardio strength. Give it a shot. Run ya self a mile in a Sauna suit.

  • Calories and diet is the most important. However the suit does help. You’re also improving your immune system and everything else by doing cardio. I don’t get why you’re encouraging people NOT to do that. Even with the suit on, even if you lose water weight, you need to lose water weight FIRST before you lose fat. You need to cut carbs in order to lose water as well before your body taps into the fat source. For someone as shredded as you, you don’t seem very knowledgeable on this subject.

  • Hi there, have you tried “Belly Fat Quencher” (just search on Google for it…)? On their website you will find a practical free video. This made it possible for Glen to get rid of his tummy fat. Perhaps it will work for you too…

  • My coworkers laughed when I told them I would get ripped with “H6x Muscle Monster”, but then they saw the results. Do a search on Google for H6x Muscle Monster to see their reaction. (You should see their shock!)

  • I used weigh 500 lbs i used the sauna shirt/ top it does work even after i lose it i was using it cutting grass i was drench in sweat before there was sauna suits they used garbage bags

  • Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from weight loss plan to others as well, I do believe that I need to have tried every fat reduction method that was available, however eventually not one of them helped me to shed and maintain the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time using the Custokebon Secrets mainly because my work buddy who told me great things about it and so far to date I’ve effectively lost 17 lbs in 4 weeks!

  • Oi have you heard of the “Bullshit let’s try and scam everyone for their hard earned money fat loss programme” apparently if you Google it like any of the other bull quick fix scams down below, you really are a dumb ass!!!

But be quick because they are keen to steal all your money and not give a flying fcuk because you’re lazy and don’t want to own your body and take control of it yourself so look for a quick fix ‍♂️ Fcuk all these gimmicks and the money hustling scammers!!

    Full of hahaha… #OkayGoodBye #BeSmartAndBelieveInYouSelf #YourHealthIsYourWealth #GetThatWork

  • Mmm. I clear my blood through the kidneys, not through sweat. Last sauna I went to was set at 80 C./196 F the other one was only 55 C /130 F

  • I’ve got my first fight coming up next Sunday and my weigh-ins is Saturday in the afternoon, I’d like to lose as much water weight safely prior to my weigh-in. What would you recommend on how I should approach this that Saturday morning just prior to my weigh-in?

  • Hello, have you tried “BELLYfatTACK” yet? Just do a Google search and you are going to spot  bellyfattack.com  There you can get a helpful free video by a respected physician revealing the best way to burn fat. This made it easier for Andrew to lose his tummy fat. I will probably give  it a shot. I hope it works for you too…

  • Bro…when u sweat more..u burn more….what the hell are u talking about??.. believe me there’s no shortcuts on sweating more… shortcuts are meant to be easy and sweating more is no easy task

  • You do your sauna suit at home, with lots of towls. If you do enough research you’ll find that wearing a sauna suit during your fat burning workouts, increases fat loss roughly 13%. Yes it’s dangerous, and will leave you feeling dehydrated if your not careful.

  • so… point is. sauna/heat can be a hormetic stress with some health benefits. but as to weight loss, it’s kinda meh as it’s largely water weight. yes?

  • A buddy advised me to research for the diet program “sowo hope site” on Google. It’s the greatest weight loss plan I’ve ever before seen and gives immediate results to users. I have personally already dropped 10 lbs in less than the first week.

  • WTF
    (welcome to finland)

we have our saunas at 210°F and throw water at the heater and stay in sauna for 30min also we have like 3 million saunas

and thats all just for fun

  • Don’t have to sweat to lose weight?? your trippin bro you don’t like sauna suits cause they disgust you I could tell but don’t be feeding people some bullshit

  • the dude int the white shirt just wants to sound like he knows what hes talking about, the lebron james ice analogy was so redundant. shut the fuck up

  • Hi There Thomas! Not sure if this was mentioned but what about the affects of hot flashes and/or night sweats. I don’t need a sauna but I do have a hot tub though:P

  • They 100% DO work combined with healthy diet and regular exercise. Weight & fat IS made up of fluid??? Dude it’s a biological FACT. Yes when you lose water it can come back on super quick, but fat burning & your cooling system go hand.

