If or when You are slim or need to grow, please have sweet fruit, because You do not have too much fat stored in your body but those times in life when the bodyfat restricts You from moving the way You wish, Try to limit carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are found in fruit too, not only in bread, pasta, potatoes, rice, juice and dairyproducts. Eating food based on eggs, fatter qualitymeat, fat fish, leafy greens and combining that with a lot of water and intermittent fasting can for some people be a liberating but still tough diet to slim down on because the body has to adapt to quit using sugar as fuel.

I don’t know if anyone else has noticed this, but the 0.5lb and 1.1lb bags of creatine monohydrate from my protein are very different. While the 1.1lb bags are consistent with other 1.1lb bags, as soon as I switch from taking the 1.1lb bag to the 0.5lb bag, my acne goes away, I sleep better, and I stop losing hair. I also notice changes in my motor movements and even how deep my voice sounds. Anyone know why this is? I don’t want to be taking a placebo.   • I range around the 16-19% body fat. The lowest I ever got down to was 12% my biggest draw back is that I love drinking beer�� at least 1-2 a night. It wasn’t easy bringing my consumption down that low. But I know I need to cut it back to at least no more than 2-3 times a week of drinking.

  • This doesn’t have to do with body fat. But I have gotten DOMS two times in a row now after an intense sprint and body weight exercise (sprinting around 100 and 110 yards 10 times and then 40 yard dashes for 5 times). So my lower body hurts in other words. Is that good or bad.

  • I went from 13% to under 10% by fasting and calisthenics everyday very quickly. I eat dinner and/or a protein shake. Before eating dinner I do: 1000 squats, 100 pullups, 100 pushups, 1000 reps of different ab exercises and 100 dips with a weighted vest. It takes close to 2 hours but all i got is time at night. I have built more muscle even while fasting till dinner. Knee and back pain i had before is gone. I also dont even get sore. Master your body by doing calisthenics. Trust yourself!
