  • lel why should i do all this shit just to burn 100 calories while i can burn 100 calories on the gym from that machine that you run in 10 minutes

  • People generally experience pain in the knees when doing lunges for one of two reasons: 1) their knee is extending beyond their foot on the front leg, or 2) they are physically putting to much weight on the knee that is touching the ground. For most people, it’s the first reason. Be sure to step out far enough when doing a lunge such that your knee does not extend beyond your toes on your bent front leg.

  • sorry to say but I only burned 32 calories according to my apple watch even though I did copy exactly what you did (I wasn’t lazy either)…

  • While calorie burn varies from person to person there is no way this burns 100 calories. I jumped straight into an ab workout that was an additional 4 mins. I used my fitbit charge with heart rate and in the 11 minute workout I burned 54 calories. I like this mini workout but it won’t burn 100 calories.

  • Mike, just so you know, if you do go bald again. You looked good. It looked like it you were bald because you chose to be. You look like Ajax from Deadpool.

  • It depends on your weight, height, ect. I don’t think 5 or 10 lb.s from just this workout (because, who knows if you’re even burning 100 cal.s from this in the first place; everyone is different). I would cut down calories and make healthier choices along side with this. I would also recommend other things like walking/jogging if you can where you live.

  • You say the calories burned from weightlifting probably didn’t measure accurately, but it sounds about right based on some things I’ve read. Walking will burn more calories than lifting weights because keeping your body in forward motion (while it doesn’t seem as strenuous as weightlifting) actually takes more energy than you would think compared to lifting weights. Of course, the weights have more long term benefits.

  • It’s also important to note that the 2nd hundred calories can be burned in shorter period while doing the same exercise if the intensity is maintained

  • I’m 5’6 (almost 5’7) and weigh about 106 lbs. But I really want to get down to where I first was, which was 98. I don’t even know how to do it. I feel soooo fat like seriously.

  • This does not burn 100 calories. In fact, all your workouts grossly over-state the calories burnt. This workout will burn 60 calories max and that’s for an overweight person.

  • wait..burning calories and burning fat..is that the same thing or do i have to do more intense workouts to burn fat? sorry if that is a stupid question?!:P

  • Love this video! Slouching on the sofa watching Mike work hard
I’m a slim, 5ft 2 55 year old. I think it would take 7 hours of exercise for me to burn 100 cals

  • May I just point out, Rebecca is the only one I watch on this channel for a good reason. Her voice just motivates you to keep pushing and i love her short workouts because they may be short but they feature the hardest excersises. I already have abs but I want to maintain them so I watch your ab tutorials and hey really work. I’m going to try the 10 minute abs tomorrow. Thank you so much! I know a lot of people in the comments want to know if this really pays off and it DOES. You just have to do it frequently. I’ve noticed change. So thank you Rebecca!

  • Wow I didn’t know it took that much to burn 100 calories. I saw this workout on Pinterest that says burn 100 calories and all you do is 40 jumping jacks, 30 crunches, 20 squats and 10 push-ups. Does that not work then? Because this workout is a lot more. Someone please tell me if the workout I have been doing burns 100 calories and if it doesn’t, how many? Thanks!!:)

  • I don’t think I burned 100 calories because I spent half of the time standing there like whaaaaaaat because I had no idea how to make myself move like that:D

  • I put 3 of your videos into a playlist and I am going to do them daily I also combined them with the 30 day squat challenge, 30 day push-up challenge, 30 day planking challenge, and the 30 day crunch challenge. TODAY MY WORKOUT STARTS

  • i really have trouble doing the kick outs to the side… i’m not very flexible and just feel a bit retarded doing it:( do you have a video on improving flexibility please

  • I just found this YouTube channel, and let me tell You I love You Mike… Greetings from Barranquilla Colombia ! You are an inspiration.

  • I see a lot of scary comments about anorexics in the comment section… I just want everyone to know that starving yourself IS NOT THE ANSWER. EAT HEALTHY, exercise, and think positive and you will reach your goal

  • Xc i just got done with this and i’m like ‘ yay!, i just burned 100 cals’, until l i read the comments…..if this is not a hundred cals..then, what is life??-/ ( -_-) /-?

  • easy just take some sort of substance and do somewhat medium intensity workout, I mean telling people the quickest way when its quite obv your taking stuff.

  • Thank you so much I will play this video ten times a day to lose a pound each day you are awesome I love you thanks just still thank you I am just a kid and I am under ten and I like to workout a lot thank you

  • People, you need to realize that the goal of exercising is not only to burn off the calories you take in for the day you will not be able to exercise intensely enough to burn off all of your calories taken in.

The goal of exercising is to kick start your body’s metabolism, to burn calories, as well as helping you build toned muscles so that your body’s metabolism will be further increased.

The other part to the equation is to control your diet by reducing the amount you eat every few days, and increase exercise intensity every workout, until you see steady results in weight loss. Then keep to that level.

Once you start plateauing, then decrease the calories you take in and continually increase the exercise intensity levels. This way, you will always be able to stay in a constant state of weight loss.

  • Today is the start of a mew me.

I will lose the gut that falls over.

i will stary and try to control my hair.

    i will cuy my hair.

    i will eat healthier.

  • “And the way I’m going to calculate the calories burned is with an Apple watch.”

Stopped watching right there. Just kidding…. actually if you have a baseline of wrong readings you can compare all of those wrong readings against each other for a semi-accurate difference between exercises. So while you won’t know the exact calories burned, you could possibly know which exercise burned more. The 13 minutes for the walking sounds about right. I do a 2 mile walk every day and in 30 minutes I supposedly burn about 180 calories.