  • I’m addicted to my sauna suits. I love the glow I have after my workout. I got pneumonia once but I’m just more careful now how I workout in them… I now avoid working out in the sun

  • It would be a shame for you not to build muscle when these other normal people are able to lose fat easily with Epic Lean Body (Look it up on google).

  • A net loss in water weight will help you burn fat. It’s called metabolic water. If your body is exposed to heat and has to cool down, it pulls water from fat stores to cool itself down. The trick is not to eat or drink fluid in excess afterwards but you will burn more fat sweating! I don’t know why this guy is saying sweating doesn’t burn fat because it does… It’s just that people will eat too much or drink too much fluid and fuck up the progress they made from sweating so much. Metabolic water is produced in attempt to rehydrate itself. This water comes from body fat! This guy knows the fucking truth, he just wants to antagonize the truth to get less controversial backlash and sell you stupid shit that actually doesn’t work. Shame!

  • Earther Academy Graduate 3/2019. This is why I have a FIR sauna. Excellent for detox, weight loss, getting rid head aches, and many other things. Have had one for 3 years now and get in it at least 3 times a week. Drink plenty of water before, during, and after a session for dehydration. One of my favorite tools to stay healthy.

  • I think it increases your heart rate too when workout is the point of sauna suits if this is the case you would say working out in hot and cold conditions will get the same result

  • This guy isn’t even in THAT good of shape. Omg….wait a minute….I just looked in the mirror and it turns out he IS in phenomenal shape….but I bet he has a really small dick….wait a minute…I just looked in the mirror…..man. I really should get rid of this mirror.

  • Hello there, have you considered Custokebon Secrets yet? Just do a google search search. On there you’ll find a great suggestions about how you can lost a ton of fat. Why not give it a chance? maybe it is going to work for you too.

  • Guys, losing weight doesn’t need to be difficult (I used to feel it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan known as Proladox Diet Plan (do a search on google). Seriously, that program has transformed my entire life. I probably should not even be mentioning it cause I don’t want a bunch of other folks out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am in a great mood today so I’ll share the wealth haha.

  • I could never find info about saunas. I could never confirm whether it was good or bad, even though I enjoyed it at the gym. Looking back, its what helped me to lose weight years ago when I was fit……hence, going back to the sauna!

  • Thanks for the video! Can Sauna also help with blood flow to the scalp and aid in hair growth?
Also: Does it boost autophagy, if sauna is taken after a fasted workout?

  • Hey, have you considered ” BellyFATtack ” yet? Simply search on Google. On there you will see a good free video by a recognized physician teaching about how to reduce body fat. This made it possible for Samuel to burn his belly fat. It may work for you as well.

  • Sauna suits do work I ate only a plant-based diet only and drink at least a gallon of water a day did cardio in my sinuses for 30 days drop 35 lbs feeling great and I also add I felt amazing after each workout

  • Wow! Have watched a few videos and you are amazing. Also have to give a shout out to your community of followers for great respectful dialogue on these topics. Just started my journey and feeling great. The information you provide is going to be a big help! Keep rocking it!

  • Hi guys, I’m stuck in a plateau for around a week or so? Not sure it’s a plateau or not lol anyone have any tips? I’m in my 6th week of keto and fasting.

  • THANK YOU for watching the video and supporting the channel!! Don’t forget to LIKE the video and SUBSCRIBE if you haven’t already! Drop any questions or ideas for future videos in the COMMENTS below !!

  • addiction can be fulled by, toxins. From my experience cleansing my body helped me reduce cravings. sweating can really aid that process.

  • This is wrong. You can’t say your gonna do an hour of cardio with a suana suit and just lose water weight. Your also burning calories just like you would in any other workout

  • I have been looking for a sauna locally. I saunaed extremely and extensively years ago working out an hour at a time. Damn thin and in shape. Dragged out a sauna suit the other day. Best

  • But I wear my sweat suit everytime I workout or just to run errands for a year now and I lost 70 pounds so either this dude is bullshit or he isn’t as educated on the subject than he thinks he is

  • Hi Thomas….needless to say that u r my one of the biggest motivators.i have 2 questions, taking collagen tablets 30mins prior to break fast is same as having bone broth? What will happen if I break my fast with fat + protein instead of carbs?

