  • i have MS. some days i barely can walk. there are days i cannot lift a 5 lb bag of sugar. i enjoy listening to your videos becuase i know you genuinely help people. and you arent one of those guys who bully people into working out, etc. but i wonder if there is a future oforme as my body is shutting down. or do i just accept being fat and out of shape from now on?

It helped Sheila to get rid of her tummy fat. Why not give  it a shot. Perhaps it will work for you too…

  • Weight training ALWAYS before cardio. Do cardio Post Workout. I used to do it at 5am then weight train after a meal at 10am. SEPARATE them or do cardio Post.

  • Ok so I need some help. I just got the yohimbine hcl with the drop factor stack and was wondering some recommendations. I weight 150lbs 20 yrs old, I train 5 days a week and do cardio tuesday thursday and friday after I lift. I’m currently taking MAP amino acids 30 min before each workout and a post workout shake mixed with protein and creatine after. Was just wondering how I should take the drop factor with the yohimbine? Is it safe to take it 30 min before my workout along with the amino acids? and if not what time should I take it since I workout late around 7 to 9? Thx in advance 

  • He, and many other trainers, charge for it because his services aren’t free,but on the other hand, when people pay for a trainer they are more likely to take it serious because they have paid their hard earned money for it.

  • Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from diet plan to others as well, I think that I need to have tested every fat loss program that was available, but eventually not one of them made it easier for me to lose and keep the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time with the Fenoboci Diet Plan simply because my work buddy who told me great things about it and so far to date I’ve effectively lost 16 pounds within 3 weeks!

  • hi marc im currently bulking but i feel like i bulked up WAYYY too fast so im thinking of cutting down carbs and just cutting for a bit in general. do you recommend fat burners mid bulk or will that make me lose gains as well?

  • You’re against white rice? First time I’ve ever heard that before. By itself I can understand, but paired with a protein and some sauteed vegetables? I feel like a bloated mess if my main carb source isn’t white rice.

  • Ordered MTS Drop Factor and Yohimbine (among other things) a few days ago, keen for it to arrive in sunny Australia. I’ve been using Oxyshred with good results but it’s stopped working now so I’m hoping DF and Yohimbine can get things rolling again nicely. Thanks for taking the time to do these videos, Marc!

  • marc, say you dont have access to ACCURATE bf% measurements. in that case, would you be able to judge how much muscle you keep by how your strength levels are affected? ive been cutting for about 3 months now and lost 32 lbs. and at most i’ve lost 1-2 reps on only a couple lifts.

  • running sprints. 2lbs a week easy if you warm up to pushing your body to puke on the regular. Aka hiit + whey + bcaa + potassium + oats.

    You can start off with 2 full out sprints per workout with a 5 min warm up. Its that easy.
