  • Loosing weight? It’s complicated, yet simple. Good diet? It’s complicated yet simple.

    Eat wholefoods,high protein + good fats low carbs.
    Avoid fructose and sugar (as these are toxic to human health) also fried/grilled foods cause disesase and gluten and salt will make you retain water so avoid avoid avoid (delete them from your food chain).
    The less processed a food is the better (ie Fresh/virgin = best, steamed = fine, deep fried = health problems).
    Make sure not to overeat, do undereat, have ’emtpy stomach time’ i.e feeding window/intermittent fasting and sleep well, avoid stimulants (protect your hormonal ballance, i.e dominance of growth hormone+testosterone = great, dominance of insuline+cortisol= bad).

    Excercise daily (intensity is not relevant, just do anything for 30 minutes at least each day).
    In my case I lose like this 300g per day…while having a sedantary lifestyle (i.e riding my desk chair all day long) -> trust,respect
    (if not enough, take health supplements that comes without saying, it’s supernutrition = no brainer)
    I’ve spent a decade finetuning this by reading books and getting education in the field of nutrition and supplements and testing that stuff on me and clients. Obviously there are large concepts hiding behind many of the suggestions used here, but for the purposes of a lay person I think this is an easy to follow advice and it will literally save you immense amount of time trying to find out the true way of health and body function optimisation.
    If someone would given me this advice 10 years ago, I could have spent my time on other things in my life. Well…that’s life, it sucks and then you die. Probably nobody read this far so I can write any old bollocks…dot2dot, nobody will know.heh

  • I’m way ahead of the game! That’s why ultimate portion fix (upf) is perfect for me. The creator of upf however is against IF and promotes frequent small meals. Well I follow upf by intermittent fasting, eating less frequently and getting in my totals for the day. Of course it’s high protein because it gives you red containers which are for protein. The yellow containers which are carbs I fill with mostly legumes and some whole grains rarely starches basically to keep my protein and fibre as high as humanly possible.

  • You shouldn’t do so much workout before going to bed. Your mind becomes alert after exercise. Your heart rate will be high, you won’t really fall asleep quickly.

  • When you say ‘lift your body’ at the Abdominal Crunches, I hope you meant to say DON’T lift your body using your hands behind your neck but use your upper body. Using your hands to lift your body puts strain on your neck and spine which is NOT what you want. If you can’t come up without having to use your hands to lift yourself, start by whatever you can do, and work from there.

Sir, I’m a 17 year old boy who’s 6ft 1in and I weigh about 146lbs (now that I’ve been working out for some time I weight 143lbs), as you might visualise, I’m skinny, but I’m not, I’m skinny fat and my majority of fat is in the belly region and back. My genetics are absolutely crap, I even have underarm fat (courtesy of my mom). What’s absolutely depressing is that recently I’ve been working my arms out, and I observed that the arm which is more defined (my right arm) gets fatigued much faster and my left arm which is kinda lean-ish doesn’t fatigue that quickly (I’m a lefty btw), how is that even possible? Also I have made the sin of only working my abs out throughout the day (like for 1hr 15min daily), I realised mistake now, and so I started working my arms out. Please sir it is my humble request that you help me. Please give me hope that I too can be like you. Please sir. Thank you for your time.

  • Theses are very effective moves, but check with your doctor if you have lower back problems. It would be nice to find ways to do these without extra strain on the lower back.

    I promise to update

    1st day of exercise: It was nice and I had difficulty with push ups and plank ups so I stopped in middle and did jumping jacks for the two exercises. And I did no dieting because every one knows the diet is the worst enemy of exercise.

    Day 2: it was tough than before but it was great I did not do any diet. Even though I did not loose any weight in kgs �� I lost weight only in grams. I did this exercise only once a day before going to bed.
    Day 3: I am so sorry I could not do it because I had people al around me in my room and probably the entire villa. So I could not do it.
    Day 4: today was not that difficult it was easy and weight is a suspence
    Hey this is a last day
    Guess what I lost 6 kg as per my body function I am so glad.
    My tab was switched for for a month and this is the last day hurrah
    I did no diet and I have done his exercise only once a day