  • i’ve been using the sauna lately after my workout but i think i’m not doing something right because i don’t sweat. even if i’m in there for 30 min with it turned up to maximum i barely break a sweat. is that normal?

  • Thank you for making these videos. The stock footage is not helpful and distracting though. Also the “behind the scenes” shots are weird ;D

  • Guys, losing weight doesn’t have to be hard (I used to feel it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan called Fenoboci Diet Plan. Seriously, that diet plan has transformed my life. I probably shouldn’t even be mentioning it because I don’t want a bunch of other folks out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am just in a great mood today so I’ll share the wealth haha.

  • Love hot saunas!!! I make sure to utilize the Hot sauna at my gym at least 5 times a week and listen to instructed spiritual meditation… The best wind down to a workout!

  • I’ve lost 60lbs in the last 5 months just lifting weights zero cardio. My head is the only thing that sweats because of my hat. Sweating isn’t necessary.

  • I lost 40 pounds using a sauna suit, the point is having a diet plan as well. Of course if you eat and eat your results will disappoint. And remember our body work different. What works for me might not work for you. Your the only one to figure what works for you. Never give up it takes ” HARDWORK DEDICATION “

  • Anyone tried the Proladox Diet Plan (do a search on google)? I’ve heard some amazing things about it and my mate lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • Telling people it’s not safe nd they can pass out isn’t completely true your speaking as if the will be using the sweatsuit and not drinking any water during the workout as long as they stay hydrated they should be fine otherwise u needs to say the same thing about sauna rooms

  • How to get sued for negligence: 1.Hold yourself out to public as fitness and health expert. 2. Recommend running in 125 degree weather in Arizona or similar climate.

  • I have always enjoyed sitting in saunas and hot tubs and notice the difference it makes with weight loss and health. Recently learned about the cold showers bath and Wim Hof has a lot of great info on this along with his breathing techniques.

  • Any info on how infrared sauna compare to dry saunas? That 20 year study was done on dry sauna at 175+ temps. My infrared doesn’t go that high.

  • Girls please please please don”t wear the full pants or shorts that make you sweat, but if you do, cut a hole on the butt cheeks, unless you want to loose the ASS, same goes for your breasts. I had a coworker who kept using the full shirt and shorts that make you sweat, she regretted it in the long run, she looked like a melted candle, boobs and butt deflated…NOT a good look. they sell the individual wrap for stomach/ back, also arm wraps and thigh wrap, just do the area you need not the whole body.

  • So I sauna at the gym after a workout. I also shower after the sauna. By showering do I negate the positive effects of the sauna?

  • 70 lbs lost from a sauna s is not 70 lbs of water and and yes you don’t have to sweat lifting weights also helps burn fat as well you saying this because your already in shape it’s good for obese patients and as well why would they have saunas I lost 50lbs and have not gain a lb back so yea no I disagree

  • Can we get a video of your current workout schedule? I’m so stuck on 531 with accessories, or 5×5 stronglifts (They’re not bad, but I’ve never left the 2 outside of the ocassional trainer session). Do you do a PPL? 4, or 5 day splits?

  • You really lost a lot of weight and gained a lot of muscle but you didnt need to talk about this
You definietly dont know about the sauna suits

  • I have always enjoyed your content, but i have to say I gained even more respect for you for crediting Dr. Rhonda Patrick for her work in this regard. She is fantastic. Cheers!

  • Doing cardio with a sweat suit on is much harder to get through then doing it without so I don’t know what the hell you’re talking about Cutting Corner

  • Sauna suit help your body build up tolerance against extreme heat, stamina, endurance, strength and resting metabolism. So tell me how does Sauna suits not help with weight lost?? Is similiar to wearing sweater and sweat pants to the gym because it help to build up your body to endure longer in extreme work out. Why do you think people go jogging in 90-100degrees heat? Your video in some parts are right but the parts about sauna suit not helping at all in losing weight is totally wrong. It is so much harder running on a treadmill with a sauna suit on then to run without one. Imagine you run a mile in 8minutes with a Sauna Suit and another person run a mile in 8minutes without a Sauna Suit on. Now if they both were to not wear a Sauna Suit and verses each other in running mile. Who do you think will win? I bet you $1000 the person that been running a mile in 8mins with a Sauna Suit on will indeed win for sure.