  • I love this! I’m completely out of shape, but I was able to complete this (minus the last 5 burpees:( ). Definitely doable. Definitely hard!

  • Heart rate is not a good indication of how many calories you’ve used so them watches are poor at working calories burned in all honesty.

Stick the incline on 8 degrees and walk at 6 kph and you’ll burn 300 calories in 30 minutes.

In the real world, walking isn’t the quickest way to burn but it’s the one that’s the most easiest to STICK TO and not give up doing.

  • I was wondering how long it would take to see a difference if I were to do abs, butt, arms and legs daily? (Obviously eating healthily too) So maybe if I were doing the Victoria secret butt workout. Rebecca’s most recent ab workout. And maybe this one as well. And a variety of others on XHIT Daily?

  • This is great! Love it, you can do it at home in the morning without disturbing the Whole building, and it’s pretty easy! Love it!

  • This did help me to overcome my functional gastrointestinal disorder. First, the pretty face made me smile. Second, moderate workout brought healthy me.

  • I did this workout 5 days a week, twice a day along with walking 1 mile each day and lost 30 pounds…. Unfortunately that was 3 years ago and now I’ve found those 30 pounds. I’m back

  • People I think if you double each workout that she did like for example she did 20 squats and if you do 40 squats then i think you might burn 100 calories. Just double each workout.

  • I GOT 2KG OF LEAN MUSCLE MASS IN ONE MONTH!!! I simply visited website called NextLevelDiet and they provided me with diet plan, training plan along with amazing fitness and nutrition tips. Believe me, it’s just amazing!!! #*Next Level Diet*

  • This is great. There’s a 100 calorie workout floating around tumblr that is complete BS, it only take about 0:01:30, you’d need to be on fire to burn calories that fast!

  • doesn’t the calorie burning process vary from someone to another?? and if i did those workouts as you did will i burn 100 calories too??

  • I think this workout will probably burn around 100 calories for a person of her weight. I read of a scientific study on ‘burpees’ which noted that an individual weighing 160 pounds burned an average 1.27 calories per burpee. Add on the other exercises and 100 calories is around how many calories she would burn.

  • People say the calories count is ‘overestimated’ however i just did this workout FULL OUT and I am deadand I am a competitive dance, so i’m pretty fit! I think if you do this workout to your full potential, you can at least be expected to burn 80-100 calories! LOVE IT!

  • I love this workout video! Its so short but so effective! It gets my heartrate up and even sweat by the end! I feel like just 3 minutes of this every day would really help! Thank you for these videos! I will be cheering you on!

  • This is a nice short workout, but I think the calorie count is seriously overstated I did extra reps and warmed up first and still only clocked 40Cals on my HRM…

  • Do this at night and then 8 hours of sleep will burn 300 to 400, if u do this workout you will burn 400 to 500 depends on your weight but it’s still worth it

  • If i knew it was gonna be this hard i probably wouldn’t even do it lol. I only got to 94 calories burned and i was so out of breath lol

  • I don’t know how you measure the amount of calories are burned with this workout…..but I used my Mio Fusion Watch to see how much I burn and I only burned 50 cal……so this workout has to be double up!

  • Pretty sure this would only actually burn 150 calories if you weighed at least 200 lbs. I think for the average woman this would burn around 80-90 but still it’s a great workout! I did it twice.

  • ANYBODY PLZZZZ REPLY!!! Im starting school on august 15th and its august 1st. Do u think if i did this about 2 times aday, I could lose about 5 or 10 pounds?!?

  • you cant burn calories seeing as how calories dont exsist. its a measurement of energy, not an ingredient. more nonsense put on food labels to misdirect you from truth.. try burning SUGAR.. that might work

  • does this actually burn FIFTY????? or like 25??? cause im just gonna count 25 cause the max burn of calories in a minute while working out is like 12 and this s three minutes long so…. just do the math

  • Height, Weight, and Age plays a huge role on how many calories you burn during workouts. But good job to whoever completed this workout:))

  • Anyone else see the guy in the lower right corner? Motivation. How about calories burned for different weights, or how could I calculate?

  • I just did this, and it really wasn’t bad at all. The sad part is that I’m only 105 lb, so I burn WAY fewer calories. I probably only burned about 40-50 from this video

  • I was thinking in the middle of the workout to stop. But i continued. And after the workout You have a good Feeling that You burned calories and want to continue.

  • A tip for all my long life athletes such as myself or people who just move fast I’m not a nutritionist but I can say I moved so much faster than her because idk if this is for beginners or what but I did more sets that she did and did them faster so I would say I burned at least 150 if not more so yeah just a tip for people who move fast and quick WITH THE RIGHT FORM

  • I have seen many videos on YouTube how to burn 100 calories in 5 minutes and they all are very hard you will feel like you’re going to pass out as a beginner I can’t do them I always prefer doing this kind of workout for beginners if this workout really burns 100 calories I’ll be so excited because this is the most easy way to burn calories every day

  • This cannot be 100 calories i mean i’m not tired at all it was fun bit i have done like other ones like these 20 minutes and is like 100 calories, i mean i’m just asking if this is seriously cause i would for these to be 100 calories

  • This works great with the Weight loss green store tea im drinking. I can feel my weight loss doubly faster. I was losing 2 pounds a week with it alone but when I added this to my diet, I started losing 3-4 pounds a week.

  • I have lost 10lbs in just one month by following diet plan from *Next Level Diet*. It’s really a great tool. I recommended it to my family members and we all started to eat and live healthier. Long live #*Next Level Diet*.
