Just want to point out that they showing smoothies not a juices. Juice has no fiber; whereas, smoothies do. Making correct kind of smoothie to replace meals can be good idea, but only if it’s not made from smoothie king. Mainstream smoothie shops tend use highly processed fruit puree that is low in nutrients and high in sugar. Making a balanced smoothie with balanced ingredients can be great breakfast replacement.

Each time you eat even healthy it spikes your insulin levels so not good for diabetics especially to lose weight. Spiked insulin causes belly fat, lovely!
This helps me stay on track with eating healthy. If I have a craving I indulge it! I never deny myself BUT I only have a small portion. That satisfies me completely. Example, I may get a craving for a Reese’s (my fave!) so I have a Reese’s >> A single Reese’s, not the whole pack. Want ice cream, I have a half cup of ice cream, not an entire bowel. Honestly this works great for me. Moderation, portion control and common sense work! Extremes, deprivation and fads fail.