  • Hello there, have you considered BellyFATtack? Just google it. There you can find a helpful free video by a recognized certified dietitian revealing the best way to burn body fat. It made it possible for Toni to reduce his abdominal fat. I will probably give it a try. Hopefully it helps you as well…

  • Hey(: Have you tried the Fat Blaze Factor (do a google search)? Ive heard some fantastic stuff about it and my sis burned alot of unwanted fats:)

  • Omg Philly. I love u. Its been a while since I’ve seen ur videos but when u first posted ur video about ur life with Lupus I cried. My mom has Lupus & Fybromialgia and my sister has Fybromialgia. Sure such an inspiration. U look amazing.

  • Plenty of studies out there that prove different from your opinion. Should have done homework before posting this video. Dislike, just lost my subscription. ✌️

  • My coworkers laughed when I told them I would burn up fat with Zippy Fat Loss, but then I showed them the results. Do a search on google for Zippy Fat Loss to see their reaction. (It was epic!)

  • Hello man, I have a question I am very new in gong to the gym for weight loss and I really dont know what to do or what to lift. any tips? like im such a dummy:)

  • He’s saying you’ll lose more weight but not fat more fat. He’s not saying you won’t lose weight‍♂️ sheesh it’s disappointing how many people are getting mad in the comments like “yes you do lose more weight!”

  • I agree & disagree. It has actually worked for me. I have pictures for proof. Im also a pescetarian. Now its normal for me to use it. BUT, I dont use it all the time. I do give my body rest from it & workout with just my normal gear…

  • Please do some research and not based on opinion. Theres actually a research for sauna suit in 2016. Comparing two groups of 12 people for 2 month. The one with sauna suit gain more: lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure -3%; Total cholesterol -3,2%; body fat 10,3%; Waist circumference -0.7%; Blood Glucose -1.5%; Triglycerides -15%. (The value is the relative % change)

  • Hey, have you heard about Belly Fat Quencher yet? Simply head over to this web page at BellyFatQuencher.com On there you can find a useful free video presentation by a recognized licensed dietitian revealing how to eliminate body fat. It made it easier for Jane to get rid of her belly fat. It might help you as well…

  • Most times we have a lot of water wight and confuse it with fat cause of all the sodium we consume. So working out and eating the right sodium can take away that bloat look cause it retains water. Eat less sodiom and eat sea salt or Himalayan salt its better

  • This is a pretty ridiculous claim to say sweating cures alcoholism. The disease of addiction has nothing to do with the booze/drugs or the toxins that are present in your body at any given time lol.

  • I do aerobics in sauna for years it help burn calories good for bones an blood flow I drink plenty of water sauna has help me keep weight in check I sometimes lift small weights to burn calorie /calorie burning /getting rid of sugar/salt sweating it out afterwards I feel great/ sauna does not build muscles necessary.pushups/ I do at gym/ or home to maintain some muscle sauna extreme arobic calorie burn/I spend up to two hours or more in sauna I take breaks an a lot of water/as we AGE/ some muscle mass is  good/ but cardio is the must important/ sauna is affective   God bless the journey as WE CONTINUE

  • Far Infra Red saunas are very enjoyable…you can easily sit in them for 30 to 60 minutes and sweat lots…the hot rock saunas are difficult to sit in for a longer period of time…that’s why those people who can’t sit in those should try the FIR sauna…all it is light that goes thru your body and produces heat…so if you sit there longer, you probably will burn off more fat…maybe Thomas will comment

  • Do you know if these health benefits can be achieved in an IR sauna? They don’t get nearly as hot, but I still sweat like crazy in those.

  • Sauna suits basically makes you lose water weight. Unfortunatly you don’t burn more calories is it effective yes! But from a certain point of view. It depends on what you are training for. Btw yes you can look at it as a shortcut. But when you are training for something and you need to be on a exact weight level to participate or compete the sauna suit is very effective!

  • If you walk or run you still losing weight and body fat wtf is you talking about dumbass my bro use to be 310 and drop all his weight to 210 and tone it up and drink water and ate bananas and eggs for his entire workout

  • Hey! Have you ever tried fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cooworker got great 6 pack abs and lost tons of weight with it.

  • The way i look at sweat is like cooking your protein (chicken, beef, pork, fish etc) it sweat the fat and water out when heat is presented to it. So as our body is tap inside a suit and sweat it dripping them juice out like chicken on a grill. That how i look at it.

  • What are some ways to lost a lot of fat? I read a lot of superb reviews on the net about how exactly Custokebon Secrets can assist you lost a ton of fat. Has any one tried using this popular weight loss method?

  • your body cooling itself through perspiration is a clear sign of calories being burned. without any calories burned you’d have no energy for this entire cooling process to take place.

  • Thanks for the tips regarding proper hydration using a sauna. The sauna in your video is an Infrared sauna which uses radiant heat to provide a deeper heat with lower air temperatures compared to a regular Finnish style sauna. Another valuable tip concerns electrolytes. If a person uses the sauna regularly it will be important to replenish sodium, potassium and magnesium that are lost in the sweat. For those curious about Infrared saunas please visit our You Tube Channel

  • What about steam rooms my gym has a bad sauna and double whammy is small.?So steam room after workout would be a good idea bc it would release HSP?

  • I can tolerate 30-45 minutes in a Finnish Sauna without problem but when I do 20 minutes or more of infrared sauna I get a brain splitting headache about half an hour after I finish. When I did a two hour infrared session (at 120 degrees) my head hurt for two days. Has anyone ever heard of anything like this and what it could possibly be from?

  • Does somebody knows how are those infrared saunas? there are some weird claims about it’s heat bean from inside and that there are super effective without raising the temperature so much as the old ones!
I believe they reach 140fº max (60 Cº)

  • PUT IT SIMPLE!!! A Sauna suit is GREAT for TEMPORARY WEIGHT LOSS!!!
Lets say you have a wedding to attend to and you have 7 days to drop 5-10 pounds.Get to running and put the suit on.

  • Girl, I love this!!
    You had me cracking up!!
Yes, I saw the dumb reviews down below but whatever!
I’m pretty silly too! So I can appreciate your video!
Thanks for the info and the laughter!!

  • This is not true at all. yes u do lose water weight but u also burn fat. There’s no way someone that burns 1000 calories or more in a sauna suit is just burning water weight; and u don’t burn fat by eating less calories

  • Your ifo is false bro… Science revealed that wearing this one thing while working out can do all that and more…. According to a new study out of Western State Colorado University, exercising in a neoprene sauna suit can not only help you lose weight, but also burn fat, lower your blood sugar levels, and increase your aerobic fitness.Nov 8, 2017

  • For some reasoooonnn master youtube failed on notifications for your videos! Came across one of your old vids and was wondering how you was doing! Guuuuuuuurllllllllll you are blasting!!!! Keep blessed! You are beautiful nena!!! Much love from Panama!

  • I use it in the winter here in Philadelphia. I love to ride bikes but in the winter it gets too cold sometimes so I ride the spin bike in the house. While doing so I wear my sauna suit. I only use it for one half hour at a time no longer than that. It helps me to keep the weight off in the winter and I love my full body neoprene sauna suit.

  • I love the idea of this, I practice Bikram yoga 3 days a week pretty religiously. I believe in the power of heat therapy but I don’t like the studies cited; I’ve heard them before and they’re epidemiological. Would love some RCT data on heat therapy and exercise in heat.

  • We just got a new sauna with aroma therapy and light therapy, as well as a salt room in my town, would you suggest doing this in a fasted state?

  • I am going to use them for the next year. Eating diet that consists mainly of chicken breasts, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus and more chicken breast combined with a sustainable workout routine. Mainly cardio. I don’t believe in weights that much because I put on muscle quite easily it’s genetic my family are all jacked going back a hundred years I believe we have some form of deficiency going back to the Vikings because my family on both sides have strong connections to the Vikings. It might take someone 6 months to get jacked to a high level for me only 3 maybe 2 back in my younger days. Now I’m not interested in being a bodybuilder or a powerlifter anymore I’ve done both I need to lean out again and have a functional body high functioning. Once I drop a hundred pounds. Then I aim on going for a retreat for a year in which I’ll live in a jungle. It’s a 2 year plan this.

  • From looking at the thermometer in the sauna at my gym its at 175 degrees. Normally I sit in the sauna for 5 minutes today I actually spent 10 minutes in the sauna and normally I go in the sauna when I finish up my weight lifting. Normally in my workout shorts. And 9 times out of 10 Im in the sauna at least one other person is in there. Maybe as many as 3 other people.

  • If you really desire to burn off your body fat, you might want to Google the term “Amos Fat Loss”. You are sure to end up getting the beach body you deserve.

  • Great stuff, I’ve been a hot yoga instructor for 4 years and definitely believe that heat exposure is very beneficial. However as a resident of Arizona I am also aware of the dangers of heat. Almost every year there are reports of young fit people going out for hikes/runs in the desert and dropping dead of heat stroke. After looking into it for the health of my yoga students I discovered that when the average persons core body temperature exceeds 104 proteins begin to denature and cellular bilayers begin to dissolve leading to metabolic/cellular disfunction and eventual death. After reading that I never bring the room temperature above 104 instead I increase the humidity to induce a good sweat. So I would say yes get that heat exposure but be cautious and keep it within limits. Lastly Thomas I would love to know what the minimum core/superficial body temperature needs to be in order to release heat shock protein? Thanks!

  • Great discussion guys!! This sort of specific information can be challenging to find for those looking at incorporating sauna use in their fitness routine. Great to have this info available from those who are actually practicing what they preach.

  • I bought one of these, and it works amazingly well. It’s a very low cost option if you don’t have space or $$$ for a full-blown sauna, and it’s portable.: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07J22WF9R/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

  • ma i axe you question whats the fucking point to go sauna i you gonna just sweat out your salts from body and then hydrate you body on plain water its pointless best thing for fat burning is to de hydrate you body like on weight cutting and then do some cardio while dry ligh cardio cycling or walking i know what i talk on this shit its effective as fuck i you have fatt suplies on you body but you get rid ouf you potassiums and magnesiums really fast too

  • I use mine all the time when I hit the weights and some times when I run notice a big difference. But just don’t miss use it because it will make u feel like passing out so I disagree with this guy. And have to drink a lot of water but it does burn fat so if you got one use it just don’t miss use it.

  • Another good reason for building a sauna at home! I go to the sauna every day when I’m on skiing vacation and I almost look forward to it as much as to the skiing itself! From my experience of skiing vacation with vs. without sauna, it also considerably boosts muscle and tissue recovery.

  • I lost 170 pounds with the sauna suit. Took 10 months and I wasn’t even eating clean or cutting calories. If I did I’d probably be a lot smaller

  • Hi!

Maybe it could help you kill your stomach fat in a astute, well-balanced way and most important completely, as it already did for thousands of people.

As a favor to you, I reviewed this to various other methods, and you know what? Aston Fat Furnace always works better. You will discover on your own the key reason why, (simply search in Google for “Aston Fat Furnace”).

  • Oh hello!

Have you tried the Avon Fat Furnace?

  • I was just thinking to myself does sitting in the sauna help destroy viruses( Like that new Chinese Corona virus)? Also do you know which one is better, infrared or classic heat sauna?

  • I personally, possibly anecdotally, think that sweating will even help with skin tightening. Idk if it’s partial sweating out fats and oils, or if it’s just the raising of body temperature that inadvertently cause sweating and fat mobilization, but ya…one summer I walked everywhere I went almost, and I would sweat a LOT, and I shed a lot of fat and my skin was not loose at all, it tightened up along with my fat loss.

  • They laughed when I told them I would get ripped with “Smashing Ripped X”, but then they saw the results. Go Google Smashing Ripped X to see their reaction. (You should see their faces!)

  • I love my clear light two-person sauna. I use it four to five times a week. Great video! Reminds me of all the reasons that I sit in there and sweat!

  • This is so amazing! I am a huge believer in taking a sauna bath and I take one every single day 4 30 minutes and then a cold shower for 20 minutes. I also do dry brushing before I get into the sauna. I stretch and do some light yoga in the sauna and the results have been amazing!! Thanks for sharing your story!!

  • Hello Thomas, thanks for the amazing content…. I have a query

Suppose someone is on Keto, eats a small piece of sweet/chocolate, but still is below 25 grams of total carbs intake…..

    What happens then?

  • Brix, I respect your opinion and thanks for the video. I know water weight isn’t fat but when I jump rope and sweat, I really do lose fat so if I’m using something extra to help me sweat even more, I don’t see why it would not make me lose even more. It’s just paradoxical to me. Anyway, congratulations to what you’ve accomplished in your life. You do inspire people.

  • Hey Thomas, I tried to order the sauna suit using your THOMAS10 promo code and it wouldn’t take it. I bought 2 of them and only got $5 off. You may want to check and see if they are setup right for your code. Love your videos by the way.

  • If your utilizing the intermittent fasting diet due you burn fat while sitting for long periods of time I work at a desk that’s why I’m asking.

  • I know I just lost 5lbs laughing at your sense of humor!!!! Seriously, when I started taking control of my body, with exercise, healthy eating, and stress less, then by way of my endocrinologist, I was able to come off prednisone, and other medications, that’s when I started seeing overall results. It’s a wonderful thing, when you find what works for you. Great video. xoxoxoxoxox

  • i tried this, i think it was helping, but then i broke out in itchy keto rash it seemed, i was doing it after swimming a mile in chlorinated pool at YMCA(rinsed off after), i may have stressed my body to much, staying in to long, and doing it too repetitively, will attempt again. I’m know for rash breakouts or fever blisters if exposed to intense heat. Just need to listen to my body. Thanks for what you do T.D.

  • Holla! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my father lost lots of weight with it.

  • Definitely biased against those that wear the suits and sweat over the machinery. I don’t like it either, but he shouldn’t have let that taint his advice. That was obvious at the beginning of the video.
Anyone knows that doing an exercise under stress, like higher temperatures will burn more than doing it at room temperature and that suit does that. Your body has to work harder and you feel it doing that because it is hot and uncomfortable. Now, one shouldn’t look for the suit to solve all one’s weight problems, but it is a great tool to add your workout, like using different grips on barbells and getting good shoes to run in. It enhances a “good” workout plan. It’s not cheating and I laugh at the term “shortcut”. It is a harder way of doing it, that can get you to your goal quicker.

  • I’ve been following you for a good minute I agree on some of your things a lot is water weight but the feeling you get when your sweaty for me at least it motivates me to go harder I’m in good shape I work out 6 days a week but I don’t believe in a scale I use to weight 345 I’m 6’4 and last time I weight my self years ago I was at 235

  • If you really want to lose weight and keep it off, i suggest you Google the term “Cocora Fat Loss”. You are certain to get the beach body you want.

  • Great review! I love mine, i got it about a month ago and im definitely seeing some rresults so far too. I got a similar one from http://www.fyre-store.com i totally recommend checking them out

  • I was hoping Thomas would cover hot baths followed by cold showers. I’ve been doing this for a while now and it’s definitely helping with pain, and I’m cutting fat I wasn’t even trying to cut

  • I have a suit but I only use half of it either imma put the top on or the bottom on 1 or the other.. also I have lost pounds about 25 wearing it. In 6 weeks

  • I can never seem to get a straight answer on the question of how long and what intervals to sauna at to get the full benefit. I normally dry sauna 220 degrees 15 mins, cold shower then back in for 15 mins more. I do this 4-5 times a week after workout. Is this enough? Thanks

  • Diet supplement companies are dying for everyone to to try their new products to show that there program really does help people lose weight.

  • First let it be known it’s his opinion same opinion I would have that unicorns exist…before going down with the comments just get your S the suit it has some benefits. He just mad that they leave sweat on the gym equipment. ❤️

  • I have wrestling hydration test but I’m trynna cut weight to certify at a certain weight

Ima go to the sona but how could I stay hydrated after prob losing 4 pounds in there or more?

  • i’ve been using the sauna suit and my personal opinion is it makes your workouts 10x harder because you’re trapped in this trash bag that is really really hot and after a week of using it, i was able to see more definition in my abs, it doesn’t burn body fat, it burns water weight that’s about it. i love it

  • I live in az. And ain’t nobody running when its 125 out lol. I just bought a sauna suit a couple days ago. I look ridiculous but the suit and my sweat belt made me dripping sweat when I was done. Thank you for ur videos
